Abstract:
En este artículo se presenta un procedimiento para el diseño de todos los componentes de un sistema pico-hydro, a partir de una turbina hidráulica tipo hélice de acuerdo a las condiciones específicas del potencial del agua para un sitio estimado de operación basado en un análisis teórico y técnico. Para este fin, las principales características del rodete se determinan por medio de correlaciones estadísticas de diferentes autores que han estudiado turbinas instaladas alrededor del mundo, y definiendorestricciones para el diseño tales como el salto de la turbina, el caudal nominal y la potencia requerida, a partir de los datos mencionados anteriormente, se establece el valor de todas las variables relacionadas con el comportamiento del fluido en su paso por el rodete y a partir del valor de dichas variables y de la geometría establecida para el rodete, se procede a determinar la geometría y las especificaciones de los demás componentes del sistema pico-hydro tales como la cámara espiral, el tubo de aspiración, el generador y el distribuidor, para el cual se estudiaron dos tipos que son un distribuidor de entrada axial del fluido y otro de entrada radial del fluido con respecto al eje de rotación de la turbina. Para la verificación del diseño y de los resultados esperados, se utiliza una herramienta moderna de ingeniería como lo es la dinámica de fluidos computacional (CFD), en especial el componente (CFX) para predecir el flujo y el rendimiento que puede arrojar el sistema diseñado. Por último,se procede a realizar un análisis técnico-económico para estudiar la viabilidad de implementar este tipo de sistemas en una zona rural.El diseño del presente sistema pico-hydro y el aporte de la dinámica de fluidos computacional CFD, puede ser una alternativa viable para suplir las demandas de energía eléctrica de una zona rural en Colombia que no cuente con este servicio por parte de las redes de suministro encargadas de esta función

Abstract:
In the development of the government sistem, there are semi-presidential systems which are different from presidential and parliamentary systems. The difference is in the case of the presence of the President and Prime Minister as a parliamentary sistem but the mechanism for dismissing the President resembles the impeachment in the presidential systems. This research was conducted to see how the impeachment mechanism compares in countries with presidential sistems, especially Indonesia and in countries with a semi-presidential sistem, namely South Korea. The author finds that there are differences between the impeachment mechanisms in Indonesia and South Korea in the process and reasons for the termination of the President. This can be an input for the mechanism in Indonesia to focus more on legal mechanisms without a political mechanism in the MPR.

One of the key factors in getting a well-known predicate from consumers is the mechanical quality factor, especially in motorcycle service in the workshop Ahass Aries Sentosa Motor Kediri. The use of a decision support system is very helpful in determining the best mechanics, and is accompanied by the method of Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), this method can complete the research by looking for weight values for each attribute, then ranking process that will determine the optimal alternative, namely the entitled mechanics got the title as the best mechanic. With the decision support system with Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method applied to this problem because it is able to select the best alternative from a number of alternatives. In this case it will be easier to monitor, select and determine the mechanics who are entitled to the title as the best mechanic.

Contractual capacity is the starting point for exercising most human rights. It entails the capacity to sign contracts and enter into the legal transactions, and it is a gateway to exercising a range of labour, voting, family, property, succession (etc.) rights envisaged by the law. The full deprivation of contractual capacity leads to the deprivation of most other capacities. Thus, a person is de iure and de facto excluded from societal life. The mechanism for deprivation of contractual capacity exists in both domestic and foreign jurisprudence, as a way of protecting individual rights. The deprivation of contractual capacity in adults is applicable when the competent authority determines one's mental or intellectual impairment. In the past, the prevailing approach to establishing such disability was the medical approach, which is largely the same today, while the social model is seldom applied. The issue of protection of the right to contractual capacity has seldom been comprehensively analyzed, either from the standpoint of social care services or from the standpoint of jurisprudence. Yet, they are both equally relevant in the process of assessing contractual capacity. This paper presents the results of research conducted in social care centers and courts in the territory of the City of Belgrade (Serbia). The research was aimed at establishing whether the status and position of social care service users has improved after introducing the legal mechanism authorizing the courts to assess (within a specific time limit) if there are reasons for continuing the imposed measure of deprivation of contractual capacity, as well as to analyze the major reasons for initiating the legal action for reassessment of contractual capacity.

