In the article ?Special affine multiresolution analysis and the construction of orthonormal wavelets in L2(R)?, [Appl Anal. 2022; D.O.I: 10.1080/00036811.2022.2030723], we introduced the notion of multiresolution analysis (MRA) in the realm of the special affine Fourier transform. In continuation to the study, our aim is to present the construction of special affine biorthogonal wavelets in L2(R). Besides, we provide a complete characterization for the biorthogonality of the translates of the scaling functions of two special affine MRA?s and the associated special affine biorthogonal wavelet f

Abstract:
Cephalometric analysis is a standard tool for assessment and prediction of craniofacial growth, orthodontic diagnosis, and oral-maxillofacial treatment planning. The aim of this study is to develop a fully automatic system of cephalometric analysis, including cephalometric landmark detection and cephalometric measurement in lateral cephalograms for malformation classification and assessment of dental growth and soft tissue profile. First, a novel method of multiscale decision tree regression voting using SIFT-based patch features is proposed for automatic landmark detection in lateral cephalom

Abstract:
This research work concentrate on developing digital soil maps to support field based plant phenotyping research. We have developed soil organic matter content (OM), cation exchange capacity (CEC), natural soil drainage class, and tile drainage line maps using topographic indices and aerial imagery. Various prediction models (universal kriging, cubist, random forest, C5.0, artificial neural network, and multinomial logistic regression) were used to estimate the soil properties of interest.

Abstract:
Abstract Knowledge of reservoir heterogeneity and connectivity is fundamental for reservoir management. Methods such as interference tests or tracers have been developed to obtain that knowledge from dynamic data. However, detecting well connectivity using interference tests requires long periods of time with a stable reservoir pressure and constant flow-rate conditions. Conversely, the long duration and high frequency of well production data have high value for detecting connectivity if noise, abrupt changes in flow-rate and missing data are dealt with. In this work, a methodology to detect i
