Abstract:

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) Hubungan antara power otot tungkai dengan ketepatan shooting pada pemain usia 12-14 tahun SSB Mantra Kebakkramat Karanganyar, (2) Hubungan antara kelentukan dengan ketepatan shooting pada pemain usia 12-14 tahun SSB Mantra Kebakkramat Karanganyar, (3) Hubungan antara persepsi kinestetik dengan ketepatan shooting pada pemain usia 12-14 tahun SSB Mantra Kebakkramat Karanganyar, dan (4) Hubungan antara power otot tungkai, kelentukan, dan persepsi kinestetik dengan ketepatan shooting pada pemain usia 12-14 tahun SSB Mantra Kebakkramat Karanganyar. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan teknik tes dan pengukuran. Adapun jenis tes yang digunakan adalah: (1) Tes Standing broad jump atau untuk mengukur kekuatan otot tungkai, (2) Tes Shuttle run untuk mengukur kelentukan, (3) Tes Soccer Wall Volley untuk mengukur koordinasi mala kaki, dan (4) Tes keterampilan shooting sepakbola. Berdasarkan analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis yang telah dilakukan, maka simpulan yang dapat diperoleh adalah: (1) Ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara power otot tungkai dengan ketepatan shooting sepak bola pada pemain usia 12-14 tahun SSB Matra Kebakkramat, Karanganyar Tahun 2020, dengan r xy = 0,458 > r t5% = 0,361; (2) Ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kelentukan dengan ketepatan shooting sepak bola pada pemain usia 12-14 tahun SSB Matra Kebakkramat, Karanganyar Tahun 2020, dengan r xy = 0,582 > r t5% = 0,361; (3) Ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara persepsi kinestetik dengan ketepatan shooting sepak bola pada pemain usia 12-14 tahun SSB Matra Kebakkramat, Karanganyar Tahun 2020, dengan r xy = 0,450 > r t5% = 0,361; dan (4) Ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara power otot tungkai, kelentukan, dan persepsi kinestetik dengan ketepatan shooting sepak bola pada pemain usia 12-14 tahun SSB Matra Kebakkramat, Karanganyar Tahun 2020, dengan Ry(1,2,3) = 0,372 > r t5% = 0,361 dan F hitung = 3,394 > F t5% = 2,89. Abstract. Implementation of Poverty Matriculation Mitigation (PK2) Program in Kaibon Village, Geger Sub-district, Madiun District is a model of pilot activity in the framework of testing the process and the result of the activity so that it can be known the level of effectiveness and improvement efforts on the implementation of programs or activities that are larger and spacious. The objectives of community service at Jalin Matra PK2 Program in Kaibon Village are: (a) To encourage vulnerable villagers of Kaibon Village to be able to overcome their own vulnerability based on local social-economic potential in their village; (b) Encourage the vulnerable community of Kaibon Village to conduct productive economic activities based on the local socio-economic potential of the village, and (c) Encouraging the growth and development of Kaibon Village to be able to manage community empowerment activities, poverty alleviation and village economics. The target of community devotion of Jalin Matra Penanggulangan PK2 Program in Kaibon Village is target household (RTS) of PK2 beneficiaries and BUMDDa Kaibon village PK2 aid managers whose value is Rp. 100,000,000 received by East Java Provincial Government in 2016 through Jalin Matra Program. The selected target audience is the member of BUMDesa and the Beneficiary of Jalin Matra PK2 of Kaibon Village, Geger Sub-district, Madiun Regency, amounting to 17 people. The dedication to beneficiaries PK2 and BUMDDa Kaibon Jalin Matra beneficiaries include (1) Training Accounting to BUMDesa Kaibon as a fund manager of Jalin Matra PK2 Rp. 100.000.000, - (2) Entrepreneurship training for PK2 loan beneficiaries in Kaibon village, and (3) Submission of marketing technique of PK2 Program recipient business in Kaibon Village, Geger District, Madiun District. The result of Community Service at Jalin Matra PK2 Program in Kaibon Village is the training activity was held on 22 September 2017 at 15.30 WIB, located in Kaibon Village, Geger Sub-district, Madiun Regency. Participants of the training are members of BUMDesa and Recipients of the Constituents of Constituent of Kayu Matra PK2 of Kaibon Village totaling 17 people. So the conclusion after the accounting and entrepreneurship training activities for members of BUMDesa and beneficiaries of Jalin Matra PK2 Desa Kaibon to improve the financial performance of village government and business activities for beneficiaries in order to run smoothly. Khalayak sasaran yang dipilih adalah anggota BUMDesa dan Penerima Bantuan Jalin Matra PK2 Desa Kaibon, Kecamatan Geger, Kabupaten Madiun yang berjumlah 17 orang. Adapun pengabdian terhadap penerima bantuan PK2 dan BUMDesa Kaibon penerima bantuan Jalin Matra meliputi (1) Pelatihan Akuntansi kepada BUMDesa Kaibon sebagai pengelola dana bantuan Jalin Matra PK2 yang nilainya Rp. 100.000.000,- (2) Pelatihan wirausaha terhadap penerima pinjaman PK2 di desa Kaibon, dan (3) Penyampaian Teknik pemasaran usaha penerima pinjaman Program PK2 di Desa Kaibon Kecamatan Geger Kabupaten Madiun. Hasil dari Pengabdian Masyarakat pada Program Jalin Matra PK2 di Desa Kaibon adalah Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 22 September 2017 waktu pukul 15.30 WIB, yang bertempat di Desa Kaibon, Kecamatan Geger, Kabupaten Madiun. Peserta pelatihan adalah anggota BUMDesa dan Penerima Bantuan Jalin Matra PK2 Desa Kaibon yang berjumlah 17 orang. Sehingga kesimpulannya setelah kegiatan pelatihan akuntansi dan kewirausahaan bagi anggota BUMDesa dan penerima bantuan Jalin Matra PK2 Desa Kaibon untuk meningkatkan kinerja keuangan pemerintahan desa dan kegiatan usaha bagi penerima bantuan agar bisa berjalan dengan lancar. Abstract:

