COORDENAÇÃO DE APERFEIÇOAMENTO DO PESSOAL DE ENSINO SUPERIOR
O desdobramento da obra de arte no espaço-tempo da vida pode ser vista em muitos trabalhos das vanguardas moderna e contemporânea. A realização desses trabalhos se faz na simultaneidade dos eventos do mundo, sendo o acaso e a indeterminação elementos essenciais no acontecer da obra. Assim, a obra de arte é aberta ao campo de possibilidades próprio à aleatoriedade da realidade tangível, sendo a sua forma um processo em constante modificação. As significações, então, se instauram na multiplicidade dos eventos, em que a pretensão de se ter uma forma encerrada se dissolve no constante devir. E isso faz dessas obras um acontecimento, devido a sua realização na superfície da espacialidade-temporal. A partir da Musique d’ameublement de Erik Satie, de cerca de 1917-1920, e de Untitled (mirrored cubes) de Robert Morris, de 1965, buscaremos compreender a noção de acontecimento instaurada por esses dois trabalhos, assim como será discutida essa mesma noção deflagrada em outros artistas que de alguma forma se relacionam com os dois citados, como, por exemplo, em John Cage. E sendo a música de Satie feita para ser tocada em ambientes pertencentes ao cotidiano, entre conversas e ações corriqueiras, e os cubos espelhados de Morris acontecerem durante a experiência do observador, enquanto circundando, a arte se realiza, então, como um acontecimento, em que seus desdobramentos, agora, ficam por conta do acaso.
The unfolding of the work of art in space-time of life can be seen in many modern and contemporary avant garde works. The completion of these works takes place in the simultaneity of events in the world, being chance and uncertainty key elements in the outcome of the work. Thus, the artwork is open to the field of possibilities to the randomness of tangible reality, and its shape in a constant change. The meanings, then, established themselves in the multitude of events, where the desire to have a closed form is dissolved in constant becoming. And that makes these works an event, due to its realization on the surface of spatiality-temporality. From Musique d ameublement of Erik Satie, circa 1917-1920, and Untitled (Mirrored Cubes) by Robert Morris, 1965, we will try to understand the concept of event introduced by these two works, as will be discussed that concept triggered by other artists, which somehow relate to the two cited, for example, John Cage. And being the music of Satie made to be played in environments belonging to daily life, between conversations and actions occurring, and the mirrored cubes of Morris occur during the experience of the observer, while circling, art is performed, then, as an event in which its developments now are subject to chance.

Vitamin D ima antiproliferativno, proapoptotsko i prodiferencijaciono dejstvo. Dokazi o dejstvu na ćelije adenokarcinoma prostate su malobrojni i nekonzistentni. Cilj ispitivanja je određivanje stepena povezanosti između nivoa vitamina D, stadijuma adenokarcinoma prostate, prostata specifičnog antigena, Gleason grade i progresije oboljenja. Ispitivanje je prospektivno, sprovedeno na 120 ispitanika (90 pacijenata sa dijagnostikovanim karcinomom prostate i 30 kontrolnih, zdravih subjekata). Pacijenti sa dijagnostikovanim adenokarcinomom prostate podeljeni su prema stadijumu bolesti u dve grupe: lokalizovano (pT2cN0M0, prostata specifični antigen ≤ 20 ng/ml, Gleason 2-7) i metastatsko oboljenje (pT3-4, N1, M 0,1(a,b,c), prostata specifični antigen ≥ 20 ng/ml, Gleason ≥ 8), dok su prema ordiniranoj terapiji podeljeni u tri grupe: pacijenti koji su hemijski kastrirani, hirurški kastrirani i grupa kod koje je urađena radikalna prostatektomija. Uzorci za analizu nivoa vitamina D i prostata specifičnog antigen uzeti pre ordinirane terapije a nakon toga posle 6 i 12 meseci. Kako ne postoje definisane