O presente estudo tem como principal objetivo contribuir para um novo olhar sobre o presenteísmo, correlacionando biomarcadores (TSH, Glicemia e Cortisol) na identificação de doenças que prevalecem e influenciam na redução da produtividade. Com uma amostra de 72 indivíduos foi elaborado um questionário para testar a relação entre as variáveis presenteísmo e burnout associadas aos resultados das análises de sangue.
