Abstract:
Tyrimo pagrindimas. Dauguma kineziterapeutų, į kuriuos kreipiasi ligoniai, kol kas nėra susipažinę su smilkininio apatinio žandikaulio sąnario (SAŽS) funkciniais sutrikimais, netaisyklingo sąkandžio ir kūno laikysenos pokyčiais bei tarpusavio ryšio problema. Netaisyklinga laikysena turi įtakos asmenims, besiskundžiantiems juosmeninės stuburo dalies (JSD) skausmu, o dantų sąkandžio ir kūno laikysenos tarpusavio ryšys – tai pagrindas diskusijai apie diagnostikos ir gydymo įtraukimą, įvertinus asmenų, turinčių netaisyklingą sąkandį ir SAŽS funkcinių sutrikimų, kūno laikysenos pokyčius (Rodriguez-Blanco et al., 2015). Tikslas – nustatyti skirtingų kineziterapijos metodikų poveikį asmenų, turinčių smilkininio apatinio žandikaulio sąnario funkcinių sutrikimų ir apatinį kryžminį sindromą, skausmui ir funkcinei būklei. Metodai. Pirmai tiriamųjų grupei taikyti kvėpavimo, stabilizavimo, motorinės kontrolės ir tempimo pratimai, antrai – kvėpavimo, stabilizavimo, motorinės kontrolės ir tempimo pratimai kartu taikant SAŽS mobilizaciją ir kramtomųjų raumenų atpalaidavimo techniką. Įvertinta SAŽS funkcija ir sąkandis, JSD funkcija ir dubens padėtis, prieš taikytas skirtingas kineziterapijos metodikas ir po jų. Rezultatai. Keturias savaites taikyta tik skirtingo pobūdžio pratimų programa vertintų rodiklių tendencingiems pokyčiams įtakos neturėjo, statistinis reikšmingumas nenustatytas (p > 0,05). Grupėje, kuriai buvo taikomi skirtingo pobūdžio pratimai kartu taikant SAŽS mobilizaciją ir kramtomųjų raumenų atpalaidavimo techniką, buvo pastebėta rodiklių pokyčių tendencija, tačiau statistinis reikšmingumas nenustatytas (p > 0,05). Išvados. SAŽS funkcija ir sąkandis, taip pat JSD funkcija, dubens padėtis po skirtingų kineziterapijos metodikų taikymo statistiškai reikšmingai nepakito. Raktažodžiai: smilkininis apatinis žandikaulio sąnarys, funkciniai sutrikimai, apatinis kryžminis sindromas, kineziterapija.

Artykuł ma formę pracy przeglądowej, której celem jest zaprezentowanie historii i dawnych technik uprawy roślin z rodzaju Citrus L. w Europie, w tym w Polsce. Metodyka badawcza polegała na analizie materiałów archiwalnych, obejmujących historyczne traktaty z zakresu ogrodnictwa i rolnictwa. Należą do nich rozprawy powstałe na przestrzeni XVI-XVIII w. m.in. autorstwa: G. B. Ferrariego, J. Commelina, J. van der Groena, J. Ch. Volkamera, J. S. Elsholtza, oraz W. Sierakowskiego, A. P. Jabłonowskiej czy J. K. Kluka. Opisano nowożytne dzieje hodowli roślin cytrusowych w Europie oraz przedstawione w traktatach metody, obejmujące uprawę w gruncie oraz w pojemnikach i sposoby zimowania. Scharakteryzowano także rodzaje wznoszonych w tym celu drewnianych i murowanych oranżerii oraz wykorzystywanych donic.

Abstract:
Epidermio dehidratacija tampa viena iš dažniausių odos problemų. Dehidratuotos odos laidumas yra padidėjęs, todėl į gilesnius jos sluoksnius iš kosmetikos produktų patenka ir kenksmingos, dirginančios medžiagos, ku­rios gali sukelti dar rimtesnius odos būklės pažeidimus bei ligas. Pasireiškus dehidratuotos odos požymiams, siekiama pirmuosius simptomus sumažinti naudojant kosmetines priemones, kurios ne visada padeda spręsti problemas. Pastaraisiais metais ypač išpopuliarėjo se­rumų naudojimas, siekiant mažinti odos dehidrataciją, taikant skirtingas manualines technikas ir aparatinius me­todus. Šio tyrimo tikslas − nustatyti drėkinamojo serumo veiksmingumą odai, taikant kriokarboksiterapiją su ba­roforeze ir klasikinį veido masažą. Tyrimo rezultatai pa­rodė, kad vertinant odos drėgmę, elastingumą ir raukšlių sumažėjimo gylį, ženklesnis serumo efektas gaunamas, kai taikoma aparatinė metodika − kriokarboksiterapija su baroforeze, negu taikant manualinę klasikinio veido masažo techniką.

