Práce objasňuje různé přístupy k definici trvale udržitelného rozvoje a popisuje významné konference, které s ním souvisejí. Dále se zaměřuje na analýzu indikátorů udržitelného rozvoje. Jsou vysvětleny celosvětové indikátory, společné evropské indikátory, ekologická stopa a specifické indikátory. V další části je uvedeno, jak dochází v praxi k naplnění principů udržitelného rozvoje v městě Třebíč, které je zapojeno do mezinárodního Projektu Zdravé město.

Abstract:

A critical assessment of the condition of the Jihlava River's waterfront in Třebič with proposlas of the most promising remedial actions. Making passable both shores in direct response to the river in the greatest possible length in particular. Furthermore draft of the new waterfront district and small public space around newly opened Stařeč's stream. The main idea was to create a pleasant urban environment, mostly by eliminating the negative effects, especially pedestrian's collisions with individual cars traffic and car congestion of the town centre.

Obsahem diplomové práce je ?Finanční a majetková analýza města Třebíč?. Metoda finanční a majetkové analýzy (dále FAMA) je založena na posouzení dosavadního vývoje hospodaření municipality (retrospektivní finanční analýza) a také na určení budoucí podoby rozpočtu v předem určeném časovém horizontu (prospektivní finanční analýza). Hlavním smyslem finanční a majetkové analýzy je zjistit úroveň hospodaření s obecním majetkem, tendence jeho vývoje a předpoklady, které jsou k tomu vytvářeny v obecních rozpočtech. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část je věnována obecným a teoretickým věcem týkajících se metody FAMA, vhodným a použitelným základním a podílovým ukazatelům, stínovým standardům a programům rozvoje měst. Druhá část se věnuje praktické aplikaci metody FAMA na příkladě města Třebíč a následnému porovnání města Třebíč se ?stínovými standardy?.

Abstract:

The subject of my final thesis is to emphasize the importance of communication and the usage of communicative tools in towns (by municipal authorities). The theoretical part is focused on the principles of communication and municipal marketing in relation to the public sector. The practical part is devoted to the evaluation of communicative strategies of the town Třebíč aimed at chosen age groups. The reason why I have chosen Třebíč for this analysis of communicative activities is its wide variety of communicative tools which the local municipal authorities use. In the conclusion there are suggestions for the future usage of communicative tools by the town (Třebíč municipal authorities).

Abstract:

This dissertation analyses different tools of marketing communication used within the hospitality field in town of Trebic. Goals of this paper are parts of two research questions: 'how visitors assess current communication channels used by the town to present the most significant historical monuments' and 'if the current content of communication reflects the main reasons for visits of the monuments'. A survey filled out by visitors was used in order to collect data for the research. Final summary is clearly elaborated in the coincidence matrix. Based on the description of the current situation, including the method of comparison and synthesis, the tactical measures reflecting identified weaknesses and strengths of communication are suggested.

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá charakteristikou lázeňství jako součásti zdravotnictví, specifické formy cestovního ruchu a významného faktoru sociálně-ekonomického rozvoje měst a regionů. Analyzuje současný stav lázeňství v České republice a charakterizuje úlohu a aktivity klíčových subjektů v lázeňství. Praktická část práce se zabývá podrobnou analýzou komunálních lázní v Třeboni. Na tomto konkrétním příkladě jsou ukázány důsledky obecných trendů, evropské a národní politiky na rozvoj lázní a lázeňského města. Jsou zde charakterizovány aktivity a úloha obce v lázeňství a význam spolupráce subjektů soukromého a veřejného sektoru. Závěr práce se zabývá konkrétními důsledky rozvoje lázeňství v Třeboni v oblasti zaměstnanosti, podnikání, sociálních dopadů na místní obyvatelstvo, životního prostředí a hospodaření města.

The paper focuses on state accounting reform and its practical application in the Třebíč Municipality. First part of the paper relates to legal definition of the municipality and compilation of the municipality budget. Following part engages in reform of the public administration and self administration accounting firstly regarding to the legal aspects, and secondly regarding practical examples of the new accounting methods applied in municipalities. In addition, the paper covers comparison of the budget and the profit/loss statement.

Abstract:

In my thesis I am concerned with defining the influence of the free selected factors - age structure, education and type of housing - on waste recycling by people living in the town of Třebíč. The theoretical part of thesis is focused on theoretical information and factual data. I explain the terms, with which we meet in the context of waste management, and I also introduce the legislation governing the waste management. I mention the early days of sorting and compare the present not only in European countries but also in the Czech Republic. The following part is a presentation of the town of Třebíč and its waste management. For more complete context, I included the cooperation of the town with the firms that have the waste management as their main activity, and the public. Before the next part, I describe the objectives and the hypotheses. In the empirical part, I explain the results from a questionnaire survey conducted among resident of the town Třebíč. Respondents answered twenty questions concerning the classification of waste in their household, thanks to which I obtained data for the evaluation of hypotheses. The aim was to demonstrate the influence of age, education and housing type on waste sorting. The findings confirm the influence of two factors - age and type of housing. Age affects...

