 The development of information technology nowadays encourages users to use the software appropriately so that commercial software can be maximally empowered that contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the job. To support its work, users use Microsoft's Microsof Excel Office Automation System worksheet commonly used by end users for clerical, repetitive and independent work.
 Microsoft Excel applications are generally used for office worker, clerical computation and users generally use only a portion of the features of some features owned by the application. In this case, the user can maximize the ability of Excel by creating an interactive pseudo database using only Microsoft Excel, so users can organize data with automated database schema. Microsoft 365 terdiri dari berbagai software Microsoft lainnya seperti Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, dan lain sebagainya. Salah satu software yang ada pada Microsoft 365 ialah Microsoft Word. Microsoft Word biasanya digunakan oleh para penggunanya untuk melakukan perubahan (editing) pada suatu dokumen yang berisi teks laporan dan dokumen tertulis lainnya yang bersifat digital. Oleh karena itu para pengguna Microsoft Word harus mudah memahami penggunaan fitur pada Microsoft Word. Pada paper ini penulis akan melakukan Evaluasi Usability terhadap penggunaan Microsoft Word yang menggunakan Questionnaires Nielsen’s Attributes Of Usability (NAU) sebagai Teknik pengujiannya. Metode pelatihan dengan cara diskusi dan praktek untuk dalam Microsot Office, khususnya microsoft word, excel dan powerpoint dalam memudahkan pekerjaan administrasi kepada pegawai dari Desa Sei Silau Timur Kabupaten Asahan yang berjumlah 25 orang. Peserta pelatihan berhasil menyelesaikan pencapaian pelatihan ini dengan baik dari hasil nilai posttest rata-rata 90,88%. dengan penyampaian materi dengan penjelasan, praktek dan diskusi.Abstract: Microsoft Office is software that must be mastered by village officials, but not all village officials master it. This is due to the lack of training and lack of knowledge about the application of information technology so that services to the public tend to take a long time to make reports or correspondence. So Microsoft Office training needs to be given to employees of East Sei Silau Village, Asahan Regency in carrying out administrative tasks and managing reports in operating Microsoft Office. Training method using discussion and practice for Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint to facilitate administrative work for employees from East Sei Silau Village, Asahan Regency totaling 25 people. The training participants successfully completed this training achievement with an average posttest score of 90.88%. By delivering material with explanation, practice and discussion.

In an era where artificial intelligence (AI) is becoming increasingly accessible to the general public, various AI-integrated products have emerged. Microsoft 365 Copilot, developed through collaboration between Microsoft and Chat-GPT, represents a new generation of intelligent office software that combines AI with productivity tools. This research aimed to explore whether intelligent office software will become a future trend in the field of office productivity. The study expanded the application of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to the domain of intelligent software and utilized the SWOT analysis method. The findings of this paper indicated that the design of Microsoft 365 Copilot could enhance Perceived ease of use (PU) and Perceived usefulness (PEOU). The improvement in these factors promoted users’ positive attitudes and behaviors towards the product, thus suggesting that intelligent office software aligns with future development trends. This study provided empirical evidence for the TAM theory in the context of intelligent office software and offers recommendations for the future development of Microsoft 365 Copilot based on the SWOT analysis.

As the supply chain is expended due to the highest inflation since 1984, and the Russo-Ukrainian conflict is prolonged, the software market is seeing increased rivalry and concerns about the impact of digital transformation. The purpose of this case study is to evaluate the recent performance, identify potential risks, and discuss strategic adjustments that Microsoft may take. By examining key financial metrics from 2019 to 2023, and using common-size analysis, this study analysed the profitability, liquidity, and overall health of Microsoft’s financial structure. Through Porter’s five force model, this study helps understand the company’s competitive force and growth potential. Moreover, this study summarizes and highlights concerns and vulnerabilities within Microsoft. This is essential for developing long-term strategies for both investors and managers. It was discovered that Microsoft has shown weaker performance since 2019, yet it has managed to maintain its dominant position in the software industry by emphasizing cloud-based solutions and artificial intelligence.

Today every employee at almost all levels of education is required to be technology literate, especially information technology. In addition to supporting educational activities, information technology literacy also supports teachers in solving administrative problems. Some of the software that can be used to support education and administrative issues are Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint software have many features that some users are still not familiar with. This is experienced by the Medan KPU Office employees who are not familiar with the tools that are widely provided in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint software. Some of the obstacles that are often encountered are the less than optimal use of the merge function in Word, the function of conditional formulas in Excel and animation, and multimedia in PowerPoint. This is the background for the dedicated team to provide training on "Microsoft Office Training for Medan KPU Office Employees". This activity was held at the Medan KPU Office with lecture methods and direct practice.

In this software there is a track changes feature which functions to track changes made by the reviewer in carrying out the review work. The purpose of the training is to train students in using the track changes feature in Microsoft Word. The training conducted at the Polbangtan Yogyakarta-Magelang hall is a form of community service, especially students. The stages of service are 1. socialization of the track changes feature in Microsoft word; 2. carry out training on these features by students; 3. evaluation of training programs. The result of community service is that post-training Polbangtan livestock department students are able to apply the track changes feature in Microsoft word software.

Yang menjadi pertanyaan peneliti dalam skripsi ini yaitu apakah dosen sudah memahami pemakaian software office di perguruan tinggi? Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan angket kepada dosen FTK UIN Ar-raniry. hasil yang didapat kemudian dianalisis menggunakan SPSS dan Microsoft. Excel. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan adalah uji validitas, uji reabilitas dan Analisis Deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada kemampuan dosen terhadap penggunan Microsoft Word memiliki kemampuan dalam kategori Sangat Baik yaitu hasil presentase 91.2%. Selanjutnya kemampuan dosen terhadap penggunaan Microsoft Excel memiliki kemampuan dalam kategori Cukup yaitu hasil presentase hanya 79.8% dan terakhir kemampuan dosen terhadap penggunaan Microsoft Power Point memiliki kemampuan dalam kategori Baik yaitu hasil presentase 87%.

The target in this activity is the teachers of Tamansiswa Suka Damai High School in District Pulo Bandring Kab. Asahan which amounted to approximately 18 people. This devotional activity is done by lecture method, demonstration, and practice with question and answer. The lecture method is used to explain the introductory concept of the introduction of Microsoft Office software as one of the media in facilitating human work. Demonstration method is used to show a working process that is the stages of recognizing the tools that exist in the Microsoft Office software and know each function, while the practice method to practice the use of the application directly. While the question and answer method to give the participants the opportunity in consultation to overcome obstacles in understanding the material already obtained. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, demonstrasi, dan latihan yang disertai tanya jawab. Metode ceramah digunakan untuk menjelaskan konsep pengantar dari pengenalan software Microsoft Office sebagai salah satu media dalam mempermudah pekerjaan manusia. Metode demonstrasi dipakai untuk menunjukkan suatu proses kerja yaitu tahap-tahap mengenalan tool-tool yang ada pada software Microsoft Office dan mengetahui masing-masing fungsinya, sedangkan metode latihan untuk mempraktikkan langsung penggunaan aplikasi tersebut. Sementara metode tanya jawab untuk memberi kesempatan para peserta dalam berkonsultasi untuk mengatasi kendala dalam memahami materi yang sudah didapat.
