Abstract:
Pembelajaran e arsip di SMK selama ini belum ada model sebagai acuan materinya, oleh karenanya perlu ada model e arsip untuk pembelajaran. Rumusan masalahnya adalah (1) Bagaimana desain model e arsip pembelajaran berbasis virtual dan microsoft access? (2) Menu apa saja yang ditampilkan dalam model e arsip pembelajaran? (3) Apa kelemahan model e arsip pembelajaran tersebut? Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitan dan pengembangan (research and development). Subjek penelitiannya adalah guru administrasi perkantoran MGMP kabupaten Kudus dan Kendal.Hasil penelitiannya adalah (1) model yang e arsip pembelajaran berbasis virtual dan microsoft access yaitu pembuatan laci, guide, dan map berupa folder dan file-file yang telah ditentukan, kemudian disimpan didatabase berupa microsoft access.(2) Menu yang ditampilkan meliputi arsip baru, manajemen arsip, buku agenda surat masuk-keluar, pencarian arsip, pengaturan instansi, tambah dan sunting unit, statistik, rekap surat masuk, rekap surat keluar, rekap buku agenda, dan rekap peminjaman arsip, dan tentang e arsip. (3) Kelemahan dari model tersebut adalah masih bersifat offline dan micsoroft access yang digunakan menggunakan minimal tahun 2010. Saran dalam penelitian adalah (1) Masih terjadi error pada model e arsip pembelajaran, terutama pada microsoft access, (2) Guru diharapkan lebih terampil dalam mengoperasikan komputer baik secara micrososft access maupun virtual atau folder (3) Sekolah diharapkan menyiapkan sarana dan prasarana labolatorium praktek perkantoran modern atau labolatorium kearsipan (4) Perlu ada penelitian lanjutan, karena dalam prakteknya ada beberapa kelemahan dari e arsip berbasis virtual dan microsoft access. Abstract: Community Service is done in the year 2017 period 2 at SMP Swasta Taman Siswa Kisaran, with the theme "Building Database Using Microsoft Access 2007". Given the very rapid technological developments, the knowledge of the database and how to build it is appropriate for teachers to know and able to make it, especially in SMP Swasta Taman Siswa Kisaran. This activity aims, in addition to the interest of lecturers with the affairs of Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, but also equip teachers and students about the knowledge and techniques of building the database. Software used is Microsoft Access 2007. Benefits that can be taken after this activity is done, apart from the needs of lecturers to get functional positions, for teachers and students of course can build database related to their work, for example database for teacher data and student data in the school. This activity is only limited to the knowledge of the database and how / step / manufacturing techniques only. For the design of the application as a bridge of input, process, and output data, it is necessary to do further service in the future. Software yang digunakan adalah Microsoft Access 2007. Manfaat yang dapat diambil setelah kegiatan ini dilakukan adalah, selain dari kebutuhan dosen untuk mendapat jabatan fungsional, untuk guru dan siswa tentunya dapat membangun database yang berhubungan dengan pekerjaan mereka, contohnya database untuk data guru dan data siswa di sekolah tersebut. Kegiatan ini hanya sebatas pengetahuan tentang database dan bagaimana cara/langkah/teknik pembuatannya saja. Untuk rancangan aplikasi sebagai jembatan input, proses, dan output data, maka perlu dilakukan pengabdian selanjutnya dikemudian hari. Abstract:
Medical record retention is a system that regulates the storage period for medical record files. Medical records officers are also involved in destroying medical records including in the retention process. The slow retention process resulted in a large number of medical record files piling up in storage racks so that the medical record space became narrow. Developing medical record retention applications using Microsoft Access. This research method is carried out by conducting a Literature Review with the Literature Study method. The data sources in this study were 3 journals by looking at the inclusion and exclusion categories. Analyze data in terms of similarities, inequalities, views, compare and summaries. The results of 3 literature study journals are medical record retention applications made with web-based methods and web-based imaging. The system design uses Flowmap, DFD (Data Flow Diagram) and ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) and is implemented with the Microsoft Visual Basic.Net programming language and Microsoft Access as a DBMS (Database Management System). The medical record retention application is very helpful for officers in separating active and inactive medical record files, which are equipped with menus according to user needs. It is hoped that the next researchers on several related articles, further research is needed on designing applications using table data with server side processing.