El problema general en mecánica cuántica está basado en la solución de una ecuación en valores propios de un operador dado (en una representación adecuada), generalmente dicho operador es el Hamiltoniano que da cuenta de la interacción energética (salvo que dependa del tiempo) del sistema en cuestión. La solución de la ecuación de Schrödinger permite escribir el comportamiento dinámico del sistema sometido a ciertas restricciones. Sin embargo, la solución analítica de esta ecuación es viable solo en sistemas simples, cuando el sistema se describe desde la interacción de muchas partículas (problema electrónico-base de la construcción de sistemas cuánticos complejos aplicable a la descripción de moléculas, sólidos y sistemas cuánticos interactuantes en general.) la solución de la ecuación de Schrödinger del sistema no se puede realizar vía método analítico; con lo cual existe una forma más global de enfrentar dicho problema, el método auto consistente; mediante el cual se puede solucionar sistemas complejos de muchos cuerpos. Es así que en el presente paper presentamos una comparación entre el sistema auto consistente y algunas variantes que existen, con el método analítico en sistemas demuchos cuerpos y como opera dicho método, esto aplicado a un problema de dos cuerpos con interacción Coulombiana, ya que este problema presenta solución analítica y ha sido extensamente estudiado; esto con la finalidad de que los estudiantes interesados en la materia comprendan como se abordan problemas vía métodos auto consistentes y como opera este método, ya que en la literatura pocas veces se presenta el algoritmo de solución mediante este método.Palabras clave: Mecánica Cuántica, Método Auto-Consistente, problema de dos cuerpos.AbstractThe general problem in quantum mechanics is based on the solution of an equation in eigenvalues of a given operator (in a suitable representation), generally said operator is the Hamiltonian that accounts for the energy interaction (unless it depends on the time) of the system in question. The solution of the Schrodinger equation allows writing the dynamic behavior of the system subject to certain restrictions. however, the analytical solution of this equation is feasible only in simple systems, when the system is described from the interaction of many particles (electronic problem- basis of the construction of complex quantum systems applicable to the description of molecules, solids and interacting quantum systems in general.), the solution of the Schrödinger equation of the system can´t be performed via analytical method; with which there is a more global way of facing this problem, the self-consistent method; through which complex systems of many bodies can be solved. thus, in the present paper we present a comparison between the self-consistent system and some variants that exist, with the analytical method in systems of many bodies and how this method operates, this applied to a problem of two bodies with Coulombian interaction, since this problem presents an analytical solution and has been extensively studied; this in order that students interested in the subject understand how problems are addressed through self-consistent methods and how this method operates, since in the literature rarely the solution algorithm is presented by this method.Keywords: Quantum mechanics, Self Consistent Field, Two body problem.

The basic purpose of this article is consideration of the problems connected with the application of a method of concentrated weights in the tasks of mechanical system dynamics with non‐classic internal and external constraints. The method of concentrated weights is a convenient method to analyse the dynamic properties of elastic mechanical systems. It has relative simplicity of definition of the parameters of the equivalent discrete system and clearness of computing algorithms and provides comprehensible accuracy of definition of the lowest natural frequencies. A doubtless advantage of the method is its convenience of modelling non‐classic constraints of fastening and internal constraints between elements of complex systems. Such problems arise when making decisions about the practice tasks of the analysis of the dynamics of real systems. The method is used for the analysis of vibrations of a beam with variable parameters at the presence of elastic supporting of the beam and attached additional concentrated weight. Santrauka Pagrindinis straipsnio tikslas – analizuoti atskiras problemas, susijusias su koncentruotų masių metodu mechaninių sistemų dinamikos uždaviniuose su neklasikiniais vidiniais ir išoriniais ryšiais. Koncentruotų masių metodu yra patogu analizuoti tamprių mechaninių sistemų dinamines savybes. Šio metodo savybės yra tokios: ekvivalentinės diskrečios sistemos parametrų paprastas nustatymas; aiškus skaičiavimo algoritmas; pakankamai tikslus laisvųjų virpesių žemo dažnio nustatymas. Modeliuojant neklasikinius vidinius ir išorinius elementų ryšius sudėtingoje mechaninėje sistemoje išryškėja neabejotini metodo privalumai. Tokios problemos iškyla analizuojant realias dinamines sistemas. Šių tyrimų metu metodas buvo panaudotas analizuoti sraigtasparnio sijos virpesius, kai kinta tampraus įtvirtinimo ir tampriai pritvirtintos koncentruotos masės parametrai.

