In October 2010, the State Council issued a document which defined MEM industry is one of the strategic emerging industries to cultivate during the 12th Five-Year Plan From the three support aspects of the industry, market demand, industry and the development environment, the paper build a index system to evaluate MEEM development potential, apply AHP and variation coefficient method to weight for each indicator empowerment, and then according to the MEEM development potential evaluation value, and provide a reference for regional MEM industry development ideas.

Abstract:
NontypeableHaemophilus influenzae(NTHi) is associated with chronic otitis media (COM). In this study, we generated a murine model of COM by using eustachian tube (ET) obstruction and NTHi (107CFU) inoculation into the tympanic bulla, and we investigated the relationship between regulatory T cells (Treg) and chronic inflammation in the middle ear. Middle ear effusions (MEEs) and middle ear mucosae (MEM) were collected at days 3 and 14 and at 1 and 2 months after inoculation. Untreated mice served as controls. MEEs were used for bacterial counts and to measure the concentrations of cytokines. MEM were collected for histological evaluation and flow cytometric analysis. Inflammation of the MEM was prolonged throughout this study, and the incidence of NTHi culture-positive MEE was 38% at 2 months after inoculation. The levels of interleukin-1β (IL-β), tumor necrosis factor alpha, IL-10, and transforming growth factor β were increased in the middle ear for up to 2 months after inoculation. CD4+CD25+FoxP3+Treg accumulated in the middle ear, and the percentage of Treg in the MEM increased for up to 2 months after inoculation. Treg depletion induced a 99.9% reduction of bacterial counts in MEEs and also significantly reduced the ratio of NTHi culture-positive MEE. The levels of these cytokines were also reduced in MEEs. In summary, we developed a murine model of COM, and our findings indicate that Treg confer infectious tolerance to NTHi in the middle ear.

O trabalho investiga que contribui??es o Programa Mem?ria Viva, exibido pela TV Universit?ria, fornece para a constru??o da mem?ria social audiovisual da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte UFRN, analisando as entrevistas realizadas com os reitores da institui??o entrevistados no programa. This report presents the results of the author’s summer internship with Powerhouse Ventures Ltd. It is structured in two sections. The first describes the main theory and methodologies relevant to the practical assessment of ventures from a venture capital perspective. It goes into some detail, to demonstrate both the validity of the analysis that follows and the domain knowledge acquired by the student during the project. The second presents an analysis of the investment opportunity presented by [redacted], identifying several areas of concern. It then outlines a similar potential venture that addresses these concerns and may represent an attractive opportunity for powerHouse. The report concludes with a series of recommendations for consideration by powerHouse, and a statement of the value gained by the student during the course of the project. In acknowledgement of the fact that this report considers a real, privately-held venture, a number of details have been redacted in this public release. Wherever this has occurred it has been indicated in the document.

Abstract:
A low-temperature (<300°C) method to fabricate electrostatically actuated microelectromechanical (MEM) clamped-clamped beam resonators has been developed. It utilizes an amorphous silicon carbide (SiC) structural layer and a thin polyimide spacer. The resonator beam is constructed by DC sputtering a tri-layer composite of low-stress SiC and aluminum over the thin polyimide sacrificial layer, and is then released using a microwave O 2 plasma etch. Deposition parameters have been optimized to yield low-stress films (<50MPa), in order to minimize the chance of stress-induced buckling or fracture in both the SiC and aluminum. Characterization of the deposited SiC was performed using several different techniques including scanning electron microscopy, EDX and XRD.
Several different clamped-clamped beam resonator designs were successfully fabricated and tested using a custom built vacuum system, with measured frequencies ranging from 5MHz to 25MHz. A novel thermal tuning method is also demonstrated, using integrated heaters directly on the resonant structure to exploit the temperature dependence of the Young's modulus and thermally induced stresses.

