L'initiation alternative de la traduction permet la synthese de plusieurs formes proteiques a partir d'un seul messager par l'utilisation alternative de plusieurs codons d'initiation de la traduction sur ce messager. Nous nous sommes interesses aux mecanismes de controle de deux systemes d'initiation alternative de la traduction: un systeme retroviral, le virus de la leucemie murine (mo-mul v), ainsi qu'un gene eucaryote superieur, le facteur de croissance fibroblastique 2 (fgf-2) humain. L'arnm gag-pol du virus mulv possede deux codons d'initiation de la traduction (1 cug, 1 aug) permettant la synthese du precurseur gag des proteines de nucleocapside et d'un antigene de surface essentiel a la dissemination et aux effets pathogenes du virus. Le taux de synthese relatif de ces deux proteines est essentiel au bon deroulement du cycle replicatif. Le travail effectue a permis de montrer que ce retrovirus contient une sequence qui confere a son arnm la capacite d'etre traduit par un mecanisme original d'entree interne des ribosomes, different du mecanisme classique d'entree du ribosome par l'extremite 5' du messager. Cette sequence est la cible du facteur d'epissage ptb qui pourrait donc etre implique dans le mecanisme. Ce processus d'entree interne permet de controler l'initiation alternative de la traduction sur ce messager en selectionnant uniquement le codon aug. L'arnm du fgf-2 humain possede quant a lui quatre codons d'initiation de la traduction (3 cug et 1 aug) permettant la synthese de quatre isoformes fgf-2 ayant des localisations subcellulaires differentes et pouvant modifier les phenotypes cellulaires de facon diverse. On peut donc penser que le controle de l'expression relative des quatre isoformes fgf-2 a un impact important sur la cellule. Les resultats obtenus montrent qu'il existe dans la partie 5' de ce messager differents elements de controle en cis de l'utilisation des quatre codons d'initiation. Un d'entre eux correspond a un site d'entree interne des ribosomes. La presence de ce site peut potentiellement permettre la synthese de fgf-2 dans des conditions de stress ou durant la mitose. Finalement, trois proteines sont capables d'interagir specifiquement avec la partie 5' non traduite de ce messager. De facon interessante, ces proteines sont trouvees dans les types cellulaires transformes analyses qui produisent les quatre isoformes fgf-2 mais pas dans les types cellulaires normaux analyses qui produisent uniquement la petite forme de fgf-2. En conclusion, cette etude laisse penser que le processus d'initiation alternative de la traduction, en plus de contribuer a l'augmentation de la diversite genique, peut reguler l'expression relative de proteines avec des fonctions differentes, mais codees par le meme gene. De plus, la demonstration de l'existence du mecanisme d'entree interne des ribosomes sur deux messagers differents permet d'envisager une generalisation de ce processus pour de nombreux messagers. Le processus d'entree interne des ribosomes semble par ailleurs etre un nouveau mecanisme de regulation traductionnelle de l'expression des genes

Mathematics models of these motor, the necessary changes for implementation purposes and the way how the models were implemented in ZYNQ-7000 device are described in this work. Le virus de carcinomatose aviaire MH2 est capable d'induire la multiplication des cellules de NR d'embryon de poulet qui normalement ne se divisent pas in vitro. Le génome de MH2 contient deux oncogènes : v-myc et v-mil. Des mutants de MH2 délétés dans le gène v-mil ont perdu la capacité d'induire la prolifération des cellules de NR. Un mutant de MH2 délété dans le gène v-myc a conservé cette propriété. Le produit du gène v-mil est donc nécessaire et suffisant à l'expression de la proprieté mitogène du MH2.

Práce se zabývá mazáním za použití minimálního množství maziva, tzv. MQL. Cílem práce je experimentálně porovnat řezivost 4 různých řezných olejů. Oleje se v práci nazývají A, B, C a D, protože z důvodu utajení nemohou být zveřejněny jejich skutečné označení. Řezivost olejů bude testována při ortogonálním řezání na soustruhu a vrtání. Pro oba druhy operací budou použity 2 obráběné materiály: Korozivzdorná ocel AISI 316L a hliníková slitina EN-AW 7020. Měřené parametry během pokusů budou řezné síly, maximální teplota a drsnost obrobeného povrchu. Experimentální části předchází část teoretická. V této část jsou shrnuty poznatky týkající se problematiky procesních kapalin, aplikace MQL při obrábění, ortogonálního řezání, vrtání zmíněných materiálů a měření sil a teploty.

