Objective: Research with the objective of describing the current status of food safety conditions at banks in Lao Cai city, Lao Cai province in the period from 7/2021 to 7/2022. Methods: The study used a cross-sectional descriptive method, a quantitative study with the observation of food safety conditions of all 85 operating restaurants, the practice of 85 CBC staff, testing fast 255 bowls, clean plates.
