- Michele De Benedictis has for some time taken an interest in behavioral models for agricultural entrepreneurs. Often, such models are specified by means of a production function and a cost function with the associated derived demands for inputs. In order to make such models operational in a given empirical setting, the approach in the traditional literature has been to estimate either the production function and the associated first order conditions or the system of derived demand functions for inputs. This paper proposes an encompassing approach which consists in the joint estimation of the production function and the associated first order conditions and the system of derived demand functions. Il Diritto Comparato ha un ruolo crescente nella formazione dei professionisti in Scienze Giuridiche, ma anche negli studi in Scienze Politiche ed in Economia. Il Diritto Comparato dell’Economia costituisce, in particolare, una integrazione necessaria degli studi di Law and Economics, specie se l’insegnamento è impostato secondo un problem oriented approach. Il problem solving approach appare il più efficace nella didattica, ma costituisce anche un prezioso metodo comparatistico che rivaluta il ruolo del giurista quale tutore di valori e diritti fondamentali nel contesto globale delle Scienze Sociali contemporanee, che appaiono dominate dall’efficientismo economico.

SommarioVi sono prove sempre più rilevanti circa l’importanza di una più dettagliata valutazione dei costi delle nuove tecnologie usate in chirurgia. L’impatto innovativo della tecnologia ha il potenziale per ottenere miglioramenti clinici rivoluzionari. Tuttavia, esistono informazioni limitate sul tema costo-efficacia delle nuove strategie chirurgiche usate in chirurgia tiroidea. In questo studio descriviamo le recenti evidenze relative ai metodi di valutazione costo-efficacia delle strutture e delle funzioni per il neuromonitoraggio intraoperatorio (IONM) in chirurgia tiroidea. I nostri risultati suggeriscono che il modello di economia sanitaria, nell’elaborazione della struttura degli studi costo-efficacia relativi al neuromonitoraggio intraoperatorio, si è dimostrata realizzabile come metodo per migliorare l’efficacia della ricerca.

Abstracttitle RIASSUNTO /title L'articolo esamina il dibattito sulla metodologia dell'economia politica che anim i circoli intellettuali anglicani degli inizi del diciannovesimo secolo. Ad Oxford, l'approccio all'economia politica era fortemente condizionato dalla riflessione critica sulle proposte epistemologiche avanzate da Dugald Stewart nel suo Elements of the Philosophy of the Human Mind. I pensatori dell'Oriel College che presero parte al dibattito erano preoccupati dal processo di rapida trasformazione della societ inglese, e dall'emergere di fonti di autorit culturale indipendenti dalla, se non apertamente contrarie alla Chiesa Anglicana ed alle Universit. La discussione della metodologia dell'economia politica investiva dunque diversi aspetti della vita sociale ed intellettuale del tempo. Il dibattito oxoniense ruotava intorno al parallelismo che molti credevano di notare tra il metodo della meccanica razionale e quello dell'economia politica. Pur avallando le pretese di scientificit avanzate dagli economisti classici, i docenti di Oxford negavano che i risultati ottenuti in economia politica fossero immediatamente applicabili alla realt sociale: al pari dei cultori della meccanica razionale, l'economista doveva tenere presenti le frizioni generate dalle esistenti strutture politiche e sociali. A Cambridge, William Whewell e Richard Jones valutavano con preoccupazione la difesa dell'economia politica elaborata dai colleghi di Oxford. A loro avviso, gli studiosi dell'Oriel College concedevano troppo all'economia politica ricardiana. Alla fine degli anni venti del diciannovesimo secolo, gli intellettuali cantabrigensi sottoposero a critica severa il preteso parallelismo tra meccanica razionale ed economia politica che i seguaci di Ricardo e i ?CTRLerr type="1" mess="Doute Cars isoles avec recollage" ?docenti di Oxford ponevano al centro delle loro riflessioni. L'economia politica, si diceva a Cambridge, era una disciplina troppo giovane per poter assumere procedure assiomatico-deduttive. Laboriose ricerche erano ancora da intraprendere, prima che si potesse procedere alla costruzione di un sistema di economia teorica. Il presente saggio sottolinea la centralit di Dugald Stewart nel dibattito sulla metodologia dell'economia politica dei primi decenni del diciannovesimo secolo. Si sostiene inoltre che la lettura critica delle tesi epistemologiche avanzate dallo Stewart rappresent un momento cruciale nella elaborazione della metodologia dell'economia politica proposta da John Stuart Mill. I risultati di questo studio impongono una revisione delle interpretazioni classiche dei dibattiti filosofici e culturali in genere del primo Ottocento inglese.