vrednosti unosa vitamina D i kalcijuma za ispitivano podneblje formirani smo Upitnik kojim smo evaluirali dnevni unos kod 90 zdravih subjekata muškog pola starijih od 50 godina koji nisu učestvovali u ispitivanju. Da bismo uočili ispitanike koji su hranom ili životnim navikama drastično uticali na vrednost vitamina D isti Upitnik su ispunili svi ispitanici uključeni u ispitivanje. Ustanovljena je očuvana godišnja oscilacija vitamina D kod ispitanika te smo statističkim modelom korigovali ovu varijablu. Rezultati pokazuju da grupa obolelih nema apsolutno niske vrednosti vitamina D i da su vrednosti kod obolelih niže u odnosu na kontrolne subjekte (64.12 nmol/l vs. 74.45 nmol/l). Nije uočena razlika u nivou vitamina D kod pacijenata sa lokalizovanim i metastatskim oboljenjem (62.90 nmol/l vs. 64,65 nmol/l). Odnos između prostata specifičnog antigena i vitamina D posmatran tokom perioda ispitivanja pokazuje da je kod obolelih pacijenata koji su hemijski ili hirurški kastrirani i kod pacijenata kod kojih je urađena radikalna prostektomija postoji pozitivna korelacija pre ordinirane terapije u sve tri grupe, nakon ordinirane terapije možemo uočiti inverznu korelaciju. Konrolna grupa ispitanika pokazuje stalnu pozitivnu korelaciju između nivoa vitamina D i prostata specifičnog antigena. Pacijenti kod kojih je došlo do progresije imaju niže vrednosti nivoa vitamina D u odnosu na pacijente kod kojih nije došlo do progresije. Nije ustanovljena korelacija između vremenskog intervala do progresije oboljenja i nivoa vitamina D.
Vitamin D has antiproliferative, proapoptotic and prodifferentiational actions. There is a limited number of studies asessing influence of vitamin D on prostate cancer. Results of those available studies are inconsistent. This study hypothesizes with correlation of vitamin D, prostate cancer stage, prostate specific antigen, Gleason grade, stage, and disease progression. This prospective study included 120 subjects (90 subjects with diagnosed prostate cancer and 30 healthy, age adjusted controls). Patients with diagnosed prostate cancer formed two groups by criterion of disease advancement: localized (≤pT2cN0M0, prostate specific antigen ≤ 20 ng/ml, Gleason 2-7) and metastatic (≥pT3-4, N1, M 0,1(a,b,c), prostate specific antigen ≥ 20 ng/ml, Gleason ≥ 8. According to applied therapy subjects were devided in three groups: surgicaly castrated, medicamentous castrated and radical prostatectomy treated. Samples were obtained before therapy and after 6 and 12 months. As no defined value for vitamin D and calcium intake could be found we formed Questionnaire for vitamin D and calcium intake. Data were obtained from 90 healthy, age adjusted subjects, not included in this study. All subjects included in this study filed the Questionnarie and subjects with unusual vitamin D and calcium intake were excluded. Annual oscilation of vitamin D was observed, so we applied statistical model that excluded this variable. Subjects with diagnosed prostate cancer didn't have absolutely low vitamin D level. This level was lower in group of subjects whith diagnosed prostate cancer comparing to controls (64.12 nmol/l vs. 74.45 nmol/l). No differences in vitamin D level was observed in groups of patients with localised and metastatic disease (62.90 nmol/l vs. 64,65 nmol/l).Correlation of vitamin D and prostate specific antigen during 12 months period showed that castrated subjects and subjects in radical prostatectomy group showed possitive correlation before surgical treatment and inverse, negative correlation, after treatment. Control group showed possitive correlation of vitamin D and prostate specific antigen in all three measurements. Subjects with progression have significantly lower vitamin D level comparing to subjects without progression. No correlation between time to progression and vitamin D have been observed.

