Full textThe thesis is an attempt to define and design a house by utilizing modernized construction technologies.
From a single cell, a man grows up into a complex creature with an independent life. A livable space for a person starts from the motherâ s womb, then moves on to a crib, a full-size bed, a room, and finally a house. We can say, therefore, â a living roomâ originates from an independent life and is created for a person.
Man cannot and does not live alone. Human interactions help develop the spatial relationship among rooms in a house, and among houses in a community. Social relations, such as those found among family, friends and neighbors, define the mental and physical dimensions as they are manifested in the demarcations of rooms, halls and houses. Sadly, modernization seems to have destroyed the human basis for spatial relations, as we no longer can find these attributes in contemporary designs where elevators and stairs have replaced alleys and backyards where neighborhood children once played and housewives enjoyed socializing.
Industrialized processes have allowed us to build more space more quickly, but, unfortunately, these processes have also simultaneously equalized qualities in housing design today. Because of the potential complexity of these questions, I am compelled to focus on a room or a house as the scope of the study. The aim of the thesis is therefore the study of the development of a socially and technically responsive house in the face of growth and change in an industrialized world.
In Part One, I shall start with an analysis of historical precedents and the development of a working concept for the design. Part Two ponders how to use minimum materials and sizes to create maximum spaces and capacity. The final section includes the demonstration of the design process involved in the creation of a future-oriented house.

Full textFör många människor är det svårt att ta stora beslut, att bygga hus är ett av dessa. Det är kanske den största investeringen och projekt som man tar sig an. I ett husbygge är det många saker som ska stämma överrens, man ska hitta en tomt, välja en husmodell och till sist alla de där andra valen som till exempel köks- och badrumsdetaljer. Det är i detta beslutskede som det kan vara skönt att kunna testa olika husmodeller och material innan det slutliga beslutet tas. Det är denna process som är i fokus i detta examensarbete, eller rättare sagt ett verktyg för att underlätta besluten. Det handlar nämligenom en AR-applikation för hus. AR står för augmented reality(förstärkt verklighet) och med hjälp av denna kan användaren se sitt hus i verklig storlek på tomten innan någonting är bestämt eller ens påbörjat. Neava AB har utvecklat en applikation där det i dagsläget går att visa en AR-modell av ett hus i verklig storlek. Deras huvudsakliga kunder är husföretag som bygger modulära hus. Då teamet på Neava AB arbetat med att utveckla kundanpassade konfiguratorer för virtuell verklighet har några utmaningar börjat visa sig.Det tar lång tid att komma överens om vilken färgnyans som är korrekt och kommunikationen i detta skede av produktionen tar iblandväldigt lång tid varvid Neava måste invänta kundens bedöming påderas modeller. Detta problem är också kopplat till kundernas grafiska profil då kunderna alla har en specifik framtoning och vill att både gränssnitt och bilder ska återspegla denna så starkt som möjligt. Målsättningen med arbetet är att utforska hur ett verktyg för husföretagen att skapa sina egna gränssnitt skulle kunna se ut. Gränssnittet designas med fokus på användbarhet och användarupplevelse och utvärderas kontinuerligt jäntemot dessa kriterier. Projektet tillämpar en användarcentrerad designprocess där det centrala är att involvera användarna i designprocessen på olika sätt. Detta arbete tillämpar intervjuer, enkäter, utvärderingar och användartester genomgående för att kontrollera hur väl resultaten stämmer överrens med de identifierade behoven. Designen tas fram med utgånspunkt i de identifierade utmaningar och problem som funnits med hjälp av dessa metoder.Resultatet är ett koncept som illusterar hur detta verktyg skulle kunna se ut och fungera. Både hur en konfigurator för AR men också för hur en administrativ tjänst för en huskonfigurator skulle kunna se ut.Genom att designa gränssnittet för huskonfiguratorn i AR och medföljande administrativa tjänst så kunde ett förslag för detta verktyg presenteras. Om Neava skulle utveckla detta verktyg så skulle det både minska tiden som de lägger på kommunikation, men också ha tagit fram en innovativ och nytänkande produkt som kan bidra till att minska miljöpåverkan av nybyggnation genom säkrare beslut och minskad ombyggnation.