Method of promotion is marked by the benefits that are provided for entrepreneurs who follow patterns of behavior indicated in non-binding promotional norms. The benefits may be of financial nature, consisting of state aid measures and tax exemptions. In the Polish legislation the method of promotion is used to encourage entrepreneurs to conduct innovative activities, employ people with disabilities and participate in the social integration of excluded people.

LA PRODUZIONE CITTADINA NEL MONDO ROMANO, VISTA DAL NORD AFRICAQuesto articolo esamina l'evidenza per le attivita industriali nelle città del nord Africa romano e dimostra come l'importanza della produzione artigianale urbana sia stata largamente sottovalutata in molte discussioni di economia antica. Di solito è difficile stabilire la giusta scala delle attività produttive urbane senza effettuare degli scavi estensivi, visto che i laboratori erano molto spesso piuttosto piccoli; ciò non toglie che essi potrebbero essere stati comunque numerosi e distribuiti all'interno della città. Scavi della estensione necessaria non sono irrealizzabili con le tecniche odierne; due siti scavati nella prima metà del ventesimo secolo hanno infatti portato alia luce un quadro caratterizzato da numerosi laboratori: 22 fulloniche a Timgad e 18 stabilimenti per la salatura del pesce a Sabratha. La ricognizione di superficie viene qui indicata come il metodo migliore per effettuare ricerche nei siti che lo consentono, al fine di identificare l'ampiezza dei depositi di rifiuti di fabbricazione, con l'aiuto di indagini geofisiche per trovare forni e fornaci, e scavi di alcune aree specifiche. Questo tipo di tecniche è stato sperimentato con successo a Leptiminus, Meninx e Thamusida, e ha permesso di identificare la presenza di attività di produzione ceramica, lavoro dei metalli e dell'industria per l'estrazione della porpora per la tintura. L'evidenza che emerge dalle recenti indagini archeologiche suggerisce che il contributo dell'industria cittadina all'economia delle città antiche fosse potenzialmente significativo, mentre la scala di produzione nei siti discussi indica un carattere artigianale della vita di queste città molto più consistente di quanto non sia stato di solito ritenuto. Il modello della ‘città di consumo’ non sembra adattarsi completamente a molte delle città romane, e i tentativi di descrizione dell'economia dell'urbanismo romano dovrebbero prestare piu attenzione al ruolo delle città nelle reti di commercio locale, regionale e su lunga distanza.

Streszczenie Procesy wzbogacania są głównym elementem składowym całości procesu przeróbczego surowców mine­ralnych. Efektywność procesu i potencjalną wzbogacalność surowca określa się za pomocą krzywych wzboga- calności. Istnieje wiele rodzajów krzywych wzbogacalności, spośród których jedną z najczęściej stosowanych jest krzywa Henry’ego. W pracy przedstawiono metody jej aproksymacji. Artykuł został podzielony na dwie części. W części pierwszej przedstawiono aproksymację krzywej wzboga­calności Henry’ego X = X(y) dla węgla typu 31 (wykorzystano dane z jednej z kopalń Górnośląskiego Okręgu Przemysłowego) za pomocą dwóch metod. Pierwszy sposób polegał na wyznaczeniu zależności funkcyjnej pomiędzy zawartością popiołu a gęstością X = X0(p) oraz między wychodem i gęstością y = F(p). Następnie poprzez określenie funkcji odwrotnej p = F 1(y) i złożenie z pierwszą funkcją uzyskano szukaną zależność dla X(y). Druga metoda polegała na aproksymacji funkcji y = O(X) za pomocą połączenia (sklejenia) dwóch funkcji logistycznych (punkt sklejenia wyznaczono metodą krigingu zwyczajnego). Następnie poprzez funkcję odwrotną otrzymano szukaną funkcję dla X(y). Dokładność przybliżenia określono poprzez porównanie zawartości popiołu w poszcze­gólnych frakcjach oraz w całym materiale. W części drugiej pracy zaproponowano sposoby określenia powierzchni X = X(d,p) za pomocą regresji pierwszego rodzaju z zastosowaniem dwu- i trójwymiarowych rozkładów Morgensterna oraz regresji drugiego rodzaju z zastosowaniem znanych rozkładów dwuwymiarowych lub przy pomocy metod dwuwymiarowej apro­ksymacji jądrowej, będącej jedną z coraz częściej stosowanych w praktyce nieparametrycznych metod sta­tystycznych. Podano również wzory na średnią zawartość popiołu w całym badanym materiale.

