Abstract:
ABSTRACT Early age is a golden age for child development, where moral education is very important to be formed from the beginning. At this stage, children have a natural tendency to recognize and understand moral values, which greatly influence their character and behavior in the future. However, the challenges in moral education in the family and community environment are still problems that need to be overcome, considering the many cases of deviant behavior among children and adolescents today. This study aims to examine the concept of Islamic education in early childhood as an effort to ins

Personal morality is one of the important things in the existence of literature, not least in popular literature. Popular literature in Indonesia displays different moral faces from time to time. One of the dilemmas of moral issues is in presenting issues of ethnicity, religion, race, inter-group (SARA), and sex. This study questions how popular literature after the 2000s presents the morality of ethnicity, religion, violence, inter-group, and sex. These differences are possible because Indonesian society is increasingly educated and literate on the one hand, and when social media technology t

Most of the literature on moral uncertainty has been oriented around the project of giving a normative theory for actions under moral uncertainty. The need for such a theory presupposes that internalist factors such as moral beliefs and evidence are relevant to what an agent ought to do. Some authors, including Elizabeth Harman, reject that presupposition. Harman advances an argument against all such internalist views on the grounds that they entail the exculpation of agents who should strike us as morally culpable. I argue that Harman's argument is only sound with respect to a small subset of

Aims: The aim of this narrative synthesis was to explore the necessary and sufficient conditions required to define moral distress. Background: Moral distress is said to occur when one has made a moral judgement but is unable to act upon it. However, problems with this narrow conception have led to multiple redefinitions in the empirical and conceptual literature. As a consequence, much of the research exploring moral distress has lacked conceptual clarity, complicating attempts to study the phenomenon. Design: Systematic literature review and narrative synthesis (November 2015–March 2016). Da