Taman Wisata Perairan (TWP) Gili Matra yang terdiri dari Gili Air, Gili Meno dan Gili Trawangan merupakan lokasi wisata populer dan banyak dikenal oleh wisatawan nusantara dan mancanegara. TWP Gili Matra terkenal dengan pesona pantai dan alam bawah laut yang eksotis terutama terumbu karang. Kerusakan terumbu karang di daerah Nusa Tenggara Barat dan TWP Gili Matra telah terjadi selama kurun waktu 10 tahun terakhir. Kerusakan terumbu karang di TWP Gili Matra disebabkan oleh faktor pemutihan karang (coral bleaching), pengeboman ikan, dan pelepasan jangkar. Akibat kerusakan ekosistem terumbu karang di TWP Gili Matra dikhawatirkan berpengaruh terhadap aspek sosial ekonomi masyarakat sekitar. Pelestarian ekosistem terumbu karang melalui pembentukan kesadaran telah dilakukan oleh Sukri (2016) melalui penyusunan bahan ajar berbasis keunggulan lokal di Sekolah Dasar Gili Matra. Upaya ini diharapkan dapat menumbuhkan kesadaran sejak dini kepada peserta didik akan pentingnya keberadaan dan upaya pelestarian ekosistem terumbu karang di Gili Matra. Bahan ajar yang telah disusun tersebut perlu divalidasi untuk memperoleh bahan ajar siap pakai yang memilik kelayakan dari berbagai aspek seperti penggunaan bahasa yang baik dan benar, kebenaran isi atau substansi, dan aspek tampilan dan penyajian. Berdasarkan hasil uji validasi isi atau substansi bahan ajar, diketahui bahwa secara keseluruhan substansi atau isi bahan ajar telah sesuai dan berada pada kategori sangat baik (rerata skor = 3,4), sedangkan dari segi ketepatan penggunaan bahasa, bahan ajar yang telah disusun berada pada kategori sangat baik (rerata skor = 3,5), dan dari segi kelayakan penyajian dan tampilan, bahan ajar berbasis keunggulan lokal yang telah disusun berada pada kategori sangat baik (rerata skor = 3,8). Secara keseluruhan, baik dari aspek isi atau substansi, ketepatan penggunaan bahasa, dan kelayakan penyajian dan tampilan, bahan ajar yang telah disusun berada pada kategori sangat baik dan layak untuk digunakan.