Backward Chaining method used to obtain the results as expected by a professional mechanic. Search tecniques used to supplement the backward chaining method is a Best-First Search technique. Best-First Search Techniques is a search technique to that used to perform a search based on the knowledge gained to conduct a proper solution where it is located.

El presente trabajo describe el desarrollo de dos experimentos virtuales usando Adobe Flash. El primero consta de un sistema masa-resorte el cual permite a los estudiantes hallar el valor de la gravedad terrestre con la incertidumbre correspondiente. El segundo consta de un sistema compuesto por tres masas y cuatro resortes. Éste experimento permite al alumno visualizar movimientos de sistemas mecánicos complejos, además de darle una visión acerca de la mecánica lagrangeana, así como de los conceptos de valor propio y estado propio de un sistema. Ambos programas son interactivos, permitiendo a los alumnos observen cambios en el sistema físico a medida que realicen cambios en los parámetros correspondientes. Estos experimentos virtuales pueden ser utilizados como complementos en las clases teóricas incrementando el dinamismo en las mismas. Los programas pueden correr directamente desde las computadoras o pueden instalarse en un servidor y ser ejecutados desde cualquier parte del mundo por clases enteras al mismo tiempo, sin importar el sistema operativo que usen. The first virtual experiment is based on a mass-spring mechanical system, with which the students can calculate the value of earth gravity, including the measurement error. The second virtual experiment helps students to visualize complex mechanical movements, and also lead them in to the concept of lagrangian mechanics as well as eigen values, vectors and eigen states of a system. In this experiment the mechanical system is composed by three masses and four springs. Both programs are interactive, so the students can change different parameters and therefore visualize changes in the physical ensemble. This fact enables physic teachers to use them as learning tools in an interactive class. The compiled programs can run standalone using free Adobe Flash player or through a webpage. The paper presents the reconstruction of the factory clamping mechanism for abrasive circular in order to improve the technical characteristics. Reconstruction was done because of the disadvantages of this mechanism in operation. Instead of the mechanical clamping mechanism on the abrasive circular, the newly designed pneumatic clamping mechanism is integrated. The reconstructed work has significantly improved the operation of the abrasive circular. In the previous paper the first solution for the reconstruction of the abrasive circular clamping mechanism was presented. In this paper, the newly designed solution of the clamping mechanism has been improved by enabling the function of automatic motion of the abrasive grinding wheel. Also, the paper has been extended with calculating models of old and new clamping systems and representations of old and new fixture.

To assist with the determination or selection in determining someone who deserves to be the best motorcycle mechanic, a decision support system is needed. In this study a case will be raised which is looking for the best alternative based on the criteria that have been determined by using the Multi Objective Optimization Method On The Base Of Ratio Analysis (MOORA). The research was conducted by looking for weight values for each attribute, then ranking process was carried out which would determine the optimal alternative, namely Yamaha Alfascorfii motorcycle mechanics.

Abstract:
Saudi Arabia has embarked on diversification of its existing energy portfolio through rene wables, mainly solar photovoltaic and thermal, and wind power. This study presents an overview of how different areas around the world utilized building-integrated solar photovoltaic applications to recommend appropriate and suitable options for implementation in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East region. With this objective, the power utility will have three-fold benefits (i) clean and economic power arability for off-grid remotely located dwellings, (ii) cutting down the emissions of greenhouse gases, and (iii) conserving the fixed reserves of fossil fuels, which are being used mainly for power production around the world. The study shows that building-integrated applications are most common in Asian and European countries. Moreover, it is observed that monocrystalline and polycrystalline photovoltaic materials are both technologically and economically suitable for such applications.