This present project emphases the importance of the preservation of the history and some places of religious memories in Tamba? city, in the countryside of S?o Paulo state. This city was the stage of religious facts that, since 1926, were very important for the local society and have made Tamba? to become known in a national level. Priest Donizetti de Lima Tavares (1882 1955) was the main actor in this history. His religious deeds became miracles, his full active participation in the city events gave him public respect and have become his opinion decisive to solve problems in several fields, causing important changes in the small town of Tamba?. The repercussion of these events wild spread itself considering that the religious deeds, Priest Donizetti Tavares is being investigated by the Vatican in a open process for his beatification. As time passed by, theses memories remain strong in the present time and this project intends to contribute to the preservation of these memories to Tamba? future history. The city still has some of theses places where the religious deeds happened. Nowadays they have become places of memories and also points of visiting for the religious tourism present in the city. This project attempt to justify not only the importance of keeping this memory alive but also to alert to a necessary preservation to future generation of theses Places of Memories . Considering that Tamba? is, by its history, scenario for religious tourism this dissertation attempted also to emphasize aspects directly related with the tourism as a current phenomenon of our society, and particularly the dimensions of religious tourism. There is a great demand of tourists and peregrinators that go to the city to visit these places related to the history of Priest Donizetti. If well planned this tourism may contribute in a responsible way to the preservation of the physical and non-physical patrimonial of the city and generate profits and progress, through the insert of new activities to the several fields in the economy of Tamba?. The Faith Way , recently created, is one of these activities that amplify the interest and the curiosity of new tourists. As a conclusion, this project points to the necessity of creating a dialogue between the history of the city and current dynamic of the tourism looking forward to the future of Tamba?, the preservation process of its history and its Places of Memories .
O presente trabalho enfatiza a import?ncia de preserva??o da hist?ria e de alguns locais de mem?ria religiosa da cidade de Tamba? no interior do Estado de S?o Paulo. Esta cidade foi palco de fatos religiosos que, a partir de 1925, marcaram a vida da sociedade local e fez com que Tamba? ficasse nacionalmente conhecida. O Padre Donizetti de Lima Tavares (1882 1955) foi o protagonista desta hist?ria. Seus atos religiosos propagaram milagres, sua presen?a ativa nos acontecimentos da cidade conferiu-lhe uma importante dimens?o p?blica, tornando sua opini?o decisiva para a resolu??o de problemas de v?rias ordens causando grandes mudan?as na pequena cidade de Tamba?. A repercuss?o destes eventos se amplia atualmente tendo em vista que a atua??o religiosa do Padre Donizetti est? sendo investigada pelo Vaticano num processo aberto visando sua beatifica??o. Com o passar dos anos, essas lembran?as permaneceram fortes no presente e este trabalho pretende contribuir para que sejam preservadas para o futuro de Tamba?. A cidade ainda possui alguns dos lugares onde os fatos religiosos se passaram. Hoje eles se tornaram lugares de mem?rias e pontos de visita??o religiosa e tur?stica. Este trabalho justifica a import?ncia de manter essa mem?ria viva e alerta para a necess?ria preserva??o para futuras gera??es destes lugares de mem?ria . Tendo em vista que Tamba? ? hoje, em fun??o de sua hist?ria, cen?rio de turismo religioso a disserta??o procurou enfocar ainda aspectos relacionados com o turismo como fen?meno atual de nossa sociedade, e particularmente para a dimens?o do turismo religioso. Existe uma demanda de turistas e peregrinos que v?o ? cidade para visitar os locais referentes ? hist?ria do Padre Donizetti. Se bem planejado este turismo poder? contribuir de forma respons?vel para a preserva??o do patrim?nio material e imaterial da cidade e gerar lucros e desenvolvimento, atrav?s da inser??o de novas atividades para os diversos setores da economia de Tamba?. The rescue of a memory has been one of the most amazing events of both cultural and political nature, during the last years, and has raised special interest in the study of Brazilian organizations, where the use of memories is a strategy to trigger identification, concept of belonging and humanization of the organization itself, strengthen the way corporations are perceived and valued. The current work suggests a discussion on how organizations are using institutional content and speech should take place enlarging scope and strategic use of memories. Furthermore, brings to light aspects of the emotional dimension of the company?s memory, identifying though brief analysis the intent and emotional response imbedded in the memory speech. This is a quality focus research, based on Speech Analysis methodology, that brings together the perspectives of Dominique Maingueneau and Patrick Charaudeau. The mapping of the resources presents the theoretical perspectives on memory and its different approaches (individual, collective, social, institutional); communication and organizational culture, identification, perception, and value: emotional response, and the organizational speech. Studying the so called Espa?o Mem?ria Banrisul puts in place an effort that targets the understanding of the connections between memory speech and the company?s communication practices in what regards company?s memory. It also uncovers the speech strategies used to communicate a memory and emotional response they trigger on the audience. It is expected that, by the end of this research, relevant considerations can be presented to professional on Social Communication and Public Relation.
A emerg?ncia da mem?ria ? um dos fen?menos culturais e pol?ticos mais surpreendentes dos ?ltimos anos e tem despertado interesse especial nos estudos organizacionais brasileiros, no que diz respeito ?s possibilidades de uso da mem?ria como estrat?gia de identidade, pertencimento e humaniza??o das organiza??es, fortalecendo a imagem e a reputa??o corporativa. O presente estudo prop?e uma discuss?o acerca do envolvimento dos discursos e conte?dos institucionais produzidos pelas organiza??es, ampliando a vis?o estrat?gica dos usos da mem?ria. Al?m disso, contempla aspectos da dimens?o emocional da mem?ria de empresa, identificando em breve an?lise as rela??es de intencionalidade e emotividade no discurso de mem?ria. Esta pesquisa tem abordagem qualitativa e est? ancorada metodologicamente pela An?lise do Discurso, num composto das perspectivas de Dominique Maingueneau e Patrick Charaudeau. O levantamento bibliogr?fico apresenta as perspectivas te?ricas sobre mem?ria e suas diferentes abordagens (individual, coletiva, social e institucional); comunica??o e cultura organizacional, identidade, imagem e reputa??o; emo??es; e o discurso organizacional. O presente trabalho analisa as Cr?nicas de Origem, de C?mara Cascudo, livro organizado pelo professor da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Raimundo Arrais, que tem como objeto de estudo a cidade de Natal nas cr?nicas cascudianas dos anos 20. A pesquisa tem por objetivo geral analisar a mem?ria individual e a mem?ria coletiva no conjunto de cr?nicas que Lu?s da C?mara Cascudo publicou na imprensa da cidade de Natal ao longo da d?cada de 20 do s?culo passado, visando mostrar a relev?ncia dessa obra de Cascudo n?o s? para Natal e para o Rio Grande do Norte, mas tamb?m para diversos pa?ses e de examinar a rela??o que Cascudo tinha com os seus conterr?neos, que se tornava singular gra?as as afinidades permitidas pelas mem?rias comuns aos interlocutores. Nessa dire??o, para a an?lise espec?fica da representa??o da mem?ria individual e da mem?ria coletiva nas cr?nicas em estudo, temos como aporte te?rico as sistematiza??es do pensamento cr?tico de Halbwachs (2006), Bosi (1976), Le Goff (1996). No que diz respeito ?s quest?es acerca da Tradi??o, tomamos como fundamenta??o o pensamento de Borheim (1987), de Santiago (2002) e de Benjamim (2012). Sobre a autofic??o, recorremos ?s discuss?es de Lejeune (2008). O trabalho n?o ? baseado apenas nesses autores, por?m eles s?o a ?ncora que fundamenta, no geral, toda a pesquisa. Interessa-nos perceber como as mem?rias individuais e as mem?rias sociais se articulam entre si, considerando que a literatura combina e cria a realidade.