This research aims to develop a scoring system awarding financial cooperation that existed at Syariah Banking using various contract in it. The development of this system will replace the performance of the analytical assess and decide on the granting of the contract to mudhārib. With this system will streamline the performance of the analysis in maximizing profits at BMT. Given the increased profitability for the results to be obtained by sahib al-mal will also increase. The methodology in this research is to analyze the process towards a needs assessment, process analysis and counting processes are the priorities of the system. This study resulted in a system that will be applied in analyzing the Mudharabah where deemed profitable or have a larger revenue share.

Il riscatto della laurea è un investimento che tocca un’ampia gamma di soggetti, a partire dai neolaureati fino a toccare coloro che si avvicinano a raggiungere il monte pensionistico. Le motivazioni che spingono il soggetto ad effettuare il riscatto di laurea, sono il raggiungimento anticipato della pensione e contemporaneamente l’aumento dell’importo pensionistico. Il decison maker prima di scegliere deve considerare numerose variabili allo stesso tempo, per esempio la sua disponibilità monetaria, la sua retribuzione, il mercato del lavoro e via discorrendo. Il decision making è l’arte di scegliere tra due diverse linee d’azione. Le tecniche di tipo decisionale appartenenti al ramo MCDM( Multi criteria decision making) possono essere utilizzate per facilitare la risoluzione di problemi altamente complessi. Il riscatto di laurea, ponendosi all’interno di un contesto multicriterio, deve essere considerato come un investimento che ricomprende numerose alternative e fattori che sono rilevanti per la decisione. La misurazione dei criteri, per quelle che sono le variabili influenti, insieme alla ponderazione dell’importanza relativa agli attributi, così come viene percepita dal decisore, rappresenta l’ideologia di base di tale elaborato. Si presuppone che gli attributi più importanti avranno un impatto maggiore nella determinazione della scelta. La combinazione dell’importanza degli attributi congiuntamente alla valutazione si ottiene grazie alla teoria multi attributo, denominata MAUT. Lo scopo di questa tesi è la costruzione, lo sviluppo, l’elaborazione di una funzione che permetta di affrontare l’investimento del riscatto con una visione ad ampio spettro, analizzando sia le variabili di tipo qualitativo che di tipo quantitativo. In aggiunta vi è stata la progettazione, programmazione, integrazione e beta testing del codice per l’applicazione della funzione attraverso la piattaforma Matlab.

Il presente elaborato nasce da un'esigenza reale dell'azienda Romea Asfalti inerente all'approvvigionamento di materiali utilizzati nel ciclo di produzione. A questo proposito la tesi affronta nel primo capitolo un'analisi sul sistema di pianificazione convenzionale più diffuso, il Material Requirements Planning (MRP), dove vengono individuati i suoi punti di forza che hanno reso questo sistema il più utilizzato, ma anche i suoi limiti che pongono le basi per la necessità di passare ad un nuovo sistema di gestione della produzione e degli ordini. Nel secondo capitolo si è proceduto alla presentazione del Demand Driven Material Requirements Planning (DDMRP), delle sue peculiarità e dei cinque passaggi chiave che lo costituiscono. Il terzo e ultimo capitolo introduce Romea Asfalti, contestualizzando come avviene l'approvvigionamento dei materiali all'interno dell'azienda. All'interno di questo capitolo viene poi effettuata una simulazione per confrontare i risultati ottenuti con il sistema di pianificazione utilizzato dall'azienda e quelli ottenuti dall'implementazione del DDMRP. Vengono poi discussi i risultati ottenuti dalla simulazione, gli eventuali benefici che il nuovo approccio può fornire all'azienda e gli eventuali limiti che presenta.

