Abstract:

In the work, a number of facts and dates of the Kharkov period of life (1893–1920) of the botanist-algologist Nina Vasilievna Morozova-Vodyanitskaya are given, who graduated from the Kharkov High Women’s Courses, taught at them (as well as in other educational institutions of the city) and studied algae under the guidance of V. M. Arnoldi, Professor of the Departments of Botany of Kharkov University and High Courses. The origin of the rich merchant family allowed N. V. Morozova get both secondary and high education. The Kharkov High Women’s Courses were a huge, rapidly developing non-state high educational institution, similar to the classical university in terms of teaching natural sciences, equipping departments and laboratories, and the number of students. The Department of Botany, where N. V. Morozova studied and worked as a laboratory assistant and then as an assistant, has provided to the students an extensive workshop, participation in excursions outside the city and in expeditions to the basims of Russia. Students of the courses had the opportunity to engage in scientific work in laboratories and at a biological station on the Seversky Donets River. Among the students and junior teachers (colleagues of N. V. Morozova-Vodyanitskaya, who has formed the scientific school of V. M. Arnoldi) there were many well-known botanists, algologists, hydrobiologists who became professors, correspondent members, and so on. It is concluded that the scientific and pedagogical environment surrounding of N. V. Morozov-Vodyanitskaya in Kharkov favored her becoming as a researcher. Only the harsh conditions of the Civil War and devastation delayed the publication of the results of the first work of a young algologist, started in 1913.

Abstract:

The quantum Fisher information is a Riemannian metric, defined on the state space of a quantum system, which is symmetric and decreasing under stochastic mappings. Contrary to the classical case such a metric is not unique. We complete the characterization, initiated by Morozova, Chentsov and Petz, of these metrics by providing a closed and tractable formula for the set of Morozova-Chentsov functions. In addition, we provide a continuously increasing bridge between the smallest and largest symmetric monotone metrics.

Целью настоящей статьи является анализ как личной, так и публичной религиозной жизни Феодосии Морозовой в контексте отношений между ней и ее духовным отцом Аввакумом Петровым. Материалом исследования послужили, в частности автобиография протопопа и его переписка с боярыней. Известная аристократка и вдова Глеба Морозова решила бросить все материальные богатства, чтобы полностью посвятить себя Богу и старой вере, а также людям, нуждающимся в помощи. Морозова пыталась делать все, чтобы соблюдать заповеди Христовы, а верность старым обрядам считала тем, чего ожидал от нее Бог — она отказалась даже от своего единственного сына Ивана. Боярыня получила среди своих современников сильную поддержку, потому что большая часть народа видела в ней свою защитницу и символ бунта против царской власти. Тем не менее нравственная оценка жизненных выборов Морозовой возможна лишь в контексте моральности, а также социально-политической обстановки в ее эпоху.

Abstract:

A concept of a well-posed problem was initially introduced by J. Hadamard in 1923, who expressed the idea that every mathematical model should have a unique solution, stable with respect to noise in the input data. If at least one of those properties is violated, the problem is ill-posed (and unstable). There are numerous examples of ill- posed problems in computational mathematics and applications. Classical numerical algorithms, when used for an ill-posed model, turn out to be divergent. Hence one has to develop special regularization techniques, which take advantage of an a priori information (normally available), in order to solve an ill-posed problem in a stable fashion. In this thesis, theoretical and numerical investigation of Tikhonov's (variational) regularization is presented. The regularization parameter is computed by the discrepancy principle of Morozov, and a first-kind integral equation is used for numerical simulations.

In this thesis we investigate the concept of good Z-grading of a finite dimensional semisimple Lie algebra over an algebraically closed field of characteristic 0. Throughout the thesis we make use of the theorem of Jacobson Morozov, a fundamental result in the Lie theory. First of all we give a fundamental example of good grading, the Dynkin one. Afterwards we study more in general some properties of the good Z-gradings of a Lie algebra. Finally we give a complete description of the good Z-gradings of the symplectic Lie algebra.

Abstract:

This thesis aims to study the good gradings of simple finite-dimensional Lie algebras. The Dynkin grading is given as an example of good Z-grading of a semisimple Lie algebra. The main properties of a good Z-grading of a semisimple Lie algebra are proved and all good Z-gradings of gl(n), the Lie algebra of all matrices of order n, are classified. Finally, we extend the definition of good gradings to Lie superalgebras and start studying the good gradings of the Cartan superalgebra W(n). The case of W(2) and W(3) are analyzed.