This work is focused on the design of an algorithm for run-time verification over requirements given as formulas in metric temporal logic (MTL). Tree structure is used for verification of these requirements, which is similar to run of alternating timed automata from which the final algorithm is derivated. Designed algorithm is able to verify given MTL formulas over the runs of a program without a need to remember the whole program's trace. This allows to monitor a given program on potentially infinite runs.

There are available various professional applications for the solving of optimization problems. This thesis deals with comparison of these optimization systems and simplicity of their connection with MS Excel through VBA. Problem of designing model together with his calculation in MS Excel or other systems connected via VBA, like MPL for Windows or LINGO, is demonstrated on concrete examples. Application in Visual Basic for Applications was created for this purpose. This application is easy to use and it is solving Knapsack Problem, Distribution Problem and also Quadratic Assignment Problem. Finally, comparison of these systems is made using Multi-criteria evaluation.

Le rétrovirus aviaire transformant MH2 contient deux oncogènes v-mil et v-myc. Le gène v-mil est une version tronquée et mutée du gène c-mil de poulet, résulte de la transduction de la partie carboxy terminale de ce gène, possède des homologies de séquence avec le domaine catalytique des protéines kinases. La présence de v-mil au sein du virus mh2 est responsable de l'effet mitogène sur les cellules neurorétine d'embryon de poulet (CNR). Ce système biologique est utilisé pour étudier le rôle v-mil et sur homologue cellulaire c-mil. L'activation du gène c-mil suppose une amputation de la portion aminoterminale plutôt que l'accumulation de mutations ponctuelles. En isolant des ADNc-mil, les auteurs ont montré que le gène c-mil s'exprime par l'intermédiaire d'un mécanisme d'épissage alterné du gène c-mil. Ces deux ARN coderaient pour les protéines c-mil de 71 et 73 Kd détectées in vivo.

This thesis describes the development of voice module, that can recognize simple speech commands by comparation of input sound with recorded templates. The first part of thesis contains a description of used algorithm and a verification of its functionality. The algorithm is based on Mel-frequency cepstral coefficients and dynamic time warping. Thereafter the hardware of voice module is designed, containing signal controller 56F805 from Freescale. The signal from microphone is conditioned by operational amplifiers and digital filter. The third part deals with the development of software for the controller and describes the fixed point implementation of the algorithm, respecting limited capabilities of the controller. Final test proves the usability of voice module in low-noise environment.

The method uses a natural language based syntax for the T&E metadata V&V rule set in order to abstract the highly technical rule languages to a domain-specific syntax. As a result, the domain expert can easily specify, validate and manage the specification and validation of the rules themselves. Our approach is very flexible in that under the hood, the method automatically translates rules to a host of target rule languages. We validated our method in a multi-vendor scenario involving Metadata Description Language (MDL) and Instrumentation Hardware Abstraction Language (IHAL) instance documents, user constraints, and domain constraints. The rules are captured in natural language, and used to perform V&V within a single metadata instance document and across multiple metadata instance documents.

Le genome du virus mh2 contient deux oncogenes: v-mil et v-myc. L'isolement de mutants de mh2, deletes dans v-mil ou v-myc, nous a permis de preciser les proprietes biologiques de chacun des oncogenes et d'analyser les relations entre l'induction de la division cellulaire et la transformation. Le gene v-mil est responsable de la division des cellules de nr. Par contre, il induit un phenotype de transformation reduit dans les cellules infectees. La transformation des cellules de nr par mh2 necessite, donc, l'expression des deux oncogenes v-mil et v-myc. Le gene v-myc n'a pas d'effet mitogene ni transformant dans les cellules de nr quiescentes. Par contre, ce gene peut transformer des cellules de nr dont la division a ete induite soit par des oncogenes viraux, tels que v-src ou v-mil, soit par l'utilisation de milieux enrichis. L'expression des proprietes transformantes de v-myc dans les cellules de nr depend donc de leur etat de division. Les cellules de nr peuvent egalement etre induites a se diviser apres infection par un retrovirus depourvu d'oncogenes: le rav-1. The subject of this graduation thesis is an application of speech recognition into ATC commands. The selection of methods and approaches to automatic recognition of ATC commands rises from detailed air traffic studies. By the reason that there is not any definite solution in such extensive field like speech recognition, this diploma work is focused just on speech recognizer based on comparison with templates (DTW). This recognizor is in this thesis realized and compared with freely accessible HTK system from Cambrige University based on statistic methods making use of Hidden Markov models. The usage propriety of both methods is verified by practical testing and results evaluation.

