Full textThe main objective of the research was to elicit and evaluate the occurrences of text relating to the images/descriptions of interiors in stories and novels by Alberto Moravia in the recent critical edition edited by Casini-Serra for Bompiani. These titles counted: Racconti dispersi (1927-1940); Gli indifferenti (1929); La bella vita (1935); L’imbroglio (1937); La mascherata (1941); L’amante infelice (1943); Agostino (1946); La disubbidienza (1948); Racconti dispersi (1950-1959); Il conformista (1951); La ciociara (1957); La noia (1960). The research work has also been divided into four chapters preceded by a comprehensive introduction of the reference corpus (7 novels and 54 short stories). At the end of chapters, an important section is represented by the Moravian ‘lemmario’ in which they were lemmatized items related to the culture of living through 56 lexical units divided chronologically and each accompanied by its own number of occurrences (480). At the headwords are followed by the conclusions and bibliography.The criteria for selection of short stories and novels are indicative of the major joints of the poetics of the first Moravia until La disubbidienza which - almost programmatically - is closed and reopened in a new way the relationship with the reality of the universe-bourgeois family: the years training (with the central intervention in review of Villa Mercedes), Gli indifferenti and the collection of short stories of the thirties in which thematized the better the overall reality of the descriptions of interiors; trying to get out of the gloom of the bourgeois interior with the novel La mascherata, the satirical grotesque-masked, together with the important opportunity to assess represented by the five long stories of L’imbroglio and those of L’amante infelice in what are the signs of a new mode of perception of the spaces that are typical of Agostino, novel after the war and, together, the first novel of the second phase of writing Moravian. In the three, very different from each other, novels of the fifties, beyond any sampling of a writing phase, it proved also useful to investigate the onset of the theoretical paradigms of living Moravian, between “nature” and “history” as has been said happily, until the ‘novel-wise’ La noia, after the addition of a group of texts scattered in the same period. During the research work, have emerged areas or reasons micro-operative critical knowledge of contemporary suggestions that have crossed theory problems of the description of thematic criticism and literary anthropology. Thus the consistency of the theoretical question of the status of the interior anthropological and literary Moravian was attested as it founded the emergence in outlook survey transversal: the theme of the interior has been, time to time, compared to the system of the characters, for example, with the tools and stylistic language or, again, with reference to the lines of literary from ‘novel-tragedy’ to ‘novel-wise’. Such an approach has therefore connected industry studies to the central problems in the fiction of Alberto Moravia, such that it is due to discuss cross-disciplinary epistemic straddle between literature and the arts, in line with the areas of scientific research of the PhD research called «historical-geographical areas between disciplinary and interference». Medellín, segunda cidade mais importante da Colômbia, sofreu um crescimento urbano acelerado provocado por massivos deslocamentos forçados da população rural para a cidade, resultado do conflito armado interno. Grande parte desta população migrante se estabeleceu no lixão da cidade, localizado na região central urbana do bairro Moravia, formando o assentamento informal com os maiores índices de densidade populacional da cidade. A administração pública, após mais de vinte anos de ausência estatal neste setor, desenvolveu programas de reassentamento na periferia da cidade mediante habitação de interesse social. Esta dissertação levanta questionamentos em torno da viabilidade funcional e social destes projetos, em relação à precariedade de dotação de infraestruturas e equipamentos de mobilidade, serviços públicos, comércio local e pelas grandes distâncias para as ofertas e serviços que concentram os centros urbanos. O trabalho é desenvolvido mediante o estudo dos acontecimentos históricos que determinam a ocupação de solos em Moravia e sua relocação na periferia, e elabora um exercício comparativo de medição nas variáveis de tempo e distância para acessar a importantes equipamentos e ofertas de serviços desde a Moravia Informal, antigo lixão, e a Moravia formal, periferia. Constata-se que no caso de Moravia a solução da informalidade representa na formalidade velhos padrões urbanísticos, sociais e ambientais, em função do modelo de implementação elitista, precarizador e tecnocrático implementado para sua execução, que não acompanha o desenvolvimento urbano da cidade, repercutindo em problemas de limitação das oportunidades, segregação, exclusão e negação do direito à cidade. _______________________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT
Medellin, the second largest city of Colombia, suffered a rapid urban growth caused by massive forced displacement of the rural population to the city because of the internal armed conflict. Much of this migrant population settled in the city dump, located in the urban central region of Moravia neighborhood, forming the informal settlement with the highest population density of the city. The government, after more than twenty years of state absence in this sector, developed resettlement programs in the outskirts of the city through social housing. This thesis raises questions about the functional and social viability of these projects, in relation to the limited allocation of infrastructure and mobility equipment, utilities, local businesses and large distances to the offers and services that concentrate urban centers. This work is developed through the study of historical events that determined the occupation of land in Moravia and its relocation in the periphery, and draw up a comparative exercise of measuring the time and distance variables to access to important equipment has and service offerings from the informal Moravia, old city dump, and the formal Moravia, periphery. It appears that in the case of Moravia the solution to the informality represents in the formality old urban, social and environmental standards, due to the elitist, precarious and technocratic implementation model, for its execution, which does not follow the city's urban development, reflecting on limitation of opportunities issues, segregation, exclusion and denial of the right to the city. _______________________________________________________________________________________________ RESUMEN
Medellín, segunda ciudad más importante de Colombia, sufrió un acelerado crecimiento urbano provocado por masivos desplazamientos forzados de la población rural para la ciudad, resultado del conflicto armado interno. Gran parte de eta población migrante se estableció en el basurero municipal, localizado en la región central urbana del barrio Moravia, formando el asentamiento informal con los mayores índices de densidad poblacional de la ciudad. La administración pública, después de más de veinte años de ausencia estatal en este sector, desenvolvió programas de reasentamiento en la periferia de la ciudad mediante vivienda de interés social. Esta disertación levanta cuestionamientos en torno de la viabilidad funcional y social de estos proyectos, en relación a la precariedad de dotación de infraestructura y equipamientos de movilidad, servicios públicos y comercio local y por las grandes distancias a las ofertas y servicios que concentran los centros urbanos. El trabajo es desarrollado mediante el estudio de los acontecimientos históricos que determinan la ocupación de suelos en Moravia y su reubicación en la periferia y elabora un ejercicio comparativo de medición en las variables de tiempo y distancia para tener acceso a importantes equipamientos y ofertas de servicios desde la Moravia Informal, antiguo basurero, e a Moravia formal, periferia. Se constata que en el caso de Moravia la solución de la informalidad, representa en la formalidad viejos padrones urbanísticos, sociales y ambientales, en función del modelo de implementación elitista, precarizador y tecnocrático implementado para su ejecución, que no acompaña el desarrollo urbano de la ciudad, repercutiendo en problemas de limitación de oportunidades, segregación, exclusión e negación del derecho a la ciudad.

Full textBased on a selection of short stories from the neo-realistic literary works Racconti romani and Nuovi racconti romani, this paper proposes a study of the Alberto Moravias ideological Project through the analysis of his female characters who are submitted to an alienation state. In order to sublimate one of the authors main thematic towards issues about capitalism and bourgeoisie, short stories in which female characters. Moreover, it has been aimed to highlight the importance these figures exert within Moravians narrative by intermediating existential problems which initiate feelings of existential failure, abandonment and distress.

