Cet article est une exploration des effets de connaissance résultant de l’approche exotique en anthropologie. L’objet d’étude est la monogamie occidentale telle qu’elle peut être vue du dehors, et plus particulièrement la forme qu’elle a récemment prise en France. La monogamie est d’abord analysée du point de vue d’un intellectuel africain qui en critique les effets pervers pour mieux souligner l’importance de conserver en Afrique l’institution de la polygamie. L’étude reprend ensuite la conception anglo-saxonne du mariage pour montrer qu’en France, terre officiellement monogame, l’union libre autorise en fait les citoyens à entrer dans des relations matrimoniales polygynes et polyandres vraies. On constate enfin qu’une analyse fondée sur la théorie française de l’alliance aurait conduit à des résultats opposés.

Les sites de rencontres ont favorisé l’essor d’un « papillonnage » numérique intensif. Maints inscrits de ces sites inventent à leur corps défendant de nouvelles manières d’aimer, déliées des exigences de la fidélité ou de l’inscription dans la durée. Les cadres normatifs évoluent, alors qu’Internet offre désormais à la rencontre amoureuse de nouveaux terrains de « drague » et des modalités technologiques et relationnelles augmentées. Ce dispositif permet l’émergence de rapports d’un nouveau genre, tout en industrialisant la rencontre amoureuse. Le polygaming est une solution de rechange sentimentalo-sexuelle bousculant la monogamie instituée en favorisant l’essor de relations ludiques, plurielles, transitoires, fondées sur un consensus hédoniste plus que sur un engagement long, et prenant les sites de rencontre comme dispositif stratégique. Cet article propose une théorisation du polygaming. Il s’agit d’en saisir les grands principes, et d’en mettre au jour le système de valeurs, au fil d’un parcours prenant plus largement en compte les bouleversements induits par les TIC dans le paysage de la rencontre amoureuse depuis quelques années.

Dans le cadre d'une étude réalisée à Montréal, 425 hommes francophones nés au Québec ayant des relations sexuelles avec d'autres hommes ont répondu à un questionnaire à remplir soi-même. Ce questionnaire portait sur leur conception de la sexualité, leurs conduites sexuelles, leurs attitudes à l'égard du condom, leurs rapports de pouvoir et de négociation en situation érotique et leur participation à certaines activités de la communauté gaie. Il ressort que monogamie, non-monogamie ou rapports occasionnels interviennent sur les dimensions précédentes, dessinant des styles de vie relativement différenciés. Ces derniers constituent donc un aspect important pour comprendre la dynamique de la vie amoureuse et sexuelle des hommes ayant des relations sexuelles avec d'autres hommes.

RÉSUMÉ La présente étude teste l'hypothèse suivant laquelle la qualité relationnelle des couples gais est positivement associée à l'adoption de conduites sexuelles à risque réduit, dans les situations de monogamie et de non-monogamie. Des mesures d'ajustement relationnel et de comportements sexuels sont recueillies auprès de 29 couples (58 hommes) homosexuels de la région de Montréal. Conformément à l'hypothèse, la distribution des couples selon un index multifactoriel de risque indique une relation entre la satisfaction de couple et le niveau de risque encouru dans les relations sexuelles à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur du couple. Les résultats sont discutés à la lumière des données existantes sur la relation santé-qualité relationnelle chez les couples hétérosexuels.

Pascal Bruckner s’interroge sur l'évolution des rapports amoureux, la vie conjugale, le désir et les aspects associés au bonheur selon la conception occidentale. Poursuivant un raisonnement où il met en doute le bonheur des relations conjugales dans son roman Lunes de Fiel, il dresse une critique de la conjugalité des années quatre-vingt. Bruckner examine la conception du bonheur dans la vie conjugale en exposant l'opposé de sa formule: en exhibant la faillite du couple, il y interroge incessamment les rapports de domination, d’humiliation et de destruction dans la monogamie. Y-a-t-il une possibilité d'atteindre le bonheur au sein de la vie conjugale? Le présent article insistera sur ces questions en analysant la manière dont Bruckner manie son texte littéraire déjà en 1981, afin d’élaborer de façon fictionnelle les idées philosophiques qui seront émises quelques vingt années plus tard dans ses essais.

