Det övergripande syftet med denna undersökning har varit att undersöka vilka nyttor som förväntas vid implementeringen av ett affärssystem, vilka som realiserats av systemet samt om dessa nyttor har mätts eller värderats på något sätt för att möjliggöra uppföljning av investeringen. Studien har genomförts med en kvalitativ metod och semistrukturerade intervjuer. Respondenterna som har intervjuats arbetar med ett affärssystem i det dagliga arbetet på olika Statoilstationer i Sundsvall och Hudiksvall. Därför har även huruvida de upplevda nyttorna är beroende av driftsform på stationerna, bolagsdrivna stationer och franchisedrivna stationer undersökts. Respondenter från Svenska Statoil har också intervjuats för att få en bild av hur de ser på detta eftersom de tog beslut om att införa systemet på samtliga stationer. Undersökningen har visat att majoriteten av respondenterna från stationerna inte hade några förväntade nyttor med systemet men däremot hade de fått höra om vilka nyttor som systemet skulle innebära från Svenska Statoil. De i sin tur uppger att de inte har något dokument kvar sedan tidpunkten för beslutet att använda systemet men de nyttor de kommer ihåg stämmer delvis överrens med vad stationerna uppgett. Den realiserade nyttan är oberoende av vilken driftsform stationerna har så när som på en nytta nämligen intern hjälp från Statoil. Studien visar också att Svenska Statoil endast har mätt en nytta medan ingen värdering eller mätning har skett ute på stationerna.

The subject of this thesis is Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 ERP system implementation in functionally driven organization. The goal is to identify eventual problems, which can occur during the implementation of this system, and based on the findings deliver recommendations for the future projects to eliminate or minimize these problems. The scope of the theoretical section is the analysis of ERP market, specifications of ERP implementation projects, available methodologies, ERP system implementation strategies and finally the analysis of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 implementation in specific company. During the research I managed to identify the most critical problems across the stages of ERP system Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 implementation. The results provide advice on how to choose suitable tools and procedures to minimize these problems.

Tem-se verificado um crescente aumento da esperança média de vida e paralelamente um crescente aumento no número de doentes internados. Esta situação alerta-nos para o fato de que os sistemas de informação têm de acompanhar esta evolução, para assim adquirirem sensibilidade na tomada de decisões, quando confrontados com realidades de negócio. Outro fator relevante é que as clínicas e hospitais necessitam de sistemas de informação inovadores e economicamente fiáveis para o controlo de custos e ganhos.
O projeto consistiu no desenvolvimento de um módulo designado de Gestão Hospitalar NAV para Internamento, no âmbito da área de negócio da Saúde, desenvolvido em Microsoft Dynamics NAV (MS Dynamics NAV).
Sendo o MS Dynamics NAV bastante versátil, verificou-se que é possível acrescentar funcionalidades para adaptar o sistema standard às necessidades do negócio, neste caso específico do internamento na área da saúde com foco no processo administrativo e alguns processos do corpo clínico.
Este módulo da Gestão Hospitalar NAV para internamento vai permitir que o administrativo possa registar novos doentes, que efetue admissões de internamento e possa gerir alguns processos do doente durante o seu internamento até ao momento da alta, como por exemplo a gestão de camas, registos de visitas aos doentes e a faturação. Neste módulo também é disponibilizado a gestão de armazém; este processo permite fazer as compras aos fornecedores para repor stocks em falta e repor o stock em falta nos pisos de internamento. Como complemento, este módulo vai permitir ao médico inserir registos clínicos aos doentes internados e dar a alta médica, para assim fechar o processo do doente no internamento.