Próximo de completar setenta anos de sua publicação, La disubbidienza, sexto romance dos mais de trinta livros publicados ao longo da carreira do escritor italiano Alberto Moravia, continua a ser uma obra um tanto ofuscada pelo sucesso de outros livros consagrados do autor: Gli Indifferenti (1929) obteve reconhecimento e repercussão sem precedentes; La romana (1947), Il conformista (1951), Il disprezzo (1954), La ciociara (1957), La noia (1960), entre outros, são incansavelmente citados como obras representativas e que despertam interesse da pesquisa acadêmica. Entretanto, buscaremos aqui instaurar uma reflexão sobre a importância do romance de 1948, uma vez que o próprio Moravia, em uma entrevista concedida a Alain Elkann, que compõe a biografia La vita di Moravia, declara que, como crítico de si mesmo, considerava La disubbidienza uma de suas melhores obras (ELKANN, 1990, p. 176). Dito isto, buscaremos contextualizar esse romance, além de oferecer uma leitura interpretativa do mesmo, a partir da análise de suas veredas, principalmente destacando as características que inserem a obra no gênero literário Romance de Formação, o Bildungsroman.
Close to the seventy-year anniversary of its publication, La Disubbidienza, the sixth novel out of more than thirty books published throughout his career, Italian writer Alberto Moravia, remains somewhat overshadowed by the success of other successful books: Gli Indifferenti (1929) obtained unprecedented recognition and repercussion; La romana (1947), Il conformista (1951), Il disprezzo (1954), La ciociara (1957), La noia (1960), among others, are tirelessly cited as representative works that raise interest in academic research. However, we will try to do some thinking about the importance of the 1948 novel, since Moravia himself, on an interview with Alain Elkann, who writes the biography La vita di Moravia, states that, as a critic of himself, considered La Disubbidienza one of his best works (ELKANN, 1990, p.176). Thus, we will attempt to contextualize this novel, besides offering a comprehensive reading analyzing its paths, mainly highlighting features that place this work in the literary genre Novel of Formation, the Bildungsroman.

Este estudo tem por finalidade analisar a personagem feminina em contos dos livros Il paradiso (1970) e Boh (1976) do autor italiano Alberto Moravia (1907-1990), escritor romano que concebeu sua obra tanto em prosa (contos, novelas e romances) como em peças de teatro e em roteiros cinematográficos. Ademais, outro objetivo precípuo da pesquisa foi a tradução na íntegra de treze contos destas coletâneas, porquanto não há traduções para o português brasileiros deste corpus. Como embasamento teórico, utilizaram-se as questões convocadas por Gérard Genette em Discours du récit (2007), por Lilia Crocenzi em La donna nella narrativa de A. Moravia (1964) e por Antonio Candido em A personagem de ficção (1987). É imprescindível ressaltar que, em todos os contos, as personagens femininas são narradoras autodiegéticas (GENETTE, 1972). Estas obras foram escolhidas, pois seus contos trazem à tona questões fulcrais no que diz respeito à poética moraviana. Como exemplo, pode-se citar a lassitude do indivíduo frente à realidade vivida, o corpo como mercadoria e objeto de consumo, o fetichismo de objetos, a hipocrisia social, o sexo, a revolta e a angústia existencial. As personagens protagonistas dos contos escolhidos debatem-se até o último momento para tentar lidar com as situações intrincadas de suas vidas. Entretanto, ao fim e ao cabo, tudo é reduzido a uma visão de mundo apática e desencantada. Por meio da convencionalização (CANDIDO, 1987), Moravia conseguiu expor a psicologia nevrótica de suas protagonistas, retratando-as como figuras cínicas e distantes. A linguagem, simples e desprovida de ornamentos tanto linguísticos quanto estruturais, é reflexo disso. Acredita-se, todavia, que o tom de oralidade, às vezes bastante marcado nos contos, pode ser lido como a confissão elegíaca dessas personagens que desfrutam da posição privilegiada – embora não totalmente confiável – dum narrador autodiegético que, por meio da focalização interna fixa (GENETTE, 1972), pode ficcionalizar à vontade suas histórias por meio do discurso em primeira pessoa. Ressalta-se que o uso desse recurso faz com que toda a narração fique subordinada à visão do próprio narrador. Ao longo das narrativas, observou-se que o autor transferiu seu pensamento intelectual para a personagem feminina (MAURO apud ASOR ROSA, 2001) que, refletindo sobre si mesma, lucubra acerca das mazelas da existência humana. Diferentemente das personagens de obras de fôlego do autor, como Mariagrazia de Gli indifferenti (1929) ou Cecilia de La noia (1960), as personagens destes contos não mais aparecem para dar apoio à figura do intelecual masculino, mas fazem-se ouvir por meio de suas próprias narrações, expondo seus dramas de forma bastante teatralizada.
