Microsoft Visual C++ was used to achieve the online acquisition and display of the track parameters, based on the comprehensive online testing car platform of rail transport railway catenary and track. The communication between PC104 embedded IPC and MCU data acquisition system was accomplished through serial port and MSComm control. The static window-split method and MSChart control were both used to draw the several parameters real-time lines in different grids of a window. Using ADO to save data was also introduced. The operation result show the functions of acquiring,displaying and saving track parameters ,which are expected and required, are realized.

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Toko Accurate Jaya Computer di Jl. Yos Sudarso , Teluk Llingga Kota Sangatta. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu studi lapangan dan studi pustaka. Untuk metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu waterfall. Untuk metode analisis dan desain sistem penulis menggunakan Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Hierarchy Plus Input Output (HIPO), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) serta struktur Database input output system. Perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 sebagai bahasa pemrograman, Seagate Crystal Report 8 untuk pembuatan laporan, dan Microsoft Access 2007 untuk pembuatan database. Untuk Ujicoba/Testing Penulis Menggunakan Black Box dan White Box. Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh sebuah aplikasi berbasis Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 yang berbasis client-Server, yang bertujuan untuk mengatasi berbagai kendala dalam hal-hal yang menyangkut servis barang pada Toko Accurate Jaya, baik dalam hal pendataan barang masuk, pendataan pelanggan, inventarisasi biaya kerusakan, proses persetujuan servis dan konfirmasi kerusakan terhadap konsumen, hingga pembuatan laporan servis barang. Tujuan dari fungsi client -server pada aplikasi itu sendiri dimaksudkan agar data dapat diakses oleh semua karyawan, baik administrator maupun teknisi pada satu perangkat server sehingga tidak perlu dilakukan cross-check atau sinkronisasi data.

MonoDevelop es un IDE libre y gratuito diseñado como alternativa a Visual Studio de Microsoft para el desarrollo de aplicaciones en C# y otros lenguajes soportados por .NET, que pesar de su amplio desarrollo aún adolece de algunas funcionalidades que Visual Studio ofrece. Entre las carencias que MonoDevelop tiene se encuentra el no poseer una interfaz que facilite la configuración y administración del servicios de suscripciones de ASP.NET a como lo tiene Visual Studio lo que obliga al usuario de MonoDevelop a realizar todas las configuraciones de forma manual. En este artículo se describen las etapas realizadas para el desarrollo de un addin (complemento) para MonoDevelop 2.8 que permite la implementación del servicio de suscripciones de ASP.NET 2.0 de manera similar a como se realiza en Visual Studio 2008. Como alternativa al gestor SQL Server 2008 de Microsoft empleado en la implementación del servicio de suscripciones desde Visual Studio 2008, se ha seleccionado PostgreSQL 8.4 como gestor de bases de datos para esta implementación por ser libre, gratuito y de alta compatibilidad con MonoDevelop 2.8.

Pada penelitian ini sistem dibangun menggunakan aplikasi Mathworks MATLAB r2015a dan Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 dengan menggunakan bahasa Visual C#. Pembangunan aplikasi terlebih dahulu dibuat di dalam MATLAB. Aplikasi yang telah selesai dibuat .dll atau library untuk bahasa Visual C#. Pembangunan antarmuka seluruhnya dibangun di dalam bahasa Visual C# lalu dihubungkan dengan .dll dari MATLAB. Hasil yang didapat berkas suara dapat disisipkan pesan rahasia menggunakan metode Phase Coding. Berkas suara hasil dibandingkan dengan berkas suara asli menurut ukuran berkas, bitrate, sample rate, serta kualitas sinyal suara. Berkas suara hasil juga diuji dengan uji ketahanan kompresi dan uji kasat mata pesan rahasia untuk melihat kualitas berkas suara hasil.

