Um die Mitarbeiter zu sensibilisieren, sieht der Gesetzgeber regelmäßige Unterweisungen vor. Diese bedeuten für den Unter-nehmer nicht nur Zeitaufwand während den Unter-weisungsterminen, sondern auch bei der Organisation. Die fortschreitende Digitalisierung der Geschäftspro-zesse kann diese Aufgaben erleichtern, menschliche Fehler minimieren und Arbeitszeit einsparen. Die vorliegende Arbeit ist im Umfeld der MVC Mobile VideoCommunication GmbH entstanden und thematisiert die Strategieentwicklung zur Auto-matisierung einzelner Geschäftsprozesse mithilfe des ERP-Systems Microsoft Dynamics NAV und einer darauf aufsetzenden Branchenlösung (SITE).
 Das Unternehmen steht derzeit durch die Marktsituation der Anforderung gegenüber, die internen Geschäfts-prozesse zu automatisieren und damit effizienter zu gestalten, um die Produktivität der Mitarbeiter zu steigern.
 Innerhalb dieser Arbeit wurden die zu betrachtenden Geschäftsprozesse zunächst fundiert ausgewählt, auf Automatisierungspotentiale analysiert und auf Stärken und Schwächen untersucht.
 Schließlich wurde mithilfe bestehender Standard-Funktionalitäten und/oder Anpassungen an der Branchenlösung SITE (basierend auf dem ERP-System Microsoft Dynamics NAV) ein prototypischer Entwurf dieser Automatisierungen umgesetzt.
 Für die Auswahl der potentialreichsten Prozessschritte hat sich die Verfahrensmethode des Activity Samplings als nützlich erwiesen, durch die mithilfe stichproben-artiger Erfassung der jeweiligen Arbeitsschritte, zu zufällig ausgewählten Zeitpunkten, die Tätigkeitsverteilung ermittelt werden kann.
 Die dabei am stärksten auftretenden Prozessabläufe wurden daraufhin detaillierter untersucht, durch die Anforderungen an die Automatisierungspotentiale formuliert werden konnten.
 Anschließend wurden diese Anforderungen technisch konzeptioniert und in der Programmiersprache C/AL über verschiedene Lösungen entwickelt.
 Um die Zukunftssicherheit der realisierten Lösung sicherzustellen, empfiehlt sich eine perspektivische Migration auf die Extension-Technologie, die das Ziel verfolgt, den bisher aufwändigen Update-Prozess wesentlich zu verschlanken.

Затрагивается тема эволюции методологий, с помощью которых автоматизируется деятельность предприятия, а именно: «Планирование потребностей в материалах», «Планирование производственных мощностей», «Планирование производственных ресурсов», «Планирование ресурсов предприятия, синхронизированное с запросами потребителя». Рассматриваются самые распространенные на российском рынке информационные системы планирования ресурсов и управления крупным предприятием, такие как «1C:Предприятие», Microsoft Dynamics AX, SAP ERP, Oracle E-Business Suite, Sage ERP. Кроме того, автором рассмотрены системы более подходящие для автоматизации деятельности предприятий малого и среднего бизнеса, такие как Microsoft Dynamics NAV, «Галактика ERP», «Парус-Предприятие», Epicor iScala, КАС «Бизнес-Люкс». При рассмотрении каждой из перечисленных систем упоминаются отрасли, в которых данные системы используются, стоимости лицензий, функциональность, используемые системы управлении базами данных. а также самые известные на российском рынке предприятия, на которых внедрены и используются рассматриваемые в статье системы планирования ресурсов и управления предприятием.

Investments in system and information technology applied in a company sometimes do not provide benefits comparing to the cost. Therefore, we propose to PT. Frina Lestari Nusantara to measure the economic benefits gained from the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Microsoft Navision) using Information Economics method, so that later on the benefits obtained from the feasibility assessment on the applied Navision can be provided. The methodology used is field research and literature study. The Field research is in form of observations of product selling process, analysis of the data obtained, direct interviews and questionnaire distribution to the relevant sections. The literature study is used to find, collect and study the needed data and information using references from various media and sources. From the results it is concluded that the implementation of Navision application executed so far is pretty decent to be implemented and helps improve the company’s performance.

