Abstract The Present research focuses on the development of a solvent-free epoxy coating with silane-coated zinc oxide for applications in high-temperature environments, specifically targeting Gas Oil Separation Plant (GOSP) tanks, submerged areas, DGA columns, desulfurization units, and sour gas treatment facilities. This specialized coating is engineered to withstand hydrocarbon solutions at temperatures up to 150°C.
