Abstract:
online examination is an effective solution to the level evaluation problem for computer basic operations. This paper proposed an online examination system for computer basic operations, especially, Microsoft Office software operations. The system mainly achieved functions including making exams intelligently, collecting and marking documents submitted automatically in the exam by the database, socket, ado and VBA program methods. This system supported some kinds of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. The actual running result showed the system could help teachers to improve work efficiency and students to improve software operations by the way of online actual operation in computers. The system has been running in the USTL university computer lab center for some times which has already proved that it was very valid to solve level evaluation problem for Microsoft Office software operations.

In this paper the author introduced the application of Word drawing function in sports drawing, the function and skills of common drawing tools, and solved the stubborn problems in writing teaching plan and class by drawing ground device, queue type, teaching organization, and sports human body in practical examples. In this way, the study difficulty level was reduced, the time spent in mastering actions was shortened, the teaching effect and quality was greatly promoted, the application of computers in sports teaching was propagated, and the teaching patterns of sports drawings were enriched.

Abstract:
The development of technology has helped a lot of human work. One of the things that we can enjoy from these technological developments include Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and power points. Microsoft Word, functions as a word processing software includes creating, editing, and formatting documents. The students have not been able to operate Microsoft word, Excel and Power Point because they are not taught at school, the high cost of computer courses among students. One of them is to train the ability to use a word processing application, namely Microsoft Word. Community service activities are emphasized in the form of training on how to apply Microsoft Office for students of the Nurul Hidayah Islamic Boarding School. It is hoped that with this training, students can know more about the basic techniques of using Microsoft Office by utilizing Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point. The results of the service activities carried out provide experience and skills for students in using Microsoft Office. Thus, the implementation of community service activities at the Nurul Hidayah Islamic Boarding School Foundation Using Microsoft Office provides significant benefits for improving the skills of students in utilizing information technology and computers. The students were very enthusiastic about participating in further training activities. The students already understand and can run Microsoft Office applications.

This community service activity is carried out to foster knowledge an understanding for teenagers to improve basic Microsoft Office computer skills, especially the use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Power Point. This training activity was carried out for 2 weeks, starting from the stages of lectures, questions and answers, and direct practice independently. The target group that participates in the activity is youth with middle and high school age. The number of participants who attended was 22 participants who were divided into 2 groups. From this activity, this teenager has been able to master Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Power Point, so that they are proficient in using both software to do school assignments and as a provision for work later. The final result of this activity is in the form of writing in the form of publication of scientific articles.

Abstract:
Skills in running computer programs are important for students so that they are able to learn and work in accordance with developments in technology, information, and communication. The purpose of this community service activity is to train junior high school students' skills in using Microsoft Office and PhET. This activity was carried out at SMPN 19 Mataram for 8 weeks, starting from September 27 to November 21, 2021. This activity is part of the Campus Teaching Program Batch 2. The methods of implementing the activities are: planning, implementing, and evaluating activities. At the activity planning stage, the team coordinated and discussed with supervisors, subject teachers (ICT and Science), and school principals. At the activity implementation stage, the team trained students in using software applications, namely Microsoft Office and PhET. Applications in Microsoft Office that are chosen to be trained to students are Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Meanwhile, PhET Simulation taught to students is the topic of Static Electricity. The training schedule for Microsoft Office uses ICT subject time, while for PhET uses Science subject time. At the activity evaluation stage, the team together with the supervisors identify the obstacles experienced and the improvement efforts made every week. The team also coordinated and discussed with ICT subject teachers, science teachers, and school principals about the follow-up plan of the training activities. The training provided by the team on technology adaptation in the form of using software applications has improved the skills of junior high school students in using computer programs, namely Microsoft Office and PhET.