The patient when entering the platform for free through a mobile application, they will register and complete a form with their personal data (registration), then they will enter their signs and / or symptoms that will allow them to access or not to contact the appropriate professional (according to the pathology that presents); You can search for a specific professional according to their specialty, in turn you will find all the detailed information about it, that is; resume, experience, patient comments, location, etc .; to guarantee confidence and security in the provision of the service. The purpose is to bring the health professional closer to the patient at home and to be able to provide the medical service in the comfort of their home. The administrative offices are located in the district of San Juan de Lurigancho. The operation of the platform will be implemented initially in all districts of the capital, and then begin operations in the province. The importance of MediHome lies in its proposal to serve as the link between the patient and the health professional, so that the patient can locate the professional who is closest to his home and be able to receive a consultation in the comfort of his home; in this way, both avoid going to a health center crowded with possible COVID-positive patients. Thus, it contributes to the decongestion of hospitals, timely care is provided in the comfort of the home in an isolated and safe way from any risky contact, and health indicators are improved in our country. The total investment of the project is S / 315,400.00 and is made up of 87% (S / 275,400) of debt and 13% (S / 40,000) of shareholders' capital. The projected cash flow in 10 years shows the following financial indicators: CPPC of 15.53%, Ke of 31%, VANE of S / 3,061,403.20, EIRR of 117.21%, VANF of S / 1,597,104.40, TIRF of 369.92%.

This study brings light to and creates understanding for how to capture the opportunities for target marketing, given by resent technical development and improvement.
Customers often perceive marketing on the internet as annoying, embarrassing, repetitive and sometimes even noisy. Companies have problems to focus their marketing efforts towards the areas which give most value for the marketing investments. The conflict between companies pushing the marketing messages to their customers, who are trying to avoid them, a growing mistrust is feed.
Well established businesses are challenged by new companies cutting in between the content providers and their customers. A new business model using the Long Tail phenomena is shaking the old media houses’ business position.
Smartphones and netbooks are merging into mobile devices, which release a number of opportunities for target marketing. This study states that mobile devices are personalized and as a consequence, open for the possibility of target marketing towards individuals. However, there are identified obstacles to overcome. One challenge lies in the balance between marketing benefits and preventing violation of the customers’ personal integrity.
From literature and case studies, light is brought to the state of practice of rules and regulations, old media houses Schibsted and Aftonbladet, search engine provider as Google and a marketing agency, Mobiento Mobile Marketing.
Trends and best practices stick out as more important in order for a company to become a successful target marketing actor. A “target marketing house concept” points out four significant areas for companies to benefit from the power of target marketing in mobile devices.
Trough out of this study, protection of the personal integrity and personal data has been pointed out as a key factor for a mutual and trustful customer relationship. This is considered to be as a precondition, both for behaviour segmentation and for a joint rewarding customer dialogue.

A robotica movel tem se desenvolvido fortemente nas ultimas decadas. Os estudos de robôs com pernas, em especial, ganham destaque pela capacidade de transpor obstaculos com maior efetividade em relação aos demais meios de locomoção. Aliado a este estudo, encontra-se a robotica bioinspirada, que faz uso de elementos funcionais da natureza como inspiração para a robótica. A construção do prototipo do TB-Horse II, objetivo principal deste trabalho, é um robô quadrupede bioinspirado no cavalo. Este robô possui diversas aplicações, como por exemplo, no resgate de feridos, no transporte de cargas frágeis, entre outras. Entretanto, antes do seu desenvolvimento, foi realizado o estudo, análise e simulação do projeto em CAD-3D proposto na primeira vers~ao do robô, conhecida como TB-Horse I. Após a análise, juntamente com o estudo da biodinâmica do cavalo, foi poss'vel propor um novo projeto mecânico estrutural, simulado no Virtual Robot Experimentation Platform (V-REP) e desenvolvido no Autodesk Inventor, conhecido como TB-Horse II. A estabilidade do TB-Horse II foi analisada e validada no V-REP. O tamanho das pernas foi investigado e dois métodos matematicos foram propostos com base nos dados reais da locomoção do cavalo. O cavalo possui diversos tipos de andamentos, sendo a marcha a locomoção o utilizada neste trabalho. Neste estudo, pode-se concluir que o TB-Horse II teve maior estabilidade quando as pernas da frente são maiores que as traseiras. Além disso, o projeto eletrînico foi simulado no Proteus. Finalmente, o protótipo do TB-Horse II foi construído e validado no mundo real, em um terreno plano e sem obstáculos, juntamente com os circuitos eletrônicos. Vale ressaltar que uma estrutura de apoio foi construção para auxiliar na validação do TB-Horse II durante os experimentos. Este robô tem como pontos fortes uma estrutura mais parecida com o cavalo real e aliado a bioinspirac~ao o movimento, possibilita um controle maior da sua estabilidade.
The mobile robotics has been strongly developed in recent decades. The robots with legs are highlighted by the ability to overpass obstacles more eectively compared with other types of locomotion. The bio-inspired robotics use functional elements of natures for inspiration. The development of the TB-Horse II prototype is the main target of this work. It is a bio-inspired quadruped robot with biological features of horse locomotion. The robot can be used to rescue injured people, to carry fragile loads, among others applications. However, before its construction, it was necessary to analyze and simulate the CAD-3D structural mechanical design already developed in the rst version of the robot, called TB-Horse I. After that, and also with the study of horse biodynamic, it was possible to propose the TB-Horse II. The mechanical design of this robot has similarity with real horse, and also the stability is controlled because of its bio-inspiration. This robot was simulated in the Virtual Robot Experimentation Platform (V-REP), the mechanical structure was designed in the Autodesk Inventor and the electronic project was proposed and simulated using the Proteus software, before its implementation. The stability analysis of the robot was validated in V-REP. The leg length was investigated and two methods were proposed based on the real data of the horse's locomotion. It is important to point out that horse has dierent types of locomotion. However, the gait is used in the simulation and real experiment. Based on the results obtained, it is possible to conclude that the TB-Horse II had more stability when the front legs are longer than the rear legs. Finally, the robot prototype was developed and the experimental validation was realized on a at ground without obstacles. In order to avoid the robot to fall over unsafe and prevent it from being damaged in the experiments, a support structure was developed.