The research has as general ob-jective to analyze the individual and collective memory inside Lu?s da C?mara Cascudo Chronicles published in Natal Town Press throughout the 20 decade at the last century, aim-ing to show the Cascudo?s research relevance not only for Natal and Rio Grande do Norte, but also for various countries and examine the relationship Cascudo had with their countrymen, which became singular because of allowed affinities by common memories from informants. In this direction, for the individual and collective memory representation specific analysis in the Chronicles, we have as theoretical supply the systematizations of critical thinking from Halbwachs (2006), Bosi (1976) and Le Goff (1996). With regard to tradition questions, we support as justification Borheim (1987), Santiago (2002) and Benjamin (2012) thoughts. About autofiction, we resort to Lejeune (2008) discussions. The dissertation is not based just on these authors, however they are the basis, in General, for all the research. We are interested in understanding how the individual and social memories fit together with each other, whereas the literature combines and creates the reality.

A literatura cientifica ainda ? muito pobre ao explorar esse tema, o que nos possibilita a sugest?o de mais pesquisas e estudos nessa ?rea. Os resultados obtidos atrav?s do teste t mostraram que para ambos os sexos, os est?mulos negativos apresentaram maior tend?ncia a serem retidos pelos idosos, sendo, tal resultado, mais proeminente para os homens do que para as mulheres.

Electrostatically actuated resonant MEMS (Micro-electromechanical Systems) have gotten significant attention due to their geometric simplicity and broad applicability. In this paper, analyses and simulations for the dynamics of electrostatically actuated MEM structures under parametric and external excitations are presented. The presented model and methodology enable simulation of the dynamics of the electrostatic MEM structure undergoing small motions. The numerical results showing the effects of varying the applied voltages and the squeeze film damping on the resonant frequencies and nonlinear dynamic characteristics are given in detail. Resonant frequency and peak amplitude are examined for variation of the dynamical parameters involved. It is demonstrated that the system goes through a complex nonlinear oscillation as the system parameters change. This investigation provides an understanding of the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of electrostatically actuated resonant MEMS.

