Abstract:
This paper focuses on detecting Alzheimer’s Disease (AD). The most usual form of dementia is Alzheimer's disease, which causes permanent cause memory cell damage. Alzheimer's disease, a neurodegenerative disease, increases slowly over time. For this matter, early detection of Alzheimer's disease is important. The purpose of this work is using Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) to diagnose AD. A Convolution Neural Network (CNN) model, Reset, and VGG the pre-trained learning models are used. Performing analysis and validation of layers affects the effectiveness of the model. T1-weighted MRI images are taken for preprocessing from ADNI. The Dataset images are taken from the Alzheimer's Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI). 3D MRI scans into 2D image slices shows the optimization method in the training process while achieving 96% and 94% accuracy in VGG 16 and ResNet 18 respectively. This study aims to classify AD from brain 3D MRI images and obtain better results.

Abstract:
Problems with the implementation of ERP systems are well documented. Although companies spend millions on ERP packages and the implementation process, there is extensive evidence that they experience considerable problems, particularly during the actual implementation project. This paper presents a project phase model (PPM) of ERP implementation projects that is a synthesis of existing ERP implementation process models and focuses on the implementation project. Two case studies of ERP implementation within the same organization, one unsuccessful and a later successful one, are reported and analysed in order to determine which critical success factors (CSFs) are necessary within each phase of the PPM. The CSFs are drawn from an earlier stage of this research and from recent literature. The PPM is used as a ‘lens’ for understanding ERP implementation projects, by highlighting the differences between the two cases. We then offer an explanation for these differences, focusing particularly on the successful case. Firstly, the organizational learning that occurred during the unsuccessful project and the associated early appointment of an experienced ‘champion’ with clearly defined responsibilities were critical to the successful project. Secondly, organizations implementing ERP systems should partition large projects into several smaller, simpler projects identified here as ‘vanilla’ implementations. The PPM, together with associated CSFs, provides guidance for practitioners when planning ERP implementation projects and also provides researchers with a foundation for further empirical research.

Abstract:
e13681 Background: The onset of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic changed the landscape of oncology practice and placed tele-oncology at the center of cancer care delivery. As tele-oncology will likely remain a key part of cancer care delivery, healthcare organizations need to determine how to implement tele-oncology programs. We conducted an instrumental case study at a National Cancer Institutes -designated comprehensive cancer center that successfully implemented tele-oncology. Methods: Data were collected from three sources between June 2020–February 2022. We conducted semi-structured interviews among stakeholders directly involved in implementing and/or managing tele-oncology and surveys of administrators of the center’s tele-oncology and clinicians who used the program. Document analysis of implementation deliverables were also analyzed. Data collection and analyses were guided by the Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research, and Clinical Transformation in Technology. We used the Implementation Research Logic Model (IRLM) to develop a framework depicting determinants and key steps for implementing tele-oncology. Results: We interviewed 40 clinicians. We also invited 364 employees to complete online surveys, of which 151 (41.5%) responded. Most respondents were physicians (41.7%), nurse practitioners (26.5%), or physician assistants (26.5%). To implement tele-oncology program, three elements should be considered: (1) platform, (2) people, and (3) process. We found hospitals should: 1) adopt a safe and adaptable platform to deliver tele-oncology; 2) build a multidisciplinary tele-oncology team to provide the administrative, legal, workflow, and clinical support; 3) provide training and resources to make sure all the team members can deliver their responsibilities; 4) identify and appreciate early adopters, departments, and clinicians with successful experiences; 5) frequently evaluate the clinical and implementation outcomes; 6) secure reimbursement comparable with in-person rate and ; 7) advocate for policies that are supportive of tele-oncology in the future. Conclusions: Using IRLM we presented the tele-oncology implementation framework that can be used by hospitals around the world to implement their own tele-oncology.

Abstract:
Relevance of the study is due to the need to implement tools of strategic municipal management in local self-government authorities in order to successfully complete the reform of decentralization. Foreign experience testifies that one such tool is the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) of Kaplan and Norton, which was evolved from a performance management tool for business to a dominant system of strategic management in the public setor. This tool allows use of non-financial indicators, take into account social aspects and environment as well as manage risks under uncertainty. The article argues that the BSC implementation in local self-government authorities will ensure the solution of the following tasks: 1) aligning the strategic and tactical goals with measures for their implementation; 2) increasing the institutional capacity of authorities (through development and motivation of personnel, formation of innovative organizational culture, introduction of performance management system, improvement of internal processes, development of information systems); 3) increasing the transparency and stakeholders confidence, in particular foreign investors, to attract financing in the post-war period. It was found that the structure of the BSC model and the algorithm of its implementation depend on the field of activity, size, tasks and features of the organization. An algorithm for developing the BSC model of the city council executive committee (its structural unit for the pilot project implementation) is proposed and the main strategies for the four components of this model (stakeholders, finance, internal processes, training and development) are identified. Based on the experience of Canada, Denmark, the Czech Republic and other countries, the main advantages, conditions of success and challenges of implementing the BSC concept in local self-government authorities are identified, taking into account political, organizational, financial and other aspects. It is proposed to define the ways to solve considered challenges using the design thinking methodology.

The on demand generation of source code and its execution is essential if computers are expected to play an active role in information discovery and retrieval. This paper presents a model of implementation of a source code generator, whose purpose is to generate source code on demand. Theimplementation of the source code generator is fully configurable and its adoption to a new application is done by changing the generator configuration and not the generator itself. The advantage of using the source code generator is rapid and automatic development of a family of application once necessary program templates and generator configuration are made. The model of implementation of the source code generator is general and implemented source code generator can be used in differentareas. We use a source code generator for dynamic generation of ontology supported Web services for data retrieval and for building of different kind of web application.

Abstract:
A recent presidential directive mandated that all U.S. government agencies establish a centralized identification system. This study investigated the impact of users’ involvement, resistance, and computer self-efficacy on the implementation success of a centralized identification system. Information System (IS) usage was the construct employed to measure IS implementation success. A survey instrument was developed based on existing measures from key IS literature. The results of this study indicated a strong reliability for the measures of all constructs (user involvement, computer self-efficacy, user’s resistance, and IS usage). Factor analysis was conducted using Principal Component Analysis (PCA) with Varimax rotation. Results of the PCA indicate that items of the constructs measured had high validity, while Cronbach’s Alpha for each factor demonstrates high reliability for all constructs measured. Additionally, results of a structural equations modeling analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) indicate that computer self-efficacy and user involvement had positive significant impact on the implementation success. However, the results also demonstrated that user’s resistance had no significant impact on IS usage, while end user involvement had a strong negative impact on user’s resistance.