Cette thèse présente l’analyse du spectre d’absorption infrarouge par transformée de Fourier (résolution 0. 005 cm⁻¹) entre 1029 et 1700 cm⁻¹ de la molécule ¹²CH₃D. Dans cette région se situent les bandes ν₃, ν₅, ν₈ en interaction de Coriolis forte. Ce type de triade n’ayant jamais été étudié, son étude a nécessité la mise en place d’outils théoriques et informatiques : un hamiltonien effectif réduit adapté à ce type d’interaction a été construit et un jeu de programmes a été écrit. L’attribution de plus de 3000 raies infrarouges dont plus de 1000 correspondant à des transitions interdites a permis la détermination des paramètres spectroscopiques des trois états supérieurs et de l’état fondamental. Ces paramètres spectroscopiques ainsi que les dérivées des moments dipolaires calculées ont permis la simulation en fréquence et en intensité absolue de toute la triade.

Abstract:
Les experiences na38 et na50, etudient aupres du sps du cern la production de dimuons dans des collisions d'ions lourds ultrarelativistes, donnant acces a celle des mesons vecteurs , , et j/. L'evolution de ces productions par rapport a celles observees dans les collisions impliquant des projectiles legers permettrait de mettre en evidence les effets de la formation du plasma de quarks et de gluons qui pourrait etre produit sous l'effet des hautes temperatures atteintes dans ces collisions. Une forte augmentation de la production d'etrangete a ete predite comme pouvant etre une signature de cette nouvelle phase de la matiere hadronique. Dans cette these nous avons etudie la production des mesons etranges , et des mesons et dans les collisions d-c, d-u et s-u a 200 gev/nucleon et pb-pb a 158 gev/nucleon, dans differentes regions de masse transverse de la paire de muons. Les comparaisons des productions de , avec celles de et ainsi qu'avec le continumm de masse montrent une augmentation de la production du par rapport au + , en fonction de la taille du systeme et pour les collisions s-u et pb-pb, de la centralite de la collision. L'etude des sections efficaces de production pour les differents systemes met en evidence un changement de comportement entre les collisions deuton-noyau et noyau-noyau. En dehors d'une evolution generale de la production, pour le + et le continuum, le montre une augmentation nettement plus elevee et qui est coherente entre les collisions s-u et pb-pb. De plus les pentes inverses des spectres en masses transverses montrent une importante augmentation entre d-c et s-u. L'ensemble de ces resultats confirme donc l'importante augmentation de la production du qui avait ete observee pour le systeme s-u et qui se poursuit dans les collisions pb-pb. Mots-cles : plasma de quarks et de gluons - dimuons - na38 et na50 - ions lourds ultrarelativistes - resonances , , - masse transverse - pente inverse.

Abstract:
Kreirana je specijalizovana baza podataka o sadržaju vitamina D koja sadrži 981 analitički podatak prikupljen iz evropskih baza podataka, od čega je 658 (67%) izraženo u formi ukupnog vitamina D. Podaci o svim vitamerima pronađeni su za meso, obogaćene namirnice/formulacije i za ribu, dok su podaci o D3 pronađeni za ribu, meso i mlečne proizvode. Podaci o sadržaju vitamina D, iz srpske baze podataka o sastavu namirnica (BPSN), ažurirani su za ukupno 541 namirnicu, jelo i dijetetski suplement.Da bi se upotpunio kvalitet podataka o vitaminu D u srpskoj BPSN, određen je sadržaj vitamina D u svežim konzumnim kokošijim jajima proizvedenim na teritoriji Srbije. Analizirana su jaja iz intenzivne proizvodnje i iz malih domaćinstava. Analize su izvedene u laboratoriji Danskog Tehničkog Univerziteta (DTU) standardizovanom HPLC metodom. Sadržaj vitamina D u jajima iz intenzivne proizvodnje iznosio je 5,78 μg/100g, a u jajima iz slobodnog uzgoja 2,99 μg/100 g. Izračunati prosečni sadržaj vitamina D u svežim jajima iznosio je 4,39 μg/100 g te je ovaj podatak unet u srpsku BPSN.Uobičajeni unos vitamina D analiziran je programom SPADE u populaciji koju su činili ispitanici