Il lavoro qui proposto vuole offrire una possibilità di riflessione sulle similitudini e le di-versità di lettura del processo terapeutico così come pensata da tre terapeuti della psicoterapia della Gestalt appartenenti a scuole diverse. A questo scopo, è stato chiesto a Maria Mione (Istituto di Gestalt HCC Italy), Anna Ravenna (Istituto Gestalt Firenze IGF) e Stefano Rossi (Istituto Gift di medicina integrata), di commentare, secondo il loro punto di vista, la sintesi di uno stesso verbatim di una prima seduta di psicoterapia seguendo la traccia di alcune domande guida. Con tali domande, si è cercato di far emergere nei vari commenti l'ottica di lettura della relazione terapeuta-paziente, le modalità di fare diagnosi, gli aspetti del processo terapeutico considerati salienti dai vari autori.

"Chi sono?". E questa la domanda da sempre oggetto di riflessioni filosofiche nel corso dei secoli. Con l'avvento dell'analisi del DNA vi e stata una crescente attesa che la risposta si possa trovare nei nostri geni. Le nuove tecnologie hanno migliorato la diagnosi, la predizione e il trattamento di numerose malattie ereditarie. D'altra parte, l'entusiasmo per i possibili vantaggi derivanti dall'avanzamento della tecnologia deve essere bilanciato dalla valutazione rigorosa dell'utilita clinica, dal rapporto rischio-beneficio e dalle implicazioni etiche di tutti i test. Gli autori presentano il protocollo di consulenza genetica multidisciplinare per le malattie neurologiche ad insorgenza tardiva, sviluppato a Genova per i test pre-sintomatici, con lo scopo di aiutare le persone a rischio a decidere in base alle personali caratteristiche e scelte di vita e di prepararle a confrontarsi in modo costruttivo con il risultato del test. Il protocollo e caratterizzato dalla presenza contemporanea, durante l'intero iter di consulenza, del genetista e dello psicologo. Per le persone a rischio la decisione di effettuare il test genetico e complessa ed emotivamente impegnativa. Gli autori presentano due casi esemplificativi di questi percorsi.

RiassuntoScopo - (I) Operare una revisione critica degli studi che hanno indagato la frequenza dei disturbi psichici tra i pazienti della medicina generale, utilizzando come criterio un'intervista psichiatrica standardizzata; (II) discutere i possibili fattori all'origine delle diverse frequenze riscontrate; (III) mettere in luce il ruolo di primaria importanza che possono assolvere in questo campo gli studi multicentrici condotti grazie a programmi di collaborazione internazionale. Metodo - sono stati selezionati i lavori pubblicati nella letteratura internazionale tra il 1970 ed il 1993. La selezione è stata effettuata grazie ad una ricerca computerizzata, nel corso della quale sono stati incrociati i databases MEDLINE e Psychological Abstracts; questa è stata a sua volta integrata da una ricerca manuale, consistente neU'esame delle bibliografie contenute nei lavori cosi individuati e nella consultazione degli indici analitici delle principal! riviste psichiatriche internazionali. Infine, è stata consultata la bibliografia commentata, curata da Wilkinson (1985), relativa a lavori di interesse e pertinenza psichiatrici condotti nella medicina generale e pubblicati tra il 1977 ed il 1985. Risultati - Sono stati individuati 30 lavori, ma 9 sono stati esclusi, dal momento che replicavano dati già riportati in letteratura o presentavano limiti metodologici. È emerso cosi che indagini sulla frequenza complessiva dei disturbi psichici tra i soggetti che si rivolgevano ai servizi di medicina generale sono state finora condotte secondo procedure standardizzate solo in 13 Paesi. La frequenza dei disturbi psichici variava tra il 10% ed il 50% circa. Le possibili ragioni all'origine dellem diverse frequenze riscontrate sono state discusse alia luce di tre fattori: I) le caratteristiche dell'indagine; II) l'affidabilità e la confrontabilità delle categorie diagnostiche e dei sistemi nosografici utilizzati; e III) la diversa organizzazione dei servizi sanitari nei vari Paesi. Conclusioni - alia luce delle difficoltà che si incontrano quando si tenta di confrontare i risultati forniti da studi indipendenti condotti in Paesi diversi o perfino nello stesso Paese viene suggerito il ruolo di primaria importanza che possono assolvere in questo campo gli studi multicentrici condotti grazie a programmi di collaborazione internazionale.