ZusammenfassungDas Seminar „Sexuelle Kultur Berlins zwischen Subkultur und Selbstoptimierung“ ist ein Angebot des Studienprogramms Berlin Perspectives der Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. Es ist für ausländische Studierende aus aller Welt konzipiert, die sich in ihrem Auslandsstudium mit einem zentralen Merkmal der Stadt Berlin wissenschaftlich beschäftigen wollen. Das Ziel dieses forschungsorientierten Seminars liegt in der Stärkung der Forschungskompetenz der Studierenden, die selbst eine eigene Forschungsfrage zur Gegenwart der sexuellen Kultur in Berlin entwickeln und diese in einer Präsentation und einem Forschungsportfolio am Ende des Seminars bearbeiten. Der Rahmen des Seminars bietet zum einen Grundlagenwissen an. Das ist zunächst a) die Seminarthese, dass die sexuelle Kultur Berlins nicht einfach nur frei gelebte Sexualität ist, sondern dass sie dem globalen ökonomischen Regime der sexuellen Selbstoptimierung untersteht. Besonders in Berlin fällt die sexuelle Selbstoptimierung auf fruchtbaren Boden, wie anhand b) der lokalen Geschichte der sexuellen Kultur der Stadt von der Moderne bis zur Gegenwart beleuchtet wird. Die Studierenden präsentieren im zweiten Teil des Seminars ihre Forschungsprojekte zur Gegenwart. Themen sind u. a. sexpositive Räume, Praktiken wie Kink (BDSM, Bondage, Fetisch) und Tantra, sexuelle Identitäten und ihre Verhandlung (LGBTQAI+, FLINTA* etc.), neue Beziehungsformen (Polyamorie vs. Monogamie, Online-Dating), sexpositiver Aktivismus und Medien (Pornografie) sexueller Kultur.

Résumé Le Pont (Françoise). - Vers un modèle prévisionnel de développement de l'infection à VIH en France à partir de l'enquête ACSF Ce chapitre présente la structure d'un modèle de prévision de l'épidémie de Sida qui prend en compte les caractéristiques socio-démographiques de chaque individu et permet de décrire sa vie par une suite d'événements (rencontre de partenaire, passage au stade Sida par exemple). Par rapport à un modèle mathématique classique qui représente des sous-populations, l'approche individuelle permet de prendre en compte la variabilité des caractéristiques du comportement sexuel qui ont été collectées par l'enquête ACSF, comme la structure initiale de la population et de son réseau sexuel, le nombre de nouveaux partenaires par an, les caractéristiques des partenaires (âge, sexe, monogamie, catégorie socioprofessionnelle) et celles de la liaison (durée, en couple ou non). Ces informations peuvent être représentées dans le modèle par des règles de la forme «Si... Alors», gérées par un système expert relié au modèle. Cette approche permet de décrire des changements éventuels de comportement afin de comparer leur impact sur la croissance de l'épidémie et d'étudier la diffusion du VIH dans la population générale, pour laquelle un risque de développement d'une épidémie a été mis en évidence chez les 18-24 ans.