Previous issue date: 2014-04-23This study aims to comprehend the role of social class in consumption and social uses of media and telenovela by women from different social groups. The classes considered here are called middle class, ―battler‖ and ―fighter‖. The justifications for this study emphasize the partial lack of studies in Communication with a focus on social class variable. Furthermore, the concept of "new middle class" best defined as new working-class is taken without question by studies of the area and do not contribute in the analysis of media consumption by that public, if not by a marketing bias. The knowledge of the concept of social class, as well as habitus and capital, comes from the reflections of Bourdieu and Souza. Thus, it is possible to have a better comprehension about the relevance of class belonging for media appropriation by the public, in this case, 12 women, four of each social class, living in Porto Alegre region, aged between 27 and 37 years. The research was conducted over 10 months and made use of the instruments in-depth interview, form and observation. It was analyzed the study of modes of individual and social class living; mapping of individual and social class media consumption; and examination of the readings of the telenovela, especially in relation to the analysis of representations of class and gender, individual and class. After it was realized the comparative study between the three classes on each of the three axes. The results point to a substantial difference analyzes of telenovela according to the accumulated cultural capital. The middle class, the group with higher cultural capital, takes readings more critical about the telenovela, both in relation to representations of class and gender. Moreover, this group, along with the ―battlers‖, has a much higher knowledge about the grammar of telenovela than the ―fighters‖. In other aspects, the readings of the different classes converge, as in the statement of the representative character of the typical Brazilian woman, in which responses did not vary from one class to another. Finally, the comparative method to the study of social class and consumption and social use of telenovela proved to be significant, and it can capture important features of each group in relation to their ways of living and watch the media and the telenovela.
Este estudo tem como objetivo principal compreender o papel da classe social no consumo de m?dia e telenovela por mulheres de diferentes grupos sociais. As classes consideradas s?o aqui denominadas classe m?dia, batalhadoras e raladoras. As justificativas para esse trabalho ressaltam a aus?ncia parcial de estudos na ?rea da Comunica??o com enfoque na categoria de classe. Ainda, o conceito de ―nova classe m?dia‖ melhor definida como nova classe trabalhadora ? tomado sem problematiza??o pelos estudos da ?rea e n?o colaboram para a an?lise do consumo midi?tico por parte desse p?blico, se n?o por um vi?s mercadol?gico. O entendimento sobre o conceito de classe social, bem como de habitus e capitais, parte das reflex?es de Bourdieu e Souza. Entende-se que, desse modo, ? poss?vel buscar uma melhor compreens?o acerca da relev?ncia do pertencimento de classe para as apropria??es midi?ticas por parte dos p?blicos, neste caso, 12 mulheres, quatro de cada classe social, moradoras da Grande Porto Alegre, com idade entre 27 e 37 anos. A pesquisa foi desenvolvida ao longo de 10 meses e fez uso dos instrumentos entrevista em profundidade, formul?rio e observa??o. O percurso de pesquisa em campo e de an?lise contou com o estudo dos modos de vida individuais e de classe; mapeamento do consumo de m?dia individual e de classe; e exame das leituras da telenovela, especialmente em rela??o ? an?lise de representa??es de classe e de g?nero, individual e de classe. Ap?s, foi efetuado o exame comparativo entre as tr?s classes sobre cada um dos tr?s eixos. Os resultados apontam para a diferen?a substancial das an?lises de novela de acordo com o capital cultural acumulado. A classe m?dia, grupo com capital cultural mais elevado, realiza as leituras mais cr?ticas acerca da telenovela, tanto no que se refere ?s representa??es de classe quanto de g?nero. Al?m disso, esse grupo, juntamente com o de batalhadoras, tem um conhecimento muito superior ao das raladoras acerca da gram?tica da novela. Em outros aspectos, as leituras das diferentes classes convergem, como no caso da indica??o da personagem representante da t?pica mulher brasileira, em que as respostas n?o variaram de uma classe para outra. Por fim, o m?todo comparativo, para o estudo da classe social e do consumo da telenovela, mostrou-se prof?cuo, sendo poss?vel captar caracter?sticas importantes de cada grupo, em rela??o a seus modos de viver e de ver a m?dia e a telenovela.