Abstract:
O presente relatório foi elaborado no âmbito da unidade curricular de estágio para conclusão da licenciatura no curso de enfermagem veterinária. O estágio foi realizado nas clínicas veterinárias Solvet, no período de entre 15 de março e 11 de junho de 2021. A aluna desempenhou funções nas variadas áreas da clínica, como acompanhamento de 359 consultas, auxílio em 8 cirurgias, e monitorização anestésica de 64, hospitalização de 58 animais internados, 264 métodos complementares de diagnóstico e 69 procedimentos de medicina integrativa. Todos os objetivos propostos foram cumpridos nos seus respetivos prazos. A medicina integrativa, é uma área em desenvolvimento por conjugar a medicina convencional, os seus tratamentos e métodos de diagnóstico com a medicina holística com áreas como medicina tradicional chinesa, ozonoterapia, laserterapia, homeopatia, apresentando pouca invasibilidade e bons resultados. O conhecimento do funcionamento e dos protocolos das terapias a utilizar, é uma maisvalia para o enfermeiro veterinário de modo a poder auxiliar o médico veterinário na sua realização ou realizá-las autonomamente, bem como ter capacidade a identificar possíveis efeitos adversos no caso destes ocorrerem.
This internship report was prepared for the curricular unit of internship to obtain the course degree in veterinary nursing. The internship was performed at Solvet veterinary clinics between March 15 and June 11, 2021. The student performed in various areas of the clinic, such as assistance in 359 consultations, assistance in 8 surgeries, and anesthetic monitoring of 64, hospitalization of 58 hospitalized animals, 264 complementary methods of diagnosis and 69 integrative medicine procedures. All proposed objectives have been met within their respective deadlines. Integrative medicine is a developing area that combines conventional medicine, its treatments, and diagnostic methods with holistic medicine, with areas such as traditional chinese medicine, ozone therapy, laser therapy and homeopathy, presenting little invasibility and good results. Therefore, the knowledge of fundamentals and protocols of these therapies, is essential for veterinary nurses in order to be able to assist the veterinary doctor in it, or for performing it themselves, as well as recognizing possible adverse reactions in the event of these occur.

Atendendo à premissa de expor a vivência do pesquisador em inovação e empreendedorismo, esse trabalho trata-se de um estudo de caso adaptado que teve como objetivo, propor um quadro de modelo de negócios para uma organização de Medicina Integrativa. A proposta do modelo de negócios atendeu um processo proposto por Kolb, onde através da experiência concreta, observação reflexiva e experimentação ativa, conseguiu-se realizar a conceptualização abstrata para um modelo de negócios inovador. Engajando-se na racionalidade médica contemporânea, que busca encontrar um mecanismo de cuidado com o indivíduo por práticas e protocolos que possam ser eficientes e de menor custo, e impulsionado pela experiência profissional e interesse de um investidor, realizou-se uma sequência de ações que pudessem formar um modelo de negócios estruturado e que atendesse um negócio inovador. Foi possível observar que: A) O modelo de negócios mostra-se bastante eficaz para compreender um negócio inovador; B) A Medicina Integrativa é um conjunto de práticas que envolve o cuidado global do indivíduo; C) APor meio do modelo de negócios, é possível proporcionar subsídios para alcançar investidores e, por fim, D) Por meio do modelo de negócios foi possível que o principal stakeholder, o médico proprietário, pôde obter, após a aplicação da ferramenta, novas ideias e insights a respeito de ações imediatas e futuras. Para os outros, a compreensão estabeleceu clareza e direcionamento maior dos objetivos, assim como, possibilitou a definição das responsabilidades e prioridades de cada um.
Given the premise of exposing the experience of research in innovation and entrepreneurship, this work is an appropriate case study that aimed to propose a business model framework for an organization of Integrative Medicine. The proposed business model attended a process proposed by Kolb, which through concrete experience, reflective observation and active experimentation, was managed to achieve the abstract conceptualization to an innovative business model. Engaging in contemporary medical rationality, which seeks to find a care facility with the individual for practices and protocols that may be efficient and lower-cost, driven by experience and interest of an investor, was held a sequence of actions that could form a structured business model and that meets an innovative business. It was observed that: A) The business model is the most effective way to understand an innovative business; B) The Integrative Medicine is undoubtedly the most effective and involves less cost in the overall individual care; C) Through the business model, it is possible to provide subsidies to reach investors and, finally, D) Through the business model it was possible that the main stakeholder, the physician owner could get, after application of the tool, new ideas and insights regarding immediate and future actions. For others, understanding clearly established and greater targeting of objectives, as well as made possible the definition of responsibilities and priorities of each.

