This dissertation seeks to provide a plausible alternative to the consensus interpretation of Jesus' "do not judge" teaching in Matt 7:1-5. While the overwhelming majority of recent interpreters understand "do not judge" (7:1) and its concurrent sayings such as "take the log out of your own eye" (7:5) to promote a non-judgmental attitude, this monograph seeks to situate this block of teaching within a Jewish second-Temple judicial setting. A complex Field (H) – Temperature (T) phase boundary is observed in perpendicular and parallel orientation of ML with respect to DC field. The existence of dark matter is one of the unsolved fundamental problems of physics and cannot be explained by established theories such as general relativity or the standard model of particle physics. However, an extension of Quantum Chromodynamics (QCD), a part of the Standard Model, can explain dark matter. It is known that QCD is invariant under charge and parity symmetry (CP symmetry), the violation of symmetry is quantified by the parameter theta. The invariance of the QCD under CP transformations is not explicitly required, but only implicitly fulfilled by a very small theta parameter.

This work considers the semi-classical description of two applications involving cold atoms. This is, on one hand, the behavior of a BOSE-EINSTEIN condensate in hybrid systems, i.e. in contact with a microscopic object (carbon nanotubes, fullerenes, etc.). Precise knowledge of the properties of neutron-rich nuclei is crucial for understanding the synthesis of heavy elements. In der vorliegenden Arbeit wurde durch die Kombination zweier nichtinvasiver MR-Methoden in vivo untersucht, ob sich die funktionelle Sprachlateralisierung in einer strukturellen Asymmetrie der weißen Substanz widerspiegelt. Dafür wurden die Ergebnisse einer Patientengruppe mit Temporallappenepilepsie mit den Ergebnissen einer gesunden Kontrollgruppe verglichen. Es konnte gezeigt werden, dass mittels BOLD MRT eine Sprachlateralisierung in der grauen Substanz nachgewiesen werden kann, die mit einem strukturellen Korrelat in der weißen Substanz der sprachdominanten Hemisphäre einhergeht. Σε αυτήν την εργασία συζητάμε κυρίως τις ηλιακές παρατηρήσεις οι οποίες προτείνουν την ύπαρξη του σωματιδίου axion. Η αρχή λειτουργίας των ηλιακών τηλεσκοπίων που χρησιμοποιούνται για την ανίχνευση των ηλιακών axions μπορεί να βρίσκεται πίσω από την απροσδόκητη ηλιακή εκπομπή ακτίνων X, ακόμη και επάνω από 3.5 keV από τα μη ενεργά active regions. Επειδή αυτό συνδέεται με τα ηλιακά μαγνητικά πεδία και παρουσιάζει την αναμενόμενη B2 εξάρτηση, που είναι χαρακτηριστική για την αλληλεπίδραση τους με μαγνητικά πεδία.
