Abstract:
Mast cells (MCs) are a required component of the thymus microenvironment. They affect intercellular interactions and permeability of the hematothymic barrier through cytokine production. There is speculation that the thymus is the site of MCs formation and deposition. MCs are under complex neuro-endocrine control and they can play an important role in the process of acute transformation of the thymus in the formation of a stress reaction, affecting the extrathymic migration of cells. The purpose of this study is to assess the functional involvement of MCs in the process of the thymus acute tra

Under such critical conditions, an apoptosis is likely to play a crucial protective role, which can eliminate the excessive accumulation of aggressive inflammatory effects and effectively eliminate them, which in the future prevents the probable transformation into a persistent form. Understanding the embryogenesis of these animals, as well as attraction of data obtained on their molecular genetics and paleontology, allows one to single out some factors that could have initiated evolutionary modifications in development programs. Preterm labor is one of the most current problems of modern medicine. Preterm labor is defined as the birth of a child in the gestation period less than 37 full weeks of gestation and is the second most common cause (after congenital anomalies) of neonatal mortality [3]. The highest percentage of morbidity and mortality occurs in children born to gestational age less than 32 weeks, although the proportion of these newborns is 16 % of all preterm infants [4]. Preterm labor is a polyetiology problem that depends on many factors. One of the major problems is the formation of placental dysfunction
