Following the previous approaches to the autograph manuscript of Baltasar Gracián’s El Héroe by Adolphe Coster, Miguel Romera-Navarro and Aurora Egido, this paper presents the first non facsimile edition of that document, based on the theoretical and methodological principles of the filologia d’autore. The autograph is a complexe pre-text of a work in progress which contains an integral and very close to the edition of Huesca (1637) redactional state, and, as such, it deserves particular consideration. The edition offers a complete and normalized transcription of the last version contained in

Abstract:
Mexicano Flores is a musical about the real-life trial and execution of Miguel Ángel Flores, an undocumented Mexican in Texas, who murders Angela, a US citizen. Both the victim and perpetrator aspired to be singers, but ended up bloodied in a car after a deplorable femicide. The musical also reflects on the 2000 US presidential elections, which coincided with the vote that sealed Miguel’s execution. Influenced by both Brecht and Broadway, Mexicano Flores features a traditional Mexican lullaby and nine original songs by Lorena Oliva and Claudia Romero Herrera, orchestrated in the 1980s and 1990

Abstract Background: Pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (pNETs) are rare tumors arising from neuroendocrine cells in the pancreas. Their clinical behaviour and prognosis are variable and durable responses are often difficult to achieve with conventional therapies. Immunotherapy approaches may be efficacious in a subgroup of pNETs. In a recent study that did not include pNETs, we showed that a four-chemokine signature (c-Score: CCL4, CCL5, CXCL9, CXCL10) predicts T cell-inflammation and response to immune checkpoint inhibitors across cancers. We have hypothesized that the c-Score will also identi

I d.C. o algo poster

BackgroundSeveral mucosal immune defence polymorphisms have an impact on IgA production by plasma cells in the mucosa [1]. In this regard, these genetic variants have been previously reported as susceptibilitylocifor IgA nephropathy [1]. Given the pathophysiological similarities described between IgA nephropathy and Immunoglobulin-A vasculitis (IgAV) [2, 3], mucosal immune defence polymorphisms may also be implicated in the pathogenesis of IgAV.ObjectivesTo determine whether mucosal immune defence polymorphisms represent novel genetic risk factors for the pathogenesis of IgAV.Methods6 mucosal

BackgroundIgA vasculitis (IgAV) and IgA nephropathy (IgAN) are inflammatory conditions that share pathophysiological mechanisms, being B-cells crucial players in both diseases [1]. In this regard, some authors have suggested that IgAV and IgAN may represent different outcomes of a continuous spectrum of a disease [2]. In addition,CD40, BLKandBANK1are relevant genes involved in the development and signalling of B-cells and are also identified as susceptibilitylocifor several immune-mediated diseases [3-6].ObjectivesTo determine whether IgAV and IgAN may be different outcomes of a single disease