Abstract:

Aspek kestabilan merupakan salah satu hal penting yang harus diperhatikan dalam perancangan UAV. Untuk itu, perlu dilakukan perhitungan dan analisis kestabilan statik matra longitudinal yang bekerja pada Platform UAV Kolibri 08-V2 dengan menggunakan software Digital Datcom. Hal yang dianalisis adalah pengaruh dari variasi kecepatan, beberapa posisi central of gravity dan variasi sudut serang terhadap parameter – parameter aerodinamika dalam hal ini CL, CD, dan Cm, serta kestabilan Platform UAV Kolibri 08-V2 secara statik matra longitudinal. Analisis kestabilan statik matra longitudinal pada Platform UAV Kolibri 08-V2 dilakukan dengan menggunakan software Digital Datcom. Hal-hal yang dianalisis adalah parameter-parameter aerodinamika CL, CD, dan Cm yang terjadi dengan variasi kecepatan, beberapa posisi center of gravity, dan variasi sudut serang dengan beberapa tinggi terbang. Dari hasil perhitungan menggunakan software Digital Datcom dapat disimpulkan yaitu, kecepatan tidak berpengaruh terhadap CL, CD, dan Cm, c.g berpengaruh terhadap Cm, sudut serang (α) berpengaruh terhadap CL, CD, dan Cm, serta Platform UAV Kolibri 08-V2 memenuhi kriteria kestabilan static pitch (Cmα < 0), sehingga pesawat ini dapat dikatakan stabil statik matra longitudinal.

Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of knowledge sharing and trust on employee performance at PT Tunas Dwipa Matra Kepahiang, Bengkulu Province. This study used a survey approach by distributing questionnaires to the research sample that consisted of 40 respondents who were the staff and managers at PT Tunas Dwipa Matra Kepahiang. Data were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS program. Results showed that knowledge sharing and trust had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Tunas Dwipa Matra Kepahiang. Thus, the company could improve the knowledge sharing activities related to the work procedures and clear tasks division among its employees based on mutual trust to achieve the best performance.

Abstract:

We present a novel approach for separating Indic scripts with ‘matra’, which is used as a precursor to advance and/or ease subsequent handwritten script identification in multi-script documents. In our study, among state-of-the-art features and classifiers, an optimized fractal geometry analysis and random forest are found to be the best performer to distinguish scripts with ‘matra’ from their counterparts. For validation, a total of 1204 document images are used, where two different scripts with ‘matra’: Bangla and Devanagari are considered as positive samples and the other two different scripts: Roman and Urdu are considered as negative samples. With this precursor, an overall script identification performance can be advanced by more than 5.13% in accuracy and 1.17 times faster in processing time as compared to conventional system.

Penelitian ini berjudul “E-Wom (Electronic Word Of Mouth): Dimensi dan Pengaruhnya Terhadap Keputusan Berkunjung Wisatawan ke Gili Matra di Kabupaten Lombok Utara (KLU)”. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Apakah dimensi Electronic Word of Mouth (EWOM) yang terdiri dari Concern for Others, Expressing Positive Feeling, Economic Incentives, Helping the Company, Platform Assistance mempengaruhi Keputusan Berkunjung Wisatawan pada Gili Matra di media sosial Facebook, Instagram dan media online lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalahmengetahui pengaruh dimensi Electronic Word of Mouth (EWOM) yang terdiri dari Concern for Others, Expressing Positive Feeling, Economic Incentives, Helping the Company, Platform Assistance pada Keputusan Berkunjung Wisatawan pada Gili Matra di media sosial Facebook, Instagram dan media online lainnya. Variabel Keputusan Berkunjung Wisatawan (Y). Dalam penelitian ini variabel terikat yang ditetapkan adalah keputusan berkunjung wisatawan yang meliputi informasi dan rekomendasi yang diterima wisatawan melalui akun media sosial Facebook, Instagram dan media online lainnya yang terkait dengan 3 Gili Matra. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Abstract:

Traceability is the common term for mechanisms to record and navigate relationships between artifacts produced by development and assessment processes. Effective management of these relationships is critical to the success of projects involving the development of complex aerospace products. Practitioners use a range of notations to model aerospace products (often as part of a defined technique or methodology). Those appropriate to electrical and electronic systems (avionics) include Use Cases for requirements, Ada for development and Fault Trees for assessment (others such as PERT networks support product management). Most notations used within the industry have tool support, although a lack of well-defined approaches to integration leads to inconsistencies and limits traceability between their respective data sets (internal models). Conceptually, the artifacts produced using such notations populate four traceability dimensions. Of these, three record links between project artifacts (describing the same product), while the fourth relates artifacts across different projects (and hence products), and across product families within the same project. The scope of this thesis is to define a meta-framework that characterises traceability dimensions for aerospace projects, and then to propose a concrete framework capturing the syntax and semantics of notations used in developing avionics for such projects which enables traceability across the four dimensions. The concrete framework is achieved by exporting information from the internal models of tools supporting these notations to an integrated environment consisting of. i) a Workspace comprising a set of structures or meta-models (models describing models) expressed in a common modelling language representing selected notations (including appropriate extensions reflecting the application domain); ii) well-formedness constraints over these structures capturing properties of the notations (and again, reflecting the domain); and iii) associations between the structures. To maintain consistency and identify conflicts, elements of the structures are verified against a system model that defines common building blocks underlying the various notations. The approach is evaluated by (partial) tool implementation of the structures which are populated using case study material derived from actual commercial specifications and industry standards.

Abstract:

Les paliers aérodynamiques sont utilisés dans des machines de grande précision et de petite taille où se trouvent réunis les grandes vitesses de rotations avec les très faibles jeux. Plusieurs études numériques ont été faites pour déterminer les coefficients dynamiques des paliers à air mais les validations expérimentales sont toujours nécessaires. Un dispositif d'essai a été développé pour tester les paliers à air fonctionnant à une vitesse maximale de 60000 tr/min et sous différentes charges statiques. Les essais ont été faits sur des paliers aérodynamiques circulaires mais le dispositif peut tester d'autres types de paliers. Les excitations dynamiques sont appliquées par deux pots vibrants ou par un marteau d'impact et une méthode d'identification des coefficients dynamiques a été développée. Deux paliers aérodynamiques circulaires de 30 mm et 40 mm de diamètre avec L/D = 1 et un jeu radial de 22 µm ont été testés. Les résultats obtenus pour différentes vitesses de rotation et charges statiques ont été comparés avec le calcul théorique
Circular air bearings are used in high precision rotating machineries of small size working at high rotation speeds and small clearances. Many numerical studies were performed for calculating the dynamic coefficients of air bearings but experimental validations are always necessary. A test rig for air bearings working up to 60,000 rpm and different static loads was developed. The tests were performed on circular bearings but the test rig can accommodate other types of air bearings. The dynamic excitations are applied by two shakers or by an impact hammer and an appropriate method were developed for identifying the dynamic coefficients. Two circular air bearings of 30 mm and 40 mm diameter with L/D=1 and 22 µm radial clearance were tested. The experimental data obtained for different rotation speeds and static loads are compared with theoretical results

Fotobiografia da poetisa e jornalista catarinense Maura de Senna Pereira, objetivando mostrar sua vida em forma de texto e, principalmente, por meio de imagens fotográficas e jornalísticas, desde o nascimento até o falecimento. Diante do grande amor que a poetisa demonstrou por Florianópolis e Santa Catarina, tornou-se importante descrever um pouco sua terra natal e mostrá-la em imagens e fotos. Inicialmente, apresento uma reflexão teórica sobre o gênero biográfico e fotográfico. A biografia inicia no primeiro capítulo e vai até o terceiro, destacando períodos de sua vida pessoal e intelectual. Um pouco da Maura feminista é mostrada nesta fotobiografia. Na quarta parte encontram-se notícias de jornal sobre o falecimento de Maura, trabalhos e homenagens feitas a ela, posteriormente. The Catarinense poet and journalist Maura de Senna Pereira's photo biography has the objective to show her life through the text and photos since her birth day until her death. As she showed a great and impressive love by Florianópolis and Santa Catarina, it is very important to describe ou describing her birthplace and to show ou showing its images and photos. In the first part, I present a theoric reflection about the biography photographic style. Mauras' biography begins in the first chapter and finishes in the third. These chapters emphasize her personal and intellectual life. This photo biography shows a little of the feminist Maura. In the fourth part, it is possible to read about the news that were shown in newspapers about her death, work and homeges that were done later.