Use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems has been the mainstay of large enterprises since 1990s. Only recently has there been significant interest in the use of ERP in small and medium sized businesses (SMBs). Since then scholars have been studying the applicability of research results of successful implementation of ERPs in large enterprises to implementation in SMBs. In this research, the authors study the available research to discern the various ERP systems and Critical Success Factors (CSF) of ERP implementations, and delve into the real life experiences of small and midsize businesses (SMBs) that have installed Microsoft Dynamics Navision (NAV). Except for the CSF “management of risk” being found not as important almost all SMBs in the study found all CSFs found important by large businesses also important and indicated that CSF “user training” the most important.

This article investigates the teaching of practical ERP skills. The discussion is centered on an innovative teaching concept called “The ERP Challenge”, which was developed to give students a hands-on experience with a commercial standard ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics NAV). The ERP Challenge consists of a business simulation game based on a real-world company case, an e-learning platform and the actual ERP system. The software platform for the ERP Challenge combines these elements in a seamlessly integrated way. Described further is the development of the software platform, the evaluation process for its refinement and the possibility to provide the solution as a hosted service. The findings from two supporting empirical surveys are presented; these show that the ERP Challenge is perceived as a successful means of providing ERP skills by the students and that the feasibility of a hosted service needs to be carefully examined.

Розкрито особливості автоматизованої системи управлінського обліку суб’єктів господарювання в умовах діджиталізації та цифровізації, що сприяють налагодженню автоматизованого процесу збору, систематизації, обробки інформації. Наведено перелік можливих запитів користувачів інформації, отримання відповідей на які залежатиме, як від визначеного алгоритму бізнес-процесів, так і від правильно обраного програмного продукту обробки інформації. Оперативно опрацьована інформація у вигляді сформованих даних та акумульованих показників використовується бухгалтерією, фінансово-аналітичними підрозділами та керівництвом для прийняття ефективних бізнес-рішень. Виокремлено складові взаємодії системи: бізнес-процеси, власне процеси (від збору інформації до її отримання у вигляді оброблених даних), показники діяльності, документальне забезпечення та користувачі даних. Проведено аналіз ринку сучасних ІТ-технологій для управлінського обліку та управління бізнес-процесами. Зазначено та описано програмне забезпечення для використання підприємствами малого, середнього та великого бізнесу. Розкрито складові елементи та інструменти програмних продуктів, зокрема, для обліку окремих бізнес-процесів (модульні підсистеми) та інтегровані інформаційні системи. Визначено, що пріоритетними критеріями при виборі програмного забезпечення є вбудований базовий функціонал (набір інструментів), рівень ІТ-безпеки та захисту інформації, перелік функцій технічного забезпечення та підтримки, використання хмарних технологій, ліцензія. Систематизовано та узагальнено складові елементи автоматизованої системи управлінського обліку та управління бізнесом, зазначено їх переваги. Виокремлено та описано програми, що належним чином відповідають потребам та вимогам цілісного управління бізнес-процесами та діяльності суб’єктів господарювання, зокрема, до їх переліку віднесено: ERP система Business Central (Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365), SAP ERP, «MASTER: Бухгалтерія» та ін. Запропоновано комплексний підхід до вибору програмного продукту, синтез функціональних модулів якого сприятиме оперативному опрацюванню інформації, системному управлінню діяльністю та прийняттю рішень менеджерами різних рівнів управління.