Ascoltare quello che le persone pensano dei brand, capire quali interessi hanno e quale sia il miglior modo per entrare in contatto e fornire contenuti di valore sono diventate attività cruciali della comunicazione aziendale. Ecco che quindi le figure professionali specializzate in questo nuovo tipo di comunicazione, che assume le forme di una vera e propria conversazione, diventano indispensabili. Le agenzie che offrono servizi di social media e community management si contendono questi professionisti in una vera e propria guerra, in cui la brand image assume un ruolo fondamentale per attirare talenti. Tra gli strumenti a disposizione delle agenzie per potersi conquistare un vantaggio in questa guerra, un'analisi dei competitor risulta sicuramente utile per capire come distinguersi e guadagnare risorse umane fondamentali.

L’evoluzione della catena produttiva, contraddistinta dall’innovazione tecnologica al servizio dell’automazione industriale, ha fornito l’opportunità di adeguare le caratteristiche dei prodotti alle esigenze del cliente e di ridurre i tempi di consegna lungo tutta la supply chain. A seguito di questi fenomeni, è sorta l’esigenza di riconsiderare la gestione del flusso delle informazioni e dei materiali: concetti quali Just In Time, Lean Production e Material Requirements Planning (MRP), presi singolarmente, non sono più sufficienti per rispondere alla rafforzata complessità dell’industria 4.0, caratterizzata da crescente variabilità. In questo contesto, la metodologia Demand Driven Material Requirements Planning (DDMRP) potrebbe rappresentare la soluzione più adatta per la gestione del fabbisogno di risorse della catena produttiva. Il DDMRP è un metodo innovativo che, utilizzando il principio dei punti di disaccoppiamento in combinazione con i buffer di protezione, permette di arginare la propagazione della variabilità lungo la supply chain. Infatti, i buffer, che hanno il compito di assorbire i mutamenti imprevisti della domanda, vengono posizionati nei punti di disaccoppiamento con valenza strategica, permettendo di ridurre i tempi necessari a soddisfare le richieste degli ordinativi. Cruciali nella definizione degli ordini di fornitura, i buffer sono composti da tre differenti livelli, ognuno dei quali ha scopi e metodi di formulazione differenti. Dei quattro parametri che concorrono alla definizione di tali livelli, quali il lead time, il Minimum Order Quantity, la location e l’Average Daily Usage (ADU), proprio quest’ultimo rappresenta la novità introdotta dal DDMRP. Si tratta infatti di un parametro che indica l’utilizzo medio giornaliero stimato per un dato articolo di magazzino, e può essere definito attraverso l’utilizzo dei soli dati storici della domanda (approccio backward), dei soli ordini certi futuri (approccio forward) o di una loro combinazione (approccio blended). La letteratura accademica in quest’ultimo ambito risulta scarsamente articolata. L’assenza di studi su una misura di confronto, che permetta di valutare l’accuratezza dell’approccio impiegato nella stima dell’ADU, rappresenta la motivazione che ha dato origine alla stesura di questo elaborato. Al fine di studiare quanto esposto sopra, nel primo capitolo verrà innanzitutto descritta la metodologia MRP, evidenziandone i limiti che hanno condotto i pianificatori a preferire il modello DDMRP. Successivamente, verranno analizzate le cinque fasi sequenziali proprie del DDMRP, focalizzando l’attenzione sull’ADU e, in particolare, su come questo parametro impatti profondamente sulla definizione dei livelli dei buffer e sulle relative politiche di rifornimento. La presentazione dei diversi metodi previsionali, per il confronto della stima dell’ADU, sarà oggetto del secondo capitolo. In questa sezione si cercherà di rispondere al quesito sollevato in precedenza, con riguardo alla valutazione dell’accuratezza dei metodi di calcolo dell’ADU. Per una stima adeguata, infatti, si ritiene necessario approfondire la qualificazione della domanda, al fine di comprendere quale metodologia utilizzare in relazione ai diversi contesti.