O presente estudo teve como objetivo analisar a influência do exercício físico nas aptidões funcionais, nas medidas antropométricas e na associação entre as variáveis dos participantes da Ginástica Popular do programa Mafra em Forma, do município de Mafra-SC. Este estudo se caracterizou como quantitativo de caráter pré-experimental (sem grupo controle). A amostra foi composta de 360 mulheres (C =57,08, dp=6,77 anos), participantes da Ginástica Popular, do programa Mafra em Forma. Para obter informações referentes à idenficação e informações sociodemográficas foi aplicado uma anamnese inicial e o questionário de classificação econômica da ABEP (2003). Para obter dados antropométricos foram realizadas as medidas de massa corporal (MC), estatura, perímetro de cintura (PC) e quadril (PQ). Foram calculados o Índice de Massa Corporal (IMC), Razão Cinturaquadril (RCQ), Relação Cintura-estatura (RCE) e para o Percentual de Gordura (%G) foi utilizado um aparelho de bio-impedância da Marca Omron® Model HBF- 306. Para avaliar a aptidão funcional foi aplicado a bateria de testes propostos pela American Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance AAHPERD (OSNESS et al., 1990). As avaliações aconteceram em julho (pré-teste) e dezembro (pós-teste) de 2008 nos locais onde são realizadas as sessões de ginástica. O protocolo de tratamento consistiu em 34 sessões de ginástica, com o tempo de 60 minutos, durante quatro meses, duas vezes na semana, sendo que o treinamento preconizou a manutenção das aptidões funcionais. Os dados foram organizados em planilhas do Microsoft Excel 2007 e analisados no programa estatístico SPSS 13.0® por meio de estatística descritiva, teste t de Student, Wilcoxon, correlação de Pearson, teste de Qui-quadrado e regressão logística. Foi adotado nível de significância de p <0,05. Melhoras significativas foram observadas nos componentes antropométricos PC (p=0,02), PQ (p=0,03), RCE (p=0,045), e %G (<0,0001), também nas aptidões funcionais: agilidade, equilíbrio dinâmico, flexibilidade, coordenação, resistência de força e resistência aeróbia (p<0,0001). Ao relacionar as variáveis, os resultados indicaram indícios da relação inversa entre os componentes de aptidão funcional e níveis altos de IMC (p=0, 0001) e uma correlação moderada entre o %G e as variáveis de agilidade (r=0,38), resistência de força (r=-0,92) e resistência aeróbia (r=0,40). Também foi observada uma associação entre %G inadequado e a ocorrência de hipertensão (p-valor=0, 0001). Sendo assim, conclui-se que a intervenção de exercícios físicos por meio da ginástica, numa frequência de duas vezes semanais, durante quatro meses, é efetiva para melhorar e/ou manter níveis de aptidão funcional e algumas variáveis antropométricas. Portanto, demonstra-se a importância de políticas públicas para implantação de programas de atividades físicas.

Abstract:

Syftet med detta projekt har varit att få insyn i lämpliga arbetssätt och metoder för att designa mönster i allmänhet och mattor i synnerhet. Att få kontakt med befintliga mattproducenter och designers och se hur de går tillväga. Även insikt i processen om hur man överför mönsterdesign till en produkt. Mitt mål var att ta fram en välfungerande matta för privat bruk inomhus. Detta med tilltalande färgkomposition. Utifrån flera studiebesök, enkät, intervjuer, djupstudie, hela min designprocess och ett mycket givande samarbete med mattföretaget Kateha, så har projektet utmynnat i en handtuftad matta – ”Glänta”. Glänta är en handtuftad matta i förnyelsebar ull. Material och teknik är valda för att mattan skall ha potential till en längre livslängd. I valet av mönster och färger har jag tagit inspiration från naturen. Naturen är någonting som brukar vara långsiktigt gångbart. Vilket bordar för en längre estetisk varaktighet på produkten.