This study consists of an analysis of the female character in a few short-stories from the books Il paradiso (1970) and Boh (1976) by the Italian writer Alberto Moravia (1907-1990), who conceived his work both in prose (short-stories, novellas and novels) as in plays and film scripts. Furthermore, another primary objective of the research was the complete translation of thirteen short stories from these books, inasmuch as there are no Brazilian Portuguese translations of this corpus. As theoretical bases, it was used Gérard Genette’s Discours du récit (2007), Lilia Crocenzi’s La donna nella narrativa A. Moravia (1964) and Antonio Candido’s A personagem de ficção (1987). It is essential to emphasize that in all the short-stories the female characters are homo-diegetic narrators (Genette, 1972). These books were chosen because their stories shed light on some key themes regarding Moravia’s poetics. For instance, most of stories contain thematic cores as the lassitude of the individual towards reality, the body seen as a product and an object of consumption, fetishism, social hypocrisy, sex, anger and angst. The protagonists strugle until the last moment trying to deal with the intricate situations of their lives. Nonetheless, at the end of the day, everything is reduced to a vision of an apathetic and disenchanted world. Through convencionalização (CANDIDO, 1987), Moravia could expose the neurotic psychology of his protagonists, portraying them as cynical and distant women. The simple structured language, nearly deprived of ornaments, also reflects this distance. It is believed, notwithstanding, that the oral tone, sometimes rather prominant in some of the short-stories can be understood as the elegiac confessions of these characters who enjoy the privileged position of homo-diegetic narrators who, through an internally focalized perspective (Genette, 1972), can fictionalize at will their stories. It is noteworthy that the use of this narrative technique provides the reader only with the narrator’s own point of view. Besides, it was also observed that Moravia transferred his intellectual thought to the female characters (MAURO apud ASOR ROSA, 2001) who, thinking of themselves, ponder about their existences. Unlike other Moravian characters, such as Mariagrazia from Gli indifferenti (1929) or Cecilia from La noia (1960), these paper-women no longer seem to support the male intelectual figure. On the contrary, they make themselves heard through their own stories, exposing their dramas with a great amount of theatricality.

Abstract: Close to the seventy-year anniversary of its publication, La Disubbidienza, the sixth novel out of more than thirty books published throughout his career, Italian writer Alberto Moravia, remains somewhat overshadowed by the success of other successful books: Gli Indifferenti (1929) obtained unprecedented recognition and repercussion; La romana (1947), Il conformista (1951), Il disprezzo (1954), La ciociara (1957), La noia (1960), among others, are tirelessly cited as representative works that raise interest in academic research. However, we will try to do some thinking about the importance of the 1948 novel, since Moravia himself, on an interview with Alain Elkann, who writes the biography La vita di Moravia, states that, as a critic of himself, considered La Disubbidienza one of his best works (ELKANN, 1990, p.176). Thus, we will attempt to contextualize this novel, besides offering a comprehensive reading analyzing its paths, mainly highlighting features that place this work in the literary genre Novel of Formation, the Bildungsroman

Resumo: Este estudo tem por finalidade analisar a personagem feminina em contos dos livros Il paradiso (1970) e Boh (1976) do autor italiano Alberto Moravia (1907-1990), escritor romano que concebeu sua obra tanto em prosa (contos, novelas e romances) como em peças de teatro e em roteiros cinematográficos. Ademais, outro objetivo precípuo da pesquisa foi a tradução na íntegra de treze contos destas coletâneas, porquanto não há traduções para o português brasileiros deste corpus. Como embasamento teórico, utilizaram-se as questões convocadas por Gérard Genette em Discours du récit (2007), por Lilia Crocenzi em La donna nella narrativa de A. Moravia (1964) e por Antonio Candido em A personagem de ficção (1987). É imprescindível ressaltar que, em todos os contos, as personagens femininas são