This diploma thesis is divided into two parts, namely the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, the issue is dismantled from the current state of electric power, share the production of individual sources, the market for photovoltaic and mobile photovoltaic systems through the description of the theory of solar radiation and all the necessary components to build the isolated photovoltaic power plant. The practical part deals with dimensioning, selection of suitable components and the actual one own design and implementation of a mobile photovoltaic power plant.

Abstract:
The subject of this thesis is the issue of valuation of environmental damage. The first part describes the current status (risk from mobile sources, their analysis and evaluation methods of damage assessment, legislation). It is obvious that the given issue is a hot topic and needs to be addressed. The next section describes the materials and methods to solve the issue and description of a model example to award damages. The aim is to build such a method that modeled appreciate the damage and then is applicable to a real problem. It also includes an analysis of risk. The method is based on the general approach Sejak, namely table is used with specific numbers for the injury calculations. In conclusion, it is concluded that the objective has been achieved, and the match was awarded a shame not financially financially. The recommendation is to use or improve a method for real crashes mobile sources in practice.

This diploma thesis entitled Design and realization of a mobile photovoltaic power plant is dividet into two parts. In the first, theoretical part one can learn about the state of representation of renewable energy sources in the field of electrical power engineering and about the structure of photovoltaic power station systems. The secont part of this thesis is focused on the own design and realization of the mobile photovoltaic power plant, on the selection of individual suitable components and ther dimensioning. In addition, a model of a mobile power plant has been created, on the basis of which the power plant was constructed. This Master's thesis discusses about the measurement of the carbon dioxide concentration in breathing by an optical analyzer using infrared absorption spectroscopy. The method is described with the technical focus on individual components needed for subsequent implementation. A circuit diagram is created to produce Arduino platform devices that serve as hardware to connect and power individual parts and software to create a user environment, followed by a Bluetooth module to transmit measured data to mobile devices where real-time results are presented.

This Master’s thesis is focused on design of voltage converter’s system operating with supply voltage of batteries. There are selected appropriate types of batteries, converter topologies and modes of their control. The specified output branches are systematically divided into three separate modules. Each module is designed in detail with focus on high efficiency. The modules are implemented and optimized. Parameter of final modules were measured and compared with correctness of design and theoretical assumptions.

Abstract:
This thesis is concerned with analysis of the mobile operators in the Czech Republic. Introduction part of thesis is devoted to the explanation of the key indicators which are used by mobile operators to analyze the rate of customer churn, or average revenue per user, or the customer value. Very importat is also a comparison of price consumption baskets in the Czech Republic with the other countries. The situation has changed dramatically offering unlimited tariffs in the already fully saturated market. In the practical part of this thesis I have focused on a detailed analysis of customers data in Vodafone company a I have reviewed the current offer of affordable tariffs and data services. I tried to implement new tariffs based on a real information of all customers - individuals over a period of 3 months. The aim of the thesis is to propose tariffs and services for customers, which would maintain the current customer base or which would increase the base slightly.

The scope of this thesis is to design tools to support business processes on mobile platforms. The work deals with both the Enterprise Resource Planning systems issue, as well as the database synchronization and the possibilities of secure data transmission between the mobile device and the server. The last part of the thesis comprises a model of an application meant to support business processes on mobile devices, including a description of its implementation, used tools and testing.

Abstract:
The purpose of the work is a description and analysis of the employee recruitment and selection process and of the methods used during this process in a specific company and a critical evaluation (i.e. identification of the strong and weak points) of the process and methods used during the recruitment including presentation of the proposals on how to resolve the deficiencies are outlined. In the first part is briefly introduced the company, where the respective fieldwork occurred. The following (crucial) part is divided into two chapters which are focused on the recruitment (sources, methods and process) and later selection (criterions, methods and process) of the employees and the evaluation of effectiveness of the recruitment. This work also shortly defines the impact of the financial crisis on the employee recruitment and selection process. In the conclusion are mentioned the strong and weak points of the whole process and methods used during the recruitment process and the proposals on how to resolve the deficiencies are outlined.

Závěr Má diplomová práce přinesla pohled na problematiku mobilních zdrojů znečišťování životního prostředí z trochu jiné pozice, a to z pozice posluchače, který se automobilům věnuje prakticky od dětství. Některým se mohou jevit podané informace faktografického a technického charakteru obsáhlé, je však třeba si uvědomit, že jejich znalostí či orientací v nich se pak snáze přistupuje k prováděcím předpisům, které stanoví konkrétní požadavky na určité mobilní zdroje. Přitom právě předpokládají posluchačovu představu o základních aspektech oblasti techniky. Je to způsobeno i povahou samotného práva životního prostředí, které se musí vypořádat s celou řadou pojmů jiných oborů, např. z chemie a biologie. Proto se ve své práci zprvu věnuji problematice základního rozdělení a definice zdrojů znečišťování životního prostředí. Přidávám i pojednání o automobilových palivech, která hlavně v poslední době zažívají nebývalý rozvoj. Alternativ k motorové naftě a benzínu je již hodně, časový odstup prozradí, jaká je opravdová možnost jejich aplikace a teprve poté se začnou prosazovat i v jiných mobilních zdrojích než v automobilech, na kterých jsou testována. V souvislosti se stále rostoucím počtem automobilů i s rostoucím stupněm automobilizace (Československo: rok 1961 - 21 automobilů na 1000 obyvatel, Česká republika:...

Miroslav Ottomansky Legal regulation of protection against air pollution from mobile sources The goal of this thesis is to map tools used for legal regulations of mobile pollution sources. Thesis focuses on problematic regulation of motor vehicles' pollution in Czech Republic, however it also outlines basic legal adjustements related to other mobile pollution sources. Thesis starts with basic introduction to this problematic followed by overview of international legal regulations and main conceptional tools used for legal regulations in European Union. In the chapter dedicated to the principles of european law in terms of regulation of mobile sources' pollution thesis tries to research how are those regulations already being applied to specific legal norms. One chapter is dedicated to protection of rights for convenient environment and their prosecution. In the next part of the thesis the normative regulations within emission standarts, approval of types, requirements for fuel quality and control of emissions of motor vehicles are examined. Thesis: "Legal regulation of protection against environmental pollution by mobile sources" The thesis is divided into two comprehensive thematic units. The first part deals with legal protection against air pollution and includes a brief outline of the factual issues. The first section of the part is devoted to the substantive definition of the problem and to the description of the basic physics aspects and ecological aspects of the subject-matter. The emphasis is on phenomena closely related to the impact of mobile sources on the environment. The next section deals with legal regulation of the pollution. The section is then divided into parts, one focusing on international legislation, with the emphasis on major international agreements and also on the ground-breaking conferences in the field of air pollution. There is also a short historical outline of the development of international arrangements. The following section concentrates on EU legislation and its historical development. The diploma thesis is focused on analysis of noise level of mobile power vehicles in relation to motor operation mode and its evaluation. The thesis core lies within measurement of acoustic pressure levels at four vehicles in different motor operation modes by two audio-noise meters. One meter was places within the cabin, the other outside. The results of the work showed a development in reducing noise at modern power vehicles.