Resumo: A Floricultura é considerada um dos mais importantes segmentos da agricultura brasileira, não somente em função dos significativos recursos financeiros movimentados e do volume de mão-de-obra empregado, mas também pelo potencial de crescimento que possui, em virtude do baixo consumo interno per capita e das possibilidades de exportação. Para tanto, questões como qualidade e gestão são fundamentais para que o setor possa se desenvolver e atingir esse potencial de crescimento.Uma das atividades técnicas e economicamente promissora do Sistema Agroindustrial (SAG) da Floricultura é a produção de flores de corte. Este estudo centrou-se na primeira etapa dessa atividade, ou seja, na produção rural, pois os reflexos da implementação de conceitos e práticas de gestão no agronegócio nessa etapa, visando à obtenção de produtos de alta qualidade e tempo de vida pós-colheita adequados permeiam o setor como um todo. O objetivo deste trabalho foi desenvolver um método para que os produtores de flores de corte possam, de maneira simples e rápida, identificar o grau gerencial de suas atividades e possibilitar a adoção dos fundamentos, critérios e práticas de gestão da qualidade que resultem na estruturação de seu negócio como uma empresa organizada. Para desenvolvê-lo, foram adotados os critérios preconizados pela Fundação Nacional da Qualidade (FNQ) como linha mestra de seleção, priorização e hierarquização dos temas e indicadores gerenciais a serem adotados no novo método.Por meio de metodologias específicas para coleta de dados primários e secundários, e utilizando-se a técnica Delphi para priorizar e hierarquizar parâmetros de gestão da empresa agrícola delineou-se um questionário que foi aplicado a 41 especialistas do setor de flores de corte, pertencentes tanto à iniciativa privada quanto a instituições públicas de pesquisa, desenvolvimento, inovação e extensão rural. Uma vez hierarquizados, aqueles parâmetros foram convertidos em questões objetivas utilizadas na elaboração de um segundo questionário, destinado à aplicação direta nas organizações envolvidas na atividade. Esse questionário, associado a uma tabela de pontuação, indica o grau de maturidade gerencial das organizações bem como as oportunidades de melhoria dos processos. A esse modelo deu-se o nome de Método de Identificação do Grau de Gestão (MIGG). O MIGG foi aplicado a 14 organizações atuantes na atividade de produção de flores de corte no Estado de São Paulo, Brasil. A consistência das respostas obtidas indica que o método desenvolvido é adequado para identificar e avaliar o grau de gestão na produção de flores de corte de forma rápida e sem custos elevados.
Abstract: Floriculture is considered one of the most important segments of Brazilian agriculture, not only because of significant financial resources involved and the amount of manpower employed, but also for the growing potential it presents, due to low per capita internal consumption and export possibilities. Therefore, questions such as quality and management are fundamental, so that the sector can develop and reach this growth potential.The production of cut flowers is one of the activities of the Agro-Industrial System of Flower culture technically and economically most promising.This study is centred on the first stage of this activity, i.e., the rural production, for reflections of the implementation of concepts and practices of agribusiness management at this stage, aiming at the obtaining of high quality products and adequate post-harvest life span, permeate the sector as a whole.The objective of this paper was to develop a method to be used by producers of cut flowers to identify the managerial degree of their activities and enable them to adopt the fundaments, criteria and practices of quality management, leading them to structure their business as an organized enterprise. The criteria recommended by the National Quality Foundation as the base line to be followed for the selection, establishment of priorities and hierarchy of themes and managerial indicators to be adopted in the new method were used to develop this new method.A questionnaire was compiled using specific methodologies to collect primary and secondary data, plus the Delphi technique which was employed to establish priorities and hierarchy of parameters of the management of an agricultural enterprise. This questionnaire was distributed to 41 experts in the cut flowers sector, both private and belonging to public institutions dedicated to research, development, innovation and rural activities. Once set up the hierarchy of the parameters, they were transformed into objective questions used to construct a second questionnaire to be filled in by the organizations directly involved in the activity. This questionnaire, associated to a score table, indicates the managerial maturity degree of the organizations and points out the opportunities for process improvements. This model was called Management Degree Identification Method (MDIM). The MDIM was applied to 14 organizations involved in the cut flower activity in São Paulo State in Brazil. The consistency in the answers obtained indicates that the method that was developed is adequate to quickly identify and evaluate the management degree in the production of cut flowers at a low cost.