iz četiri regiona Srbije, ukupno 605 odraslih, od toga 54% žena. Ustanovljeno je da uobičajeni prosečni unos vitamina D iznosi 4±1,4 μg/dan, kod muškaraca 4,3±1,5 μg/dan, a kod žena 3,7±1,2 μg/dan, što je znatno niže od preporučenih vrednosti od 10 μg/dan za procenjene prosečne potrebe (Estimated Average Requirement-EAR) i 15 μg/dan za adekvatni unos (Adequate Intake –AI). Čak 95% srpske populacije ne dostiže EAR vrednosti.Analiza ishrane srpske populacije pokazala je da su glavni nutritivni izvori vitamina D jaja, riba, meso i mlečni proizvodi. Konzumacija obogaćenih namirnica vitaminom D (obogaćenih i biljnih mleka, kakao praha, obogaćenih sokova, margarina i instant žitarica) identifikovana je kod trideset petoro ispitanika. Prateći kriterijume za odabir adekvatnih namirnica za obogaćivanje, a za potrebe dizajniranja prediktivnog modela, odabrano je 70 namirnica koje su sortirane u sedam karakterističnih grupa: beli hleb, mleko, jogurt, sir, pavlaka, jaja i paradajz pire.Prediktivni model obogaćivanja namirnica baziran je na matematičkoj formuli kojom se izračunava količina vitamina D (fc) koju treba dodati određenoj namirnici, odnosno grupi namirnica. Izračunata količina zavisi od tri faktora:- prosečne konzumacije date namirnice, ili grupe, u gramima na n-tom percentilu populacije,- njenog (njihovog) procentualnog udela u dnevnom energetskom unosu,- unosa vitamina D (u μg/dan) na n-tom percentilu.Odabrano je sedam scenarija koji su simulirani da bi se validirala efektivnost „dodavanja“ vitamina D radi dostizanja preporučenih nutritivnih vrednosti. U optimalnom scenariju, AI je dostignut na 65. percentilu populacije, a unos vitamina D na 95. percentilu populacije bio je ispod 25 μg/dan. U maksimalnom scenariju, 50% populacije bilo je između AI i gornjeg tolerisanog nivoa nutritivnog unosa (Upper Tolerable Intake Level-UL), pri čemu niko nije dostigao UL vrednosti. Na ovaj način definisane su optimalne i maksimalne količine vitamina D koje se mogu dodati odabranim namirnicama da bi se zadovoljile potrebe, odnosno korigovao unos vitamina D kod srpske populacije.
A specialized database on the content of vitamin D was created with 981 analytical data on vitamin D content obtained from European databases, of which 658 (67%) were expressed as total vitamin D. The data (for all vitamins) were mainly found for meat, enriched foods/formulations and fish, while D3 data was identified for fish, meat and dairy products. Updating data on vitamin D content in Serbian food composition database (FCDB) was done in 541 foods, dishes and dietary supplements. To enhance the quality of data in Serbian FCDB, content of vitamin D in fresh eggs from the farm and domestic production on the territory of Serbia has been determined. Analysis was performed in Danish Technical University-DTU, Denmark, using standardized HPLC method. Eggs from the farm contained 5.78 μg vitamin D/100 g, while domestic eggs were 2.99 μg vitamin D/100 g, and the average vitamin D content in fresh eggs - 4.39 μg/100 g which value was inserted into Serbian FCDB. The usual dietary intake of vitamin D was analyzed using the SPADE program in the survey covering 605 adult respondents from four regions of Serbia, of which 54% were women. The average intake of vitamin D was found to be 4±1.4μg/day, which is 4.3±1.5 μg/day for men and 3.7±1.2 μg/day for women, and is significantly lower than the recommended Estimated Average Requirement (EAR) values (10 μg/day) and Adequate Intake (AI) values (15 μg/day). As many as 95% of Serbian population are not reaching the EAR values. Nutritional analysis of Serbian diet has shown that the main sources of vitamin D are eggs, fish, meat and dairy products. Consumption of vitamin D-fortified foods (fortified and plant milk, cocoa powder, fortified juices, margarine, and instant cereals) was identified in 35 subjects. Following the criteria for selecting adequate foods for fortification, for the needs of designing the model, 70 foods were selected that were sorted