Bakgrunn: WIRUS er et nasjonalt forskningsprosjekt om alkohol, arbeidsliv, sykefravær, sykenærvær og arbeidsplassbaserte intervensjoner. Prosjektet består av flere delstudier. Én av disse er en screeningstudie der ansatte i ulike virksomheter, på tvers av sektorer og bransjer, svarer på et spørreskjema som handler om bl.a. alkoholbruk, holdninger til arbeidsrelatert alkoholbruk og forventninger til virkninger av alkoholbruk. Én av virksomhetene som deltar i WIRUS er et forvaltningsorgan i Rogaland. I denne rapporten presenteres resultater fra spørreundersøkelsen blant ansatte i denne virksomheten. Målet med denne rapporten er å beskrive alkoholbruk, holdninger til arbeidsrelatert alkoholbruk og forventninger til virkninger av alkoholbruk blant ansatte i virksomheten. Alkoholbruk er kartlagt ved hjelp av Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test (AUDIT), som er utviklet av Verdens helseorganisasjon (WHO). Virksomhetens resultater sammenliknes med de øvrige virksomhetene i WIRUS, og også resultater fra en tidligere utført befolkningsstudie i Norge. Rapporten kan brukes som et kunnskapsgrunnlag for arbeid med alkoholpolicy på arbeidsplassen, og for situasjoner i gråsonen mellom jobb og fritid. Resultatene for alkoholbruk viser at virksomhetens ansatte i gjennomsnitt rapporterte et noe høyere alkoholbruk enn ansatte i de øvrige virksomhetene i WIRUS (4,31 mot 4,00 av 40 mulige poeng på AUDIT-skalaen). Forskjellen var statistisk signifikant. Forekomsten av risikofylt alkoholbruk blant de ansatte var også noe høyere i virksomheten (12,5 %) enn hva som er funnet i de øvrige WIRUS-virksomhetene (11,4 %), men likevel lavere enn hva tidligere forskning har funnet i den generelle norske befolkningen (16,9 %). Forskjellen i andel risikodrikkere mellom virksomheten og de øvrige WIRUS-virksomhetene er imidlertid ikke statistisk signifikant. Virksomhetens ansatte rapporterte å ha noe mer positive (liberale) holdninger til arbeidsrelatert alkoholbruk enn ansatte i de øvrige WIRUS-virksomhetene (2,26 mot 2,14 av 4 poeng). Forskjellen var statistisk signifikant. Virksomhetens ansatte rapporterte også om marginalt mer positive forventninger til virkninger av alkoholbruk enn ansatte i de øvrige WIRUS-virksomhetene (1,80 mot 1,74 av 4 poeng), men denne forskjellen var ikke statistisk signifikant. Konklusjon og anbefalinger: Resultatene fra denne undersøkelsen tyder på at virksomhetens ansatte hadde noe høyere alkoholforbruk og noe mer positive (liberale) holdninger til jobbrelatert alkoholbruk enn alle ansatte i virksomhetene som deltar i WIRUS-prosjektet. Forekomsten av risikofylt alkoholbruk og forventninger til virkninger av alkoholbruk var imidlertid ikke signifikant forskjellig. Det var også svært få ansatte med høy risiko i virksomheten, og ingen som skåret ut med trolig avhengighet. Denne undersøkelsen gir i så måte ikke grunnlag for å anbefale særskilte tiltak for denne virksomheten, utover det som generelt kan betraktes som hensiktsmessig alkoholforebyggende arbeid i arbeidslivet.

Tegnspråklige med redusert hørsel opplever i dag grensehinder når de krysse nordiske landegrenser. Forskjeller i regelverk, praksiser, saksbehandlingstid, tilgjengelighet på tegnspråktolker og fravær av et felles nordisk personnummer eller ID-nummer er noen av barrierene som tegnspråklige møter. Personer med funksjonsnedsettelser står overfor flere og andre grensebarrierer enn personer uten funksjonsnedsettelser når de reiser og flytter til et annet nordisk land. Tegnspråklige er avhengige av tegnspråk for å samhandle og delta, men de nordiske tegnspråkene er mer varierte enn de talte nordiske språkene. Tegnspråktolking på eget språk er nødvendig for tegnspråklige når de jobber, studerer eller er i et annet land av andre årsaker. Begrensinger i nasjonale regelverk for tolkebistand i andre nordiske land er opplevd som en barriere for de hørselshemmede. Nasjonale ID-nummer/personnummer er ofte nødvendig for å få velferdstjenester, inkludert bistand med tegnspråk i det landet man oppholder seg i. I forbindelse med flytting fra et nordisk land til et annet vil kravet om nasjonalt personnummer, og saksbehandlingstiden for å få dette, sette tegnspråklige i en sårbar situasjon. Det kan være perioder der den hørselshemmede står uten mulighet til å samhandle med hørende eller delta i samfunnslivet på lik linje med de fleste andre. Denne prosjektrapporten beskriver de grensehindrene som døve tegnspråklige erfarer når de krysser landegrenser i forbindelse med utdanning, arbeid og hverdagsliv. I et åpent arbeids- og utdanningsliv opplever tegnspråkbrukere andre grensehinder enn mange andre som krysser landegrenser i forbindelse med arbeid. Prosjektrapporten kommer med noen anbefalinger for å fjerne de grensehindrene som beskrives.