L’elaborato studia l’applicabilità, l’efficienza e l’efficacia con cui l’approccio ibrido Demand Driven Material Requirement Planning (DDMRP) risolve problematiche di approvvigionamento rispetto all’attuale visione Material Requirement Planning (MRP) nell’Azienda Acqua Minerale San Benedetto S.p.A. Integrando i principali fondamenti teorici e operativi del DDMRP con una diretta esperienza delle dinamiche produttive aziendali, si è ottenuto un database funzionale alla simulazione dell’andamento DDMRP dello stock a magazzino di specifiche materie prime. Per esse, rispetto all’MRP, le simulazioni hanno evidenziato ottimi benefici per l’Azienda in termini di diminuzione dell’inventario medio a magazzino, abbassamento dell’investimento medio aziendale e incremento del valore dell’Indice di Rotazione. Il successo dell’analisi, giustifica dunque una accurata implementazione della visione DDMRP nel futuro produttivo dell’Azienda.

Il tema della valutazione della performance nel settore pubblico presenta molte problematiche. Innanzitutto, è molto difficile quantificare monetariamente il valore dei servizi offerti alla collettività, problema ulteriormente amplificato dal fatto che la collettività presenta delle esigenze eterogenee che devono essere considerate. La seconda problematica è rappresentata dal potenziale rischio di generare una spirale negativa della performance qualora le informazioni sulla performance venissero raccolte erroneamente (p.e. una valutazione non oggettiva) o utilizzate senza considerare i possibili rischi. Dopo aver presentato il sistema attualmente utilizzato per la valutazione della performance, questo elaborato mira ad individuare un modello alternativo di valutazione del personale operante nel settore pubblico, in particolare i direttori delle diverse divisioni che operano in un Ministero della Moldavia. Il presupposto alla base di questa tesi è che una buona performance del personale porti a una buona performance dell’intera organizzazione. A tal proposito, viene utilizzato il metodo DEA come modello alternativo per valutare alcuni aspetti della performance, vista la sua flessibilità in termini di dimensione e qualità dell’unità di analisi. Il principale punto di forza di questo modello è dato dal fatto che non richiede di predeterminare i pesi attribuiti alle componenti che determinano la performance (input e output), permettendo in tal modo una comparazione più oggettiva.

Abstract:
The PHD thesis entitled: Soft prevention models as a remediation tool for mafia facilitation in the entrepreneurial field. The method of "antimafia compliance by design" analyzes the networks between mafia and economy, trying to identify the mimetic forms of adaptation of the mafia entrepreneur in the area of the legal economy. The selected qualitative research method is based on sociological-legal analysis, that was used to investigate the tools of patrimonial aggression of criminal assets created by Italian legislation to counter the infiltration of the mafia into the economy. The prevention tools of articles 34 and 34 bis of the Anti-Mafia Code were selected, among all criminal and administrative instruments, because they were considered the most suitable to operate on the criminal contamination of the company in a surgical manner, protecting the work and the value of the healthy companies. The sociological-legal effectiveness of these tools was analyzed through the study of 16 cases sampled based on the geographic survey and on the variables of the reference economic sector. At the end of the analysis, the author proposes a “compliance by design model” dedicated to the prevention of mafia infiltration into the economy, according to the canons of business ethics.

In the context of rapid urban expansion, as well as an increased growth and competition in the land development and construction industry; the earned value granted by differentiating attributes in projects is decisive for the brand positioning of a company and its competitive advantage. This study presents a method of designing positioning strategies for the land and housing developer. The objective is to outline initiatives that guarantee competitive advantage and that are recognized and appreciated by the clients, through innovative strategies and processes that increase the value of the attributes of the end product and that result in a sustained growth for the land development practices. The method included the review of the universe of attributes that housing and land developers consider important, their classification into attributes of "corporate identity" and "technical quality" to weight them through the valuation given by experts, competitors and clients; in order to determinate the degree of implementation based on its assessment by the experts, estimated cost and feasibility of implementation.

