Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat aktivitas fisik pada siswa kelas IV di SDN Mojorejo Kabupaten Mojokerto, Metode penelitian yang digunakan Merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan metode survey, hasil penelitian aktivitas fisik siswa kelas IV di SDN Mojorejo Kabupaten Mojokerto kabupaten Mojokerto berada pada kategori “sangat tinggi” 6 siswa (15,79%), “tinggi” 16 siswa (42,10%), “sedang” 11 (28,95%), “rendah” 5 siswa (13,16 %), dan “sangat rendah” 0 siswa (0,00%). Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh aktivitas fisik siswa masuk dalam kategori “Tinggi”.