L’analyse et la simulation numérique du problème de complétion de données, connue sous la dénomination de problème de Cauchy est le sujet de cette thèse. La méthodologie consiste d’abord à évaluer certaines des méthodes de régularisation parmi les plus populaires, telles que la méthode itérative de Richardson et la méthode de Lavrentiev, dans le cadre de la formulation variationnelle de type condensation sur le bord incomplète. Une discrétisation du problème de Steklov-Poincaré, par les éléments finis est proposée. Le problème discret est ensuite mis sous forme matricielle, qui est sévèrement mal-conditionnée. Une analyse approfondie de ce système aboutit à l’équivalence entre la méthode de régularisation de Lavrentiev et celle de Tikhonov. Il en résulte que le cadre mathématique complet développé pour la convergence de la méthode de Tikhonov s’étend tel quel à la procédure de Lavrentiev dans le cas particulier de la complétion de données. La deuxième partie de la thèse introduit un nouvel artifice basé sur l’extension du domaine de calcul pour renforcer les stratégies de régularisation connues. Ici nous mettons l’accent sur la méthode de Lavrentiev. Etant donné que la partie la plus imprécise de la solution de Cauchy calculée est condensée autour de la frontière incomplète, alors nous étendons le domaine de calcul au-delà de cette frontière, nous menons des calculs sur le domaine élargi et récupérons enfin la solution sur le domaine réel. L’amélioration des résultats numériques obtenus sont remarquables pour certaines configurations dont quelques unes nous intéressent spécialement dans notre projet de détections de points source à partir de l’EEG
The subject of this thesis is the analysis and the numerical simulation of the date completion problem, based on an elliptic Cauchy problem. The first part of the thesis is to evaluate certain regularization methods among the most popular ones, such as the Richardson iterative method and the Lavrentiev method, where the date completion is reformulated into a condensed type variational formulation on the incomplete boundary. A finite element discretization of the Steklow-Poincaré problem is proposed. The discrete problem is represented into a matrix form, which is severely ill-conditioned. Thanks to the formulation and properties of the algebraic system, we show an equivalence between the Lavrentiev and the Tikhonov regularization methods, which means that convergence results of the latter can be extended to the former in this special case of the date completion. The second part of the thesis is devoted to the introduction of a new artifice, based on the extension of the computational domain, to strengthen some known regularization strategies. Here we emphasize on the Lavrentiev method. Observing that the main perturbation of computed solutions occur at the vicinity of the incomplete boundary, we extend the computational domain beyond this boundary, compute the solution on the extended domain, and retrieve the desired solution by a restriction on the real domain. Numerical results gives a remarkable improvment on the accuracy of the computational procedure for certain configurations, some of wich are of our interest, and are our objective in the problem of point-sources detection from EEG

AbstractThe COVID-19 pandemic took high-income countries entirely by surprise. Despite funding pandemic preparedness programs in Asia for more than 20 years, donor countries had not experienced an uncontrolled pandemic since HIV in the 1980s. When Ebola, Zika, SARS, and MERS threatened, countries outside the immediate geographic neighborhood or income level of those diseases’ places of origin were left largely untouched. In contrast to the swift, comprehensive response of South-East Asian countries, authorities in Europe and the United States assumed this coronavirus would behave like its predecessors SARS and MERS.What happened next around the world was both harrowing and illuminating. Lacking protective material resources, the human capacity for contact tracing or understanding of the disease, policymakers in higher-income countries turned to technology for a miracle. The technology sector responded with history’s most extensive hackathon, illuminating the mutual shaping of technology and public health policy. The most striking feature of the technological response to the pandemic has been the degree of what Morozov has called solutionism driving it—the belief that complex problems can be solved by technological intervention alone.

Abstract:

Представлены результаты комплексного мониторинга дубовых насаждений г. Воронежа, входящих в состав зеленого пояса. Самое высокое биоразнообразие напочвенного покрова характерно для территорий: Маклок, Задонье, Биосферный заповедник. По морфометрическим параметрам наиболее крупные желуди характерны для популяций дубов, произрастающих в Шилово и Воронежском Биосферном заповеднике. Среди проанализированных факторов наиболее чувствительны к воздействию биотехносферы цитогенетические параметры патологий митоза в апикальных почечных и корневых меристемах, поражение листьев мучнистой росой, кривые распределения морфологических параметров листьев, желудей. Параметры биоразнообразия напочвенного покрова дубрав варьирует, но могут использоваться в качестве дополнительных параметров мониторинга

Abstract:

обосновано системное воздействие устойчивого развития лесопромышленного комплекса на хозяйственные системы в единстве их социальной, экономической и экологической составляющей. Подчеркнуто стратегическое значение сохранения лесов для поддержания биоразнообразия, борьбы с распространением инфекционных заболеваний и предотвращением будущих эпидемий в контексте пандемии COVID‑19. Цель работы заключается в обосновании перспектив и разработке рамочных рекомендаций по активизации инициатив в области экологического менеджмента ответственного предпринимательства в интересах устойчивого развития лесопромышленного комплекса. Методический аппарат данного исследования опирается на метод корреляционного анализа. В качестве источников информационно-эмпирических данных выступают датасеты. Проанализировано влияние различных факторов экологического менеджмента и устойчивость развития лесопромышленного комплекса в топ‑10 странах по уровню обезлесения. Выявлено, что единственным значимым и потому нуждающимся в приоритетном управлении фактором является конкуренция. Предложены авторские рекомендации по стимулированию конкуренции в интересах устойчивого развития лесопромышленного комплекса на базе экологического менеджмента ответственного предпринимательства.