In this paper will discuss about how to export and import data using SQL Server 2008. The first step is to take a case study of the Microsoft Access Teaching Schedule database that has formed a relationship and its data contents. Furthermore, how to import the database into SQL Server 2008, create primary keys, relationships to form diagrams using the SQL Server 2008 DBMS. Microsoft Rights Management Services (RMS) is a system designed to ensure the protection and proper use of electronic documents. RMS allows to apply different access policies for documents, thus allowing to control their use in time. The system allows not only defining access policies at document creation, but also after its distribution. Microsoft RMS uses a number of advanced cryptographic mechanisms and primitives to ensure overall service security. In this paper, we have analyzed the security of RMS, indicating a number of possible gaps. The methods of solving those problems, especially those related to data integrity, have been proposed. Laboratorium Prodi Pendidikan Teknik Mesin FKIP UPR memiliki aset berupa peralatan dan bahan untuk praktikum mahasiswa. Aset tersebut harus dikelola dengan baik sehingga peralatan dan bahan yang ada dapat dikontrol dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat aplikasi inventarisasi peralatan berupa Microsoft Access. Penggunaan aplikasi inventarisasi berupa microsoft access diharapkan dapat memberikan kemudahan kepala laboratorium untuk mengontrol peralatan dan bahan yang ada. Metode R&D model ADDIE (Analisys, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) digunakan pada penelitian ini. Hasil dari penelitian berupa aplikasi inventarisasi peralatan laboratorium yang sudah divalidasi oleh ahli media sebesar 86,66%, ahli materi 92,5%, serta respon pengguna 88,38% dengan kesimpulan sangat layak digunakan.

The background of this research is that it is very difficult for teachers or homeroom teachers to actualize their abilities in filling out report cards every semester.Filling in manually from typing one by one using Microsoft Word makes all teachers or homeroom teachers bored with this situation.The product of the author is a simple report card. Therefore, it is no longer difficult for teachers to fill out report cards so that in the future filling out report cards will no longer make teachers tired.This development research aims to produce a simple report card product.This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 2 Sarolangun.The learning multimedia model used in this study is Lee & Owens (2004).The development stages passed are: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation.The resulting product is in the form of a report card which was developed using Microsoft Access and later can be accessed on each teacher's laptop.The feasibility test was carried out by media experts, and the assessment by the teacher.The results of the research based on the feasibility test of the media are suitable for use by end users in the very good or very feasible categories.The criteria are reflected in the aspects that have been assessed, namely, presentation, method of use, media for users, namely teachers, ease of use of the product, received a very good rating category.The results of the field trials show the enthusiasm of the homeroom teacher in using the report cards that the author has done during individual trials and limited trials.They seemed happy with this product even though it was not as perfect as imagined, but they were no longer tired of typing one by one.Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that the quality of the report card application development product is very good.Thus it can be suggested, that the media can be used as a very simple application in filling out report cards.This product still needs to be developed with a better appearance so that it can be used by other SMK.

Data hiding is emerging as an important area of research with the advent of digital technologies. Watermarking, fingerprinting and steganography are important applications of data hiding techniques. Besides the classical use of data hiding in ownership protection, authentication and copy/access control, it serves as a general tool to convey side information. New files are a good choice for steganographic carriers. In this paper, the authors use Microsoft Excel as a cover file. A methodology has been developed that consists of three techniques for embedding the valuable data with three layers of security and high robustness. The resultant stego Excel file can be transmitted anywhere using any channel. Experimental results show the feasibility of the proposed methodology.