A massificação dos estudos da medicina translacional permite aos pesquisadores que usufruam de fontes de dados das mais diversas áreas. Uma área de suma importância e a bioinformatica, que agrega o alta capacidade de processamento computacional disponível atualmente, com a infindável quantidade de dados gerada por métodos de sequenciamento de ultima geração, para entregar aos pesquisadores uma quantidade rica de dados para serem analisados. Apesar da disponibilidade desses dados, a expertise necessária para analisa-los dificulta que profissionais com pouco conhecimento em bioinformatica, estatística e ciência da computação possam realizar pesquisas e analises com estes dados. Dada esta situação, este trabalho consistiu em criar uma ferramenta que tira proveito da integração de múltiplas bases de dados proporcionada pelo framework IPTrans, permitindo que usuários da área biomédica realizem analises com os dados contidos nessas bases. Com base em outras ferramentas existentes e em um levantamento de requisitos junto a potenciais usuários, foram identificadas as funcionalidades mais importantes e assim foi projetada e implementada a IPTrans Advanced Analysis Tool (IPTrans A2Tool). Esta ferramenta permite que usuários façam analises de expressão diferencial mais comuns como heatmaps, volcano plots, consenso de agrupamentos e blox-plot. Além disso, a ferramenta proporciona um algoritmo de mineração de dados baseado na extração de regras de associação entre dados clínicos e biomoleculares, que permite ao usuário descobrir novas associações entre a expressão dos genes dados clínicos e fenotípicos. Adicionalmente a este trabalho, foi criado também o BioBank Warden, um sistema de controle de dados clínicos e amostras biomoleculares, que foi utilizado como uma das fontes de dados para o IPTrans A2Tool. Este sistema permite que usuários adicionem informações clinicas de pacientes e também das amostras extraídas para a realização de estudos. Uma avaliação preliminar de usabilidade, realizada junto a profissionais da área biomédica, mostrou que as ferramentas possuem potencial para serem utilizadas no contexto da medicina translacional.
The great number of translational medicine studies allows researchers to make benefit of data sources from various fields. An area of great importance is bioinformatics, which combines the high computational processing capabilities found nowadays with the endless amount of data generated by next-generation sequencing methods, to give researchers a rich amount of data to be analyzed. Despite the availability of such data, the expertise required to analyze it makes difficult for professionals with little knowledge in bioinformatics, statistics or computer science, to conduct research and analysis on this data. Given this situation, this work was intended to create a tool that takes advantage of multiple databases integration capabilities provided by IPTrans and that allows users to perform analysis on the data contained in these databases. To accomplish that other tools were studied in order to observe which features our framework should aggregate and thus was created the IPTrans A2Tool (IPTrans Advanced Analysis Tool). This tool allows users to perform differential expression analysis and generate output as heatmaps, volcano plots, consensus clustering and blox-plots. In addition, the tool provides an association rule extraction algorithm between clinical and biomolecular data, allowing the user to discover hidden associations between the expression of analyzed genes and clinical data. As a by-product of this work was also created the BioBank Warden a clinical data and biomolecular samples management system that was used as one of the data sources for IPTrans A2Tool. This system allows users to add patients clinical information and also of samples taken for carrying out studies. In addition, the system provides a strong research group and project permission management that ensures only authorized people to have access to patients data.

A Medicina Tradicional Chinesa (MTC), com bases fundamentadas no estímulo à prevenção, visão holística e ênfase no autocuidado adequa-se às atuais Diretrizes Curriculares dos cursos da área da saúde e aos princípios do SUS, portanto vem sendo utilizada no sistema público de saúde no Brasil. Porém, a inserção de uma Medicina com bases filosóficas e culturais orientais em um contexto ocidental enfrenta numerosos desafios. Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo caracterizar o perfil profissional, as concepções, práticas e o processo de formação em MTC de profissionais que atuam em unidades do serviço público de saúde na cidade de São Paulo. Esta pesquisa descritiva exploratória foi realizada com abordagem qualitativa. A coleta de dados compreendeu a aplicação de formulários e entrevistas semiestruturadas a 12 profissionais que exercem MTC em duas unidades de saúde da região centro-oeste de São Paulo. A análise de conteúdo foi orientada pelos seguintes núcleos: perfil profissional, concepções e práticas, formação em MTC. Os resultados indicaram a configuração de dois grupos de profissionais que atuam com MTC, os médicos que praticam acupuntura e possuem formação mais normatizada e os não médicos que realizam práticas corporais e meditativas, com formação em diversas instituições que oferecem cursos com escassa normatização em relação à carga horária, aos conteúdos e requisitos de admissão. Os entraves na formação para ambos os grupos mencionados referem-se também à escassez de textos didáticos, docentes com insuficiente formação didático-pedagógica e ausência de apoio institucional para aprimoramento profissional em MTC. Os profissionais entrevistados expressam concepções condizentes com os princípios da MTC, contudo, o exercício da prática no cotidiano da unidade se vê prejudicado pela resistência da equipe multiprofissional, pelo escasso número de profissionais, carência de recursos materiais e falta de informação e divulgação da oferta e benefícios da MTC para usuários e profissionais da saúde. Os princípios da MTC e o perfil dos profissionais têm muito a contribuir com o atual modelo biopsicossocial de saúde no Brasil, embora medidas efetivas que incluam a aproximação das Instituições de Ensino Superior aos serviços de saúde devam ser estabelecidas para utilização e ampliação da MTC no serviço público, garantindo sua aplicação com segurança e qualidade visando à melhoria da saúde da população.
The Traditional Chinese Medicine, founded in the principles of stimulating prevention, holistic view and emphasis in self care, is appropriated in the current Curriculum Directive and to the Brazilian Unified Heath System, however, it has been used in the Brazil public health system. Nevertheless, the insertion of a Medicine with oriental philosophical and cultural approach in a western context has a number of challenges. The purpose of this search is to identify the professionals’ profile, the concepts, the practises and the education process of those professionals exercising Traditional Chinese Medicine in public centers in the city of São Paulo. This descriptive exploratory search was conducted with a qualitative approach. The data collection was through forms and semi-structured interviews with 12 professionals that exercise Traditional Chinese Medicine in two health public centers in the central west region of São Paulo. The content analysis was directed by: professional profile, concepts, practises and Traditional Chinese Medicine education. The results indicated the configuration of two professional groups that exercise Traditional Chinese Medicine: the doctors that practise acupuncture and have a formal academic education and the other professionals that give corporal and meditation practises and have a technical education acquired through several institutions that offer courses with limited regulation on minimum lecture and study hours, content and admission requirements. The issues regarding the education of both groups are also with respect to the limited availability of teaching material, teachers with insufficient teaching education and lack of institutional support for the professional improvement in Traditional Chinese Medicine. The traditional Chinese Medicine principles and the profile of the professionals have a lot to contribute with the current bio phiso social model of health in Brazil; nevertheless effective measures, which include the closer interaction between the universities and the health services, must be established in order for the Traditional Chinese Medicine to be used and amplified in the public service, safeguarding its qualified and secure application and aiming at the improvement of the heath standard of the population.

