It has been found that disseminated forms of hypernephroma required a combined surgical treatment without fail; nephrectomy added by adrenalectomy is recommended insuperpolar tumour localization. Whether sublethal chemotherapy affects tumour cell behaviour and impacts on patient outcome is primarily unstudied.
