Abstract:
Migration has been a significant part of the cultural fabric of the Caribbean islands for centuries. The process began with the discovery and conquest of the islands by European colonials, followed by the forced migration of African slaves and the importation of indentured labourers from the East. Since the mid twentieth century, however, Caribbeans have been leaving the islands. Recent census data from Trinidad and Tobago show that the out-migration of women to the global North has exceeded that of men. This research examines the migration of women from the twin-island state of Trinidad and T

Migration is studied here within a conceptual framework of mode of production, relations of production, hegemony, and cash nexus. The historical aspects of migration are acknowledged throughout. The thesis then studies the theories of migration that are available and traces their developments. In this process, the thesis discovers ideology in many migration theories and literature. Abstract:
The issue of climate migration has long been struggling to make its way onto the international agenda. This study therefore set out to shed a light on eleven strategies for handling climate migration. The study builds on the work by Ransan-Cooper et al. These results will then provide useful information for the channel mining operations. Dimensional analysis was performed and experiments were conducted accordingly. Several different boundary conditions, water discharges were used in the experiments. Based on the experimental results, empirical formulas for pit height and pit velocity were obtained. Besides these, the change of down boundary conditions in the experiments will n

A unidirectional movement of irreplaceable educators has become evident which aids the inequalities persisting amongst neighbouring schools.