Examines the positive and negative sides of distance education in aspects of quality of education and economic efficiency of the distance learning software that are used in the training for the selected training areas/specialties. In the course of the research conducted by the method of questioning students, it was revealed that at the current time, 69.7% of students have none of the programs they need for further direct training of their profession on their home computers. Considering the provision of students with the software they need to study basic subjects, it was found that 24.5% of students have Microsoft Office 2007 or earlier installed on their personal computers (PCs) or laptops, that is, SOFTWARE that is already considered obsolete. Thus, almost every fourth student, when performing practical, laboratory, course work using a software package for working in the office, experiences difficulties. In the course of the research conducted by the method of questioning students, it was revealed that at the current time, 69.7% of students have none of the programs they need for further direct training of their profession on their home computers. Considering the provision of students with the software they need to study basic subjects, it was found that 24.5% of students have Microsoft Office 2007 or earlier installed on their personal computers (PCs) or laptops, that is, SOFTWARE that is already considered obsolete. Thus, almost every fourth student, when performing practical, laboratory, course work using a software package for working in the office, experiences difficulties. Why the computer works even slower and with various failures and failures. Moreover, the specified percentage may also be even higher, since 8.6% of students could not answer what OS they have installed. Studying in the traditional form of training, this lack of hardware and SOFTWARE is eliminated, since in the University’s computer classes, there are PCs that support reliable operation with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2010 and are protected from viruses and attacks by installed and constantly updated antivirus programs. The article reveals the problems that affect the quality of students’ education when switching to distance learning. Namely, the absence or non-compliance of Hardware and SOFTWARE for students’ computers and laptops with modern requirements for Hardware and SOFTWARE for performing teachers’ tasks. The author concludes that when switching to full distance education in technical specialties, the state will lose, according to the most optimistic forecasts, from 19.8 to 69.7% of well-prepared students only because their education does not meet modern requirements.

Assembling a computer is a stage of bringing together the components needed to run correctly. To understand the correct computer assembly process, an understanding of computer hardware is required both logically and physically. Meanwhile, so that the computer can be operated according to its function, it is necessary to install it. Computer installation is installing a program (software) into a computer. All software (e.g., Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and others) apart from that, also install functions to match the program with the tools installed on the computer and parse the compressed files. The expertise in assembling and installing laptops/computers can make a creative economy business field based on information technology. The Islamic Education Foundation of Wali Songo Islamic Boarding School is an Islamic religious, educational institution. Santri, as the nation's next-generation youth, needs to understand and have skills in assembling and installing laptops/computers, not only as passive users but also being active, the other side can also be used as part of driving the creative economy.

This research was motivated by problems because paid software as OpenOffice Writer and Abi Word are free software, MS Office and OpenOffice Writer have many similarities in word processing. The purpose of this research was to analyze the Microsoft word software and open office writer in its operation in terms of features, usage security, user interface and rights. This type of research was descriptive which is correlational. The population in this study were users of word processing software in 2015 Informatics and Computer Education Students as many as 69 people. The number of samples was 40 people. Research results show that 1) Usability Variables, Information Quality and Interaction Quality together have a significant effect of 80% on the level of service quality of word processing application users, 2) variable X was very influential on user satisfaction of word processing applications and 3) simultaneously (F test) can provide information that Usability, Information Quality and Interaction Quality from the application together must be considered to improve the word processing application service. We reviewed the main stages of the development of the annual schedule of maintenance and technical diagnostics of the fleet of trucks on a computer, taking into account individual information on each of their samples and the time features of the formation of the fleet in a separate farm. (Research purpose) The research purpose is developing an annual schedule of maintenance and technical diagnostics of the fleet of trucks in the MS-Office program. (Materials and methods) It was shown that in order to solve the problem, the necessary information is entered into the computer in specially designed tabular forms. Used as input information: the list of trucks of the farm; the term of their commissioning/overhaul and mileage after it; the annual schedule of vacations of farm drivers; the annual schedule of holidays and weekends; the average annual mileage of farm truck models over the past year; schedules of intensive spring and autumn mechanized transport operations of the farm; individual mileage of all trucks over the past year year; individual planned mileage of each truck for a year; individual mileage of them after the last license plate maintenance. (Results and discussion) The output information is presented in the table for all trucks with the dates of their numbered technical services and technical diagnoses by month of the year. We used the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet package as a software environment for developing an annual maintenance schedule and technical diagnostics, which allows us to implement the principle of single data entry, thereby reducing the complexity of transferring them to a computer. (Conclusions) The development was presented as a special version of the system of software-algorithmic and information tools generated in the MS-Office spreadsheet environment.