Abstract:
Stomos susiaurėjimas, arba stenozė, yra vėlyva kolostomos komplikacija ir ji pasitaiko 1–13 % atvejų. Ženklią stomos stenozę reikia koreguoti chirurginiu būdu, nes ji sukelia žarnų nepraeinamumą ir net gali baigtis skubia operacija ir sunkiomis kom­plikacijomis. Per 4 metų laikotarpį mes operavome 7 pacientus, turinčius didelę stomos stenozę, atlikdami Z-plastiką pagal Lyonso ir Symono techniką. Visos stomos buvo galinės ir po tiesiosios žarnos ekstirpacijos dėl vėžio. Komplikacijų nebuvo nei operacijos metu, nei pooperaciniu laikotarpiu, o stebint ligonius nuo 6 iki 38 mėnesių po operacijos stenozės recidyvų nekonstatuota. Z-plastika buvo paprasta ir saugi metodika galinės stomos stenozei koreguoti. Šiai operacijai nereikia atverti pilvo ertmės ir ji atliekama dienos stacionare, kartu padeda išvengti intraperitoninių komplikacijų.

AbsztraktA sérült, de egyébként ép szerkezetű lép megtartására számos műtéti technika ismert. Ezek közül két módszer kidolgozása is kötődik a tanszékhez: az ölelkező varratsorral végzett lépresectio és a nagycseplesz kettőzetébe ültetett lépszeletkékkel végzett eljárás, az úgynevezett „lépkötény”-módszer, a lép-autotranszplantáció. Az elmúlt három évtizedben a műtéti technika kialakítását követően funkcionális és strukturális utánkövetéses vizsgálatok történtek egyre bővülő metodikai tárházzal: beleértve a széles körű laboratóriumi vizsgálatokat (hematológiai, haemostaseologiai, haemorheologiai, enzimológiai, rutin kémiai, immunológiai), képalkotó eljárásokat (hasi UH, scintigraphiai módszerek, SPECT, valamint az utóbbi években nano-SPECT/CT), morphologiai elemzéseket (hagyományos szövettani, immunhisztokémiai, elektronmikroszkópos vizsgálatok), valamint a haemopoeticus őssejtek szerepének vizsgálatát. E vizsgálatok főbb, jelző értékű eredményei a lép-autotranszplantáció létjogosultságát mutatták, hiszen a beültetett lépszeletkék újraereződés révén, remodellatiójuk és recolonisatiójuk után részben újra képesek biztosítani a lépfunkciókat. Ez pedig kritikus fontosságú a lép eltávolítását követő szövődmények (OPSI, DIC) elkerülésében. Jelen tanulmány a legfontosabb elveket és a különböző kísérletes modellek főbb következtetéseit foglalja össze.

Abstract:
Předložená studie přináší do odborného diskurzu o profesionalizaci učitelského povolání pohled na profesní myšlení učitelek mateřských škol s cílem zjistit, jak kvalitní je reflexe učitelek mateřských škol s různou úrovní kvalifikace. V úvodních kapitolách autorky rozvíjí úvahu o vztahu profesionality a kvalifikovanosti, která vyúsťuje do vymezení tří dimenzí profesního myšlení – dimenze poznatkové, reflektivní a subjektivní. V dalším textu se autorky zaměřují již jen na dimenzi reflektivní, která se stala ústředním bodem zkoumání povahy myšlení učitelek mateřských škol s různou úrovní kvalifikace (ISCED 3A a ISCED 5B). Představují modely reflexe (Eby, 2000; Korthagen, 2011; Píšová, 2005), které využily ve svém výzkumu. Zbývající část textu se věnuje metodice výzkumu a zjištěním, která z analýzy dat vyplynula. Výsledky ukazují, že některé pozitivní hodnotící výroky respondentek o jejich práci jsou v kontrastu s výsledky analýzy videonahrávek. Výsledky výzkumného šetření ukázaly, že učitelky, které se cílenou reflexí a realizací technik sebereflexe již zabývaly, využívají vyšších hladin kognitivního myšlení. Podpořily se tak úvahy autorek o profesním myšlení a jeho rozvoji v systematickém zavádění reflexe již v pregraduálním vzdělávání učitelek mateřských škol na pedagogických fakultách.

