Abstract:
Tidore and Hiri Islands in North Maluku Province is the result of a complex tectonic setting. In contrast with Ternate Island and its well-known volcano, Gamalama volcano, there is still a lack of research about volcanic information or volcanic landform in Tidore and Hiri Islands. Even though the two islands also have volcanoes, i.e., Hiri and Tidore/Kiematubu volcano. This study aims to provide geomorphological information, especially in Tidore and Hiri Islands, since this information is hard to find whereas it is very important to disaster mitigation and landuse planning. We used remote sensing images, digital elevation models (DEM), and geological maps to classify geomorphological information of the small island of Tidore and Hiri in the North Maluku based on geomorphological aspects, i.e., morphology, morphogenesis, morpho-chronology, and morpho-arrangement. As a volcanic island, the slope in Tidore and Hiri Island is dominated by a slightly steep (8°-16°) and a steep slope (16°-35°), while the relief is dominated by hills and mountainous. Volcanic landforms on Tidore and Hiri Islands are characterized by relatively symmetrical cone-shaped volcanic cones, which are accumulations of falling pyroclastic material and lava ejected from magma vents. Volcanic islands include the case of Tidore and Hiri Island have radial centrifugal river flow patterns. The material on Tidore and Hiri Islands is dominated by Holocene volcanic rocks. In Tidore, there is alluvial material on the west and east coasts of the island. This study result also can be developed into more detailed geomorphological maps, or landscape evolution in a volcanic island, or spatial planning.

The research results show that P2TP2A Tidore Islands City focuses more on post-violence services through victim reports, but has not been effective in reducing the number of women's violence in the city. Therefore, preventive efforts are needed that increase public awareness of the dangers and negative impacts of violence against women. This research is limited to the context of Tidore City, and its findings may not be fully generalizable to other regions. Abstract:
The International Classification of Disease (ICD) shows that Low Back Pain (LBP) is a condition of pain and discomfort in a person below the corner of the last rib (costal margin) and above the lower gluteal fold, accompanied by pain in the legs. Low Back Pain (LBP) is not a disease or a diagnosis but instead triggers the term used for pain syndromes in which anatomical structures are affected in various ways by the duration of pain. Low Back Pain cases worldwide vary annually, reaching 15 to 45%. WHO shows that 33% of the population in developing countries experience persistent back pain. The prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders in Indonesia is 11.9% based on diagnosis by health workers, 24.7% based on diagnosis or incidence, and about 4.73% in North Maluku. Prevalence has increased significantly at the age of 35 to 55 years. The Lumbosacral Vertebrae examination technique is an initial examination to determine the presence of LBP abnormalities in the lumbosacral. As an area that has quite diverse tourism potential, the Tidore Islands City government does not yet have a clear and focused concept in developing this superior tourist destination in order to boost the development of a sustainable tourism sector based on local potential in the Tidore Islands City. The research results show that the number of plants or vegetation that grow and are identified in the Akesahu tourist attraction area is 282 vegetation consisting of 19 types or species. Based on the data obtained, the banana plant (musa paradisiaca) is the most commonly found species, namely 104 trees. Meanwhile, the fewest species found were hibiscus (hibiscus tiliaceus), areca nut (areca catechu), and banyan tree (ficus benjamina), each numbering 1. Apart from that, 2 types of mangroves were also found growing in the Akesahu tourist area, namely avicennia lanata and bruguiera gymnorrhiza. However, several infrastructure facilities are in a damaged condition and have not been repaired. This is caused by the minimal budget allocated. Apart from building tourism infrastructure, the Tidore City government is also aggressively promoting tourism through activities on a national and international scale such as the Sail Tidore event in 2022 and hosting Archipelago Day in 2023. This study aims to determine the perceptions of the Tidore Islands community, the processes and values in the Dama Nyili-Nyili tradition in the Tidore Kepulaun community. The results of the study indicate that the Tidore Islands community still adheres to the customs and traditions of their ancestors because they have meaning in the life order of the community such as the dama nyili-nyili tradition. The Dama Nyili-Nyili tradition is a tradition of traveling around the Tidore community by bringing dama (torches) and paji (flags) by visiting the regions or areas of the Sultanate of Tidore. The dama nyili-nyili ritual process begins with sogoroho gunyihi (cleaning the place) which is used as a place for the ritual, then followed by an iron spur ratib (dabus). Iron spurs Ratib is part of the Dhikrullah or pray for the safety and welfare of the sultan, boki, (empress), bobato, and the people in the Sultanate of Tidore.