Microsoft Office Word and Excel can be maximized by using the facilities in it. The optimization program for the two Microsoft Office applications aims to explore and explore more about the features that exist in the two Microsoft Office applications, which students may not have been familiar with before. By utilizing and maximizing features on find text, replace text, autocorrect, create and edit tables, introduce MS features. Word processing training is really needed by LKP Arvi Com students in understanding Microsoft Office. Students already have basic knowledge about word processing, but there are still many features in the software that they don't know and use in learning at LKP Arvi Com, especially at Mircosoft Office. . The main aim of this service is to improve students' computer skills and work abilities during their PKL period. This training focuses on mastering the basics of Microsoft Office (Word), which is one of the word processing applications commonly used in various work environments. In this service program, PKL students will be given intensive training on various aspects of using Microsoft Office, such as introducing the interface, arranging pages, creating tables, inserting images, using collaboration features, preparing official documents, using styles and templates. By participating in this training, PKL students at LKP Arvi Com will gain improved skills that can increase their added value in the world of work. Apart from that, this community service will also provide positive benefits for LKP Arvi Com by increasing its reputation and contribution to education and training in the local community. Students at almost all levels of education are required to be technology literate, especially information technology. In addition to supporting educational activities, it also supports students in solving administrative problems. One of the software that can be used to support education and administrative issues is Microsoft Office. The application has many features that are still not familiar to some users, especially students. This was experienced by STT Baptist Medan who was not familiar with the many tools provided in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint software. Some of the obstacles that are often encountered are the less than optimal use of the merge function in Word, the function of conditional formulas in Excel and animation, and multimedia in PowerPoint. During the implementation of service activities, it was concluded that the importance of direct Microsoft office training to students, especially study programs outside of computers. In the implementation of the training, students are able to use Microsoft Excel to manage numerical data. Microsoft word in managing data. Also the use of Microsoft PowerPoint in making presentations.

Activities are carried out based on the division level of the ability/skill of each teacher. Teachers who have been adept grouped separately from the teacher who still lay on the computer so that the coaching is intensive. Teachers who still lay be guided and accompanied by the instructor ranging from the procedure turn on the computer, opening files, saving files, using the mouse, typing basic, introduction computer parts up on the procedure to turn off the computer. The methods applied in this activity is the Method of Presentation, Demonstration and Practice. The method of Presentation used for the introduction of software using Microsoft PowerPoint 2010. The advancement of computer technology for digital artistry in this 21st century has availed new-media technologies for enhancing design practices in technical and vocational studies through the development of sophisticated graphic-application software. Unfortunately, these software are very challenging to learn and employ for creative design practice especially at the Basic and Senior High School levels of education in Ghana. Microsoft Office word belongs to the category of general-purpose application software, developed principally for word processing. Unfortunately, many of its users are oblivious of its capabilities for creative motif and pattern designing. It is embedded with shape designing tools that can be manipulated and modified to create intricate patterns for advancing variety of design concepts. The researcher has explored these tools and adopted them for creating fascinating kente design concepts, based on the design-based research approach. There are definite intentions and efforts for spreading open source office software in the Hungarian public service. However, LibreOffice offers almost the same functionality than Microsoft Office, document compatibility may be problematic, and both the appearance and the access to a part of functions are different. Even a partial changeover raises several challenges concerning technical issues, system safety, and users’ education. This paper investigates the users’ opinions about LibreOffice Writer. The target audience is the higher education students as the future users of the software. The research method includes a (1) preliminary survey about the computer usage habits, (2) preparing a two-page document including typing, text-formatting, tables and diagrams, (3) and a final evaluation survey about the experiences. The goal of the study is collecting information about the opinions and impressions about working with LibreOffice Writer. Exploring the user profiles and the critical issues are important for establishing effective training programs. Results show that the involved students feel using LibreOffice more difficult than Microsoft Word. However, the similar surface and functions are available, the deviation from the usual increases the time need and decreases personal satisfaction. Targeted training is necessary for supporting the implementation intentions including developing higher education programs.