<p>This research focuses on the design and development educational game using Microsoft Kinect. The edugame can be used as educational tool in a classroom as to create an interesting and interactive learning process. This research is also focused on mathematics as its educational content using Microsoft Visual C#, XNA Game Studio, Microsoft Kinect for Windows SDK, and Microsoft Kinect as the main hardware. There are about eleven topics regarding mathematics based on the module provided by the Malaysian Ministry of Education. The interface of the game has been designed and developed to be interactive and attractive using some cartoon graphics, such as Ipin, Boboiboy, and Yaya. The developed game is a quiz base program, where student will have 10 questions each round and 4 choices of answers for every question. Currently, this educational game is designed for Year 1, Year 2 and Year 3 primary school students, and it has been evaluated by a group of 8 students. Furthemore, it has been evaluated and validated by a school teacher, in which they confirm the effectiveness of the developed game to improve student’s learning on Mathematics.</p>

This paper introduces “Contingency table analysis”, a freely available menu-driven add-in program for Microsoft EXCEL, written in Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), for basic univariate and bivariate statistical analyses of contingency tables. The program provides modules for the statistical analysis of proportions, 2 × 2 tables, stratified 2 × 2 tables, and R × C tables. We compare the results of the analyses performed using our software with those obtained by commercially available statistical software. The comparison shows that our software performs equally well. The use of the add-in facilitates the convenient prosecution of basic statistical analyses on contingency tables from within EXCEL, sparing us the additional cost, or the inconvenience of alternating between multiple platforms, often incurred in using a commercial statistical package.

Abstract:
In this paper, hydrochlorothiazide (HCT) and losartan potassium (LSP) in tablets are simultaneously determined with UV-Vis spectrophotometry and chemometrics without separation. The spectra of standard and sample solutions were recorded in the wavelength from 220 to 300 nm at 1.0 nm intervals. The concentrations of HCT and LSP in the sample solutions were computed with the Kalman filter algorithm written on the Microsoft Excel 2016 and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) platform. The method validation was determined via the accuracy and repeatability of measurements when analyzing HCT and LSP in the Splozarsin Plus tablet and comparing the mean values of their contents in the sample with those analyzed with HPLC. The proposed method is simple with a low cost compared with the standard HPLC method.

The high mortality rate associated with cancer and the inability to detect the disease early has led to a catastrophic reduction in the rate of survivability of the disease in women. We have attempted to improve on the rate of survival by using Fuzzy logic to develop a risk factor system for detection of breast cancer. The system has been implemented using the Mamdani fuzzy logic approach in MATLAB. A graphical user interface (GUI) has been developed using Microsoft Visual Studio 2012. The article presents the results of studies on parametric approximation in spaces R2 (functions of one variable), R3 (functions of two variables) and Rn(n>3) (functions of three or more variables). Various classes of functions satisfying a priori conditions were studied: f(0, 0, 0)=0, $\mathop {\lim 1}\limits_{{x_i} \to + \infty } \,\,({x_1},\, \ldots ,\,{x_n}) = {c_i}$, ci = cont. Working algorithms and C/C++ software functioning in Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 system in Microsoft Windows 10 environment were developed. The main studies of the authors were aimed at developing effective computational algorithms for constructing approximating functions of two variables from various given classes of three-dimensional data samples (three-dimensional interconnected time series). The article provides a detailed description of the problem statement, introduces classes of approximating functions, provides algorithms for estimating the parameters of approximating functions and a description of the software. The estimation algorithm considered in the article is constructed according to the scheme of the coordinate descent method with optimization of the step length (Gauss-Seidel method).

Основным достоинством искусственных нейронных сетей (ИНС) в задачах распознавания состоит в их функционировании подобно человеческому мозгу. В работе рассмотрены вопросы распознавания изображений нейронными сетями Хопфилда, выполнен сравнительный анализ распознавания изображений методом проекций и по правилу Хебба. Для этих целей разработана программа на языке C# в среде Microsoft Visual Studio 2012. В ходе распознавания эталонных и искаженных образов изображений с разным уровнем зашумленности показал, что сети Хопфилда, обучаемые методом проекций способны запоминать и восстанавливать исходные образы со значительными искажениями до 25–30%.