A globalização e a elevada concorrência entre empresas exige um aumento da eficiência
e produtividade levando-as a adoptarem sistemas de informação que as auxiliem nesta
tarefa. O Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) facilita o fluxo de informação dentro da
organização, com fornecedores, clientes e outros intervenientes da Supply Chain
Planning (SCM).
Este estudo pretende analisar o impacto que as aplicações de ERP têm no SCM das
empresas e tem como objectivo determinar o papel da gestão da cadeia de
abastecimento na criação de elementos diferenciadores e vantagens competitivas,
identificar as funcionalidades que as Pequenas e Médias Empresas (PMEs) portuguesas
valorizam num software de ERP e detectar os factores que influenciam uma
implementação de sucesso deste tipo de sistemas de informação.
Para este estudo foram realizadas entrevistas semi-estruturadas para recolher o máximo
de informação sobre o tema. As entrevistas foram feitas aos Microsoft Certified Partners
que implementam o software Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
Os resultados obtidos nesta análise qualitativa mostraram quais as características mais
valorizadas pelas PMEs portuguesas nos diversos módulos que integram um software de
ERP. Este estudo revelou ainda qual a imagem, grau de satisfação e as razões que
influenciam que o processo de implementação seja bem sucedido.
Este é um tema ainda pouco explorado pela comunidade científica, especialmente
reflectindo a realidade das PMEs portuguesas, tornando-se assim um estudo relevante
do ponto de vista teórico prático.<br>Globalization and intense competition between enterprises requires them to increase
efficiency and productivity leading to the adoption of information systems that assist
them in this task. The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) facilitates the flow of
information within the organization, with suppliers, customers and other stakeholders of
the Supply Chain Planning (SCM).
This study analyzed the impact of ERP applications in the SCM and aims to determine
the role of managing the supply chain to create distinctive features and competitive
advantages, identify the characteristics that Portuguese Small and Medium Enterprises
(SMEs) value in ERP software and the factors that influence a successful
implementation of this type of this IT.
For this study were conducted semi-structured interviews to gather as much information
on the subject. The interviews were made to Microsoft Certified Partners who
implement the software Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
The results of this qualitative analysis demonstrate the characteristics most valued by
Portuguese SMEs in the different modules that integrate an ERP software. This study
also shown the image and satisfaction of the enterprises that implement an ERP
application and the reasons that influence a successful implementation.
This is a topic still largely unexplored by the scientific community, especially reflecting
the Portuguese SMEs, thus becoming a relevant study in terms of theory and practice.

ERP Systems provide integrated information, process integration, and best practice. Enterprises through the introduction of ERP systems, they will be able to get the process model of many manufacturers. But often because of the different enterprise resource planning systems and processes using the original business process, business process reengineering facing problems. This study focused on what will be different after the import ERP system on Microsoft Dynamics NAV system in the Finance Module and traditional accounting process? And the problems in the import process will result.
During the import process, Microsoft Dynamics NAV system language is English, so system need to go through in English translation. Process analysis found that the system functions need to be redefined in the Chinese translation system, users are less likely to cause misunderstanding.
Another problem is Taiwan's financial documents format currently used as customary format, but Microsoft Dynamics NAV does not provide that. So recommendations import NAV system in accordance with the needs of the consultants or their own customized.

The reasons may be that in general perception, MRP is a series of infinite scheduling,
To effectively implement the production plan, one should also consider the manufacture and the modules. This study will discuss this topic through those modules’ production planning related issues by using Microsoft Dynamics NAV as an example.
Based on the simulation of the four simulation scenarios, the results show that the NAV system is capable of MRP production planning with limited capacity. But when the capacity is not big enough, the follow-up adjustment of the production planning requires user interference, and cannot be automatically determined by the system to provide the optimal solution. Enterprises with less complex production planning could use the MRP function in ERP systems. This eliminates the general perception of MRP’s unlimited scheduling and provides more choices for the SMEs.
Through a series of the inbound / outbound library operations simulation of a variety of functional options combination of the warehouse, we verify the NAV system provides powerful functions and high flexibility for a variety of different sizes of enterprises and modes of operation. Enterprises should consider their own situation and the needs of operations to select the appropriate model in those modes to support the operation of enterprises to create more competitive advantages.

The scripts include different courses of selling, purchasing operating, and ways of collecting cost. In order to examine the process of production and marketing, also to understand the ability of solving complex business process by ERP system, an overlap of time was designed in two script. According to the result, ERP system can provide most of the operation of enterprises. Through the highly integration, ERP system not only simplify the operation of enterprises, improve efficiency and quality, but also provide a variety of real-time queries. Basically, ERP system can provide the necessary support for business operations, and it is better than the traditional information system. However, some of the process must be judged and dealt manually. Among them, normal operations can be can be handled through customization, but others need experienced staffs to solve.