Rigorous documentation of the analysis plan, procedure, and computer codes enhances the comprehensibility and transparency of data analysis. Documentation is particularly critical when the codes and data are meant to be publicly shared and examined by the scientific community to evaluate the analysis or adapt the results. The popular approach for documenting computer codes is known as literate programming, which requires preparing a trilingual script file that includes a programming language for running the data analysis, a human language for documentation, and a markup language for typesetting the document. The advance of information technology and the availability of data in education management provide an opportunity, to run data analysis to assist top management in decision making. Information technology can transform data analysis in a more concise format, accurate, and in a short time, by using any available office application software which is already installed on the computer. However, even though the management at an operational-level in an organization usually already has the software installed on a computer to support the managing of data, the extent of knowledge and skills to use the software efficiently in decision making is still limited. This study applies the Trialogical Model to implement decision support tools for data analysis of distribution lecturer’s teaching and learning (TnL) hour at IPG Kampus Pendidikan Teknik (IPGKPT) by grade specifications. A literature review using the interpretive paradigm involved the Trialogical Model (includes Monological and Dialogical), which is a knowledge-based model was carried out to run the data analysis using a Microsoft (Ms) Excel spreadsheet with Visual Basic for Application (VBA) and graphical interface. The findings show the usability of the Trialogical Model in the development of the decision support tool for TnL data analysis.

Formulation of the problem. The study aims to substantiate and determine the dynamics of changes in the use of information and communication tools in the process of training future specialists in vocational and technological education. Materials and methods. The study used theoretical analysis, surveys (questionnaires, interviews), observations, systematization, analysis of data, comparisons, and generalizations. Results. The analysis of a survey of future specialists in vocational and technological education conducted in 2016-2021 at TNPU named V. Hnatyuk is presented. Despite the high and medium levels of grades in the school computer science course, before the COVID-19 pandemic, some of the students rated their readiness to use computer technology as low, which was explained by gaps in practical training, software updates, and occasional use of digital technology in the classroom. The locations of students' work with computer equipment in the 2019/2020 academic year (at home, in offices and laboratories, with friends, at the place of work of parents, in Internet clubs, at the place of employment, etc.) were studied. The COVID-19 pandemic has led to the prompted introduction of distance learning, the use of computer technology and software in all classes, which has helped to increase the IT skills of participants in the educational process. Conclusions. Analyzing the research data, it can be argued that the COVID-19 Pandemic has led to the rapid development of ICT in education. The dominant means of ensuring the educational process were laptops (99.2%) and mobile devices (98.4%). Most used software - Microsoft Office, Google cloud services; online platforms - Zoom, Google Meet, digital board Padlet; social networks - Viber, Telegram, WhatsApp; LMS systems (Google Class, Moodle). Further research is needed on the optimization of tasks for students, compliance with sanitary and hygienic standards of work with information and communication tools.