Full textIn this paper, we will present the development of the prototype of the mobile application EQUIVAPP, which seeks to connect people working in the livestock and equine industry, thus facilitating communication with a portfolio of customers and specialized services in the sector, providing a high level of confidence by offering a variety of products valued and rated by the same users. In other words, to position ourselves within the customers as an application that helps them save time and losses by having a large number of potential partners with ratings that will ensure a premium quality of the services required. Likewise, all the services they want to access in the areas of reproduction, transport, sale of balanced or special feed and veterinary services will be present in the application. The development of this project is focused on putting an end to the high level of losses registered within the sector, since most of the contacts that many of the companies have are obtained through recommendations from neighbors or neighboring workers. Likewise, the implementation of technology in a rural sector is not a big problem, since most of the families dedicated to this sector have new generations that are up to date with the use of cell phones, computers, laptops and other technological devices.

Many university websites for finding rental rooms and apartments are static web pages. They usually cannot render properly on mobile devices. Visitors can contact landlords via only emails or phone calls. Their online interactions are not allowed. When a visitor actually arrives at the scene of some apartments, its nearby detailed information can neither render well in the smart phone, nor use smart phones as navigation aids. In this thesis, we design and implement a web system for rentals, where user interfaces for mobile devices are also considered. In addition to common search utilities, the system also provides two display modes – list view and map view. Besides, the system also incorporates social networking tools. Users can be identified without extra account applications, and can have an online interaction with landlords. Meanwhile, users of different roles can have different operations on rental objects, including browsing, editing or their management. In implementation, both panorama image display and responsive web design are adopted, making the system more fun and suitable for mobile devices. With the help of our system, users can enjoy the location-based service of finding rental houses with smartphones. Landlords can online manage houses and interactive with potential tenants, making the system easier to use and more attractive.

Therefore, how to be more simple, efficient construction of temporary modular housing units and space for assessing the quality of both is necessary, is worthy of study and discussion of the topic. Due to frequent earthquakes, typhoons, and global climate change, it often occurs extreme precipitation in Taiwan which always damage people’s home, property, even their lives. For instance, the 921 earthquake in 1999, the 88 flood caused by Typhoon Morakot in 2009, and the 829 flood hosted by Severe Tropical Storm Kong-rey in 2013 all brought about enormous loss. Therefore, when a major disaster occurs, it needs many emergency temporaries to arrange a large number of victims, so that people can have temporary shelter. Our team create an innovation design of mobile emergency shelter in 2011. The main building meterials are simple, breathable and light wood. It also constructs inclined double wall to reduce the cost that plane wall needs. Then progress some planting for picking and watering at convenience, also avoids standing water in the mobile house from planting. The ground floor applies construction of elevation design, preventing the subtropical region located Taiwan from contacting the scorching ground directly, and therefore lowering the indoor temperature. Also, there are many air vents in the main body to avoid poor ventilation which makes Sick Building Syndrome happen, and provides victims living comfort. This time we analyzed indoor physical environment of the mobile house deeply, detecting indoor temperature and humidity in great detail, then made futher test on microenvironment recording 18 different positions’ temperature and humidity. According to the statistical analysis of the investigation about the temperature of the mobile house, the exterior Green Wall outside the mobile house provides a certain degree of dropping temperature for the living. Furthermore, using an effective ventilation system would obviously decrease the indoor temperature by 4 or 5 degrees. For subtropical Taiwan with a lot of disaster in summer, it’s a practical and effective approach to provide a comfortable refuge for the victims of the natural disaster.