This training is carried out by means of socialization to employees, discussions, training and also direct practice of its use. The service activity for the Microsoft Access Programming Training received an enthusiastic response from the participants of the Bank Sumut Syariah unit employees. Microsoft Access Programming training is carried out in stages and distributed in 14 meetings with a student center learning system and project based learning model so that employees can solve work problems with the skills that have been taught. Microsoft Access is a relational computer database application program that is used to design, create and process various types of data with large capacities. Abstract:
This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using the Microsoft Teams application during online learning for third grade students at SDN Simokerto VI/139 Surabaya. Microsof t Teams was an application that has been used as an online learning medium during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research method that has been used wass descriptive qualitative. Researchers collected data and then described respondents' answers about using the Microsoft Teams application. The research instrument used was a questionnaire and observation. The results showed that 29 students or 93% stated that it was easier to use Microsoft Teams in online learning. Microsoft Teams is also easily accessible to students during lessons. Through Microsoft Teams, it becomes easy for students to learn with easy access, and helps students learn during online learning. Archives are records of activities that serve as a source of information when making decisions. Over time, archive management in various agencies began to require electronics and advances in information technology. Likewise, with archives at the health center, their management already requires an electronic touch, so finding and utilizing them can be done quickly. Based on these needs, an archive storage system was designed for the Pauh Health Center, located in one of the sub-districts in the city of Padang. Archive storage system designed based on Microsoft Access; this application was chosen because it is relatively easy to learn and is an application that is included in Microsoft Office. The design of this system uses data from puskesmas archives from 2020 to 2022. The application design consists of: a login menu, incoming and outgoing mail tables, relations between tables, incoming and outgoing mail forms, incoming and outgoing mail reports, and switchboard menus. The weakness of this system design is that it has not been able to provide different access rights between admins and ordinary visitors. Another weakness is that the application can only be used internally at the health center and cannot be connected to the Padang City Health Office.

В статье рассмотрена проблема организации дистанционного обучения на примере Microsoft Access в рамках курса информационных технологий. Автор задался целью представить авторскую методику дистанционного обучения информатике на основе универсальных информационно-технологических сред. Практическая значимость работы заключается в том, что показан способ синхронно-асинхронной организации учебного процесса, выявлены условия проектирования данного метода обучения, продемонстрирована его реализация на конкретном примере, выявлены проблемы, возникающие в процессе использования представленной модели обучения. Также приводятся мнения студентов о данной форме обучения. Теоретическая значимость работы состоит в том, что в ней обосновывается невозможность освоения в очном режиме целого ряда навыков и умений, в которых нуждаются обучающиеся. Но они могут получить необходимые знания в рамках представленной дистанционной модели обучения. Автор утверждает, что дистанционное обучение информационным технологиям является в разы более эффективной формой организации образовательного процесса, чем очное обучение. Основной новизной статьи является представленная методика обучения, основанная на использовании синхронно-асинхронной модели и универсальных информационно-технологических сред. The article considers the problem of organizing distance learning, using the example of Microsoft Access within the course of information technology. The article aims to present the author’s method of distance learning in IT ba ed on universal information technology environments. The practical significance of the work lies in the fact that the method of synchronous-asynchronous organization of training is shown; the conditions for the design of synchronous-asynchronous training have been identified; the implementation of such training is shown by a specific example; the problems that arise in the process of using the presented training model are identified. Moreover, we can see students’ opinions about this educational form; it is shown that, in general, students are positively disposed towards this format of learning. It is impossible to teach a whole range of skills and abilities necessary for students in full-time education unlike, however, using the presented distance learning model. This is the theoretical significance of the work. The author claims that distance learning in information technologies is a much more efficient form of organizing the educational process than full-time education. The novelty of the article lies in the presented teaching methodology based on the use of a synchronous-asynchronous model and universal information technology environments.