Tujuan kegiatan ini yaitu membantu memberi pengenalan hard skill terkait pemanfaatan database pada Microsoft Excel untuk mencatat dan mengolah data. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui metode sosialisasi pemaparan materi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di satu mitra yaitu Kantor Desa Rawapanjang dengan melibatkan peserta sebanyak 11 perangkat desa. Pada pre-test pemateri menanyakan fungsi dari beberapa menu yang terdapat pada Microsoft Excel. Pada akhir kegiatan dilakukan pemberian post-test untuk menguji pemahaman peserta melalui tanya jawab secara lisan 5 soal terkait materi yang disampaikan. Berdasarkan hasil pengabdian, diketahui 90% peserta dapat menjawab 5 soal post-test dengan tepat. Sebagai evaluasi dan upaya berkelanjutan akan dilaksanakan pelatihan dan pendampingan implementasi dari konsep pengenalan yang telah dipelajari melalui praktik.Abstract: The use of information technology is important in the digital era. Village offices no longer carry out services manually by recording and processing data using paper and pen. Currently, employees at village offices are also required to be able to utilize various digital tools such as Microsoft Excel software. Therefore, a team of lecturers from the Faculty of Computer Science, UPN Veteran Jakarta, is trying to introduce the use of databases in Microsoft Excel as an effort to realize community service activities. The aim of this activity is to help provide an introduction to hard skills related to using databases in Microsoft Excel to record and process data. Activities are carried out through the socialization method of presenting material. This service activity was carried out at one partner, namely the Rawapanjang Village Office, involving 11 village officials as participants. In the pre-test the speaker asked about the functions of several menus in Microsoft Excel. At the end of the activity, a post-test was given to test participants' understanding through verbal question and answer questions regarding the material presented. Based on the results of the service, it is known that 90% of participants were able to answer the 5 post-test questions correctly. As an evaluation and ongoing effort, training and assistance will be carried out in the implementation of introductory concepts that have been learned through practice.

Abstract:
The article aims to introduce the author’s developments in the use of online office applications MyOffice and P7-Office, included in the Unified Register of Russian programs for electronic computers and databases, to the institutions of higher education in Russia.Based on the analysis of scientific, scientific-methodical, and educational literature, comprehension of own pedagogical work, analysis educational activities of student construction of new educational content, the author defines the subject of the research in solving the problem of educational process transfer at Russian universities to domestic software, picks out directions of using cloud office programs in the educational process, gives examples of using text and table online editors MyOffice and P7-Office in educational purposes, and provides the rationale for the choice to study this particular software in the courses “Informatics” and in the block of academic disciplines on the application of information technology in professional activities for socio-economic and humanitarian areas of higher education.The relevance of the article is determined by the need to implement the methodological recommendations of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation on the transition of educational institutions to preferential use of domestic software, in particular, the need to replace the foreign cloud software Microsoft Office 365 and online office applications of Google corporation, which has been widely used until recently. The author formulated a number of suggestions for the developers of Yandex.Disk and Cloud Mail.ru on how to improve and use Russian cloud services.To save money allocated for the purchase of licensed domestic office applications, the author suggests using the free full-featured online versions in the educational process.The novelty of the results presented in this article lies in the absence of scientific articles based on research on the use of domestic online office applications in the educational process of Russian universities in the RSCI database, and the lack of training manuals on the use of these applications in the catalogs of leading Russian electronic library systems.Considering the fact that even the strategic partners of the United States are attempting to switch to their cloud products, the author believes that the experience of using Russian online office applications described in this article may be useful for university teachers in the Eurasian Economic Union member states.

Abstract:
The aim of this study was to model the orthometric heights in parts of Kogi East, Kogi State using GNSS and EGM 2008 with the objectives of establishing the best geoid undulation for height determination. The Hardwares used for this study include; Hi target V.30 dual frequency GNSS receiver and its accessories, Data logger, Computer hardware and software and Computer – HP Laptop and internet facilities. Softwares used included; Arc GIS, Google map, microsoft word, Microsoft excel, Hi target Geomatic offices, CSRS – PPP website andGeoid Eval Calculator. GNSS observations were conducted on 6 station monument. The dual frequency v30 Hi target instrument was used in the static mode to make observations on all the established points at an epoch rate of 30 seconds; for a period of one hour to one hour thirty minutes (session) per station. The secondary data were the EGM 2008, obtained from Geoid eval platform in https://www.geographiclib.sourceforge.ion/cgi-bin/GeoidEval. Geoid Eval platform makes provision for the geographical coordinates to be inputed before the geoidal-ellipsoidal separation values can be provided. Geoid Eval computes the height of the geoid above the WGS 84 ellipsoid using interpolation in a grid of values for the earth gravity models. To obtain the orthometric height, the geoid value is subtracted from the ellipsoidal height obtained from the GNSS-PPP observation. The accuracy of the geoid value is 1mm and that of the GNSS-PPP was adjudged to be 3cm respectively. It was recommended that, more orthometric heights be distributed for monitoring of the earth’s dynamisms.