Global warming has become an increasingly important issue around the world today due to the rise of anthropogenic greenhouse gases emission, which gives several negative impacts on human life. There are some techniques have been studied and assessed i.e. physical mechanism by injected CO2 to the geological formations, chemical mechanism with artificial tree technology and biological mechanism by increasing the primary production through iron enrichment in high nutrient-low chlorophyll (HNLC) waters as well as mixing of water column below the sea surface. Those technologies, which are well known as Carbon Capture Storage ‘(CCS) technology, are expected to be applied to reduce the oncentration of anthropogenic CO2 in the atmosphere and to minimize the global warming. The Center of Environmental Technology, Agency for the Assessment and Application of Technology (BPPT) will carry out a research concerning CO2 reduction by a phytoplankton culture in a photobioreactor in three years. The main objective of this research is to assess the CO2 uptake capability of tropical phytoplankton. In this paper, we would showed the creteria and design to assembly a photobioreactor esspesially a air lift photobioreactor. To improve performance photobioreaktor, the materials included design criteria and the dynamics of fluids in fotobioreaktor have to considered propoerly. Other the hand, the selection of the most productive species and selection of appropriate media and economically also important to be done. In order to give an insight into the work of the machine before the production and assembly and to obtain good analysis, this paper presents detailed solutions to the specific problem occured in the field of analytical mechanics. In addition to numerical procedures in the paper, a review of the theoretical foundations was made.Various types of analysis are very common in mechanical engineering, due to the possibility of an approximation of complex machines. For the proposed system, Lagrange's equations of the first kind, covariant and contravariant equations, Hamiltons equations and the generalized coordinates, as well as insight in Coulumb friction force are provided.Also, the conditions of static equilibrium are solved numerically and using intersection of the two curves. Finally, stability of motion for the disturbed and undisturbed system was investigated.

This paper is intended as a general comparative study on the economic system of capitalism, socialism and Islamic economics. The comparative analysis is conducted by reviewing aspects of incentives, decision-making mechanism and coordination. Inter-systemic review in this paper shows that Islamic economic system is determined by the parameters of its own ethical system which shows originality and relativity. Unlike other systems, the ethical impulse that is based on the Islamic worldview is fully integrated with Islamic economic motives. Limited freedom assigned to the behavior of consumption and production, as well as the emphasis on the distribution of wealth cannot be separated from the purpose of goodness (world and the hereafter).Tulisan ini dimaksudkan sebagai studi komparasi general atas sistem ekonomikapitalisme, sosialisme (ekonomi komando) dan ekonomi Islam. Analisiskomparasi tersebut dilakukan dengan meninjau aspe-aspek insentif, mekanismepengambilan keputusan dan koordinasi. Tinjauan inter-sistemik dalam tulisanini menunjukkan bahwa sistem ekonomi Islam ditentukan berdasarkan parameter-parameter sistem etisnya sendiri, yang menunjukkan adanya orisinalitas dan relativitasnya. The research method used is normative legal research that uses laws and regulations (positive law). The results show that tax disputes in Indonesia, especially disputes over tax assessment letters, can be resolved through dispute resolution efforts in the executive domain, namely objection efforts which are one form of dispute resolution through administrative efforts, and dispute resolution through pure judicial institutions. namely the Tax Court in the form of appeal lawsuits and claims. Whereas the Tax Dispute Resolution Mechanism when viewed with the judicial system in general shows that there is a separate specificity from other dispute resolution systems in the judiciary. The paper presents experimental study of apartment buildings' ventilation parameters which was carried out during the heating season. The results show that the existing apartment buildings often don‘t guarantee the hygienic conditions that are directly related to the indoor air ventilation. Also article contains an analysis of possibilities to upgrade the ventilation systems of apartment buildings. Four ventilation systems‘ upgrade options were examined. The economic analysis showed that according to the economic aspect the best solution for mechanical ventilation in the typical apartment houses is a centralized ventilation system which operates in combination with ground heat pump when supply ducts are mounted on the building facade, and extraction takes place at existing natural ventilation system channels. Straipsnyje pateikiami daugiabučių gyvenamųjų namų vėdinimo parametrų eksperimentiniai tyrimai, kurie buvo atlikti šildymo sezono metu. Tyrimų rezultatai rodo, kad esamuose daugiabučiuose namuose dažniausiai nėra užtikrinamos higieninės sąlygos, kurios yra tiesiogiai susijusios su šių namų vėdinimu. Taip pat straipsnyje pateikiama daugiabučio vėdinimo sistemų atnaujinimo galimybių analizė. Ekonomiškai išnagrinėti keturi vėdinimo sistemų atnaujinimo variantai. Atlikus ekonominę analizę, nustatyta, jog ekonominiu aspektu geriausias mechaninio vėdinimo sprendimas tipiniame daugiabučiame name yra centralizuota vėdinimo sistema, veikianti kombinuotai su gruntiniu šilumos siurbliu, kai tiekiamieji ortakiai montuojami ant pastato fasadų, o ištraukimas vyksta esamais natūralios vėdinimo sistemos kanalais.