Den här studien fokuserar på komplementärmedicin ur fyra informanters perspektiv och med kopplingar till aktuella vetenskapliga diskussioner och strömningar. Bakgrunden till studien är en ökande användning av komplementärmedicin i samhället och livliga debatter kring dess vetenskapliga status. Syftet är att genom kvalitativa metoder belysa viktiga aspekter av informanternas användning av komplementärmedicin. Mycket uppmärksamhet ägnas åt informanternas syn på de olika metodernas effektivitet, hur denna definieras och vilka konkreta resultat informanterna strävar efter eller upplever.


This study focuses on complementary medicine from the perspectives of four informants, and with reference to topical scientific discussions and currents. The background of this study is to be found in the growing use of complementary medicine in the society. The main goal is to shed light on important aspects of the informants’ use of complementary medicine. Much attention is focused on their views regarding the efficacy of the various methods, how it is defined and what concrete results they are striving for, or experiencing.

Resumo: Embora a biomedicina seja indispensável à vida contemporânea, a crescente procura por Práticas Integrativas e Complementares (PIC) denuncia as fragilidades deste modelo em responder integralmente às diversas demandas de saúde da população. Apoiando-se na necessidade de efetivação do principio da integralidade no SUS e atendendo as diretrizes da OMS para implantação das medicinas tradicionais, alternativas e complementares nos sistemas nacionais de saúde, o governo brasileiro lançou em 2006 a Política Nacional de Práticas Integrativas e Complementares no SUS (PNPIC). O presente trabalho se propõe a caracterizar as produções científicas acerca das PIC no SUS antes e após a implantação da PNPIC, destacando as principais fragilidades, potencialidades e perspectivas apontadas pelas pesquisas em relação a este processo. Utiliza-se o método de revisão integrativa, considerando o período temporal entre 2000 e 2013. No período entre Agosto e Novembro de 2013, foram consultadas as bases de dados da Medline, Lilacs, Scielo e Scopus e incluídos 35 artigos, que atenderam os seguintes critérios: trabalhos completos publicados em periódicos, relevantes ao tema e escritos em português, espanhol e/ou inglês. Os dados foram analisados por meio de abordagem quali-quantitativa, apresentados em tabelas e em categorias temáticas e discutidos à luz da integralidade em saúde. Observou-se que a produção sobre PIC no SUS começa a crescer em 2007, que a maioria dos artigos são brasileiros e se concentram na base de dados da Lilacs. A região sudeste concentra o maior volume de artigos sobre o tema e, dentre as universidades, a Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC). A maioria dos autores possui graduação na área da saúde e título de doutor. Abstract: While biomedicine is indispensable to contemporary life, the growing demand for Integrative and Complementary Practices (ICP) denounces the weaknesses of this model to fully meet the diverse health needs of the population. Relying on the need for realization of the principle of comprehensiveness in SUS and meeting the WHO guidelines for deployment of traditional, complementary and alternative medicines in national health systems, the brazilian government launched in 2006 the National Policy on Integrative and Complementary Practices in the Unified Health System (UHS) (NPICP). This study aims to characterize the scientific production about the ICP in the UHS before and after the implementation of NPICP, highlighting the main weaknesses, potential and prospects indicated by the research regarding this process. We use the integrative review method, considering the time period between 2000 and 2013. Between August and November 2013, Medline databases were consulted, Lilacs, SciELO and Scopus and included 35 articles that met the following criteria: full papers published in journals relevant to the topic and written in Portuguese, Spanish and / or English. Data were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative approach, presented in tables and themes and discussed based on health comprehensiveness. It was observed that the production of ICP in UHS begins to grow in 2007, that most articles are Brazilian and are concentrated in the Lilacs database. The southeast region concentrates the largest number of articles on the subject and, among universities, the Federal University of Santa Catarina (FUSC) holds the biggest percentage of articles. Most authors hold a degree in health and doctor's degrees. L’atenció integrada està apareixent com una forma de poder millorar l’atenció d’aquest tipus de persones arreu del món. Aquesta tesi doctoral considera possible aplicar un model d’atenció integrada (partint del model d’Intermediate Care britànic) en base a gestió per processos assistencials integrats (a mode de chains of care), per millorar l’atenció geriàtrica que es realitza en un mateix dispositiu sociosanitari d’una organització sanitària integral de Catalunya. Es tracta d’un estudi quasi-experimental de tipus pre-post amb grup control no sincrònic, desenvolupat entre els anys 2006 i 2012, que inclou 2.377 pacients. El grup control fou desenvolupat entre els anys 2006 i 2007 sota el model d’atenció sociosanitari clàssic existent a Catalunya. Després del desenvolupament d’un pla de servei i el desplegament dels processos assistencials integrats entre els anys 2008-2010 (període de rentat), es recullen les dades del grup intervenció que es atès sota el Model d’Atenció Intermèdia (model d’atenció integrada). Els resultats mostren que el model d’atenció intermèdia té una efectivitat superior al model sociosanitari clàssic. El nou model té una efectivitat superior per atendre pacients de major complexitat clínica, aconseguint una reducció significativa del consum d’estades a hospitals d’aguts, una major eficiència rehabilitadora, un major guany funcional, una reducció de reingressos hospitalaris, sense incrementar les estades a les unitats de l’hospital d’atenció intermèdia, ni la mortalitat dels pacients.
The gradual aging of the population and the increment of care complexity, make it necessary to develop new health care models. Integrated care programs are emerging as a way of medical attention improvement for such people worldwide. This doctoral thesis considers possible to apply an integrated care model (on the basis of the “British Intermediate Care”), based on integrated care pathways, in order to improve geriatric health care performed in the same geriatric unit of an integrated healthcare organization in Catalonia. It is a quasi-experimental pre-post study with non-synchronous control group, developed between 2006 and 2012, including 2377 patients. The control group was developed between 2006 and 2007 based on the existing usual geriatric healthcare model in Catalonia. After development of an integrated care model and the clinical care pathways, between years 2008-2010 (washout period), the intervention group data were collected (years 2011-2012). The results show that this Integrated care model focused on elderly people has a superior effectiveness compared to the prior model. New model is more effective and more capable in treating patients with higher clinical complexity, achieving significant reduction in hospital length of stay, greater rehabilitation efficiency, better functional profit and a reduction in hospital readmissions without an increment of length of stay or mortality in geriatric rehabilitation units.

