Abstract:
Research on academic genre has received widespread attention from linguists around the world. In the big data era, the demand of knowledge mining promotes the emergence and development of bibliometrics, and formal description of scientific knowledge is also put on the agenda. The application of RA move analysis to the field of knowledge mining is a new perspective of bibliometrics. At present, there are few studies on move analysis of Chinese RA introductions, and fewer studies are oriented to discourse computing. This study analyzes the move structures of Chinese RA introductions and finds ou

Abstract In visible light communication (VLC), light emitting diodes (LEDs) are used as transmitters; the air is the transmission medium and the photodiodes are used for receivers. Move ordering is important to alpha-beta tree search efficiency since a well-ordered minimax game tree precipitates more cutoffs than a randomly ordered tree. The use of move ordering heuristics is shown to be a valuable addition to the alpha-beta algorithm. Eight different move ordering heuristics are described and implemented on a skeleton chess program. The relative gains in search performance are observed for each individual heuristic as well as for combinations of heuristics. We provide evidence that dealers turn to sponsored repo on occasions when balance sheet space is scarce, such as when there is a large issuance of Treasury coupon securities and end-of-month dates. We also find that sponsored repo spreads tend to be affected by a range of factors, with the three largest drivers being money market fund assets, a proxy for hedge fund demand for repo funding, and end-of-month dates.