<p>Prace z zakresu rozmieszczenia i ewaluacji zieleni w mieście w kontekście potrzeb mieszkańców mają duże znaczenie w związku z postępującym rozwojem przestrzennym miast i presją na wykorzystanie każdego wolnego kawałka gruntu. Szerzej możemy mówić tu o jakości życia w mieście, biorąc pod uwagę komponent zieleni. Warto również zwrócić uwagę, że analiza przestrzenna jakości życia w mieści jest trudnym i złożonym zagadnieniem, dlatego też rzadko jest przeprowadzana w obrębie miast. Typowe jest natomiast analizowanie jakości życia w odniesieniu do miasta jako całości, co pozwala na analizę porównawczą pomiędzy miastami. Nie daje to jednak możliwości analizy strukturalnej wewnątrz miast.</p><p>Celem pracy było zaproponowanie możliwości wykorzystania zdjęć satelitarnych z satelity Ikonos 2 oraz technik związanych z GIS dla potrzeb analizy terenów zielonych ośrodków miejskich oraz modelowania jakości życia w mieście. W artykule przedstawiono sposób integracji danych pochodzących z rejestracji teledetekcyjnej, dotyczących roślinności, oraz danych dotyczących rozmieszczenia ludności w mieście. Modelowanie kartografi czne doprowadziło do określenia rozmieszczenia przestrzennego wskaźnika jakości życia w mieście w aspekcie zieleni. W związku z tym wyniki mogą być przydatnym narzędziem w monitorowaniu i planowaniu przestrzennym.</p><p>Na podstawie zobrazowania satelitarnego Ikonos 2 wygenerowano rozkład przestrzenny znormalizowanego wskaźnika zieleni (NDVI). Było to podstawą wydzielenia dwóch klas zieleni: zieleni wysokiej (zbiorowisk drzewiastych i krzewiastych) oraz zieleni niskiej (głównie roślinność trawiasta). Aby określić wskaźnik terenów z zielenią przypadających na mieszkańców, niezbędne było wykorzystanie informacji o rozmieszczeniu ludności, którą to opracowano w formie mapy kropkowej. Określenie cząstkowego wskaźnika jakości życia przeprowadzono w polach podstawowych, a następnie zwizualizowano, używając metody izoliniowej. Proponowana metodyka dała w rezultacie przestrzenny obraz zjawiska, który stał się podstawą analizy rozmieszczenia terenów z roślinnością w odniesieniu do miejsca zamieszkania ludności Lublina.</p>

Abstract:
There are many methodologies in the field of software engineering that focus on the entire software development process. The software development process aims to provide a quality product that meets user requirements, and to deliver it on time as well as within budget. Testing is a tool for verifying the quality of software and serves as feedback in software development. Most software development methodologies are available only in English, they emphasize the actual software development and address testing only marginally. An accurately designed testing process however, may contribute to higher software quality and avoid potential problems resulting from the entire information system's failure. Current Czech methodology that focuses exclusively on testing has been developed either inside individual companies and thus is not accessible to the public, or is contained in graduate theses, where it was typically created by adapting and expanding the existing software development methodologies for testing within a particular company or team. The main objective of this thesis is to establish a methodology for testing in Czech, which is based on international practices and standards, which is not tailored to a specific organization and which can be used as guidance in defining test processes in various organizations, regardless of their specific focus. The proposed methodology is also implemented in the tool EPF Composer that enables administration of methodology and its publication in the form of the website. The thesis also pursues additional objectives. In order to verify the objective of developing a standardized testing methodology is met, the thesis strives to produce a subsequent evaluation methodology using a standardized process framework in order to improve the testing process as well as a summary detailing which areas may be the subject of further expansion methodology. The theoretical part of the thesis aims to evaluate software development methodologies in terms of testing, to provide an overview of standards related to testing and to describe selected standards, to clarify the purpose of certification in testing and to analyze the possibilities of utilizing materials to prepare for the ISTQB certification. The objectives were achieved by analyzing the available materials for ISTQB certification, analyzing software development methodologies, standards, the TMMi procedural framework and other resources that deal with testing as well as its methodologies and standards. The main contribution of this work is a testing methodology, which is based on the testing process as defined by the international organization ISTQB. It provides a methodological framework by interconnecting and expanding individual methodological elements. Elements of the methodology include working products, as specified by the methodology with respect to the IEEE 829 standard. The methodology does not depend on the needs of a particular company and may be easily adopted, managed and customized. It may be used as a starting point in creating a testing strategy in Czech companies focused on software development which are interested in approaching testing in compliance with international practices.