Abstract Recent conservation work by The Peregrine Fund has established a translocated population of the Critically Endangered Ridgway’s Hawk (Buteo ridgwayi) in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Although Ridgway’s Hawk has been the focus of extensive conservation work, relatively little has been published about this species’ pre-breeding behavior. In this study, we collected behavioral observations and vocalization recordings of three established pairs of Ridgway’s Hawks in Punta Cana in January 2018, in order to better characterize this species’ pre-breeding behavior. Consistent with prior studies of Ridgway’s Hawks in Los Haitises National Park, Dominican Republic, our behavioral observations of hawks in Punta Cana suggest social and sexual monogamy in this species. Notably, our observations suggest a higher frequency of copulations between members of a pair in Punta Cana than was previously observed in the Los Haitises population. These observations provide additional context for understanding this species’ pre-breeding behavior and sexual behavior, particularly in this small but growing translocated population. Saudi Arabia has long been portrayed as a “hub of polygyny,” a practice of marriage in which a man marries several women simultaneously. However, my recent research among Saudi male youths suggest that this practice is waning nowadays. A younger generation in the Kingdom seems to prefer monogamy—a man marrying one wife—to polygamy for several essential reasons, factors and arguments. Based on interviews and conversations with a number of young Saudis as well as outcomes of survey findings, this article tries to debunk the myth of polygyny in the Kingdom and attempts to understand the rationales and logics behind monogamy choice among male (and female) youths of contemporary Saudi Arabia. The article also briefly highlights the practice of polygyny and monogamy in multiple societies outside Saudi Arabia to compare and gain knowledge on various practices of marriage. Seen from another viewpoint, the article is a reflection of a modern-day fruitful socio-cultural development and change in Saudi Arabia that have received enthusiastic and public acclaim across the globe.Arab Saudi digambarkan sejak lama sebagai ‘pusat poligini’, sebuah praktik pernikahan satu laki-laki dengan sejumlah perempuan secara simultan. Namun dalam penelitian saya terbaru terhadap sejumlah laki-laki muda Arab menyatakan praktik poligini mulai memudar saat ini. Generasi muda di wilayah kerajaan Arab tampaknya mulai memilih monogami, daripada poligami, dengan beberapa alasan, faktor dan argumen yang mendasar. Berdasarkan wawancara dan percakapan dengan sejumlah pemuda Arab yang temuannya menunjukkan, seperti dalam artikel ini adalah menyanggah mitos poligini di kerajaan Saudi dan usaha memahami rasionalitas dan logika monogami pemuda dan pemudi di Arab Saudi dewasa ini. Artikel ini juga sekilas membahas praktik poligini dan monogami di luar Arab Saudi sebagai perbandingan dan pengetahuan mengenai ragam bentuk praktik pernikahan di berbagai masyarakat. En 2014, Alain Guiraudie a publié son premier roman Ici commence la nuit (Prix Sade). Ce roman intervient à un moment opportun dans deux débats qui préoccupent les théoriciens “queer” aujourd'hui. Guiraudie écrit en réaction à l’asexualité ressentie des théories queer et aux accusations d’abstraction, de désincarnation et d’institutionnalisation qui leur sont faites. Il écrit aussi en réaction à la trajectoire principalement dystopique du “queer”, comme illustrée en particulier par le travail de Lee Edelman. Dans ce papier, j’affirme que Guiraudie a un rôle à jouer dans le futur et dans le potentiel de la littérature comme fantasme, pour réinventer les dynamiques du désir et de la pratique “queer”. Je démontrerai que l’originalité de Guiraudie réside dans la façon dont il redonne à l’homosexualité sa part de sexualité en vue de traverser les modalités sexuelles dominantes de relationalité, de monogamie et de narcissisme. À travers la pratique du “cruising”, du sadisme, de la renonciation de soi (rédemption) et de l’ascétisme, Guiraudie explore les contours d’un désir homosexuel durable, au-delà des pratiques sexuelles, de la personne et du corps. Au niveau méthodologique, l’article s’inspire du travail de Leo Bersani et de son concept de relationalité impersonnelle, ainsi que des trois aspects de la jouissance lacanienne : la jouissance comme manque (castration), la jouissance féminine (jouissance comme autre) et jouissance comme lalangue, moteur lacanien de l’inconscient.

RÉSUMÉ En Algérie, colonie de peuplement, vivaient deux populations dotées de références fort différentes au plan de la culture, de la religion et de la civilisation, et situées aux antipodes l'une de l'autre pour ce qui est des traditions administrativo-étatiques. En ce qui concerne le mariage, aux institutions des uns — liens sacrés légitimés dans la société par une cérémonie civile et par l'enregistrement a l'état civil — s'opposait chez les autres une conception communautaire du mariage dont la légitimité ne devait rien à l'État. Les deux populations avaient, par conséquent, des pratiques matrimoniales différentes. Il y avait monogamie d'un côté, avec un faible taux de divorce, et polygamie de l'autre, avec un taux de divortialité très élevé; de plus le divorce revêtait chez les Algériens une forme particulière, la répudiation. La nuptialité est étudiée ici sous l'angle du marché matrimonial : la demande est exprimée par les hommes et l'offre est constituée par les femmes; l'existence de la dot et sa monétarisation totale ou partielle établissent un prix relatif qui permet l'accès au marché; tous les hommes qui ne peuvent payer la dot sont momentanément exclus du marché. L'objectif de cette recherche est de construire une explication du fonctionnement du marché matrimonial dans la société algérienne traditionnelle et de mettre en relief les mécanismes démographiques qui sous-tendent ce fonctionnement.