With the increased number of smart phone users in recent years, the advertising model in real estate has also undergone major changes. The real estate brokers have begun to use mobile ads to increase the exposure of their housing projects. However, whether or not this marketing model will effectively increase the willing housing buyers and directly affect the decision of the consumers towards these housing projects is this research purpose. This paper will discuss the impact of mobile advertising on the decision of buying house through the AISAS research model. According to our research, the total amount of mobile advertisement has reached 31 billion in 2017, in compare of 5.97 billion in 2008. The budget of advertising for real estate projects is around 2 to 2.5% of total projects amount. An effective advertisement has become a major issue to developers. This research will try to delve the issue. With the arriving of the digital era, the smart phone users have exceeded 60% in Taiwan, and real estate mobile advertisement has also been increasing yearly. In the future, mobile advertising will be playing the key role in consumer’s decision making. After empirical study, this research has found out that the high level of acceptance in real estate mobile advertisement. Those occupations on information-related industries, financial industries, military personnel, civil servants and teachers are the major acceptance in real estate mobile advertisement. Among the mentioned subjects, around 60% responded as interested in knowing more or willing to purchase after viewing the advertisement. There are 20% respondents to be interested on real estate mobile advertisement including: agriculture, forestry, fishery, and mining. We also found that Lingya, Fengshan, Nanzi, and Renw districts have more 50% to purchase house after viewing the mobile advertisement. According to research, whether it is to attract interests or viewings of properties, the impact of real estate adverts on both males and females does not differ significantly. However, the percentage of females buying a property after seeing the adverts is higher than that of males by 10%. Moreover, those aged from 31 to 60 are the most influenced by real estate adverts.

In recent years, mobile device hardware has developed rapidly, communication bandwidth and speed have also upgraded, and there has been a major breakthrough in user interface. Therefore, mobile computing and mobile cloud computing have dramatically prospered. Mobile application development has become easier and more convenient with better software, and there have already been more than ten thousand mobile applications. However, most of the mobile applications are not developed with fully usage of mobile device properties, like high mobility, convenience, personalization and location. This study proposed mobile applications should leverage context awareness to bridge the information gap between user requirements and mobile applications. In system design stage, UML tools like case diagram, sequence diagram and activity diagrams were applied. The database and context-aware algorithms were developed to fulfill the system requirements. The idea is the application would provide search results based on not only the user-specified criteria but also user preference actively derived from the database information. In this study, a house rental listings system was used as an example to show how context awareness was introduced to the rental listings application. Two search scenarios were implemented to verify whether context awareness would improve the mobile applications. The three-tier architecture of dynamic web application was used to implement the listings system, and the context-aware algorithms were realized in the web server. The experimental results show that search activities with context awareness provide more relevant information and get better user satisfactions.

The preservation and continuation of cultural has important historical significance for the national society. To discuss the continuation and exploration of the cultural heritage of the historical perspective, should analyze the relationship between the architectural relics, open space and the natural environment covered by the overall historical features and cultural background. Considering the use of digital media, design of AR game exploratory guides about heritage navigation, historical objects, and Hakka culture. Try to make the Hakka culture in the current era, through the AR exploratory game, to give young people a new cultural guide experience, to draw closer to the distance between young people and heritage, cultural history, and increase their willingness to learn Hakka culture. In 2017, the researcher participated in the project with Professor Hsu of Chiao Tung University and Professor Masa of Keio University, designed the "HAKKA AR Exploratory Game Navigation System" in the New Tile House Hakka Culture District. Under the leadership of the project leader within one year, we completed the exploratory tour of this game, which satisfied the needs and also won the recognition of the public. However, through the exhibition and the feedback from the people, there is still need for improvement. In addition, the main development of the initial development version is the navigation system of the historical, the introduction of Hakka historical materials, story scripting and game design. This study further use "Interface Design" as the focus of the redesign of the "HAKKA AR Game Navigation System ". It is expected to increase the experience of the game exploratory navigation and more in-depth introduction of Hakka historical materials. This study is based on the contextaul inquiry, the field research of local heritage, interviews with local cultural and historical workers and three young people between the ages of 15 and 24. Interviewed with 3 design experts who are familiar with AR application and interface design, to re-examine the direction and content of this game exploratory navigation, which can be used as a reference for interface design. Finally, the experiment was carried out with 37 visitors, and the quantitative analysis was used to verify whether the suitability was satisfactory. The research results are expected to provide design reference principles for augmented reality interactive navigation for digital content design based on other field environments in the future.

Full textThe comprehension of the crime of aggravated theft by breaking and entering in certain enclosed spaces requires an analysis of the conceptualization of the substantive norm and of the norm that defines the said mode of execution as well as the analysis of the complex connection that is established between them. From this exegesis, we can conclude that it is the incriminating norm that establishes those spaces. Considering (as it should be) the term “house” in a broad and heterogeneous sense but always as an autonomous space, then the substantive norm does not cover the “enclosed space contingent to it” exclusively foreseen in the defining norm. The demand of intelligibility of the said norms, the coherence of the connection between them and the filling of that protection hiatus requires a change of the norm texts, a deep change in the case of the defining norm.
