Objective: To evaluate fall risk using the Morse Fall Scale in Parkinson’s disease (PD) patients at Bach Mai Neurology Center. Subjects: 75 PD patients undergoing outpatient treatment at Bach Mai Hospital from March 2024 to November 2024. Methods: Cross-sectional descriptive study. Results: The cohort had a mean age of 65.98 ± 8.17 years, with 64% aged >60. Females predominated (56%). Hypertension (28%) and sleep disorders (26.7%) were common comorbidities.
