Kars’ın Dikme köyünde 5 Mart 1956’da doğan Âşık Mürsel Sinan Uğursu, günümüz âşıklık geleneği içinde önemli bir yere sahiptir. Murat Çobanoğlu’nun çıraklığında geleneği öğrenen Mürsel Sinan, şiirlerinde aşk, insan sevgisi, birlik-beraberlik ve gurbet konuları sıklıkla işlemiştir. Yirmi iki yaşında Kars’tan ayrılıp İstanbul’a yerleşen âşık, doğduğu şehrin coğrafi ve kültürel unsurlarını, bölgenin ağız özelliklerine uygun olarak şiirlerinde kullanmıştır. Ebû Tâlib el-Mekkî’nin (386/996) tasavvufa dair kaleme aldığı eserlerden biri olan Kûtu’l-Kulûb’ta birçok hadis yer almaktadır. Tasavvuf ve ahlaka dair kaleme alınan eserler arasında nispeten uydurma hadis sayısının bu eserde daha az olduğu belirtilmektedir. Sûfîlerin hadisle ilgili tutumları incelendiğinde hadisçilerle aralarında önemli farklılıkların olduğu görülmektedir. Zira sûfîlerin, hadisin kabul veya reddinde hadis usûlü kriterlerini göz önünde bulundurmadıkları bilinmektedir. Foreign Secretaries Lansdowne and Grey worked to remove Macedonia from Ottoman rule. They planned to apply what were styled as “coercive measures” to force the Ottomans to comply. They were thwarted by Austria and Russia, who submitted less restrictive measures (Vienna Plan and Mürsteg Proposals). These would have allowed the Ottomans limited control over Macedonia, over vehement British objections.