Medicinal plants are a great source of medicine for treating various human ailments. Traditional use of herbal medicine, which was developed within an ethnic group before the development and spread of modern science, is the very basis and an integral part of various cultures. Different medicinal systems throughout the globe are still operational and use natural herbs for treating diseases. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Ayurveda, Kampo, Traditional Korean Medicine (TKM), and Unani are some commonly found traditional medicinal systems in use today. They are used directly, or their secondary metabolites are used as anti-bacterial, antifungal, immunomodulators, anti-hair fall, and multiple other purposes. However, their blood purification properties prevent blood from toxicity. Hundreds of medicinal plants are used in Ayurveda for blood purification, particularly plants which are astringent or bitter (pungent or sharp tastes). In addition, medicinal herbs do not have side effects.

Reliance on traditional plant-derived medicine motivated the World Health Organization recommendation to improve, regulate, and integrate it into the primary healthcare model to offer affordable, reliable, and community-specific primary healthcare. The objective of this chapter was to describe the uses of medicinal plants in traditional medicine to meet the healthcare needs of the members of a rural community in Limpopo Province, South Africa. Structured interviews conducted with 164 participants give evidence of the use of indigenous plant-derived medicine to meet the healthcare needs. This type of healthcare correlates with the World Health Organization primary healthcare, which emphasizes health promotion through curative and preventive care. The study results also present evidence of indigenous knowledge of medicinal plant conservation practices, which embrace observance of cultural taboos and following the prescribed methods of harvesting the plant materials.

Despite the evidence of the impact that nature has on people's health, a sectoral view continues to prevail in the design of public policies. Part of this resistance is explained by the sectoral environment in the professional training space. This article reports a collaborative learning experience in a multidisciplinary context, in which architecture and medicine students address the common challenge of contributing to the orientation of public policies that integrate the planning of infrastructure for the use and accessibility of parks and natural areas with the planning and management of public health. The results of the experience are positive, both in the sense of the recommendations for the integrated planning of the specific territory and for training the capacity of future professionals to perform in complex and diverse environments. A pesar de la evidencia del impacto que tiene la naturaleza en la salud de las personas, en el diseño de las políticas públicas sigue prevaleciendo una mirada sectorial. Parte de esta resistencia se explica por el entorno también sectorial en el espacio formativo profesional. Este artículo relata una experiencia de aprendizaje colaborativo en un entorno multidisciplinar, en el que estudiantes de arquitectura y medicina abordan el desafío común de contribuir con la orientación de políticas públicas que integren la planificación de la infraestructura para el uso y accesibilidad a parques y áreas naturales con la planificación y gestión de la salud pública. Los resultados de la experiencia fueron positivos, tanto en el sentido de las recomendaciones para la planificación integrada del territorio específico, como en el sentido de la formación de la capacidad de los futuros profesionales para desempeñarse en entornos complejos y diversos.