Sehingga materi pelatihan harus di sesuaikan dengan pengetahuan siswa/i dengan melakukan pre-test dan post-test. Pelatihan diberikan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa dalam mengoperasikan microsoft office khususnya Microsoft excel. Metode pelaksanaan pelatihan dimulai dari observasi, wawancara, persiapan materi, menyusun jadwal pertemuan, pelaksanaan dan Evaluasi. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan pengabdian pelatihan analisis data tingkat pelajar, dapat diketahui bahwa kegiatan pelatihan analisis data dengan tools yang familiar masih perlu ditingkatkan sebagai bekal dan persiapan menuju dunia kerja maupun pendidikan lainnya. Dimana meskipun teori yang berkaitan dengan TIK dianggap sudah dapat dirangkum dengan mata pelajaran lainnya, namun masih banyak siswa/i yang belum mampu mengenal dan memahami meskipun hanya sekedar dasarnya saja, hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari hasil pre-test yang masih rendah dan menghasilkan nilai post-test yang yang sudah lebih bervarisi dan mengalami peningkatan dari sebelumnya. Training on the use of Microsoft Excel must be adjusted to the level of understanding of students. Learning methods are needed to be able to adjust the learning needs of students in the classroom. In this case, the training was given to students of SMA N 3 Bengkayang. Based on the results of observations and interviews with the school, Information and Communication Technology or Computer Skills and Information Management (ICT/KKPI) subjects have been abolished. So the training material must be adjusted to the knowledge of students by doing pre-tests and post-tests. Based on the results of student-level data analysis service training activities, it can be seen that data analysis training activities with familiar tools still need to be improved as provision and preparation for the world of work and other education. Where even though the theory related to ICT is considered to be able to be summarized with other subjects, there are still many students who have not been able to recognize, understand even just the basics, this can be seen from the results of the pre-test which are still low and produce post-test that has more variety and has increased from before

The problem faced by the management of UKKT RW 06 is the lack of skills in using computers for administrative management activities. Increased skills in the use of computer-based software technology applications greatly assist the management of UKKT RW 06 in administrative management activities so that they become more effective and efficient. This has prompted the holding of administrative skills training activities for UKKT RW 06. The purpose of this computer training is to improve the administrative skills of UKKT RW 06 administrators so that they can assist in the process of correspondence and processing of incoming and outgoing funds to be more effective and efficient. The evaluation results from the preparation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation stages based on the answers of 19 participants, it can be concluded that for each question given, on average, participants choose the agree and strongly agree scales. This means that participants are satisfied with the community service activities in the form of computer training so that they can help improve the skills of participants in using Microsoft Office for administrative management activities.

The "Software as a Service" (SaaS) model of cloud computing popularized online multiuser collaborative software. Two famous examples of this class of software are Office 365 from Microsoft and Google Workspace. Cloud technology removes the need to install and update the software on end users' computers and provides the necessary underlying infrastructure for online collaboration. However, to provide a good end-user experience, cloud services require an infrastructure able to scale up to the task and allow low-latency interactions with a variety of users worldwide. This is a limiting factor for actors that do not possess such infrastructure. Unlike cloud computing which forgets the computational and interactional capabilities of end users' devices, the edge computing paradigm promises to exploit them as much as possible. To investigate the potential of edge computing over cloud computing, this paper presents a method for engineering interactive collaborative software supported by edge devices for the replacement of cloud computing resources. Our method is able to handle user interface aspects such as connection, execution, migration, and disconnection differently depending on the available technology. We exemplify our approach by developing a distributed Pictionary game deployed in two scenarios: a nonshared scenario where each participant interacts only with their own device and a shared scenario where participants also share a common device, including a TV. After a theoretical comparative study of edge vs. cloud computing, an experiment compares the two implementations to determine their effect on the end user's perceived experience and latency vs. real latency.