Although consensual non-monogamies have grown in exposure and popularity among both the public and academics, they remain largely marginalized and stigmatized. While some research has examined individuals’ perceptions of non-monogamies as a whole, few have focused specifically on perceptions of polyamory. The aim of this study was to explore and render explicit such attitudes and perceptions using an inductive approach to research. Online unsolicited narratives were sought for the purpose of this study. A total of 482 comments posted in response to three articles on the topic of polyamory were collected and analyzed using thematic analysis. Five overarching themes were identified: polyamory as 1) valid and beneficial; 2) unsustainable; 3) perverse, amoral, and unappealing; 4) acceptable; and 5) deficient. The findings provide insight on individuals’ reactions to polyamorous relationships and beliefs surrounding monogamy, and are further discussed in light of previous research on stigma, and of contemporary discourses on relationships, love, and commitment.

This study examined the association of sexual debut and sexual partnering among men in the United States aged 21 to 44 years who participated in the 2006-2010 National Survey of Family Growth. Age at debut was categorized as <15 years, 15 to 17 years, and ≥18 years to permit comparison with previous research. Sexual partnering was defined as being concurrent, serial monogamist, or monogamist in prior year. Eleven percent reported concurrent partnerships and 6% serial monogamy. Sexual debut <15 and 15 to 17 years was associated with concurrency (adjusted odds ratio [aOR] < 15 = 2.22; 95% confidence interval [CI] = 1.37-3.61; aOR 15-17 = 1.69; 95% CI = 1.05-2.74). Irrespective of age at sexual debut, interventions to reduce risky lifetime number of partners may prevent risky sexual behavior in early adulthood and later in life.

This article juxtaposes the discursive strategies of two groups of heterosexual men in the context of non-monogamous internet-mediated dating in Belgium, notably men who are open about their extra-dyadic sexual practices and ‘cheating’ men. The analysis shows that regardless of the men's use of openness or discretion to construct narratives of sexual identity, morality and care, their accounts seem to be deeply intertwined with monogamist and gendered ideas on sex, care and commitment, which serves to define a largely uncaring and consumeristic dating culture. The article argues that attentiveness to power inequalities should be the main focus of ‘ethical’ non-monogamy.