SummaryIntroduction: This article is part of the Focus Theme of Methods of Information in Medicine on “New Methodologies for Patients Rehabilitation”.Background: The article presents the approach in which the rehabilitative exercise prepared by healthcare professional is encoded as formal knowledge and used by humanoid robot to assist patients without involving other care actors.Objectives: The main objective is the use of humanoids in rehabilitative care. An example is pulmonary rehabilitation in COPD patients. Another goal is the automated judgment functionality to determine how the rehabilitation exercise matches the pre-programmed correct sequence.Methods: We use the Aldebaran Robotics’ NAO humanoid to set up artificial cognitive application. Pre-programmed NAO induces elderly patient to undertake humanoid-driven rehabilitation exercise, but needs to evaluate the human actions against the correct template. Patient is observed using NAO’s eyes. We use the Microsoft Kinect SDK to extract motion path from the humanoid’s recorded video. We compare human- and humanoid-operated process sequences by using the Dynamic Time Warping (DTW) and test the prototype.Results: This artificial cognitive software showcases the use of DTW algorithm to enable humanoids to judge in near real-time about the correctness of rehabilitative exercises performed by patients following the robot’s indications.Conclusion: One could enable better sustainable rehabilitative care services in remote residential settings by combining intelligent applications piloting humanoids with the DTW pattern matching algorithm applied at run time to compare humanoid- and human-operated process sequences. In turn, it will lower the need of human care.

Abstract:
Det övergripande syftet med denna undersökning har varit att undersöka vilka nyttor som förväntas vid implementeringen av ett affärssystem, vilka som realiserats av systemet samt om dessa nyttor har mätts eller värderats på något sätt för att möjliggöra uppföljning av investeringen. Studien har genomförts med en kvalitativ metod och semistrukturerade intervjuer. Respondenterna som har intervjuats arbetar med ett affärssystem i det dagliga arbetet på olika Statoilstationer i Sundsvall och Hudiksvall. Därför har även huruvida de upplevda nyttorna är beroende av driftsform på stationerna, bolagsdrivna stationer och franchisedrivna stationer undersökts. Respondenter från Svenska Statoil har också intervjuats för att få en bild av hur de ser på detta eftersom de tog beslut om att införa systemet på samtliga stationer. Undersökningen har visat att majoriteten av respondenterna från stationerna inte hade några förväntade nyttor med systemet men däremot hade de fått höra om vilka nyttor som systemet skulle innebära från Svenska Statoil. De i sin tur uppger att de inte har något dokument kvar sedan tidpunkten för beslutet att använda systemet men de nyttor de kommer ihåg stämmer delvis överrens med vad stationerna uppgett. Den realiserade nyttan är oberoende av vilken driftsform stationerna har så när som på en nytta nämligen intern hjälp från Statoil. Studien visar också att Svenska Statoil endast har mätt en nytta medan ingen värdering eller mätning har skett ute på stationerna.

During the research I managed to identify the most critical problems across the stages of ERP system Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 implementation. The results provide advice on how to choose suitable tools and procedures to minimize these problems.

Tem-se verificado um crescente aumento da esperança média de vida e paralelamente um crescente aumento no número de doentes internados. Esta situação alerta-nos para o fato de que os sistemas de informação têm de acompanhar esta evolução, para assim adquirirem sensibilidade na tomada de decisões, quando confrontados com realidades de negócio. Outro fator relevante é que as clínicas e hospitais necessitam de sistemas de informação inovadores e economicamente fiáveis para o controlo de custos e ganhos. O projeto consistiu no desenvolvimento de um módulo designado de Gestão Hospitalar NAV para Internamento, no âmbito da área de negócio da Saúde, desenvolvido em Microsoft Dynamics NAV (MS Dynamics NAV). Sendo o MS Dynamics NAV bastante versátil, verificou-se que é possível acrescentar funcionalidades para adaptar o sistema standard às necessidades do negócio, neste caso específico do internamento na área da saúde com foco no processo administrativo e alguns processos do corpo clínico. Este módulo da Gestão Hospitalar NAV para internamento vai permitir que o administrativo possa registar novos doentes, que efetue admissões de internamento e possa gerir alguns processos do doente durante o seu internamento até ao momento da alta, como por exemplo a gestão de camas, registos de visitas aos doentes e a faturação. Neste módulo também é disponibilizado a gestão de armazém; este processo permite fazer as compras aos fornecedores para repor stocks em falta e repor o stock em falta nos pisos de internamento. Como complemento, este módulo vai permitir ao médico inserir registos clínicos aos doentes internados e dar a alta médica, para assim fechar o processo do doente no internamento.