Статья раскрывает проблемы экологической ответственности современных лесопромышленных предприятий. Предложены мероприятия лесопромышленных предприятий в экологической сфере, позволяющие решать эти проблемы. Определена роль и недостатки систему ЛесЕГАИС для совершенствования деятельности компаний, занимающихся заготовкой и переработкой леса. Проработаны материалы деятельности лесных хозяйств во времена Советского Союза, оценено их значение для лесной отрасли в современных условиях, рассмотрены проблемы использования имеющихся финансовых средств. Изучены проблемы нелегальных рубок, выбросов вредных веществ в воздух и водоемы, стоящие проблемным вопросом перед руководством государства. Рассмотрено законодательство о лесопользовании, в частности Лесной кодекс, указаны недостатки и пробелы в Лесном кодексе

В данной статье подробно рассматривается необходимость развития кросс-культурной компетенции сотрудников современной организации. В глобализирующемся и интегрирующемся мировом пространстве наличие данной компетенции определяет лидерство, за счет возможности сотрудничества и переговоров на международном уровне. Раскрывается суть понятия «кросс-культурный менеджер». Отмечается сложность и трудоемкость процесса развития необходимых социокультурных компетенций кросс-культурного менеджера. Проведен анализ основных стратегий по формированию кросс-культурной адаптации менеджеров. К основным программам по управлению кросс-культурной адаптацией менеджера нового поколения можно выделить: программы по обучению общению и ведению переговоров с представителями других стран; программы для студентов, специализирующихся в области интернациональных коммерческих отношений; программы для сотрудников, работающих в зарубежных филиалах и осуществляющих управление иностранными коллективами; программы для менеджеров-экспатриантов.

Abstract:

Республика Адыгея один из южных субъектов, расположенных в северо-западной части Северного Кавказа. Северная часть республики простирается по Прикубанской низменности, а южная часть — по склонам Большого Кавказа. Климатические условия благоприятны для произрастания теплолюбивой древесно-кустарниковой растительности. Площадь, занятая лесами, составляет 285.7 тыс. га, в том числе покрытая лесом площадь — 278.4 тыс. га. Леса Республики распределены неравномерно, большая часть лесов сосредоточена в предгорной и горной зоне. Основными лесообразующими породами выступают бук восточный и дуб черешчатый. Проведены исследования искусственных и естественных насаждений, расположенных в северо-западной части Северного Кавказа. Приводится характеристика природно-климатических условий региона исследования, с указанием наиболее часто встречающихся древесных пород выполняющих ряд важных функций (водоохранную, водозащитную, санитарно-гигиеническую и эстетическую). Дается анализ таксационных показателей насаждений, произрастающих в одинаковых лесорастительных условиях, одинакового возраста с установлением более продуктивных насаждений, с определением основных лесообразующих пород, которые необходимо вводить при создании искусственных насаждений более высокой устойчивости, качества.

В результате необходимости осуществления радикальных изменений в экономике и экономической политике, вызванных ухудшающимся состоянием окружающей среды, мировым экономическим кризисом, в качестве нового подхода в решении этих задач рассматривается достижение устойчивого равновесия между экономической, социальной и экологической системами путем экологизации экономики. Развитие данного направления невозможно без реализации мер государственной поддержки, развития природоохранного законодательства, контроля за соблюдением экологических норм, что требует разработки и реализации специальной государственной политики. В исследовании на основе комплексного анализа зарубежных и отечественных походов проведена систематизация основных макроиндикаторов измерения уровня развития «зеленой» экономики. Проанализирована динамика индекса экологической эффективности стран мира, позволяющая определить основные тренды экологического развития. Комплексная оценка социо-эколого-экономического развития стран позволяет выделить приоритетные направления и инструменты государственной политик по формированию эффективной модели перехода к «зеленой» экономике

в статье обосновывается роль градостроительной политики в системе экологического менеджмента на основе государственного частного партнерства. Проведена демаркация понятия инновационной градостроительной политики, отличительной особенностью которой является не только определение направлений развития инфраструктуры, формирования объектов капитального строительства и развития территорий в целом, но и в уточнении субъектов данных процессов, основных целей и принципов, отвечающие современным тенденциям развития экономики. Предложена классификация основных подходов к определению территориального планирования как основного инструмента реализации инновационной градостроительной политики, отличительной особенностью которой является выделение подхода «адаптивной территории», отвечающего современным траекториям развитияи позволяющего дополнить существующую классификацию. Также обосновывается роль ГЧП в градостроительной деятельности, позволяющая обосновать механизм его применения при реализации подхода «адаптивной территории».