Penelitian ini menganalisis poligami dalam wacana pemikiran tafsir dan isu gender yang dipandang sebagai salah satu diskriminasi dan berdampak merugikan perempuan. Pendekatan penelitian yaitu pendekatan studi literatur melalui berbagai media yaitu buku, jurnal, artikel, dan referensi yang mendukung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa poligami dalam konsep gender telah terjadi kekekerasan terhadap perempuan dalam semua tindakan berdasarkan perbedaan jenis kelamin melaui, fisik, seksual, dan psikologis, termasuk pada ancaman tertentu. Kekerasan terhadap perempuan, khususnya dalam hubungan rumah tangga, sering disebut sebagai kekerasan berbasis gender. Kajian tafsir sebagai solusi untuk menghilangkan problematika dan menegakkan keadilan melaui tafsir bernuasa kontekstual dan memperhatikan tujuan Al-Qur’an bagi masyarakat yaitu dengan jalan monogamy (menikahi satu orang) dan menolak poligami. Adapun permasalah yang diangkat adalah mengenai pengertian asas monogami, dan bagaimana penerapan asas monogami dalam perpsektif mubadalah. Adapun jenis penelitian ini adalah library research atau studi pustaka dengan menggunakan teknik deskriptis analisis. Sumber primer dalam penelitian ini adalah dari Qiraah Mubadalah dan juga dari sumber-sumber yang dapat mendukung dalam pembahasan ini, sedangkan data sekunder disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dari penelitian, baik berupa buku, jurnal, dan dokumen tertulis lainnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa asas monogami adalah sebuah asas yang hanya memperbolehkan satu lelaki hanya memiliki satu wanita sebagai isterinya, dan juga sebaliknya. Penerapan monogami dalam konsep mubadalah bahwa ayat yang menjelaskan mengenai poligami hanya diperkenankan pada kondisi sosial tertentu, yang mana pada ayat tersebut pada dasarnya menjelaskan mengenai keadilan dan juga agar tidak bersikap semena-mena terhadap para isteri dan lebih baik mempertahankan pernikahan monogami dan menjauhi poligami, hal ini guna untuk menghindari kemudhorotan yang akan terjadi dari dampak poligami, dan juga untuk menghindari rusaknya rumah tangga yang telah dibangun.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tafsir dari ayat monogami dari berbagai kalangan mufassir, baik mufassir klasik maupun mufassir kontemporer dalam memaknai arti secara harfiah maupun ijmali, serta asbabun nuzul dan historitas monogami dalam Islam. Metode penelitian dalam artikel ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Sumber hukum yang digunakan adalah bahan hukum primer berupa kitab-kitab tafsir dan bahan hukum sekunder berupa artikel atau jurnal yang berkaitan dengan tema yang dibahas. Dalam penelitian ini terlihat bahwa ulama klasik sangat menyetujui monogami, karena beranggapan bahwa setiap suami tidak akan berlaku adil dalam mengemban rumah tangga yang lebih dari seorang istri. Namun bagi ulama kontemporer menilai bahwa poligami diberikan rukhsah disertai sikap kehati-hatian karena ditakutkan tidak dapat berlaku adil. Monogami dalam Islam dipandang sebagai pernikahan yang idealis sedangkan poligami adalah pernikahan minimalis karena harus dengan prinsip kehati-hatian dalam berbuat keadilan dalam membangun keluarga harmonis.

Sin embargo, a través de la aplicación del orden público atenuado, sería posible reconocer algunos “efectos colaterales” a estas instituciones cuando resultaren beneficiosos para la mujer. Antara azas monogami yang diterapkan secara relatif dan azas poligini sangat tipis perbedaannya mana kala diimplementasikan sehingga perlu dipertimbangkan mengenai pengkualifikasian perbuatan hukum beserta sanksi apabila terjadi pelanggaran. Penelitian ini sebenarnya mengangkat suatu permasalahan yang klise dalam sistem perkawinan di Indonesia, akan tetapi untuk kepastian dan tertib hukum serta pembaharuan hukum tetap perlu dilakukan, mengingat seringkali hukum selalu tertinggal oleh perkembangan teknologi dan kebutuhan manusia. El estudio se enfocó en analizar la relación entre los roles sexuales y las actitudes hacia la monogamia, puesto que en la actualidad a través de los cambios sociales se han tergiversado los conceptos de relaciones de pareja e infidelidad. Se aplicó una escala para medir las creencias y premisas culturales a cerca de la monogamia, así como la escala de premisas histórico-socioculturales de la monogamia. La muestra estuvo formada por 430 adultos jóvenes con edades entre 17 y 25 años. Se identificaron relaciones significativas entre los factores de roles sexuales y actitudes ante la monogamia que se explican en la base de aspectos socio culturales y de la edad de los participantes. Concluimos que los cambios en las dinámicas sociales actuales están moldeando las prácticas en las relaciones de pareja que habrá que continuar estudiando.

La singularidad/monogamia, entendida como el hecho de mantener una relación erótico- afectiva de convivencia singular1, excluye la multiplicidad de relaciones de la misma naturaleza en forma simultánea. Al ser acogida por las leyes religiosas y civiles, la singularidad/monogamia para las parejas unidas por matrimonio o unión marital de hecho se tornó en una obligación aunada a diversos derechos, entre ellos, los económicos. Este artículo se basa en la ley y la jurisprudencia de las altas cortes de Colombia para incitar a la reflexión sobre los efectos legales que implica la no singularidad/monogamia sobre la pareja estable y permanente, que en su opción de proyecto de vida, basado en el libre desarrollo de la personalidad, decide convivir en unión marital de hecho, la no singularidad/monogamia, además de conllevar una pérdida emocional y afectiva, implica la pérdida de los derechos personales y patrimoniales que la ley les otorga a quienes, sin estar casados, están unidos por lazos de afecto, solidaridad y ayuda mutua.