Introdução: A fitoterapia, ou seja,o uso de plantas medicinais, fazem parte da prática da medicina popular e constitui um corpo de conhecimento internalizado por diversos usuários e praticantes, principalmente por meio das tradições orais. Os medicamentos fitoterápicos são um recurso de medicina alternativa para o tratamento de uma variedade de doenças e, em algumas comunidades, geralmente são as soluções mais acessíveis associadas aos medicamentos alopáticos. Muitas espécies vegetais possuem propriedades terapêuticas, portanto, o uso de plantas medicinais é um fator importante na manutenção da saúde da população. Dentre os transtornos de maior destaque, seja pelo aumento de casos ou pelo desenvolvimento de novos tratamentos e diagnósticos, estão os transtornos de depressão e ansiedade, importantes fatores de risco para o suicídio. Além dos tratamentos convencionais, pesquisas científicas mostram que o uso de fitoterápicos pode ajudar porque são muito eficazes e seguros no tratamento da ansiedade, como os medicamentos ansiolíticos. Objetivo: Desse modo, o presente estudo objetiva realizar uma revisão integrativa acerca do uso da fitoterapia para fins de tratamento/controle de ansiedade. Metodologia: Por meio de uma revisão integrativa de cunho descritivo-exploratório, na qual sua construção se deu em seis etapas distintas, sugeridas na literatura científica: 1) Identificar o tema e selecionar a hipótese ou questão de pesquisa para a elaboração da revisão integrativa; 2) Estabelecer critérios de inclusão e exclusão de estudos/amostragem ou busca na literatura; 3) Definir informações a serem extraídas dos estudos selecionados/categorização; 4) Avaliar os estudos incluídos na revisão integrativa; 5) Interpretar os resultados; 6) Publicar e comunicar os achados. Resultados: Obtendo que os vegetais fitoterápicos possuem propriedades anti ansiolíticas, sedativas, anticonvulsivantes, analgésicas e anestésicas locais, além de depressor inespecífico, que agem contra o estresse, a taquicardia, o nervosismo, o mal-estar psicológico geral e insônia, servindo também de tranquilizante e antiespasmódica. Conclusão: Logo, conclui-se que a fitoterapia é eficaz no controle e tratamento da ansiedade, devido às suas inúmeras propriedades.

Introdução: Desde as antigas civilizações relata-se o uso de plantas para fins medicinais. No entanto, com o surgimento do medicamento sintético o interesse por pesquisas com plantas medicinais estagnou-se temporariamente, mas atualmente é o foco de muitos estudos, considerando que o uso de plantas medicinais passou a ser classificado como Prática Integrativa e Complementar em Saúde (PICS). Dentre as plantas de interesse em ser usada para fins medicinais, o hipérico (Hipericum perforatum), também conhecido como erva de são joão, é uma planta medicinal importante em função das suas diversas atividades farmacológicas. No entanto, muitas pessoas acreditam na errônea frase “o que é natural não faz mal” e o hipérico é um exemplo de planta medicinal que apresenta reações adversas e interações medicamentosas, devendo ser usado com cautela. Objetivo: Abordar as principais indicações, interações medicamentosas e reações adversas relacionadas ao uso do hipérico, evidenciando seu uso racional. Material e métodos: Realizou-se uma revisão bibliográfica de literatura, baseada em trabalhos científicos que abortam as palavras-chave em questão. Foram realizadas consultas nas bases de dados de acesso livre na internet como Scielo, Google Acadêmico, livros e e-books disponíveis na biblioteca da UNIFAE, no período de fevereiro a outubro de 2020. Após a coleta de dados estes foram tabulados, construiu-se tabelas e por fim um artigo científico atendendo ao objetivo proposto. Resultados: Dentre as diversas indicações, a literatura consultada destaca suas atividades farmacológicas como antiviral, antimicrobiano, antitumoral, antifúngico, antioxidante e anti-inflamatório. Porém, o grande destaque é relatado em função do efeito antidepressivo, utilizado principalmente no tratamento de depressão unipolar leve e moderada, sendo também promissor para casos de depressão grave. Entretanto, relata-se efeitos adversos como irritações gastrointestinais, reações alérgicas, fadiga e agitação. Recomenda-se, ainda, alguns cuidados com o sol durante o uso do medicamento e a atenção diante de algumas interações medicamentosas, diminuindo a eficácia de anticoncepcionais, varfarina, ciclosporina, digoxina, teofilina e anticonvulsivantes e causando sinergismo com inibidores da receptação de serotonina. Conclusão: Analisando estes dados, observa-se que o hipérico deve ser usado com cautela e sob prescrição médica pois apresenta reações adversas e interações medicamentosas relevantes. Este trabalho reforça a necessidade de orientar a população quanto ao uso racional de plantas medicinais e medicamentos fitoterápicos para que possam ser utilizados com bons resultados econômicos e de melhoria da saúde da população, sendo base para estudos futuros.