Abstract:
A globalização e a elevada concorrência entre empresas exige um aumento da eficiência e produtividade levando-as a adoptarem sistemas de informação que as auxiliem nesta tarefa. O Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) facilita o fluxo de informação dentro da organização, com fornecedores, clientes e outros intervenientes da Supply Chain Planning (SCM). Este estudo pretende analisar o impacto que as aplicações de ERP têm no SCM das empresas e tem como objectivo determinar o papel da gestão da cadeia de abastecimento na criação de elementos diferenciadores e vantagens competitivas, identificar as funcionalidades que as Pequenas e Médias Empresas (PMEs) portuguesas valorizam num software de ERP e detectar os factores que influenciam uma implementação de sucesso deste tipo de sistemas de informação. Para este estudo foram realizadas entrevistas semi-estruturadas para recolher o máximo de informação sobre o tema. As entrevistas foram feitas aos Microsoft Certified Partners que implementam o software Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Os resultados obtidos nesta análise qualitativa mostraram quais as características mais valorizadas pelas PMEs portuguesas nos diversos módulos que integram um software de ERP. Este estudo revelou ainda qual a imagem, grau de satisfação e as razões que influenciam que o processo de implementação seja bem sucedido. Este é um tema ainda pouco explorado pela comunidade científica, especialmente reflectindo a realidade das PMEs portuguesas, tornando-se assim um estudo relevante do ponto de vista teórico prático.<br>Globalization and intense competition between enterprises requires them to increase efficiency and productivity leading to the adoption of information systems that assist them in this task. The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) facilitates the flow of information within the organization, with suppliers, customers and other stakeholders of the Supply Chain Planning (SCM). This study analyzed the impact of ERP applications in the SCM and aims to determine the role of managing the supply chain to create distinctive features and competitive advantages, identify the characteristics that Portuguese Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) value in ERP software and the factors that influence a successful implementation of this type of this IT. For this study were conducted semi-structured interviews to gather as much information on the subject. The interviews were made to Microsoft Certified Partners who implement the software Microsoft Dynamics NAV. The results of this qualitative analysis demonstrate the characteristics most valued by Portuguese SMEs in the different modules that integrate an ERP software. This study also shown the image and satisfaction of the enterprises that implement an ERP application and the reasons that influence a successful implementation. This is a topic still largely unexplored by the scientific community, especially reflecting the Portuguese SMEs, thus becoming a relevant study in terms of theory and practice.

Abstract:
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems have been implemented in numerous organizations over the last decade. However, research indicates that successful implementation of ERP solutions does not necessarily lead to successful ERP usage. ERP systems benefit organizations only to the extent that users accept and utilize them frequently and extensively. To improve the efficiency and effectiveness of ERP systems in the operation phase, organizations need to research the factors that impact user satisfaction. In this area, the Technological Acceptance Model (TAM) proposed by Davis (1989) has been widely used as it can enhance understanding of the influences that increase the efficiency and effectiveness of ERP system use. Regardless of ERP complexity and ERP implementation failure, very few studies have been conducted to examine technology acceptance, especially when dealing with autonomous ERP users and including more external factors, which can influence users’ acceptance of ERP system. Because ERP solutions are implemented by different methodologies and some are more present at large organizations than at small and mid-sized organizations, the authors research and compare the importance of external factors of two global solutions—namely, SAP and Microsoft Dynamics NAV—regarding user acceptance. The chapter contributes to the body of knowledge in this specific area.