The community service undertaken aims to provide training to the teachers at Handayani Senior High School about the importance of producing quality scientific papers. Specifically, this training provides the opportunity for participants to practice directly how to write scientific papers using Mendeley software for reference used in the paper. Mendeley is a computer and web program developed by Elsevier to manage and share research papers, search for research data, and work together online. Posts made with Microsoft Word, Open Office or LaTex can be linked to Mendeley software so that citations and reference lists (bibliography) can be arranged automatically. To achieve the goals and targets of this community service activity (PPM), the implementers use the lecture, discussion and practicum methods so that the trainees can easily understand the material provided in the training. The activities carried out involve the teachers at Handayani Pekanbaru Senior High School as participants. The response from the participants is positive which can be seen from their active participation during the activity. They also find the training really useful to help them become more productive teachers by writing more scientific papers using Mendeley. Because the demands of life in the digital age are quick and practical. This activity was held from January to February 2023 for 60 elementary school students in grades 4, 5, and 6. The training takes place every Wednesday at 1:00 pm in his ICT lab room at SD Negeri Pogunjulu Tenga with KKNT student instructors (10 students in total). As a result of this activity, the students of Pogunjulu Tenga Primary School have become familiar with information technology, especially Microsoft Office.

Collecting data on learners' performance in different chemistry contents and analysing them to identify their knowledge and understanding in related content areas is a major task of Chemistry Education Research. The data collection process on the learners' content knowledge and understanding of content knowledge requires a standard measuring tool. The preparation of standardized tools for measuring academic achievement requires computer software. All software used in the standardization of a tool comes at a cost and requires training for the researcher involved in handling the situation, which can impede the smooth running of a project. The same was the situation when the author was working on modifying the bonding representations inventory (BRI) for its local use in South Africa. The data analysis laboratory was situated in a different city, 500 km away from the researcher's field of work. Owing to the long distance and communication delay, the author was concerned with delays in the project. It is known that necessity, which can create an opportunity. The Microsoft Excel (MS-Excel) platform was used for standardizing the modified BRI because MS-Excel is available as a standard in MS-Office on the Windows platform. This paper presents a fact. That, a tool can be standardized by using MS-Excel without any complexity.

Although pragmatic markers (PMs) play a very significant role in our daily conversation, they have been neglected in the Kurdish language. The aim of the present study is to analyse, compare and find out the translation errors and which type of error is the most common one in translating five pragmatic markers namely just, but, oh, and, and well in English movie scripts with Kurdish subtitles. To conduct this study, two movies were chosen. The movies were selected from two different decades, the 1970s and the 2020s. After the selection of the movies, five commonly used PMs which were mentioned in Brinton’s (1996) inventory of PMs were searched and obtained by the aid of computer software (Microsoft Office Word and Adobe Acrobat Reader). The obtained PMs in this study were analysed carefully by the researcher and errors in translation were identified. The results reveal that deletion is the most prevailing error made by Kurdish translators in the translation of PMs in movie subtitles followed by foreign translation and translation into a different PM and mistranslation errors.

