On the basis of establishing programming model of geometric error’s minimum regional evaluation, this paper applies modified simplex method to optimization evaluation of axial parts’ roundness measurement in order to improve the accuracy and speed of roundness error evaluation. The result shows that roundness error evaluation based on modified simplex method is of the following advantages such as high evaluation accuracy, fast calculation speed and good repeatability and so on. Practical examples prove that this method is of universality and practicality.

The most important improvement was to replace the least squares fitting of the complex polynomial representation of the response function with the simplex fitting of the pole-zero representation of the response function. One strategy for dissecting the function of this fusion machine is through the use of specific inhibitors. We identified a peptide with antiviral activity that blocks HSV-1 infection at the entry stage and during cell-to-cell spreading. To determine abundance of larval Anisakis simplex in euphausiids of the St. Lawrence estuary, Meganyctiphanes norvegica and Thysanoessa raschii were collected at seven sites from the mouth of the Saguenay River to Baie des Outardes.