This paper presents a mechatronic development of a new mobile robot platform for autonomous on-the-road navigation. It uses sensor fusion involving the camera, laser range finder (LRF) and odometry to guide and find the free collision path during navigation. The embedded controller system has been deliberately developed to integrate the mechanical parts with the electronics and software algorithms. Microsoft Visual C# and MATLAB are linked together to perform the road recognition calculation via the proposed algorithms. The main processing program in C# is later extended to MATLAB environment for image, signal processing and calculation based on data from the LRF and camera. The linking between C# and MATLAB is done using COM automation server and the data in the client C# program passes it to MATLAB and vice versa.

Respiration rates of freshly harvested cilantro were moderately high (CO2 at 15 to 20 μL·g-1·h-1) and ethylene production rates were low (<0.2 nL·g-1·h-1) at 5 °C and were typical of green leafy tissues. Cilantro stored in darkness at a range of temperatures in air or controlled atmospheres was evaluated periodically for visual quality, decay, aroma, off-odor, color, and chlorophyll content. Cilantro stored in air at 0 °C had good visual quality for 18 to 22 days, while at 5 and 7.5 °C good quality was maintained for about 14 and 7 days, respectively. An atmosphere of air plus 5% or 9% CO2 extended the shelf-life of cilantro stored at 7.5 °C to about 14 days. Quality of cilantro stored in 3% O2plus CO2 was similar to that stored in air plus CO2. Atmospheres enriched with 9% to 10% CO2 caused dark lesions after 18 days; 20% CO2 caused severe injury after 7 days. Although visual quality could be maintained for up to 22 days, typical cilantro aroma decreased notably after 14 days, regardless of storage conditions.

The application utilizes the Microsoft Kinect sensor and its Visual Studio C# libraries for voice and gestures recognition. Once, the specific voice commands or gestures are recognized, the controller (a PC or Laptop) sends specific commands to a microcontroller (ATmega2560 on an Arduino Mega board). The microcontroller is mounted on the mobile robot and controls the robot’s motors. Also there are presented some limitations of the Kinect sensor to be taken into consideration when using it.

The results indicate that the software is easy to program and small pieces of weave fabric samples have tested its viability. e15516 Background: Vyxeos is a daunorubicine plus cytarabine liposome indicated in adults patient with newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia with myelodysplasia-related changes (AML-MRC) and therapy-related AML (t-AML). The standard protocol is an induction phase on D1, D3 and D5 at 100 mg/m² (expressed in cytarabine) during 90 minutes followed by 2 consolidation cures at 65 mg/m² on D1 and D3. Data provided from manufacturer indicate stability over 4 hours for diluted solution of daunorubicine plus cytarabine. AML-Patients are all receiving complex infusion increasing the risk of Y site incompatibilities. However, there is a lack of data on Y site compatibility of daunorubicine plus cytarabine with others drugs while these phenomena are well described with cytarabine and daunorubicine. The aim of this study was to evaluate stability and container-content interaction over time and visual Y site compatibility with selected drugs. Methods: Physicochemical stability over time was evaluated by Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS) (particle size) and by LC-MS/MS analysis (determination of cytarabine concentration). Daunorubicine plus cytarabine diluted solutions in 0.9% NaCl, final concentration 0.17 mg/mL were stored at 4°C during this study. Container-content interaction was evaluated comparing glass bottle and free-PolyVinylChloride (PVC) bag. Regarding Y site compatibility, a total of 33 drugs were tested. Medication mixtures were analyzed immediately after contact (T=0) and 90 minutes after, stored at room temperature (i.e., 25°C). The particle analyses were performed visually and by DLS. Drugs couple were classified in three categories: compatible, incompatible and variable compatibility when dubious phenomenon was observed. Results: No significative difference was found over time (120h) in term of particle size and chemical stability of cytarabine encapsulated, regardless of the container. This suggests that stability of daunorubicine plus cytarabine could actually be much longer than manufacturer’s recommendations. Most of the tested drugs were compatible. Still, three drugs exhibited visual incompatibilities at T = 0 and T = 90 minutes. However seven drugs presented incompatibilities using LDS. Two combinations presented conflicting data and thus classified as variable compatibility. Conclusions: Polypharmacy is a major concern in AML patients and knowledge and management of daunorubicine plus cytarabine stability and Y site compatibilities are critical to ensure a maximum safety at bedside. At least 10 drugs frequently used in oncology present a variety of incompatibilities with daunorubicine plus cytarabine and therefore should not be co-administered on Y site.