THE HISTORY OF PHARMACY IN THE REGION OF VELKÉ MEZŘIČÍ AND IN TŘEBÍČ Thesis target: To capture the dominant features of the historical development of pharmacy in a defined part of the Vysočina Region including the town of Třebíč and the area of the former judicial district of Velké Meziříčí. Methods: The historical development of pharmacies is traced in connection with the historical development of the entire region. It is evaluated and dealt with in connection with main historical milestones in health care. The thesis captures chronological characterization of pharmacies and tries to give a complete overview of the ownership and staff. At the same time, it focuses on collecting of documents in question. Results: The history of the oldest pharmacy in the region of Velké Meziříčí comes back to the 16th century. The pharmacy "U Černého orla" was the only pharmacy in Velké Meziříčí until 1993. There were two pharmacies established during socialist era - first in Křižanov in 1952 and the next year in Měřín. Abstract:

The main concern of the diploma thesis "Forms of female criminality between 1918 and 1938. Example of towns: Třebíč, Jihlava, Pelhřimov" are the crimes committed by women in the political districts Třebíč, Jihlava and Pelhřimov in the period of the first Czechoslovak Republic. In the theoretical part there is outlined the functioning of courts and the possible punishments for the committed crimes and offences in the first half of the 20th century, although for the sake of completeness, the judiciary in the second half of the 19th century is included as well. The crucial part of the work is a socio-professional analysis of the convicted women followed by a part about their most common crimes. The main sources comprise of the criminal records from the District Court in Třebíč, Jihlava and Pelhřimov.

Abstract:

The presented master thesis focuses on processing of an art project with the topic "My town Třeboň" as a part of Art classes at secondary school. The thesis is composed of two interconnected parts - the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part discusses the characteristics of Třeboň. It describes the history of the town, urbanism, the sights, the celebrities who emerged from this town and it also provides an accurate depiction of local landscape. Furthermore, the thesis elaborates on project teaching, it briefly introduces its history and lists e.g. projects typology, stages of project teaching and also examines more closely the role of project teaching in art education. The practical part documents and describes the proposed project. Certain portion of the lessons involved took place at the Grammar school in Třeboň. The master thesis is supplemented by a representative photographic documentation in the annex.

Abstract:

The main objective of thesis is to empirically assess the level of social capital in relation to the development of the city. First, the thesis discusses the theoretical framing of the concept of social capital; it also deals with the topic of regional development and its conditionality, including the issue of the development of small and medium-sized towns. The second part is devoted to a quantitative analysis of social capital and regional development in all Czech small and medium-sized towns. The last part presents detailed qualitative research on social capital, specifically the results of case studies observed at the level of comparable towns Týn nad Vltavou and Třeboň. In these case studies, key equalities and differences of social capital in connection with the formation of the city were identified. We also confirm the importance of social capital as one of many factors that determines the territorial development. Abstract:

Trebon is famous not only for the spa, a rich cultural life and many sights, but also fish farming and pond system that consists of numerous lakes and other water bodies. Every year there are many exhibitions, festivals, theatrical performances and much more. Trebon is a state dominated by the castle, but for visitors, the town offers many more attractions. The landscape around Trebon calls for various types of sporting activities and through the presence of many lakes for water sports. Can not forget the beautiful countryside of Trebon, who became a protected area. Due to these factors, Trebon has great potential for tourism and its further development. This thesis has set three goals. The first goal is the task of analyzing supply and demand of tourism in the town of Trebon. The second objective is the investigation of motivation, expectations and images of selected cultural activities to supplement the product mix for the selected segments of visitors. The third objective is to devise ways of communication and cooperation in cultural and tourism sectors in the town of Trebon. The thesis begins with a theoretical part, which serves as a basis for understanding the important concepts and other relationships. There were also more characteristic of the area in question. Most of the information provided Třeboňsko situational analysis, which were defined in the most important elements needed for tourism. Information obtained from the situational analysis and survey were then used for SWOT analysis. The conclusion of the thesis deals with proposals for new products in Trebon and proposals for improving communication and cooperation between cultural institutions and organizations engaged in tourism.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the impact of turistification and decentralization of functions on the use of city centre of Třeboň. The aim is to evaluate how changed the functional use of buildings in the city centre over the past 20 years, who visits the city centre in a variety of daily and yearly periods and whether there is depopulation of the city centre. It has been shown that in Třeboň grows mainly outer zone of the city, while in the city centre is a gradual loss of permanent residents. Over the past 20 years there has been a change in functional use of buildings in the city centre in favor of commercial functions and services for tourism. Due turistification and decentralization leads to depopulation of city centre primarily during out of the tourist season.

This thesis is focused on the history of the parishes of Třebíč up to the 20th century. It describes the events and the life of the parishes in Třebíč in that time period. The first five chapters report on the history and the religious, cultural and economic life in Třebíč. The sixth chapter is devoted to the era of the First World War. The seventh chapter introduces the personalities of Třebíč who were persecuted by the political regime of that time. A pictorial inset, which complements the study, is a part of this thesis.