narradoras autodiegéticas (GENETTE, 1972). Estas obras foram escolhidas, pois seus contos trazem à tona questões fulcrais no que diz respeito à poética moraviana. Como exemplo, pode-se citar a lassitude do indivíduo frente à realidade vivida, o corpo como mercadoria e objeto de consumo, o fetichismo de objetos, a hipocrisia social, o sexo, a revolta e a angústia existencial. As personagens protagonistas dos contos escolhidos debatem-se até o último momento para tentar lidar com as situações intrincadas de suas vidas. Abstract: This study consists of an analysis of the female character in a few short-stories from the books Il paradiso (1970) and Boh (1976) by the Italian writer Alberto Moravia (1907-1990), who conceived his work both in prose (short-stories, novellas and novels) as in plays and film scripts. Furthermore, another primary objective of the research was the complete translation of thirteen short stories from these books, inasmuch as there are no Brazilian Portuguese translations of this corpus. As theoretical bases, it was used Gérard Genette's Discours du récit (2007), Lilia Crocenzi's La donna nella narrativa A. Moravia (1964) and Antonio Candido's A personagem de ficção (1987). It is essential to emphasize that in all the shortstories the female characters are homo-diegetic narrators (Genette, 1972). These books were chosen because their stories shed light on some key themes regarding Moravia's poetics. For instance, most of stories contain thematic cores as the lassitude of the individual towards reality, the body seen as a product and an object of consumption, fetishism, social hypocrisy, sex, anger and angst. The protagonists strugle until the last moment trying to deal with the intricate situations of their lives. Nonetheless, at the end of the day, everything is reduced to a vision of an apathetic and disenchanted world. Through convencionalização (CANDIDO, 1987), Moravia could expose the neurotic psychology of his protagonists, portraying them as cynical and distant women. The simple structured language, nearly deprived of ornaments, also reflects this distance. It is believed, notwithstanding, that the oral tone, sometimes rather prominant in some of the short-stories can be understood as the elegiac confessions of these characters who enjoy the privileged position of homo-diegetic narrators who... Astratto: Questo studio si pone l'obiettivo di fare un'analisi dei personaggi femminili nei racconti dei libri Il paradiso (1970) e Boh (1976) dello scrittore italiano Alberto Moravia (1907-1990), artista romano che ha concepito la sua opera sia in prosa (racconti, romanzi brevi e romanzi lunghi) sia in opere teatrali e sceneggiature. Inoltre, un altro obiettivo primario dello studio era la traduzione complessiva di tredici racconti di queste collane; poiché non ci sono traduzioni in portoghese brasiliano di questo corpus. Come base teorica, sono stati utilizzati, tra altri testi, il Discours du récit (2007) da Gérard Genette, La donna nella narrazione di A. Moravia (1964) da Lilia Crocenzi e da Antonio Candido A personagem de ficção (1987). È essenziale notare che, in tutti i racconti, i personaggi femminili sono narratori autodiegetici (GENETTE, 1972). Queste collane sono state scelte perché i loro racconti suscitano questioni prementi per quanto riguarda la poetica dell'opera moraviana. Ad esempio, si può citare la stanchezza dell'individuo di fronte alla realtà, il corpo ridotto ad oggetto da consumazione, il feticismo degli oggetti, l'ipocrisia sociale, il sesso, la rivolta e l'angoscia esistenziale. Le protagoniste dei racconti scelti lottano fino all'ultimo momento per cercare di affrontare le situazioni intricate della loro vita. Benché luttino, tutto è ridotto alla fine ad una visione svogliata e disincantata del mondo. Attraverso il concetto di convencionalização (CANDIDO, 1987), Moravia riuscì ad esporre la psicologia nevrotica delle sue protagoniste, rappresentandole come donne ciniche e distanti. Full textAt the beginning of the 9th century, in central Europe, unparalleled lavish pieces of jewellery appear in elite graves from Great Moravia, the first Slavic pre-dominion, in incredible amount and variety. The detailed technological investigation of these jewels performed in this thesis, permitted a better understanding of these objects. This investigation showed that these jewels are very complex, multi-component