A crescente producao de residuos solidos e, cada vez mais, uma adversidade decorrente do consumo desenfreado que marca a contemporaneidade. A tomada de solucoes que reduzam o impacto social, economico e ambiental e, gradativamente, tratada como uma urgencia em todas as areas. Para tanto, a construcao civil e aberta a inovacoes que possibilitem a diminuicao dos custos e o aumento da produtividade. Assim sendo, aliando um cenario em que o papel representa cerca de 70% do material recolhido e passivel de reciclagem no Campus Central da UFRN, pensou-se em desenvolver um tijolo macico de papel que possibilitasse um reaproveitamento desse insumo na instituicao, alem de contribuir para uma melhor destinacao do residuo solido. A partir de pesquisa da bibliografia disponivel sobre tijolos ecologicos de papel e dos dados coletados durante as praticas desenvolvidas nos Laboratorios de Materiais de Construcao Civil e Materiais Ceramicos da UFRN, este trabalho visa analisar o processo produtivo das etapas da fabricacao do tijolo e propoe um metodo para sistematiza-lo. Como resultado da sua aplicacao, aqui proposto, foi possivel promover, por exemplo, a economia dos materiais, a otimizacao no uso dos instrumentos disponiveis e a definicao de alguns parametros como tamanho das tiras de papel, proporcao entre solvente e soluto, formas de prensagem e tecnicas de secagem, quando comparado com outros metodos existentes para fabricacao de tijolos similares.,

The difference between the highest and the lowest load has become bigger and bigger with the development of the economics and society. How to got maximum economic benefit and higher operation reliability of unit has become the seeking goal of many researchers and workers. Although there are many methods (such as local optimum, inheritance arithmetic, Lagrange and Equivalent Polyhedron Method et al.) for the optimum regulating burden of thermal power units based on economy. However, the theme for the optimum regulating burden hasn’t been commendably solved. In this paper, it is first time to investigation on Dynamic Rule Method for optimum load-burden about turbine units of thermal power plant basing on the Economy and the Reliability (DRMER). First of all, the different optimum load method has been analyzed, and the DRMER is presented. And the same time, the optimum economical adjustment mathematic models with DRMER of regulating peak load for units are also presented, then the optimum load-burdening characteristics of units are ascertained in different optimum method, and the merit and demerit have been analyzed. The research results shows that DRMER is more proper to optimize load of unit, the economical benefits is higher than that of other optimum method obviously, and can get higher operation reliability of unit. The method and the results can be the reference of optimum economical load adjustment about the similar thermal power units.

Abstract: The paper presents new approaches in economics, especially from the perspective of using experimental methods in developing and teaching economics. The first part emphasizes requirements and challenges in teaching economics in order to underline the need of effective teaching methods nowadays when many students do not have clearly defined learning and professional options and, as consequences, are not properly motivated to study. The first part advocates in favor of methods that create motivation and interest for studying economics and try to demonstrate that such methods could be the methods used by economist to analyze and understand the economic reality itself adapted to classroom. The second part analyses the relationship between research and teaching in economics focused upon experimental economics and experimental methods applicable in classroom. The history of economic research retained in 1960's experiments designed initially to study the behavior of oligopoly and laws of demand and supply. Than through new experiments, economists tested the market equilibrium and the market price, the surplus of consumers and producers, the exchange and the income distribution on the market. The third part presents the market experiment, considered to be the most relevant example for experimental methods used in teaching economics. The most frequent experiment used in teaching economics is designed to demonstrate the equilibrium on a perfect (pure) competition market and, respectively, the market price as equilibrium price. In laboratory, perfect (pure) markets tend regularly to the equilibrium predicted by economic theory. This is why researchers consider market experiment as a 'natural instrument' in teaching economics recommended especially for its remarkable educational potential. The final part of the paper analyses costs and benefits of using market experiment in the classroom emphasizing that the most important benefit of experimental methods is the living maner is that students are learning and the efficieny of the learning process. Through an market experiment the study of economics can be an active experience in that students conducted by teachers participate in producing economic facts and descovering market mechanisms.

Financial risks affect the basic economic indicators in a negative way and cause structural deformation of the countries’ economy. In this study, the most effected economic indicators due to financial risks in Turkey and Russia and to activate their economical future plans are determined. Thereby Turkey and Russia can execute economical collaboration due to their powerful economies. The basic reason for choosing Russia among the Eurasian countries is that Russia economic aspect is the most patronized among these countries. Linear regression analyze method is applied. Financial risks like exchange rates, interest rates and inflation are determined as independence variants and each economic indicator as dependent variant. Gross domestic product (GDP) is mostly affected by annual deposit interest rate (ADIR) and annual loan rate (ALR) in Turkey and by annual loan rate and inflation in Russia. GDP growth rate is not affected by financial risks in Turkey and Russia. Public gross import stock is affected by ADIR and ALR in Turkey and ALR in Russia. Public gross export stock is affected by US-dollar rate of exchange (RoE) in Turkey and Euro (RoE) in Russia. Import is affected by ADIR and ALR in Turkey and by ALR and Euro – Rouble rate (ERR) in Russia. Both countries export are affected by the same parameters. Current account balance is affected by ADIR and ALR in Turkey and ADIR and ERR in Russia. Composite index is not affected by financial risks in both countries. Same result is valid in foreign direct investment and GDP growth rate.

