Speech Transmission Index (STI), apart from the Reverberation Time (RT), remains an important parameter used for the speech intelligibility assessment indoors. As the Active Acoustic Enhancement Systems (AAES) are getting more and more commonly used, it was verified how such systems affect speech perception. In accordance with the 3382-1 and 3382-2 regulations, objective parameters were measured in two enclosures with the AAES. Brandla Siekierkowa’s occupation-time diary and her 1949 memoir describe experiences, which do not fit the main currents of Polish historical narration. The paper presents results of an analysis of the assemblage of flint artefacts from the site no. 6 in Sulejówek, Mazovian Voivodeship. The main attention was focused on technological and typological observations. Based on the obtained results, these materials were interpreted as a remnant of a medium-sized hunting camp of the Swiderian community. An important feature of the inventory is the extremely high proportion of relics made of chocolate flint, which was imported from about 150 km.

The article covers the issue of preferences in the thematic area of consultancy in individual farms, provided by employees of agricultural advisory centers and private companies. Abstract:

Przedmiotem artykułu jest ukazanie różnych funkcji profesjolektu pielęgniarskiego. Materiał będący podstawą badań pozyskałam z ankiet i licznych rozmów, które pozwoliły zbadać świadomość językową pielęgniarek i pielęgniarzy pracujących w wybranych szpitalach w województwie mazowieckim (Warszawie, Mińsku Mazowieckim, Wołominie, Siedlcach, Płocku). Analiza formalna profesjolektu wykazała, że polska leksyka zawodowa pielęgniarek i pielęgniarzy powstaje na drodze dwóch typów derywacji: semantycznej (metafora i metonimia), np. świnia ‘przenośne urządzenie do dezynfekcji pomieszczeń metodą zamgławia

Artykuł poświęcony jest realizacji edukacji włączającej na terenie miasta Mińska Mazowieckiego. Zbadano opinie nauczycieli z dwóch szkół. Edukacja włączająca jest edukacją zrzeszającą wszystkich, bez względu na trudności. Obejmuje zarówno uczniów pełnosprawnych, jak i tych z niepełnosprawnościami.