A partir das elaborações de Heinz Lichtenstein sobre as origens da identidade humana, incluímos a monogamia, ou alguns traços presentes neste arranjo, na unidade mãe-bebê, supondo que o estatuto hegemônico da monogamia revela algo de sua ligação com a situação antropológica fundamental descrita por Laplanche. Assim, traços do arranjo monogâmico seriam transmitidos à criança em seu estado de “órgão” da mãe e, enquanto pontos constitutivos da identidade, seriam compulsivamente repetidos com o objetivo de manter a coesão desta identidade.

Monogamy is current public policy for preventing sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). To evaluate whether monogamy is serving its intended purposes, the Centers for Disease Control’s (CDC’s) definition of monogamy is considered. This definition does not convey to the public the fact that monogamy must be practiced very strictly to be effective and implies that serial monogamy is a safe practice. Benefits and drawbacks of employing (different versions of) monogamy to reduce STD transmission are considered. Although certain forms of monogamy are efficacious in reducing STDs, these versions of monogamy have not been adopted by the public and widely practiced forms of monogamy are not effective in practice. Finally, this review considers whether the public policy of monogamy helps society achieve its sexual health goals, explicating strengths and weaknesses of monogamy advice versus other tactics that might be utilized to curb STDs.

Artinya, jika suami tidak mampu berlaku adil terhadap hak-hak istri bila lebih dari seorang maka cukup seorang istri saja. Poligami dibolehkan tentunya dengan pengecualian dan syarat-syarat tertentu. Tidak mudah untuk berpoligami karena keadilan adalah syarat mutlak dan yang terpenting harus dengan persetujuan istri. Kompilasi Hukum Islam juga mengatur ketentuan dan syarat untuk berpoligami bagi umat islam. Ketentuan-ketentuan yang terdapat dalam Undang-Undang perkawinan pada prinsipnya selaras dengan ketentuan hukum islam. Tujuan dari Undang-Undang Perkawinan dan Kompilasi Hukum Islam memberikan ketentuan dan persyaratan terhadap seorang suami untuk menikah lagi agar tidak terjadi sikap sewenang-wenang dari suami terhadap istri-istri (perempuan) demi terciptanya keluarga sakinah, mawaddah dan rahmah. Saat ini di Indonesia banyak terjadi kasus poligami yang tidak dijalankan sesuai prosedur dan bertentangan dengan ketentuan syariah yang dapat membawa kemudharatan terhadap istri dan anak-anak.

Analiza las condiciones históricas del surgimiento de modalidades no monogámicas de relación y los vínculos de éste con el feminismo y otros cambios y movimientos históricos, sociales y políticos. Explica como el colectivo poliamoroso toma el relevo del colectivo homosexual y trans en la lucha por la conquista de nuevas libertades y derechos;
Describe las diferencias entre la monogamia como sistema y como práctica; y las diferencias entre la monogamia ética y no ética.
Engloba bajo la denominación de "relaciones éticas" diferentes tipos de acuerdos relacionales: monogamia ética, pareja abierta, poliamor y anarquía relacional (la infidelidad queda radicalmente excluida de estas modalidades, que son acordadas explícitamente por todas las personas involucradas).
Si bien la monogamia ética es una opción existente y puesta en práctica por muchas parejas, la mayoría de los aprendizajes de las relaciones éticas provienen de las relaciones no exclusivas, seguramente porque, al ser una modalidad de relación totalmente marginal en el sistema heterocispatriarcal monógamo, necesita de mucha más reflexión, diálogo y acuerdos consensuados.
Este trabajo recorre asimismo los aprendizajes y tomas de conciencia posibilitados por estas nuevas modalidades de relación y propone un mapa de propuestas para construir relaciones mas igualitarias y cuidadosas, con mayores grados de libertad y de desarrollo, tanto personal como vincular.