The financial crisis influenced on the demand of our export. The import of manufacturing and consumer goods decreased, whereas our republic is very dependent from import. The crisis influenced on technological modernization and renewal of production. In addition, the crisis in our country could provoke to growth of corruption. Nevertheless all these negative conditions could move us to positive solutions. The economy of the country must find effective methods for using internal investments, accumulate them in government and private founds for this could secure the economy in risky situations. It is time to create efficient system of ruling over the economy and activity of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Abstract:
One of the urgent problems of economic development in the Kyrgyz Republic is overcoming structural imbalances. This article is devoted to the analysis and econometric modeling of the problems of overcoming structural imbalances in economic development. Methods for analyzing structural changes in the national economy using an econometric model based on a production function are proposed. The necessity of developing a three-sector model based on the production function has been substantiated. Analyzed the state of socio-economic development, the state of the investment climate in the Kyrgyz Republic. Currently, one of the most difficult problems of economic reforms in countries with economies in transition is that they are faced with the task of overcoming complex structural imbalances in the economic system inherited from the planned economy of the past. Ensuring sustainable balanced economic development of the country is an urgent task. For the accelerated development of the national economy of the country, the main goal is to optimize the intersectoral and intra-sectoral distribution of resources. In a transitional economy, the market mechanism cannot provide the desired scheme for the intersectoral allocation of resources of the national economy. The government of the country must take into account the existence of economic imbalances at the macro level and in the future, it is necessary to coordinate the distribution of foreign investment resources at the state level. Optimization measures should be aimed at identifying economic imbalances at an early stage and taking measures to resolve them in a timely manner.

Abstract:
This study aim to identify the affecting factors about business cycles synchronization between Turkey and its trade partner, Macedonia. For a better understanding of the subject, we give the theoretical and empirical literatures. Countries are faced with crises and recessions because of often fluctuations in the economy. Dynamic structure of economic fluctuations should be analyzed for the combat the crises and recessions. It must be analyzed the relationship between business cycles fluctuations and economic variables with sophisticated econometric methods. Analyzing the business cycles synchronization is important for the sake of stability and determining the prudential policies. We used Panel Generalized Methods of Moments to analyze the business cycles synchronization between Turkey and its trade partner, Macedonia via STATA. Identifying the determinants of business cycles synchronizations between Turkey and Macedonian economies provide the effective economic policies in these countries. Effective economic policy increase the trade volume between Turkey and Macedonia. If we identify the business cycles synchronization correctly, policy makers take an advantage for interventions on economy. After the analyzed, we conclude that there is a business cycles synchronization between Turkey and Macedonia.

This paper especially search on 2007 and 2008 crisis whether or not equally effect these countries economic performance.

The financial and economic crisis 2007-2009 shown that economic institutions are closely linked and the behavior of complex systems is difficult predictable. There is an urgent need to develop new quantitative methods that adequately describe the dynamic changes in complex systems during normal conditions and during the crisis. There is a need for methods that describe the topology of the interaction between economic institutions, using the tools developed in the theory of networks. The paper used a method of investigation of nonlinear dynamics, as the random matrices theory, which when combined with network methods are adequate means for the study of complex systems. The given technique we have implemented the study in the real time series of global stock markets.

This note introduces the GGDC/UNU-WIDER Economic Transformation Database (ETD), which provides time series of employment and real and nominal value added by 12 sectors in 51 countries for the period 1990–2018. The ETD includes 20 Asian, 9 Latin American, 4 Middle-East and North African, and 18 sub-Saharan African countries at varying levels of economic development. The ETD is constructed on the basis of an in-depth investigation of the availability and usability of statistical sources on a country-by-country basis. The ETD provides researchers with data to analyse the variety and determinants of structural transformation and supports policies aimed at sustained growth and poverty reduction.