artefacts, which demanded the fabrication and joining of numerous components as well as very sophisticated techniques of decoration, such as granulation, filigree work, chasing, and gilding. It brought useful additional elements in comparison to the classical typological and thematical approaches. Thus, the choice of material, the different steps of fabrication, the decorative techniques, construction pattern, the size of different constitutive and decorative components assembled, tool marks, and the quality of realization are all very valuable archaeological markers, which were used to identify production from specific workshops, the transfer of technology, probable imports, and influences. In addition, the study revealed that different precious materials (gold, silver, and gilded copper) of variable purity were used in the production of the jewellery and that the compositions of the alloys varied between the different regions and over the course of time. It also evidenced that fine jewels produced by highly skilled and knowledgeable jewellers coexisted with more coarsely manufactured imitations produced by less experienced craftsmen, which reveals a process of new technology acquisition likely initiated by the arrival of specialized jewellers to both Moravia and Bohemia

Além disso, verificaremos a presença do humor pirandeliano nos contos e na retomada intertextual, partindo da hipótese de que Moravia, ao utilizar-se dos mitos e compor tais contos em chave metafórica, pôde veicular sua crítica à realidade existencial italiana, relacionada aos acontecimentos da primeira metade do século XX

Based on the studies of Laurent Jenny and Julia Kristeva, we intend to observe new meanings brought to the narratives as a result of that dialogue. Furthermore, we aim at verifying the presence of humor, as defined by Luigi Pirandello, in those short stories and in the intertextual relation, based on the hypothesis that Moravia, by using myths and by composing his narratives as metaphors, could witness the italian existential reality related to the happenings in the first half of twentieth century

I analyze the formation of Pirandello in the 19th century and the evolution of his proposal around the role of consciousness, its characteristics and the relation with its own body and the world of objects and others. Madness appears to have a position of privilege in order to reach an authentic existence. Moravia took back Pirandello's theory in his books and he developed an internal life description on contemporary man in connection with his society. Sartre, who read Pirandello and was a Moravia's friend, developed the importance of different consciousness' states (such as boredom, nausea or indifference) that are at the origin of moral projects

Full textThis paper, based on a semiotic approach and presented for the credits of na MA dissertation, is a study of Alberto Moravias novel La ciociara and its homonym filmic adaptation by Vittorio De Sica and Cesare Zavattini. The choice of La ciociara happens due to its structural characteristics, once it is different from the other narratives by the author in terms os space trodden by the two main characters. Therefore, this paper is inserted in the scope of the Italian literary critical thinking of the twentieth century, observing the intellectual behavior in face of the crowds. We will follow the writers intellectual path shown by his literary writings, thus showing the critics thought about his work. The relationship between cinema and literature rouses a varied amount of different studies and criticism; however, the fundamental issue in this research is the fascination Alberto Moravias literary work has on the cinematographic imagery. The elements that contribute to how the film director and the screenwriter look make a connection among the characteristics that get either close or far from the original literary piece, and also make the identification of the diluting elements of the literary work in the body of the filmic adaptation possible. In the scope of space, Vittorio De Sicas film will be analyzed within the focalization codes. The view of the narrative structures in the filmic universe will take into consideration the use of certain points of view that command representation. Our conclusion aims at emphasizing the distancing of the characters in the text and in the film as the link between the analyzed narratives.

