Istraživanje prati osnovne momente Gadamerove rehabilitacije pojma mimezis koji je od odlučujućeg značaja za izgradnju celine njegovog projekta filozofske hermeneutike. Istraživanje ukazuje na temeljne pretpostavke koje rukovode Gadamerovim vraćanjem „izvornom” smislu mimezisa.
