The article provides an overview of international and Russian literature on the genesis and development of System Research in IR studies, demonstrates the emergence of System Research in Russia and in the world, the development of the general theory of systems. It is shown that at the first stage, the representatives of natural sciences tried to identify the isomorphism between the international relations system and other systems (biological, physical). In this context, the attempts to form a general theory of international conflict could be viewed. It is noted that at the beginning of the 197

Transients in electric power systems are of great interest to power engineers when designing a new or maintaining an existing system. The paper deals with using hybrid system theory for modeling and simulation of an electric power system with controllers. The presented technique is rather convenient and recommended as mathematical models of transients in electric power systems with controllers in general contain both continuous and discrete components. The modeling and simulation were carried out in the modeling and simulation environment ISMA, which is briefly presented in the paper.

Abstract:
The human lymphatic system (HLS) is a complex network of lymphatic organs linked through the lymphatic vessels. We present a graph theory-based approach to model and analyze the human lymphatic network. Two different methods of building a graph are considered: the method using anatomical data directly and the method based on a system of rules derived from structural analysis of HLS. A simple anatomical data-based graph is converted to an oriented graph by quantifying the steady-state fluid balance in the lymphatic network with the use of the Poiseuille equation in vessels and the mass conserva

Abstract:
The research on the dynamics modeling in theory and experiment for the rolling bearing-motorized spindle system including bearing modeling and spindle-bearing system modeling is reviewed. The main factors influencing the motorized spindle system dynamics are analyzed combined with the pratical engineering, which include thermal characteristics, high-speed effects and electromechanical coupling. The methods for dynamics modeling including the transfer matrix method and finite element method are related. Finally, the research directions on the dynamics of rolling-bearing motorized spindle system

Pair wise nucleotides modelling act is a significant task in biological systems. This modelling act is crystalclear innovative mathematical act. It is based on attraction between nucleotides, basic arrangement of pattern and logics aretaken from nature. Continuous modelling in the pair-wise nucleotides are stable, dynamic, spatial, periodic, auto assemblies,Chaotic and deterministic, it is possible to use both continuous and discrete modelling to interpret microbial behavior. In thisversion modelling are attached and detached due to thermodynamic attraction force between nucleotides and Chaoti

Abstract:
Based on systematic engineering theory and method, interpretative structural model of ceramic grindability system was set up. Property parameters, grinding parameters and grindability indexes were selected as system elements. The adjacency matrix between system elements was constructed. The reachability matrix was calculated according to adjacency matrix. By calculation of reachability matrix and classification, interpretative structural model of the ceramic grindability system was obtained. The system model could describe the relationship between the ceramic grindability and system elements.