Esta Tesis doctoral se ha estructurado a partir de tres partes de una extensión desigual. La primera, Una sociedad agónica: la Monarquía y los súbditos, cuenta con un solo capítulo, en el que se pretende mostrar las características estructurales del reino de Murcia que se enfrentaría a la Guerra de Sucesión. Por un lado, un proceso de expansión socioeconómica que alteró el capital simbólico de ciertos grupos que componían la sociedad murciana; y, por otro, la persistencia de una naturaleza de frontera que condicionaría el desarrollo identitario del reino y sus relaciones políticas con la Corona.La segunda parte, Una sociedad fracturada: guerra y desorden político, explica los diferentes mecanismos agregativos que se dieron a lo largo de la guerra. Se trata de la parte más extensa, pues se compone de cinco capítulos en los que se trata de concretar los fenómenos políticos que experimentó la sociedad en los años más dramáticos del enfrentamiento armado. Nos referimos a la reacción de los diferentes poderes locales ante el desorden político que originó la amenaza austracista; los diversos elementos que intervinieron en la construcción del discurso borbónico; las causas que produjeron la resistencia al poder filipista, expresadas como apoyo al candidato Habsburgo; las fuerzas del Cielo y de la Tierra que se convocaron en el territorio murciano para movilizar a la población; y, por último, los cambios y permanencias que se dieron en la gestión de los recursos locales.El título de la tercera parte, Una sociedad restaurada: cambio político y renovación social, tiene que ver con las consecuencias que motivó la Guerra de Sucesión en este reino de la Corona de Castilla. El triunfo del discurso de lealtad a Felipe V sirvió para construir una sociedad que asumiría el modelo de obediencia filipista, lo que implicó la represión y exilio de aquellos que optaron por la defensa austríaca. Por el contrario, quienes se distinguieron por apoyar a Felipe V fueron premiados por el monarca y ocuparon los principales puestos de la administración territorial borbónica.Among the conclusions of this doctoral thesis, we would like to highlight three of them, which we think are the most important. Firstly, the War of Spanish Succession was the scenery of an intense social mobility, which took place because of mechanisms which were not strange to the Castilian population. The continuity of the instruments used for decades before is obvious, being the most outstanding difference the intensity used in that occasion.Secondly, and connected to the previous idea, the involvement of society in the war is a consequence of the constraints imposed by the monarch's local agents. In the borderline of the kingdom of Murcia we can observe a large increase of the monarchy representatives, as well as a military presence not found to that level until then. It is true that not all of them survived after the end of the war, but it developed a kind of relationship between the Crown and its subjects which was maintained in the following administrative reforms.Finally, we can verify that the Bourbon reformism was not as innovative as historiography has intended to show. Philip V used mechanisms which had been tried out time ago; the only new element was the intensity which employed to defeat the defenders of the Archduke. The absolutism of the Bourbon monarchs during the 18th century was born of the collaboration between the king and his subjects, which had been carried out in the previous century, and, especially, in the mystical nature of the War of Spanish Succession. The old traditions were more remarkable than the originalities in the dynastic change

Due to the need of early logopaedia defects detecting, this software is aimed at a child’s age speaker. The introductory part describes the theory of speech realization, simulation of speech realization for numerical processing, phonetics, logopaedia and basic logopaedia defects of speech. There are also described used methods for feature extraction, for segmentation of words to speech sounds and for features classification into either correct or incorrect pronunciation class. In the next part of the thesis there are results of testing of selected methods presented. For logopaedia speech defects recognition algorithms are used in order to extract the features MFCC and PLP. The segmentation of words to speech sounds is performed on the base of Differential Function method. The extracted features of a sound are classified into either a correct or an incorrect pronunciation class with one of tested methods of pattern recognition. To classify the features, the k-NN, SVN, ANN, and GMM methods are tested.

Le virus leucemogene myeloproliferatif murin ou mplv est un retrovirus leucemogene murin qui provoque in vivo un syndrome myeloproliferatif aigu. In vitro, il entraine l'immortalisation de precurseurs des differentes lignees hematopoietiques qui proliferent et se differencient en l'absence de facteurs de croissance. Le mplv derive du virus f-mulv dont il differe par sa region enveloppe fortement remaniee. Un provirus mplv biologiquement actif a ete clone moleculairement. L'analyse de la sequence de son gene enveloppe a montre qu'il a subi deux deletions et qu'il contient une sequence non virale nommee v-mpl. Cette sequence, conservee chez les mammiferes, a ete localisee sur le chromosome 4 de la souris et en 1p34 chez l'homme. Mpl ne correspond a aucun gene connu mais appartient a la superfamille des recepteurs de facteurs de croissance hematopoietiques depourvus d'activite kinase. Le gene c-mpl est exprime dans les organes hematopoietiques. Des adnc de ce gene ont ete clones chez l'homme et chez la souris. Chez l'homme, deux familles d'adnc ont ete isoles. Ils coderaient pour des proteines differant par leur region cytoplasmique. Chez la souris, des clones codant pour une proteine transmembranaire ou pour une proteine soluble ont ete isoles. Ces differents adnc sont probablement generes par epissages alternatifs et certaines de ces formes pourraient moduler la fonction normale du recepteur ou intervenir de facon differente dans la transmission du signal par ce recepteur. Le v-mpl est une version fortement tronquee mais non mutee du c-mpl murin. Il s'agit du premier exemple de transduction retrovirale d'un gene de la superfamille des recepteurs de facteurs de croissance hematopoietiques

