Insomnia is a common problem in older people, especially in patients with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) whose circadian rhythm is often compromised. They were examined using cervical cytology, HPV 16 & HPV 18 detection and colposcopic assessment, and the histological outcome was diagnosed by Large Loop Excision of the Transformation Zone.