Full textIn central Europe, and in particular in Moravia and in Silesia, some concentrations of archaeological sites, dated from 28.000 to 25.500 BP, appeared all way long a natural corridor, which is the only passageway between Northern and Southern Europe. These sites have provided a wide range of artifacts, bringing many data about social, cultural and symbolic aspects of the Upper Paleolithic societies. They are now known as the «Pavlovian complex». In order to refine the definition of the « Pavlovian », this thesis seeks to renew the reading of lithic industries. This study includes both the classical sites and the ones recently excavated. It leads t subdivide the Pavlovian into three mains groups according to their eco-typo-technologica characteristics (the group with microsaws, the group with geometric microliths and the group wit the point of Milovice ). At least two of these groups present specific lithic tradition and an abundan material culture that reveals some social behaviors, both well structured and recurring, which plead in favour of a high level of cultural homogeneity

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo analisar as obras Incidente em Antares, de Érico Veríssimo, e Io e Lui, de Alberto Moravia, no tocante à relação entre o Fantástico e a crítica social, esta entendida como resistência. Compreendemos o conceito de fantasia de modo amplo, como aquele que abarca várias vertentes, e veremos como, nos romances italiano e brasileiro, que foram ambos escritos em 1971, os elementos da fantasia se inserem na alegoria do contexto extraliterário de modo a trazer à interpretação dos textos a noção de violação e questionamento do real, que o Fantástico pressupõe, estendido ao contexto político e social. Enquanto, na obra de Veríssimo, o tema fantástico dos mortos que se levantam corrobora para a denúncia das incongruências do poder durante a Ditadura Civil-Militar brasileira, na obra de Moravia, o tema do duplo será consoante com a crítica aos efeitos desestabilizadores, sobre o indivíduo, do panorama cultural da Itália a partir da década de 1960, período marcado pelos primeiros movimentos populares que anunciaram o arrefecimento da chamada “Era de Ouro” dos países europeus desenvolvidos. As obras italiana e brasileira convergirão, portanto, no modo de apresentar o insólito como elaboração estética de absurdos reais de sua época.
The present study aims at analysing the works Incidente em Antares, by Érico Veríssimo, and Io e Lui, by Alberto Moravia, regarding the relationship between fantasy and social criticism as resistance in literature. We consider the concept of fantasy as the one that encloses various narrative strands, such as the Fantastic, Gothic and Magical Realism, to investigate how the allegory of the social context composed in the novels, which were both published in 1971, embrace fantastic elements in order to question paradigms of reality extended to the interpretation of political and social context by the means of the notion of transgression posed by the fantastic mode. While in the novel by Veríssimo the fantastic element of dead coming back to life supports the exposure of the absurdities of the political power during the military dictatorship in Brazil, in the novel by Moravia the element of the divided self, the double, interacts with the criticism of the disrupting effects on the individual caused by social and cultural aspects of Italy lingering from the late 1960s, a time marked by popular movements that led to downward revisions about the period known as “The Golden Years” in develpoed european countries. The italian and brazilian novels studied in this thesis will thus converge in approaching fantasy as an aesthetic response to certain absurdities of reality itself.

Full textL'étude de la marge SE du Massif de Bohême met en évidence un profil depuis la croûte inférieure jusqu'à la croûte moyenne qui est chevauché par un deuxième complexe de croûte inférieure. Les roches de croûte moyenne à structures tectoniques verticales sont observées au sein de boudins incluent dans des roches de la croûte inférieure présentant des structures tectoniques horizontales. Pendant la compression initiale, le système se déforme et développe synformes de la croűte moyenne rigide et antiformes de la croûte inférieure partiellement fondue. Cette dernière est ensuite chauvauchante sur le socle et se déplace au sein d'un “channel flow”. Les granulites de la croûte inférieure interprétées comme le résultat d'un métamorphisme UHT/HP sont en fait le résultat d'une histoire plus complexe. Les minéraux de HT et HP sont représentatifs de deux parties d'une histoire discontinue, ils ne peuvent donc pas être utilisés pour la thermobarométrie comme des minéraux à l'équilibre