The thesis is aimed at an analysis and automatic detection of logopaedic defects in speech utterance. Its objective is to facilitate and accelerate the work of logopaedists and to increase percentage of detected logopaedic defects in children of the youngest possible age followed by the most successful treatment. It presents methods of speech work, classification of the defects within individual stages of child development and appropriate words for identification of the speech defects and their subsequent remedy. After that there are analyses of methods of calculating coefficients which reflect human speech best. Also classifiers which are used to discern and determine whether it is a speech defect or not. Classifiers exploit coefficients for their work. Coefficients and classifiers are being tested and their best combination is being looked for in order to achieve the highest possible success rate of the automatic detection of the speech defects. All the programming and testing jobs has been conducted in the Matlab programme.

Des plus anciens monuments de la littérature aux plus récents, on retrouve le procédé de l’ekphrasis – description d’œuvres plastiques réelles ou imaginaires. Notre étude comparée a pour objet les œuvres poétiques de six poètes appartenant à trois zones linguistiques et donc à trois traditions littéraires différentes : les poètes français Charles Baudelaire et Yves Bonnefoy, les poètes américains William Carlos Williams et John Ashbery et les poètes macédoniens Slavko Janevski et Vlada Urosevic. Le but de notre recherche n’est pas seulement de déterminer les modèles dominants de l’ekphrasis dans la poésie, mais aussi d’éclairer quelques aspects théoriques de la description des œuvres plastiques : le statut générique d'un texte ekphrastique ; la dimension herméneutique de l’ekphrasis et la communication/transposition intersémiotique, intertextuelle et métatextuelle. Title: Evaluation of the most frequent injuries in competition of league MOL and the 2nd league in women handbal in Czech republic. Objectives: The main objective in this work is evaluation of the most frequent injuries in women handball players, who play in season 2017/2018 the highest competition in Czech Republic - league MOL and the 3rd highest competition in Czech Republic - the 2nd league in women handball. The next objective is find out, if the teams have in their training unit the regenerative and compensatory practise, also there is physiotherapist in team or no. Methods: As the method for data pooling, I choose the form of a non-standardized questionnaire. The questionnaire was send between all women handball players in both competition, which are written in objective. Overall is analysed 112 questionnaires. Results: From the results, we can see, that for the most common injuries belongs to ankle. Overall 56,3 % suffered the injury of ankle, then injury of hands (50,9 %) and knees (46,4 %). Smaller group of injuries belongs to the of face, head, shoulders and elbows. Wings and lineplayers has the most common injuries of ankle, on the other hand the middle lineplayers, backs and goalkeepers has the most common injuries of hands and knees. The magister thesis is connected with bachelor's thesis, which was concentrated on Piano Sonata in E minor, op. 2 by Slovak composer Alexander Moyzes (1906-1984) and was concerned on it mainly with collected sources. In this thesis we decided to point out its composing work and possible inspiring sources and therefore the focus of this diploma thesis is its introduction into historical context of piano music of the 19th and 20th centuries. Through composite-technical and stylistic analyses of selected piano sonatas and other works, we want to contribute to the closer characterization of Moyzes composer's personality and to complement the literature that Moyzes Sonate has devoted to in minimal terms from composing work and inspiring sources. Selected pieces include: Brahms Sonata f mol, Op. 5 and Variation and Fugue on a Theme by Handel, op. 24 from the point of view of means of piano stylization, Sonata Eroica, op. 24 for piano by Vít zslav Novák because of their mutual interest in working with modality and mutual close relationships (Moyzes's teacher). In addition to these goals, we will also focus on the other piano works of Moyzes by creating a new chronological inventory based on preserved sources. This diploma thesis is focused on the influence of thermal modification on the strength of bonded joint in tension according to ČSN EN 205. For the purpose of this work was used beech wood. The thermal modification of the test samples was performed at temperatures of 160 °C, 180 °C and 200 °C. The selected bond strength adhesives were melamine-urea formaldehyde adhesives (MUF), phenol-resorcinol formaldehyde adhesives (PRF) and one-component polyurethane adhesives (PUR). In addition to the thermal modification the effect of plasma modification on bond strength is also determined. The test lamellas were plasma treated (DCSBD) prior to gluing and pressing. The result is the determination of the tensile strength of the bonded joint in all the above-mentioned modifications and comparation of the results.