In a transmission trainer system a driving mechanism is needed so that the transmission can rotate. The drive mechanism must be reliable to ensure the transmission can rotate without constraints. Therefore, it is necessary to design and calculate in designing the transmission driving mechanism. The purpose of this study was to determine the design and calculation of the transmission trainer drive system. The design results show that the required motor specs are motors with 250 watts of power, driven pulley diameter 50 mm, driven pulley diameter 250 mm, distance between pulley axes is 335 mm. use v-belt type A with a length of 1175 mm. this drive system mechanism will produce a final torque of 393.01 kg.mm which is considered good because it is higher than the planned torque that is 325,85 kg.mm.

In the process, the judiciary is held every 3 (three) months, STMIK STIKOM Indonesia has and runs a mechanism that involves a computer-based information system. This system is used as a media for registration for students who will join the Judiciary. The mechanism that starts from the registration process through the information system is then followed by verification and validation by several structural officials as stakeholders. For 15 (fifteen) times of implementation until March 2018, the judiciary mechanism has several weaknesses. Although registration is done through an information system, the verification and validation process by structural officials is carried out in a paper-based manner. This raises problems in terms of efficiency, filing documents for all student submissions, and the difficulties students encounter when structural officials are not in place. Better mechanisms for registration, verification and validation of judiciary data are needed, as well as a system that allows the entire process to be done in a computerized manner.

This studytries to analyze shariah transmission mechanism in Indonesian dual monetary system, using Vector AutoRegression (VAR) and Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) methods.Results show that the relationship between SWBI (SBI Shariah) and shariah financing (LNFINCG) isnegative. It means, when SWBI be higher, the quantity of shariah financing would be lower. And so do SBI and inflation (LNIHK). When the total of shariah financing be increase, it will gives positive contributionfor reducing inflation rate in Indonesia, because with this system possibility to make equal growth among monetary and real sectors appears. Therefore, it will be strategic action for monetary authority to grow up shariah banking share in Indonesia, for minimizing "bad inflation" in economy. Other recommendation, SWBI as shariah monetary instrument should be reconsidered to achieve positive impact for real sector.

The research methodology used in this article is juridical-normative and juridical kualitative analyze, to aim the SCC phisophy in Indonesia and the effectivity in enacting this mechanism of small claims court as one of the states that enact the civil judicial system. The fast litigation procedure stipulates under the Supreme Court Regulation No. 2 year of 2015. That mechanism only requires small amount of permitted claim, it is 200 million Rupiah in maximum, it also settles claims in a very fast manner, 25 days in maximum. This fast procedural mechanism allocated to settle private dispute is called as “the small claims court”, in which, it is already implemented either in states with the civil law system or the common law system. In this paper a solution-driven bionic approach applied in a process of product redesign with intention to improve its ergonomic properties is presented. The main goal was to reformulate and use the properties of a unique natural phenomenon in a specific design field. The skeletal structure of the seahorse, its load-bearing capacity with retained flexibility, was an inspiration to explore products where these properties could be applied for improving the functionality. The research process resulted with detecting a problem caused by poor product design - spine deformities of students caused by non-ergonomic school backpacks. This ignited the idea to use the analyzed biological properties for designing school backpacks with improved ergonomics. The final result was the design of school backpacks with an integrated mechanical system based on the biological skeletal structure of the seahorse which would help to achieve maximum comfort and support the healthy posture of students.

The present study shows an alternative proposal of operation of the tourist system from the perspective of mechanics and their coordinated, harmonious, and routine interrelation between its parts. This study was carried out based on the tourism systems proposed by Roberto Boullón, Neil Leiper, and the World Tourism Organization. The problems that affected the development of tourism in a society was analyzed. It established a systemicmechanical model of four parts rector of the tourist system, real and potential demand, geographical space, and offers tourist system which are interrelated to each other. All have the same importance, different objectives, and the same purpose to satisfy fully the needs for transportation, lodging, food and recreation of the actual and potential tourist demand. This is achieved through the coordinated and effective functioning of the servers and/or entrepreneurs of the geographic space and the vehicle that the tourist offers. Subsequently, it would help to improve and streamline their tourism services and products by adapting them to their needs and trends. This is with the aim of returning them to their place of residence. The present article emphasizes the importance of observing the tourist system as the basic unit in the development of the tourist industry. It states that the lack of understanding of its operation is what has not allowed this industry to develop fully around the world.