Dengan adanya digitalisasi arsip ini, akan memberikan hasil kinerja karyawan dalam pengelolaan arsip yang lebih efektif dan lebih efisien. Pada tempat peneltian yaitu PT. X ini masih mengimplementasikan pengelolaan arsip konvensional dan disertai adanya timbul permasalahan pada karyawan. Pada dasarnya sistem pengelolaan arsip pada perusahaan yang masih bersifat konvensional dapat dikatakan kurang efektif jika dilihat dari hasil produktivitas kerja karyawan yang menurun dan tidak efisien dari segi waktu dalam penemuan arsip kembali. Sehingga melalui artikel ini peneliti bertujuan memberikan pengetahuan terkait digitalisasi arsip sederhana dengan melakukan pemanfaatan pada Microsoft Access. Pelatihan terbagi menjadi 3 (tiga) sesi yang terdiri atas peningkatan motivasi belajar; pengenalan dasar Microsoft Access; dan Microsoft Access for Accounting. Peserta pelatihan terdiri atas 100 siswa/i SKM Negeri 1 Grati, Pasuruan jurusan Akuntansi & Keuangan Lembaga (AKL). Evaluasi penilaian menggunakan skala 1 sampai dengan 10. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan dasar sebesar rata-rata 20% sampai dengan 40%. Pelatihan ini juga memberikan rekomendasi pelatihan lanjutan berdasarkan hasil evaluasi. Pelatihan lanjutan hasil rekomendasi dari kegiatan ini adalah Pelaporan Keuangan; Teknis Pelaporan pajak; Analisa Kebangkrutan; dan Analisa Arus Kas. First, the institution's database administrator (DBA) imports the student tables provided with the Teaching Notes into the institution's SQL Server with read-only access. In Access, students create ODBC connections to the SQL Server student tables. Then, students create Access queries using the ODBC-linked tables to monitor for anomalies. During a scheduled week, the DBA, in coordination with the faculty member, enters anomalies in the SQL Server student tables at random times, and students run their Access queries to identify the anomalies.

This study aims to (1) determine the process of designing an Electronic Archive Management Information System (E-Archive) using Microsoft Access and (2) determine the effectiveness of the E-archive design using Microsoft Access for the Administration of SMKN 4 Surabaya. This Research & Development (R&D) used the ADDIE development model. The test subjects were 3 Administrative Archives of SMKN 4 Surabaya. Quantitative and qualitative data were obtained from validation sheets and questionnaires. The validators involved were Design Experts, Media Experts, and Practitioners. Data were analyzed using Accuracy Figures adapted from Liang Gie. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that (1) Microsoft Access-based archive applications get an average percentage of 92.8% with "Very Eligible" category to be applied to the Administration of SMKN 4 Surabaya. (2) The value of the accuracy to measure the effectiveness of the archive retrieval process at the Administration of SMKN 4 Surabaya is 1 with the criteria of quite effective.

SMK Citra Harapan Medan adalah salah satu SMK swasta yang ada di kota Medan. Dalam kurikulumnya SMK ini mengajarkan mata pelajaran komputer sebagai bagian dari spesifikasi kejuruannya. Dengan kemajuan teknologi hampir semua orang sudah memiliki komputer sendiri. Sehingga banyak sekolah mulai menjadikan pembelajaran komputer sebagai salah satu mata pelajaran atau jurusan yang diajarkan pada sekolah tersebut. Misalnya cara membuat database menggunakan Microsoft Access. Database bisa dipakai untuk menampung data sesuai kebutuhan dari para siswa, atau bisa juga sebagai sarana penunjang dalam pelajaran mereka. Pelatihan ini dibuat sebagai program dari Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yaitu Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat. Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat Universitas Potensi Utama bertanggung jawab mengembangkan dan menyebarluaskaan ilmu pengetahuan teknologi dan atau kesenian, serta mengupayakan penggunaannya untuk meningkatkan taraf kehidupan masyarakat dan memperkaya kebudayaan nasional. Melalui pelatihan kepada para siswa SMK Citra Harapan Medan diharapkan mereka dapat membuat database menggunakan Microsoft Access untuk berbagai kepentingan atau sebagai penunjang dalam pelajaran.

Cahaya Printing is a company engaged in printing services and is located in Bandung. Financial reports are important information for internal and external parties. The purpose of this study is to identify and identify the weaknesses of the companys accounting information system, as well as to design the application of financial statements according to the needs and to know the implications. The research method used is a qualitative method with a case study and development approach. Microsoft Access 2016 as a design tool as well as document flowcharts and DFD as tools for the flow of the system. Recording and reporting in the company already uses Microsoft Excel, the results of the design of financial report applications in the form of a list of journal transactions, a list of general ledger transactions, trial balances, income statements, reports of changes in equity, statements of financial position, cash flow statements, cash income and expenditure reports, and a list of charts of accounts. This application is also considered more effective and efficient in overcoming problems related to the previous system