Service activities were carried out with three schemes consisting of preparation, preparation and implementation of activities. The data obtained through documentation and interviews first processed using software application program that is Microsoft Office then presented in the form of description and data table. The results showed that the accounting system and procedure of receiving mortgage loans for MSMEs or Ar-rum in PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cikijing Sharia Service Unit has been run well. Starting from the application stage by the prospective customer, the completeness check phase of the requirements, the stage of assessment, approval or termination stage, and the contract stage and fund disbursement. The data and the services provided reside in extensively scalable data centers so anyone can use or access it from any part of the globe. Various big giants like Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, IBM and Amazon have started providing cloud computing services from the individual user either paid or free upto some extent or to other small enterprises, big businesses through various models like B2B,B2C,C2C etc. Amazon, salesforce is the trailblazer in the field of cloud computing. Every big and small enterprise, companies which are doing their businesses online using cloud services for the storing information so that later on they will extract some meaning full insights for the growth of businesses. Cloud Computing is finding use in various areas like web hosting, parallel batch processing, graphics rendering, financial modeling, web crawling, genomics analysis, etc.

Abstract:
The main aim of this research paper is to look at the role of Bahraini law in copyright infringement. In Bahrain, many commercially pirated audio and video markets have been eliminated through various laws. However, video, software and audio piracy by end-users is still a huge problem. A copyright infringement is considered to be a violation of an organization or individual’s copyright. It describes the copyrighted material’s unauthorized use, such as images, text, videos, software, music and other original content. Copyright infringements have been formally addressed through various copyrights law in Bahrain, but there are some glaring omissions as well. No other protect has been attacked more than computer hardware and software in Bahrain, copying of computer software is “out of control” in Bahrain. Many companies have been accused of using illegal copies of Microsoft computer software products. The study argues that country might have a beautifully tidy and coherent law, but it might not be followed. The mechanisms of criminal and civil enforcement, and the working of patent and trademark offices and of the judicial system itself, are essential to the enforcement of copyright laws in practice. The absence of governmental interference helps Bahraini software pirates to work at will. The study concludes while contended that there should be a law with regard to compulsory licensing since this compulsory licensing would be required by the companies to transfer data to a domestic partner. Furthermore, stricter enforcement of copyright laws is essential because they would help prevent copyright infringements in Bahrain.

Contrary to the pre-existing mapping and top-down instantiation from thought to language, Discourse Dynamics Framework for Metaphor(DDFM)argues that metaphor works mainly inductively upwards from the linguistic metaphor data, offering a tool for understanding people, revealing something of speaker’s ideas, affective aspects and values. This study is designed to apply DDFM to a political speech about fighting COVID-19 made by Xi Jinping, the president of the People’s Republic of China. Assisted by computer software, such as tables of Microsoft Office, to sort metaphors of each segment of this speech, this article investigates metaphors in the speech by progressive process of metaphor analysis of DDFM. It is found that: (1)The most frequently occurring metaphors are related to bodily action and body experience, which implies actions Chinese government will take.(2)The dynamically emergent systematic metaphors evolve as the discourse proceeds, conveying the political ideas and attitudes of Chinese government in fighting COVID-19.(3) Most of metaphors are conventionalized, which indicates the framing role of conventional metaphors in discourse. Thus, DDFM offers a new approach regarding metaphors in political discourse.

Abstract:
Annotation Purpose. Systematize energy costs in the implementation of technological processes for harvesting by-products of corn and sunflower for energy purposes. Methods. Processing of analytical and experimental data based on the basic provisions of mathematical statistics, simulation using a computer and software mathematical environments MathCad, Statistics, Microsoft Office. Results. The calculations of energy efficiency indicators of the use of corn and sunflower for energy purposes are given. The dependences of the energy efficiency of the technological process of harvesting the crushed mass of corn and sunflower in pressed form on the yield at different levels of humidity of the non-grain part of the crop are obtained. Conclusions. It is established that the value of energy costs to compensate for the removal of elements by different components of the non-grain part of the crop varies significantly: corn – 0.36–2.15 MJ/kg; sunflower – 0.7–1.63 MJ/kg. The coefficient of energy efficiency of the developed process of harvesting corn for energy purposes, taking into account the removal of nutrients is 10.5–11.5, sunflower – 8.7–9.0, with a humidity of 20%.