Control circuit components used are double circuit push button (NO and NC), 12V relay 8 feet, limits switches, motor DC of power windows, central lock actuator. The components were assembled for the purpose of changing the polarity of the DC motor is regulated by a relay mechanism. By changing the polarity of the dc motor, the motor can rotate to the left and to the right, so the door is connected to the motor would be moves to open and close according to the motor movement.

Siūloma procedūra avarinių sprogimų mechaninių poveikių neapibrėžtumams kiekybiškai įvertinti. Nagrinėjamas pavojingasis reiškinys yra dėl avarinių dujų nuotėkių susidarančių degių ir sprogių debesų detonacija ir jos sukeliama sprogimo banga. Sprogimų poveikių intensyvumai yra apibūdinami tikimybinei rizikos analizei įprastomis pavojaus funkcijomis (angl. hazard functions). Galutinis siūlomosios procedūros taikymo rezultatas yra pavojaus funkcijų parinkimas statistinių imčių, sukurtų stochastinio modeliavimo būdu, pagrindu. Taikomas Monte Karlo metodas, o modeliuojami nepalankieji reiškiniai, kurių eskalacija baigiasi dujų ir oro misinio debesies detonacija. Siūlomos procedūros taikymo rezultatai leidžia įvertinti dinamines apkrovas, galinčias veikti tiriamą (vertinamą konstrukcinę sistemą įvykus aptariamo tipo sprogimui. Teoriu požiūriu siūloma procedūra remiasi tikimybinės rizikos analizės metodologija, kuri vadinama klasikiniu Bėjeso požiūriu (angl. classical Bayesian approach). Teigiama, kad sprendžiant nagrinėjamą problemą yra sunku išsiversti be Bėjeso požiūrio, nes pavojaus funkcijas tenka parinkti labai ribotos statistinės informacijos sąlygomis. Taikant procedūrą operuojama stochastiniais (angl. aleatory) ir pažintiniais (angl. epistemic) neapibrėžtumais. Skaiciuojant pagal procedūros algoritmą neapibrėžtumai, susiję su sprogimų pavojaus funkcijomis, yra išreiškiami per ,žemesnio" lygio neapibrėžtumus, apibūdinančius tuos reikškinius, kurių eskalacija gali baigtis sprogimu. Pastebėta, kad šiems neapibrėžtumams kokybiškai išreiksti turima daug daugiau statistinės informacijos, nei neapibrėžtumams, tiesiogiai susijusiems su mechaniniais sprogimo bangos poveikiais konkreciai konstrukcinei sistemai. Numatoma praktinio procedūros taikymo sritis yra pavojingųjų dujų ūkio objektų rizikos analizė. Procedūra leidžia įvertinti tų objektų pavojingumą vertinamai (projektuojamai) konstrukcinei sistemai.

O presente artigo versa sobre o controle repressivo de constitucionalidade incidental, com ênfase no mecanismo constitucional que permite ao Senado Federal suspender a execução de lei declarada inconstitucional pelo Supremo Tribunal Federal e na verificação de aplicabilidade da teoria da objetivação do controle difuso no Direito brasileiro. This article deals with the repressive control of incidental constitutionality, with emphasis on the constitutional mechanism that allows the Federal Senate to suspend the execution of a law declared unconstitutional by the Federal Supreme Court and to verify the applicability of the theory of objectivation of diffuse control in Law Brazilian. The paper presents modelling precise dual axis flexure-based precision positioning systems for micro-positioning applications. The positioning system is featured with monolithic architecture, flexure-based joints and piezo stacks. Its workspace has been evaluated via analytical approaches. Amplification mechanism is optimally designed. The mathematical model of the positioning system has been derived and verified by resorting to finite element analysis (FEA). The established analytical and (FEA) models are helpful for optimizing reliable architecture and improving the performance of the positioning system. Santrauka Straipsnyje pristatomas dviejų ašių didelio tikslumo pozicionavimo sistemos su paketiniais pjezovykdikliais modeliavimas, taikant besideformuojančius vientiso kūno mechanizmus. Pozicionavimo sistemą sudaro besideformuojančio vientiso kūno mechanizmas ir paketiniai pjezovykdikliai. Besideformuojantis vientiso kūno mechanizmas norimam poslinkiui pasiekti buvo optimizuotas Solidworks Simulation programiniu paketu. Platformų poslinkiams apskaičiuoti sudarytas matematinis modelis, kurio patikimumas patikrintas baigtinių elementų metodu. Sudaryto matematinio modelio ir rezultatų, gautų baigtinių elementų metodu, skirtumai yra mažesni nei 5 %, todėl pasiūlyta modeliavimo metodika gali būti taikoma kuriant pozicionavimo sistemas su besideformuojančiais elementais.

