Abstract:
This study investigates the incidence of meteosensitivity (MS) and its manifestations among intellectual workers, and the correlation between MS and psychological states of the patients. Patients were administered a standardized questionnaire of risk factors (RF) of cardiovascular disease (CVD), including MS; CES-D questionnaire to reveal depression; and self-monitoring map. Incidence of MS was established in 99 of 196 intellectual workers (50.5%): 34 men (40%) and 65 women (58.6%). In a group of 33 volunteers with MS, 45.5% were revealed to have various degrees of

Abstract:
At present, the question of the influence of climatogeographic and meteorological factors on human health continues to be relevant and causes discussions among scientists and clinicians around the world. The aim is to study the manifestations and causes of pathological meteosensitivity in patients with arterial hypertension permanently residing in the Far North. For the period from June 2017 to March 2018, 138 patients with a confirmed diagnosis of arterial hypertension (AH) were included in the study based on generally accepted criteria (ESH/ESC, 2018), permanently living in the Far North. Abstract:
INTRODUCTION. The prevention, treatment and medical rehabilitation of children with bronchial asthma is an urgent public health issue due to the increasing prevalence of the disease and its more severe course. According to the literature, most children with bronchial asthma have increased meteosensitivity, i.e. reduced resistance of the body to changing meteorological conditions, which is usually accompanied by the development of pathological meteotropic (meteopathic) reactions. Meteoprophylaxis using the method of interval hypoxic training contributes to reduction of frequency and severity of

INTRODUCTION. Currently, the Russian Federation occupies one of the first places among the developed countries of the world in terms of mortality from cardiovascular diseases, 3–5 times higher than in developed countries. Arterial hypertension, smoking, diabetes mellitus, obesity, and other risk factors contribute to the onset and progression of cardiovascular diseases, and lifestyle modification and reduction in risk factor levels can slow their development. An increase in physical activity along with a decrease in the total calorie content of food is mandatory for reducing body weight. When