In the present day planning and budgeting is a vital and an irreplaceable instrument for managers. Through planning and budgeting they control management and development of a company. Planning and budgeting no longer is a competitive advantage, but has become a necessary condition for an efficiently run company. Increasing complexity of the environment impacts the requirements for planning and budgeting -- the need to be more complex, the need to include more relations and more specifications. Company's reaction to these demands is usually an implementation of special tools that allow the company to accomplish these requirements. Although, implementation of these instruments along with planning and budgeting generally troubles many companies, some are already looking for new ways to further develop planning; better said budgeting. Today companies are believed to receive a competitive advantage from compiling consolidated budgets for a business unit that is to say from the possibility to budget a business unit as a whole. The main purpose of this research paper is to develop a methodology for budgeting a business unit and its technology support. This methodology due to its newness of this issue has not yet been defined. Reaching the set goal depends on completion of predefined sub goals. The main content of sub goals, as defined in literature and based on my own experience with planning and budget analysis, is to describe this issue and thus enable the reader to understand and be able to implement this methodology on the job. The text of this research paper is divided into five chapters. In the first chapter the reader is introduced to the issue of planning, and learns about the goals, results and conceptual solutions of this paper. The second chapter is dedicated to the issue of planning and budgeting -- it explains its importance, analyzes its functions and aspects that are influenced by it. The third chapter ties back to the general definitions of budgeting from the second chapter and provides further details. This chapter identifies and describes techniques of compiling budgets, the techniques' strengths and weaknesses. The chapter describes the most common shortfalls of budgeting and its solutions; also, outlines the best budgeting practices. The fourth chapter stems from chapter two and three -- following the issue in which the reader is introduced to the characteristics of budgeting for a business unit, and moreover defines the methodology presumption and the methodology itself. The end of the chapter evaluates the results of the execution of the presumed methodology and its usability on the job. The fifth chapter summarizes the conclusions and the level of success on execution of this paper. Abstract:
This thesis describes what the theatre is and what types of machinery can be found there. Then the issue of stage technical machinery is presented into the czech context, respectively into the Europian legislation with the emphasis on the technical norms usage, which are necessary to fulfil in order to reach this aim. In the next part of the thesis is made the analysis of control systems, which are used in the stage technics with the emphasis on the functionality of these control systems, since this functionality determines number and range of possible danger and dangerous events, later on. These dangerous situations are named and specified in detail, thereby their existence, importance and necessity of solution is being emphasized. There is also a possible solution outlined that these dangerous events can be solved in many cases by using of these programmable systems relating to the safety, thereby safety functions realized by these functions. Then the single steps are described into V-model with appropriate documents of these V-model steps. Outcome of this thesis will be suggested model of method and its development and software validation for programmable and control systems in theatre technology.

This thesis's aim is to get a reader familiar with modern methods and techniques of agile project management. A short excurse into the history of project management will be provided as well as the galloping development of this area will be described. In the next part of this thesis we will focus on agile methods especially on the extreme project management, which is the main point of this thesis. For the adumbration of differences between classical and agile techniques, the PMBOK and PRINCE2 were chosen as a representative of classical techniques. Among agile methods extreme project management will attract our attention the most. This comparison will be a bridge between these two worlds, respectively between two different points of view on project management. For illustration of extreme project management, we will touch the extreme programming, however this thesis's aim is not only this programming technique, but is its integral part. Based on the information stated above, we can anticipate that we'll be focusing at the development of information systems. The reusult of this work should be a guide to a manager who reconsiders, or is forced to, a change towards the implementation of agile methods in the rigid environment. The reader should find in this compressed form which will be the embochure of the topic. Last but not least, it should be a compass in the agile management area.

Master’s thesis deals with problems of maintenance of small transport aircraft with application MSG-3 methodology and maintenance plan development. It is aimed at systems and powerplant maintenance. This method is applied on L-410UVP-E20 aircraft. Abstract:
This diploma thesis aims to design a methodology for technical audit of water tanks. The first part presents basic information on water tanks, followed by a brief summary of Czech legislation related to developing water tank renewal financing plans. The key part of the thesis is designing the structure of TEAA water tanks module, which will be included in TEA Water methodology, being developed at Institute of Municipal Water Management. The module under proposal is implemented as a MS Excel application, which is used to assess selected water tanks. The assessment results are compared to results obtained using TEA Water web application, which implements a draft of the TEAA module from October 2014, and to the results obtained using TAWAT.xls application.

Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with technical reserves in non-life insurance, in particular with provisions for future claim payments for damages that have occurred, but has not yet been reported to the insurance company. This type of provision is known by the acronym IBNR. After the introductory section containing a general introduction to the issue of claims reserving in non-life insurance different approaches to modeling of IBNR reserves are briefly presented. Subsequently, full attention is given to Chain-ladder method, which is most frequently used in the actuarial practise for the purpose of claims reserving. This method is then presented progressively from its simplest form of a simple computing algorithm followed by Mack's stochastic model to the last theoretical part of this part describing extended form of Chain-ladder method with relations between different groups of insurance portfolio included. In the very last section, all the lessons are demonstrated on real data to give readers an idea of how the process of claims reserving works is in the common actuarial practice.

Thesis deals with the technical audit of public water supply. The first part is devoted to the current state of the problem in the Czech Republic and abroad. The thesis describes the methodology developed by ÚVHO FAST Brno, which is used to evaluate technical condition of selected parts of the water supply infrastructure. In the practical part of the thesis, methodology is used in the preparation of a technical audit for the water supply of village Boršice, which is operated by Slovácké vodárny a kanalizace, a. s.. The last part of the thesis consists of a design of a structure of software application.

Celem rozdziału jest przedstawienie metodyki zespołowego rozwiązywania problemów. Skuteczne podejmowanie decyzji rozpoczyna się od zidentyfikowania natury problemu, by na tej podstawie dobrać sposób pracy nad przygotowaniem rozwiązań. Proste i powtarzalne wymagają rutynowych działań podejmowanych przez menedżera indywidualnie. Tymczasem złożone, nietypowe kwestie są efektywniej rozwiązywane z udziałem zespołu pracowników przy wykorzystaniu profesjonalnej metodyki podejmowania decyzji. Specjalistyczna metodyka jest tym bardziej konieczna, jeżeli członkowie zespołu pozostają ze sobą w konflikcie i ze względu na to nie można od nich oczekiwać skłonności do kompromisów, wsłuchiwania się w argumenty innych i chęci budowania porozumienia. Podstawą skuteczności przeprowadzenia zespołu przez proces rozwiązywania problemów jest prostota procesu i wykorzystywanych metod. Z tego powodu autor rekomenduje model podejmowania decyzji składający się z następujących etapów: identyfikacja problemu, diagnoza sytuacji, poszukiwanie rozwiązań, ocena rozwiązań, planowanie i wdrożenie. W opracowaniu przedstawiono wybrane metody wykorzystywane w poszczególnych etapach procesu podejmowania decyzji.

W opracowaniu przedstawiono wybrane zagadnienia dotyczące sposobów i form internacjonalizacji mikro i małych przedsiębiorstw w Polsce. Zawarto wyniki badań wykonanych w latach 2013–2018 na ostatecznej próbie 105 dobranych celowo przedsiębiorstw. Metodyka badań została przedstawiona we wstępie. W pierwszej części wyjaśniono istotę internacjonalizacji przedsiębiorstw w kontekście procesu globalizacji. W drugiej zaprezentowano wybrane rezultaty z wykonanych badań. Opracowanie kończą wnioski, które odnoszą się do sposobów i form internacjonalizacji badanych przedsiębiorstw.

Praca nad projektami przeobraża się, a obecne trendy wskazują na znaczenie metodyk zwinnych w procesie zarządzania projektami. Kluczem do sukcesu w realizacji projektów w metodyce zwinnej są zmotywowani do realizacji zadań pracownicy. Tworzenie zaangażowanych zespołów opartych na elastyczności, kreatywności i adaptacyjności, stanowi wyzwanie dla organizacji. W opracowaniu analizie poddane zostały koncepcje: zwinnego zarządzania oraz motywowania. Celem rozdziału jest szczegółowa charakterystyka założeń i etapów postępowania stosunkowo słabo rozpoznanej w Polsce metody SCAMPER oraz analiza przykładów jej wykorzystania w rozwiązywaniu problemów organizacyjnych. W pierwszej części opracowania, odwołując się do megatrendów wyznaczonych przez Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, wskazano na rosnące znaczenie myślenia lateralnego (rozbieżnego) wobec wyzwań przed którymi stają współczesne organizacje. W kolejnej części przedstawiono determinanty skutecznego wykorzystania metod inwentycznych w tworzeniu innowacji organizacyjnych. Kolejną część opracowania stanowi szeroka charakterystyka metody SCAMPER, a przede wszystkim: omówienie pytań wyznaczających kierunek transformacji badanego obiektu oraz proponowanych etapów postępowania. Rozdział zamyka opis przykładów zastosowania metody SCAMPER w tworzeniu innowacji organizacyjnych, w tym również w obszarze projektowania modelu biznesowego Canvas.
