Violeta Miqueli Mayoz de González (Key West 1891- New Jersey 1972) was an educator and an executive member of ethnic and anarchist groups. She actively participated in their direct action and wrote for their periodicals in Key West, Tampa, New York, Mexico D.F., Buenos Aires, and Barcelona. En el presente trabajo de investigación se planteó la siguiente hipótesis: existe relación estadísticamente significativa entre el estilo de vida y los factores socioculturales de la adulta mayor en el P.J. 1° de Mayo -Nuevo Chimbote. Este artículo compara el comportamiento de la inflación para el hogar promedio y diversos tipos de hogares de adultos mayores en Colombia. Los resultados indican que, en promedio, los adultos mayores gastan una mayor proporción de su ingreso en vivienda y salud y una menor proporción en educación, y que experimentaron una mayor inflación que la población en general entre diciembre de 2008 y mayo de 2015. Los hogares de adultos mayores más pobres gastan una mayor proporción en vivienda y alimentación, y para estos la inflación fue mayor que para los de adultos mayores de altos ingresos.

Örümcekler, en çok çalışılan araknid takımlarından birini temsil etmektedir. Karmaşık cinsiyet kromozomu belirleme sistemleri nedeniyle özellikle sitogenetik açıdan oldukça ilgi çekicidirler. Kromozomal çalışmalardaki bu karmaşıklık, örümcek sitogenetiği alanındaki çalışmaların sayısını kısıtlamıştır. Bu çalışmada Türkiye’nin farklı habitatlarından toplanan erkek örümceklerde Gnaphosidae familyasına ait Marinarozelotes barbatus’un kromozom özellikleri ilk kez araştırılmıştır. Abstract:

Amaç: Bu çalışmada, global DNA metilasyonunun Germinal Vezikül (GV) aşamasından Metafaz II (MII) aşamasına kadar olan oosit maturasyonu sürecinde değişim gösterip göstermediğinin ortaya konulması amaçlanmıştır. Yöntem: Bu çalışmada, 4 haftalık Balb/C farelerinin GV ve in vivo MII oosit evreleri arasındaki global DNA metilasyonu farkı immünofloresan yöntemi kullanılarak incelendi. Bu amaçla GV ve MII aşamasındaki oositlerde 5-metil sitozin (5mC) işaretlemesi sonrası Zeiss LSM-880 Airyscan konfokal mikroskopta alınan optik kesitlerinden elde edilen görüntülerden Image-J yazılım