For this reason, new proposals to improve the scheduling and control of agile manufacturing systems constantly appear. The auction based allocation methods as well as the software paradigm of multiagent systems, which offers new techniques to face complex unsolved problems, can help to find promising solutions in manufacturing systems. Traditionally, scheduling problems have been solved offline by a centralized decision-maker that use a global optimisation model. We propose to include in the system several decision-makers modelled as agents instead. We consider two kinds of agents: order agents and machines agents. Each order agent represents a product that is characterized by its operations, precedence relationships and due date. The goal of each order agent is to find machines that can perform the required operations and hence completing successfully the order. Each production order creates its own schedule (local schedule). An auction mechanism ensures that local schedules are nearly compatible (several orders don’t use the same machine at the same moment) and globally efficient. Every agent in the system can communicate with other agents through the exchange of messages. The interaction mechanism is ruled by means of a combinatorial auction where a theoretical basis is provided for structuring message sequencing, bid evaluation, and price updating. Our research contributes to the auction technique in manufacturing scheduling and control in two basic aspects: (1) we apply the auction mechanism for a routing flexible environment (an operation can be performed in several machines with a differing efficiency), (2) we propose an implementation that can schedule online, updating real-time information: planning horizon, changes in orders, changes in machine availability and capabilities. We include explicitly the option of reallocate resources in real time when a new order arrives to the system. In order to test the features of this approach we display some computational results. Preliminary results show efficient performance in dynamic scenarios, but there are still many matters to investigate. Future works will be devoted to test the proposed approach on more case studies or even on real cases. We can add complexity to the structure of the system, and we must improve some aspects of the auction mechanism such as convergence and stability.Keywords: manufacturing programming and control, on-line scheduling, agent based manufacturing systems, combinatorial auctions.

The performance of the system of the solar radiation conversion is influenced via the angle of tilt with a horizontal plane; therefore, the photovoltaic array requires to be tilted at the right angle for maximizing the system conversion efficiency. The present paper has been carried out monthly at the optimum tilt angle numerically with an experimental system set up for home supply in Baghdad city (latitude 33°20'). Mathematical models were programmed by MATLAB to predict the solar energy incident on the surface all day of the year at angles from (0-90°). Experimental results manifested the performance of photovoltaic panel (PV) to provide a home with a light energy use in the shortcut electricity. The solar power system output is a function of the solar radiation. The high output of power was between (11.00 am) and (1.00 pm), which matches the high-power output time. The monthly optimum tilt angle can vary significantly during the year between 18° in summer to 65° in winter season.

The methodology of calculation for emission factor for grid connection is determined by IPCCC Intergovernmental Panel Climate Change). The methodology is revised periodically,and become comprehensive calculation. Mainly in developed countries, the emission factor is provided by government related institution yearly. Therefore the developers who need that value can get easily, and they can save a time and money in the developing Clean Development Mechanism Project. In Indonesia, until now there is no government institution or other related institutions that have an obligation to provide and calculate that number.PTPSE-BPPT has initiated to calculate the emission factor of grid system of Jawa-Madura-Bali using data between 2002 and 2006. The Approved Consolidated Methodology 0002 and Approved Methodology Simple I-D were used in the calculation. Based on the calculationresult, it was proved that the emission factor of JAMALI grid increased 18.2%, resulted to coal consumption increased.