Denne rapporten omhandler en kartlegging og spørreundersøkelse i norske kommuner 2013-14 om tiltak som er etablert for å gi hjelp og støtte til lærere i grunnskolen. Slike tiltak kan betegnes som ambulerende team. Det er Nasjonalt senter for læringsmiljø og atferdsforskning ved Svein Erik Nergaard og Nina Grini som har gjennomført spørreundersøkelsen i kommunene og tiltakene. Hensikten med undersøkelsen er å få mer kunnskap om ambulerende team. Denne arbeidsmåten i skolene er i sterk vekst i mange kommuner og det er viktig å få kunnskap med tanke på å kunne bidra til å evaluere, forbedre og eventuelt stimulere tiltakene. Etablering av ambulerende team er lokale initiativ som vokser fram ut fra lokale behov og den raske veksten kan tyde på at vurdering av effekten er god. Arbeidsmåten innebærer også i en del tilfeller en interessant omdisponering av ressurser fra en segregerende til målsetting om en mer inkluderende praksis. Sentrale forhold er forekomst, organisering, kompetanse hos ansatte, arbeidsmåter og samarbeid med PP-tjenesten. Kartleggingen av forekomst av tiltak er omtalt i en artikkel i Spesialpedagogikk nr. 7, 2013 (Jahnsen & Grini 2013), og hovedresultatene fra spørreundersøkelsen i tiltakene er beskrevet i en artikkel i Spesialpedagogikk nr. 2, 2015 (Nergaard & Grini 2015). Hensikten med denne rapporten er å gi en samlet og mer helhetlig og grundig framstilling av undersøkelsen og fenomenet ambulerende team.

Den här rapporten är en delrapport inom ramen för det Vinnovafinansierade projektet Strategiska partnerskap för effektiv och transparent samverkan (Spets) och belyser Malmö universitets samverkan med organisationer inom den idéburna sektorn. Rapporten bygger på en intervjustudie med tio idéburna organisationer, och speglar samverkan med Malmö universitet ur deras perspektiv: vilken samverkan som bedrivs, vad den ger organisationerna, utmaningar och hinder samt möjlighet för utveckling av samverkan, till exempel genom ett strategiskt partnerskapsavtal.Rapporten visar att det på Malmö universitet sker en hel del samverkan både kopplat till forskning, utbildning och nyttiggörande och att denna samverkan när den sker i relation till idéburen sektor främst är kopplad till tre av universitetets fakulteter – Fakulteten Kultur och samhälle, Fakulteten Hälsa och samhälle samt Fakulteten Lärande och samhälle. De intervjuade organisationernas motiv för samverkan med universitetet varierar, och undersökningen indikerar att organisationerna ser samverkan som ett sätt att fylla behov av kunskap och kompetensförsörjning, att genom vänlig kritik stimulera till nytänkande, samt att ge organisationerna ökad legitimitet i deras arbete för samhällsförändring. Undersökningen visar att det finns behov av ökad systematik i samverkan och att mer skulle kunna göras för att stärka samverkan kring forskning och utbildning. De intervjuade organisationerna lyfter behovet av mer forskning om och tillsammans med den idéburna sektorns organisationer och behovet av mer samverkan kopplat till studenters uppsatser och praktik. Här finns en möjlighet att möta organisationernas behov av kunskap, kompetens och framtida personal. Det finns även ett behov av fler arenor för möten, gärna regelbundet återkommande, mellan universitetet och den idéburen sektor, och organisationerna efterlyser även generellt ökade kunskaper om den idéburna sektorns särart, förutsättningar och behov, inom akademin såväl som i samhället i stort. Undersökningen belyser även behovet av utökat stöd och finansiering för forskare som samverkar med idéburen sektor, då finansiering av samverkan är ett särskilt problem.
