Abstract:
Organizations across industry sectors continue to develop data resources and utilize analytic techniques to enhance efficiencies in their operations. One example of this is evident as Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) enhance their care and disease management initiatives through the utilization of population segmentation techniques. This article proposes a classification system for population segmentation techniques for care and disease management and provides an evaluation process for each. The three proposed operational areas for Managed Care Organizations are: 1) Risk Status: early identification of high-risk patients, 2) Treatment Status: compliance with treatment protocols, and 3) Health Status: severity of illness or episodes of care groupings, all of which require particular analytic methodologies to leverage data resources. By applying this classification system an MCO can improve its ability to clarify internal goals for population segmentation, more accurately apply existing analytic methodologies, and produce more appropriate solutions.

Abstract:
Supermarket analysis examines purchasing patterns to identify relationships among the various goods in a customer's shopping cart. The results of these correlations have assisted businesses in developing a successful sales strategy by grouping goods that customers commonly buy. Due to the expanding volume of data and its widespread utilization in the retail sector to enhance marketing strategies, Data Mining (DM) has become increasingly important in recent years. Transaction data analysis from the past yields a wealth of knowledge about consumer behaviour and commercial choices. The rate at which data is saved doubles every second that the fastest processor is available for its analysis. In a huge dataset or database, the Market Basket Analysis (MBA) approach of DM seeks out a group of items that commonly appear together. This technology is employed in a variety of sectors, including retail, to encourage cross-selling, assist with fraud detection, product replacement, and certain purposes. Based on this technology, it is simple to understand the buying trends of consumers and their preferences. Technology has advanced, and current business practices have significantly changed as a result. By figuring out the connections among the various things in the consumer's buying baskets, this approach examines their purchasing behaviours. Businesses must increase the accuracy of their operations as a result of changes in customer demands. This research focuses on FP growth, which performs better in mining frequent itemsets than apriori. Hence, this paper focuses on analyzing frequent patterns using conditional FP-Tree in FP growth and compares it with improved and traditional apriori with minimum support as the threshold for identifying the frequently occurring item sets. Moreover, the time consumption of the Associative Rule Mining (ARM) model has been compared with the FP Growth algorithm for identifying the short-time comparison model.

Abstract:
In the future, the real world will convert to a smart world around 2025. One could predict that there will be a changeover from 4G LTE to 5G NR. In pandemic conditions, 4G LTE has been found to provide good online support, such as accessing the Internet for education, administration, banking, official works, etc., anywhere in the real world. But there are some limitations, such as operating machines in industries, and driving vehicles on the road with the help of the Internet. These facilities will be provided by 5G NR as there is a large difference between 4G LTE and 5G NR. In 4G LTE, only Mobile Broad Band (MBB) is present, but in 5G NR, there are three terms, i.e., Enhanced Mobile BroadBand (eMBB), Ultra-Reliable and Low Latency Communication (URLLC) and massive Machine Type Communication (mMTC). As a result, the city will convert into a smart city. It is possible by applying intelligence in various technologies. Applying intelligence will lead to the improvement of smartness in the environment, mobility, building, home, administration, health, education, etc. The smartness of the item includes the utilization of the Internet in various devices, which means the Internet of Things (IoT). In previous times, humans communicate with humans, but in IoT, a human will communicate with the device. In the future, it will be realized using NXP Semiconductors. NXP semiconductors manufactured various chips, which should be beneficial for the formation of smart cities. In the near future, facilities will be increased in a more massive manner than the present time. By 2030, the goal will have been fully attained, and IoT will have evolved into the Internet of Everything (IoE), meaning that everything will be made possible by the Internet. Device-to-device communication will be a possibility in IoE side-by-side. This outlines how 5G to 6G will change.

Abstract:
The focus on cost reduction within mobile communication networks has become a key subject of attention due to its significant proportion of the overall cost utilization structure of information and communication technology (ICT). This research digs into the area of 5G networks, which include a heterogeneous mix of mega cells and small cells with a clear demarcation between data and control planes. The paper considers two categories of information or data. There are two categories of data flow or traffic: high-rate traffic for data and low-rate data congestion. Large-scale cellular base stations, or MBSs, are responsible for controlling and regulating signals in the conventional architecture for separation. In contrast, a small cell base station (SBS) controls data transmission at both low and high rates. An MBS manages control signals and- the pace of data flow within the modified separation architecture under consideration, whereas an SBS controls a high-speed data flow. An efficient energy saving method is presented to improve the cost-effectiveness of base stations (BSs). The amount of user equipment (UEs) seeking high-rate data traffic and the number of UEs present within overlapping areas that are generally covered by the considered BS and neighboring BSs are used to establish the operational state of a BS. To implement this cost-cutting method, Particle swarm optimization (PSO) finds an application to create a problem related to optimizing something and find its answer. The findings unequivocally demonstrate that the suggested energy-saving approach, as implemented within the redesigned split network design, surpasses the energy efficiency achieved by traditional energy-efficient techniques, Both of them have distinct network structures that are basic and customized. Additionally, this suggested plan significantly reduces cumulative latency, offering a highly promising strategy for enhancing overall network efficiency.