Software.<br>A Comissão de Viticultura da Região dos Vinhos Verdes (CVRVV) tem como
finalidade a representação dos interesses das profissões envolvidas na
produção e comércio da Denominação de Origem “Vinho Verde” e da Indicação
Geográfica “Minho”, assumindo um compromisso com a melhoria contínua da
organização, de modo a satisfazer os requisitos e ultrapassar as expectativas
dos seus clientes. Deste modo, surgiu a necessidade de implementar uma
plataforma que possibilite efetuar uma gestão fácil, segura e eficaz de
encomendas e selos.
Neste trabalho é proposto um sistema de informação, que possibilite à CVRVV
uma maior agilização com as entidades envolvidas no processo de gestão de
selos e a possibilidade de cumprimento do registo legal do inventário
permanente. Para o efeito, foi inicialmente desenvolvido um modelo do novo
sistema na linguagem UML. Recorreu-se, de seguida à utilização da Framework
.NET 4.0 para efetuar o desenvolvimento dos formulários a disponibilizar via
WEB com ligação direta ao Microsoft Dynamics NAV e a uma base da dados
SQL Server 2012 para sua implementação.<br>The Viticulture Commission of the “Vinho Verde” Region (CVRVV) aims to
represent the interests of the professions involved in the production and trade of
the Denomination of Origin "Vinho Verde" and Geographical Indication "Minho",
assuming a commitment to continuous improvement of the organization, in order
to satisfy the requirements and exceed the expectations of their clients. Thus,
arises the need to implement an orders platform that enables an easy, safe and
efficient management of the orders and stamps.
Therefore, in this work is proposed a new information system (SI), which
enables to CVRVV a greater agility with those involved in the process of
management of stamps and enforceability of legal registration of the permanent
inventory. For this purpose, a model was initially developed from the new system in
UML. Then, was used the Framework .NET 4.0 to developed the questionnaires
to be made available via Web with direct connection to Microsoft Dynamics NAV

This study simulates the enterprise situation, analyzes the operation process of the apparel industry RH company, finds the steps that can be improved, and combines the original Dynamics NAV system used by RH with Microsoft's latest Azure cloud platform to improve RH’s item-created work with Azure’s image recognition service. In this study, the public sample datasets are used to train the image recognition model and then connected with the NAV system. The user can use the Dynamics NAV Universal App and the built-in camera function to identify the item image and quickly name the item, so that the staff who need to go abroad to purchase can build items locally instead of wait for the returning to operate system, improve the original tedious process.
By simulating the situation of SMEs and customizing system functions, improving existing processes and understanding the transformation problems faced by enterprises when using information systems, enterprises should pay attention to what kind of solution to choose, the way to connect with the old system, and the preparation of relevant training data when using the emerging platform.

mundo "encolheu", assistiu-se à dispersão dos centros de decisão, à interdependência
das economias mundiais e à mobilidade das pessoas e bens. Estas alterações estão
relacionadas com a evolução tecnológica e com as mudanças que as estruturas
empresariais têm sofrido, acompanhadas por processos de renovação tecnológica e
métodos de gestão e produção, que foram para além da automatização de tarefas,
informatização e implementação de novos sistemas de gestão.
Neste contexto, a informação é um recurso vital no suporte à decisão e à acção
organizacional, tanto a nível estratégico, como táctico e operacional. Sendo a sua gestão
e exploração, devido ao aumento exponencial do fluxo de informação e ao volume de
transacções armazenadas, que se prevê que aumentem, um factor crítico de sucesso no
desempenho da organização no contexto empresarial, tecnológico e concorrencial.
Com um cenário de competição cada vez mais agressivo e um desafio imposto pela
concorrência, que têm como factor comum a utilização das mesmas tecnologias de
informação, as organizações procuraram diferenciar-se da concorrência pela definição
de estratégias que incluíssem a implementação de sistemas de integração e de gestão da
informação, para que a informação pudesse ser transformada em conhecimento gerador
de valor acrescentado.
O objectivo desta dissertação é explorar a potencial utilização de um Enterprise
Resource Planning System para suportar práticas de gestão de conhecimento nas
organizações. É utilizada uma abordagem inspirada na análise de redes sociais para
compreender se a informação armazenada nestes sistemas é transformada pelos
utilizadores em conhecimento verdadeiramente gerador de vantagens competitivas
sustentáveis.
A presente dissertação estuda os efeitos acima enunciados no Dynamic NAV da

In this study, we take Microsoft Dynamics NAV as the main research object.
From 2000, the Ministry of Finance of Taiwan started a new policy to promote eGUI and announced the official policy of “Trial Operation of eGUI”. Ever since then, following the high-speed development of internet, GUI has become virtual, which is more real-time, efficient, paperless, eco, and energy-saving.
The research target is to build up a new function of eGUI exporting to the eInvoice Portal in Microsoft Dynamics NAV system. Users can use their own Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP system to connect eInvoice Portal directly and easily without double inputting data. The information transmitting is mutual and the users can get their feedback report to make sure all information is correct.
The outcome of this research can expand Microsoft Dynamics NAV system and make it more localized. The perfect combination of the eGUI function and Microsoft Dynamics NAV brings users more convenience and provides all kinds of clients the best solution per required.