Abstract:

Gordon Matta-Clark (1943-1978) is best known for his experimental “building cuts,” in which he reconfigured whole architectural spaces slated for destruction in North and South America, and in Europe. An extensive scholarship theorizes Matta-Clark’s practice as a critique of his architectural education and a recuperation of the social spaces outside its purview. Today, audiences view Matta-Clark’s building cuts through the two-dimensional media of film and photography, further complicating the original works’ play with temporality and performance. Recent scholarship has seen photography as central to Matta-Clark’s performance-based and sculptural practice. This thesis addresses a gap in scholarship between Matta-Clark’s photography and his ephemeral works. Matta-Clark’s use of photography as document relates to the Land Art practice of exhibiting outdoor works inside the gallery. His photographs also engage in the photoconceptual practice of questioning that very documentary status. I trace three modalities for the photographic within Matta-Clark’s works: image (referent), object (medium), and apparatus (technology). I suggest that the photographic image is historically situated by the latter two categories as an ontologically specific space, at once material and abstract, technological and theoretical. My research draws on theoretical discourses underpinning Modernist architecture. The role of photography is belied in Modernist architectural discourse, a mainstay of Cornell’s architecture program under the leadership of historian Colin Rowe, from which Matta-Clark received a BArch in 1968. I find an unstated connection between photography and phenomenal transparency, a term defined in Rowe and Robert Slutzky’s influential essay, “Transparency: Literal and Phenomenal,” where it is used to describe the abstraction of space in the work of Le Corbusier. I set up a theoretical framework for the conceptual role of photography in Matta-Clark’s practice by being attentive to the relationship between photography and architecture through the photographic slice, the visualized analog to the sculptural cut. I argue that in order to criticize the supposed transparency of both photography and architecture apparent in contemporary art practices and Modernist architectural discourse respectively, Matta-Clark’s work investigated the two media in tandem.

Abstract:

The model subassembly of the BREST-type reactor core consists of a pin bundle of square arrangement. In this bundle there are two zones which differ in the pin diameter and heat production. The model pin bundle contains one spacer grid which is located near the mid-plane of the rod bundle geometry. The working is a eutectic alloy of 22% sodium (Na) plus 78% potassium (K). Three kinds of experiments were performed to observe the thermal and hydraulic behavior of the liquid metal coolant in the BREST core simulator. Results were obtained for the coolant exit temperature distribution, central measuring pin simulator external surface temperature distribution, and coolant velocity distribution over the perimeter of the measuring pin simulator. The experiments were performed five times with increasing pin power ratios. Analysis was performed on the model subassembly of the BREST-type reactor core using a subchannel analysis code MATRA and a computational fluid dynamics code CFX. Calculational results were compared against the experimental data. The experiment revealed that the temperature rise was strongly dependent upon the geometry of the pin simulator. In contrast to the experimental results, the MATRA results were mainly dependent upon the thermal and hydraulic conditions. It was concluded that MATRA requires modifications for the pressure drop correlations that were considered inappropriate for accurately simulating the coolant behavior near the BREST-type grid spacer. Hand calculations were additionally carried out under different assumptions to determine the coolant exit temperature distribution in the pin simulator. First, the hand calculation was performed to find the coolant exit temperature distribution assuming that there is no momentum or energy transfer between subchannels. Second, an assumption was made that the coolant mixing in the subchannel assembly took place instantaneously and the pressure was equilibrated at the channel exit. Since MATRA is based on a lumped parameter model, it only calculates the subchannel averaged velocity values. Here, CFX based on the finite volume method was utilized to calculate the velocity fields over the perimeter. Results from the experiment and CFX were averaged in each subchannel region so as to check on the tendency. The CFX analysis showed reasonable results which can be improved by imposing more detailed geometry accounting for the angle of the inclination of the grid spacer.