O princípio da monogamia é elemento essencial para a validade de um casamento, com isso, o direito brasileiro deixa de tutelar as relações não monogâmicas. As origens da monogamia são observadas em concomitância ao surgimento da propriedade privada como forma de imposição social para a sucessão do patrimônio, ela surge para controle, principalmente do sexo feminino. A monogamia enquadra-se no sistema atual como um princípio, contudo uma revisão no sistema jurídico pode ser elaborada com o objetivo de analisar qual a função dentro do ordenamento. Na perspectiva jurisprudencial, ainda são escassas as decisões que contrariam a lógica monogâmica da família tradicional. Todavia, a manutenção do modelo monogâmico como o único juridicamente possível não vai de encontro a evolução social, visto que perpetua os estigmas e preconceitos, desprotege as relações poliafetivas e não deixa o indivíduo manifestar sua liberdade afetiva. Com isso surge o presente trabalho analisando este princípio dentro do contexto jurídico.

Introduction: The leading causes of anaemia in female adolescents are iron and nutrient deficiencies, excessive blood loss during menstruation, and incorrect diet due to a lack of knowledge of female adolescents about the prevention of anaemia and the consumption of iron supplement tablets. This study aimed to analyse the effectiveness of MONOGAMIA on the knowledge level of female adolescents.Methods: The research design was a quasi-experiment pre-post-test with control group. The sample was 96 female students divided into two groups at Senior High School East Lombok from October 4-14, 2024. The intervention group used MONOGAMIA, and the control group used the CEMARI Flip Chart. The Fe tablet was given for four weeks. Data collection used questionnaires of knowledge and iron supplement consumption compliance cards. Knowledge pre-test and post-test were taken on the same day in both groups, and compliance with iron consumption was taken one week after education. The research data were analysed using Wilcoxon, Mann Whitney, and Chi-Square (α<0.05). Results: Both groups had a significant difference in knowledge of anaemia prevention before and after education (p<0.001). There was a significant difference in knowledge about anaemia prevention after education between two groups (p = 0.000). There was a significant difference in iron supplement consumption between the intervention and control group after education (p = 0.028). Conclusion: MONOGAMIA is more effective in increasing knowledge about anaemia prevention and iron supplement consumption in female adolescents than CEMARI. MONOGAMIA can be used to educate female adolescents on how to prevent anaemia.

Abstract A question that was and remains central to the history of homosexualities is how relationships and sexuality are interlinked. Through discussions around heteronormative relationship norms, the West German gay1 (liberation/rights) movement engaged in heated debates around the question of how sexuality could and should be lived out. This article outlines that debate, starting with the release of Rosa von Praunheim’s film »Nicht der Homosexuelle ist pervers, sondern die Situation, in der er lebt« (»It Is Not the Homosexual Who Is Perverse, But the Society in Which He Lives«; 1971) and proceeding to examine the convulsions of the AIDS crisis. As the debate went on, its focus shif ted from morality to responsibility as the central topic. The increasing visibility of lived sexuality brought about by AIDS and the development of safer sex in reaction to HIV/AIDS in particular contributed to establishing the concept of responsible sexuality. This concept could in turn be positioned against a coupling of relationship and sexuality predicated on moral imperatives.

Through the queer theoretical concepts of heteronormativity and compulsive monogamy, this article examines the notion of attachment in Danish family reunification law. From 2000 until today Danish migration law has been dominated by the understanding that applicants must prove a strong and unique connection to Denmark. The article argues for reading the attachment requirement in its changing forms in the context of shifting moral panics regarding perceived ethnic minority marriage traditions, as well as the notion of the citizen’s exclusive national orientation. Examples from family reunification legislation indicate that this legislation has been less interested in determining whether the parties in the migrating family desire each other. Rather, they must demonstrate to desire Denmark. The article suggests that the notion of national allegiance draws on historical discourses that link marriage forms and nation-formation to each other. These historical tropes can be seen as co-constructing the idea of non-Western immigrants’ and descendants’ family forms as queer disruptions of a monogamous national attachment.