Abstract:
As questoes relacionadas a saude mental se apresentam como uma grande empreitada atualmente. Com isso, o Ministerio da Saude lancou o Programa de Leitos Integrais. No Recife, o Instituto de Medicina Integral Professor Fernando Figueira (IMIP) se integrou ao programa. A partir disso, nosso projeto de pesquisa consistiu em investigar esse programa a partir da compreensao da experiencia da equipe dos leitos integrais com pacientes com transtornos psiquiatricos. A metodologia foi de natureza qualitativa, sendo realizadas entrevistas narrativas. A analise dos resultados se deu a partir das Unidades de Significado. Na discussao, foram consideradas as Unidades de Significado articuladas com trechos do Diario de Campo. Concluimos que a politica de Leitos Integrais pode ser melhorada e ampliada, uma vez que tem salvado vidas em uma populacao frequentemente desassistida, porem, para isso, requer aprimoramentos e aperfeicoamentos. ,

Neste contexto o Enfermeiro pela sua formação especifica, pode atuar como orientador/educador, e privilegiando as orientações relacionadas ao tratamento com Cannabis Medicinal, bem como prestar assistência ao paciente e família. Objetivo: Atuação do Enfermeiro da Estratégia de Saúde da Família no tratamento alternativo com Cannabis Medicinal na doença de Alzheimer, e ressaltar as propriedades medicinais da Cannabis, esclarecer o funcionamento do sistema endocanabinoide, dando enfoque na atuação do Enfermeiro, propor um modelo de fluxograma para os Enfermeiros, orientando a família sobre o tratamento alternativo, com Cannabis Medicinal. Material e Método: Trata-se de uma pesquisa de revisão bibliográfica, de caráter descritivo com análise qualitativa. Para o levantamento de dados foram utilizadas as bases de dados Scielo e PudMed com critério de inclusão: artigos originais, publicações em português, inglês e espanhol, disponível na integra online, período de pesquisa de março a setembro de 2021. A amostra foi constituída de 15 artigos. Resultados: Nesse contexto analisamos que o Enfermeiro da ESF tem condições/conhecimento científico sobre o tratamento alternativo, e diante disso 26,6% dos artigos analisados falam que a atuação do Enfermeiro é fundamental, 40% dos artigos analisados falam que o tratamento alternativo com Cannabis Medicinal é algo promissor. Diante foi proposto um fluxograma evidenciando a atuação do Enfermeiro que durante a visita domiciliar pode informar a família sobre o tratamento, informando sobre as possíveis melhoras nas atividades de vida diária do cliente. Conclusão: As evidências sobre o tratamento com Cannabis, ressalta que o tratamento vem sendo cada dia mais promissor no âmbito medicinal, trazendo inúmeros benefícios para doenças neurológicas, como Alzheimer, e que o Enfermeiro tem papel fundamental como educador e orientador familiar, pois durante as visitas domiciliares existe uma relação de confiança entre o Enfermeiro–paciente–família.

Introdução: A fitoterapia integra a medicina popular e consiste no uso de plantas medicinais em suas distintas elaborações sem a presença de substâncias ativas, que administradas por qualquer via ou forma, objetiva uma ação terapêutica, e são geralmente utilizados pela população de baixa renda, por conta da dificuldade de acesso aos medicamentos. A sociedade em sua grande maioria acredita que todo produto natural tem total segurança e é desprovido de efeitos maléficos, podendo gerar assim, problemas irreversíveis a saúde. Objetivo: Verificar se nas farmácias comunitárias à população possui conhecimento acerca do uso racional de medicamentos fitoterápicos e/ou plantas medicinais. Material e Métodos: Foi desenvolvida uma pesquisa de campo, utilizando questionários como instrumento de investigação, que conterá perguntas do tipo aberta e fechado. Sendo estes, realizados em duas farmácias comunitárias residentes nos municípios de Belém e Ananindeua, com intuito de verificar uso racional de fitoterápicos e/ou plantas medicinais. Resultados: Por meio dos dados obtidos foi possível analisar que há uma ampla utilização dos produtos naturais pelos cidadãos, e essa utilização se da através da indicação familiar, em contrapartida e esse emprego se da predominantemente sem a indicação de um profissional de saúde. Conclusão: Permitiu verificar que as pessoas que frequentam esses locais, possuem uma certa insegurança na propagação de informações sobre a utilização desses, assim como possíveis danos, o que leva a discussão do uso errôneo, sendo necessário a intervenção multiprofissional, bem como a cooperação do paciente, entretanto para poder acontecer isso, devem ser feitas algumas estratégias para poder semear o conhecimento para estes pacientes, de modo a conscientiza-lo na utilização do uso racional, além de promover o acesso a profissionais habilitados.

