Abstract:
В статье представлен анализ современного состояния рынка гостиничных услуг, отражены статистические данные отрасли. Выявлены ключевые тенденции развития рынка гостиничных услуг. Среди обосновываемых тенденций такие, как повышение спроса на гостиничные услуги, обострение конкуренции, развитие малых форм размещения, в том числе хостелов. В рамках работы описаны результаты изучения факторов выбора хостелов потребителями, оценки качеств предоставляемых услуг, перспективные направления его развития. Сделаны выводы об основных проблемах и возможных путях развития гостиничных предприятий такого типа.
