This thesis addresses the new building of the municipal library on 3 floors. Operation of library is divided into public and private part. On the first floor there are dressing rooms, technical facilities, training rooms and spaces for commercial uses, such as a cafe and stationery. Storage spaces of library are using all floors and they are located in a separate wing. The main interest of readers is placed into the second and third floor, there are also offices to ensure the operation of the library.