Complementary therapies have been commonly used to treat CMT, such as tuina, acupuncture, herbal medicine. Among them, external application of herbal medicine is non-surgical and non-invasive inventions so it can be used widely in East Asia. Abstract:
Review question / Objective: We provide a protocol to evaluate the efficacy of integrated Shoutai Pill and Western medicine to update the evaluation for the best available and security treatment for recurrent pregnancy loss(RPL). Condition being studied: Recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL) is a distinct disorder defined by two or more consecutive pregnancy failures before 20 gestational weeks infertile couples. The incidence of this disease accounts for about 1%-5% of women of reproductive age and seriously affects their physical and psychological health. At present, the known etiology of this disease mainly includes abnormal anatomic structures, genetic abnormality, endocrine disorders, prethrombotic status, abnormal immune function, infection, etc. Excluding the above factors, approximately 40-50% of RPL remain unexplained, known as unexplained recurrent pregnancy loss (URPL). At present, the main therapeutic methods of RPL are surgical therapy, preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD), hormone therapy, anti-infection therapy, anticoagulation, and immunoregulatory therapy, etc. However, there is no effective treatment has been identified for URPL. Therefore, we still need to investigate effective treatments to reduce pregnancy losses and maintain successful pregnancy preservation in these patients.

Aus der Einleitung: Given two ontologies/terminologies collections of terms and their 'meanings' as used in some universe of discourse (UofD), our general task is to integrate them into a single ontology, which captures the meanings of the original terms and their inter-relationships. This problem is motivated by several application scenarios: • First, such ontologies have been and are being developed independently by multiple groups for knowledge-based and other applications. Among others, medicine is an area in which such ontologies already abound [RZStGC, CCHJ94, SCC97]. • Second, a traditional step in database design has been so-called 'view integration': taking the descriptions of the database needs of different parts of an organization (called 'external views'), and coming up with a unified central schema (called the 'logical schema') for the database [BLN86]. Although the database views might be expressed in some low-level formalism, such as the relational data model, one can express the semantics (meta-data) in a more expressive notation, which can be thought of as an ontology. Then the integration of the ontologies can guide the integration of the views. • Finally, databases and semistructured data on the internet provide many examples where there are multiple, existing heterogeneous information sources, for which uniform access is desired. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to relate the contents of the various information sources. The approach of choice has been the development of a single, integrated ontology, starting from separate ontologies capturing the semantics of the heterogeneous sources[Kas97, CDGL+98]. Of course, we could just take the union of the two ontologies, and return the result as the integration. However, except for the case when the ontologies had absolutely nothing to do with each other, this seems inappropriate. Therefore part of our task will to be explore what it means to 'integrate' two ontologies. To help in this, we will in fact assume here that the ontologies are describing exactly the same aspects of the universe of discourse (UofD), leaving for a separate paper the issue of dealing with partially overlapping ontologies.

Review question / Objective: The type of study was clinical randomized controlled trial (RCT). The object of study is the patients with HFMD. There is no limit to gender and race. In the case of clear diagnosis standard, curative effect judgment standard and consistent baseline treatment, the experimental group was treated with pure oral liquid of traditional Chinese medicine(A: Fuganlin oral liquid, B: huangzhihua oral liquid, C: Lanqin oral liquid, D: antiviral oral liquid, E: Huangqin oral liquid, F: Pudilan oral liquid, G: Shuanghuanglian oral liquid.)and the control group was treated with ribavirin or any oral liquid of traditional Chinese medicine. The data were extracted by two researchers independently, cross checked and reviewed according to the pre-determined tables. The data extraction content is (1) Basic information (including the first author, published journal and year, research topic). (2) Relevant information (including number of cases, total number of cases, gender, age, intervention measures, course of treatment of the experimental group and the control group in the literature). (3) Design type and quality evaluation information of the included literature. (4) Outcome measures (effective rate, healing time of oral ulcer, regression time of hand and foot rash, regression time of fever, adverse reactions.). The seven traditional Chinese medicine oral liquids are comparable in clinical practice, but their actual clinical efficacy is lack of evidence-based basis. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to use the network meta-analysis method to integrate the clinical relevant evidence of direct and indirect comparative relationship, to make quantitative comprehensive statistical analysis and sequencing of different oral liquid of traditional Chinese medicine with the same evidence body for the treatment of the disease, and then to explore the advantages and disadvantages of the efficacy and safety of different oral liquid of traditional Chinese medicine to get the best treatment plan, so as to provide reference value and evidence-based medicine evidence for clinical optimization of drug selection. Condition being studied: Hand foot mouth disease (HFMD) is a common infectious disease in pediatrics caused by a variety of enteroviruses. Its clinical manifestations are mainly characterized by persistent fever, hand foot rash, oral herpes, ulcers, etc. Because it is often found in preschool children, its immune system development is not perfect, so it is very vulnerable to infection by pathogens and epidemic diseases, resulting in rapid progress of the disease. A few patients will also have neurogenic pulmonary edema Meningitis, myocarditis and other serious complications even lead to death, so effectively improve the cure rate, shorten the course of disease, prevent the deterioration of the disease as the focus of the study. In recent years, traditional Chinese medicine has played an important role in the research of antiviral treatment. Many clinical practices have confirmed that oral liquid of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively play the role of antiviral and improve the body's immunity.