A computation method for parallel simulations of ceramic grain growth at an atomic scale in a PC cluster is proposed, by combining the Message Passing Interface (MPI) with the serial simulation of grain growth. A parallel platform is constructed for the simulation of grain growth with program modules of grain assignments, grain growth, data exchanges and boundary settlements, which are coded with Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 and MPICH. Quantitative results show that the computing speed of parallel simulations with this platform is obviously increased compared with that of serial simulations. Such a computing mode of grain growth is in good agreement with practical situations of ceramic grain growth.

Abstract:
The impact of climate change on the outbreak plant pest and disease seems to be likely increased in the future. However, operational information system on the outbreak of pest and disease on horticulture crops which can provide an overview of outbreak and distribution pest both in space and time is still very limited. The objective of the study is to developed prototype information system for providing information regarding area of horticulture pest and disease outbreak both space and time punctually and accurately. SIOPTHor is the early stage study to meet information regarding distribution of pest and disease outbreak. SIOPTHor is developed to performed information system including storage, processing, and analysis of distribution of pest and disease of horticulture data both in space and time on spatial and temporal. Distribution pest and disease attack data on horticulture crops (onions, red peppers and potatoes) for main horticulture crop areas in sub district level of Java were provided by local plant protection stations (BPTPH).. SIOPTHor was developed using waterfall systems development methods. This method consist of five stages, namely requirements analysis, design, implementation/coding, testing/verification and deployment/ maintenance. The software platform used for developing the system includes: 1) operation system Microsoft Windows 7, 2) programming language C#, 3) integrated development environment Microsoft Visual Studio 2008, 4) database management system Microsoft Access 2007, 5) mapper MapWinGIS v.3, 6) and software utilities such as Collapsible Panel, Microsoft Chart for NET, and adobe photoshop portable. The results showed SIOPTHor information system display informations including:1) analysis of pest and disease distribution both in space and time, 2) the Top-k OPT analysis in sub district level, 3) The most severe pest outbreak, and 4) analysis of pest and disease vulnerable index.

Abstract:
The large vertical mill has complicated structure and tens of thousands of parts, which is a critical grinding equipment for slag and cinder. As large vertical mill always works in severe conditions, the on-line monitoring, timely fault diagnosis, and trend prediction are very important guarantees for the safe service and saving maintaining costs. To address this issue, the health management system for large vertical mill is developed. More specifically, in order to manage reservoirs of state-related running data, the intrinsic physic data, and diagnosis knowledge base, an entity-relationship-model-based database is first constructed. Based on the fault diagnosis reasoning of experts, the fault tree is developed and the fault diagnosis rules are derived. Especially, a hybrid condition prognosis method based on backtracking search optimization algorithm and neural network is developed, and in comparison with traditional back propagation neural network and ant colony neural network, the developed backtracking search optimization algorithm and neural network gets superior hybrid prediction performance in prediction accuracy and training efficiency. Finally, the health management system, including the functions of condition monitoring, fault diagnosis, and trend prediction for large vertical mill is implemented using Microsoft Visual Studio C # and Microsoft SQL Server.

Abstract:
A design proposal for developing a high-precision timer of the real-time digital copying control system is put forward by analyzing the real-time characteristics of Windows 2000 operating system. Proposals of using information systems timer—WM_TIMER, multimedia timer, VxD and hardware to achieve high-precision timing in Windows operating system are analyzed and compared. Based on computer high-frequency timer and multi-thread technology, timing function provided by Microsoft Visual C++ is used to achieve a high-precision software timer of the system. Finally, the researched timing method is tested in Advantech IPC-610 host with Intel Pentium 4 processor, and the maximum timing error is less than 5μs which meets the system timing requirements.