into 7 characteristic food groups: white bread, milk, yoghurt, cheese, sour cream, eggs and tomato puree.The prediction model of food fortification is based on a mathematical formula that calculates the amount of vitamin D (fc) to be added to a particular food group in accordance with:- the amount of consumption of that food vector and- the percentage factor in the total energy intake of the considered foods (food vectors) in the observed population,- the intake of vitamin D on n-th percentile.Seven scenarios were simulated to validate the effect of addition of vitamin D toward reaching the given reference values. In the optimal scenario, AI was reached at the 65th percentile of the population, and vitamin D intake at 95th percentile was below 25 μg/day. Au cours du dix-septième et dans la première moitié du dix-huitième siècle, la musique pour orgue en Allemagne du nord connait une grande métamorphose. Des formes simples du seizième siècle, encore métamorphosé. Des formes simples du seizième siècle, encore représentées par Jacob Praetorius (1586-1651), elle évolue vers les grands préludes, toccatas, chorals et fantaisies de chorals de Dietrich Buxtehude, Nicolaus Bruhns, Georg Boehm et Vincent Lübeck. Deux raisons peuvent expliquer ce phénomène : la première réside dans le fait que les musiciens étaient, tous, attachés à l'église luthérienne et soumis aux exigences des ordonnances de cultes; la seconde, est le développement important de la facture d'orgues dû, notamment, à Arp Schnitger, et qui aboutit à l'instrument de quatre claviers et soixante-sept jeux, construit par ce dernier a st Nicolas de Hambourg (1682-87). L'étude parallèle de la composition, de la liturgie et de la facture, permet de mettre en lumière la symbiose totale existant entre-elles et d'affirmer, qu'en Allemagne du nord, ces trois éléments sont, non seulement, indissociables, mais constituent la culture de tout un peuple
During the seventeenth century and into the first half of the eighteenth century, organ music in northern Germany underwent tremendous change. From the simple forms of the sixteenth century, still represented by Jacob Praetorius (1586-1651), the repertoire evolves toward the great preludes, toccatas, chorales and chorale fantasies of Dietrich Buxtehude, Nicolaus Bruhns, Georg Boehm and Vincent Lubeck. Two reasons can explain this phenomenon : the first lies in the fact that all the musicians were in the Lutheran church and obligated to the prescriptions of the workship services; the second is the major development of organ-making, due, notably, to Arp Schnitger, and culminating in the four-manual, sixty-seven-rank organ wich the constructed at saint Nicolas in Hamburg (1586-1651). The parallel study of the composition, the liturgy, and the instrument-making brings to light the total symbiosis among them. This study confirms that, in northern Germany, not only are these three elements indissociable, but they constitute the culture of an entire people

Sintetisana su nova jedinjenja, 16- i 17-supstituisani 16,17-sekoestratrienski derivati i D-homoestranski derivati, polazeći od 3-benziloksi-17-hidroksi-16,17-sekoestra-1,3,5(10)-trien-16-nitrila. Ispitana je estrogena i antiestrogena aktivnost u eksperimentima in vivo, antiaromatazna aktivnost in vitro, antioksidantna aktivnost DPPH  i TBA testom, kao i antiproliferativna aktivnost prema ćelijskim linijama MCF-7 ATCC, MDA-MB-231, HT-29 i MRC-5 novosintetisanih jedinjenja.
Some new compounds, 16- and 17-substituted 16,17-secoestratriene derivatives, as  well as D-homoestratriene derivatives, were synthesized, starting from 3-benzyloxy-17-hydroxy-16,17-secoestra-1,3,5 (10)-triene-16-nitrile. The newly synthesized compounds were tested for their in vivo estrogenic and antiestrogenic activity,  in vitro antiaromatase activity, antioxidative activity by DPPH and TBA tests, as well as antiproliferative activity against MCF-7 ATCC, MDA-MB-231, HT-29 i MRC-5 cell lines.

Au milieu du XVIIème siècle, les meilleurs ménétriers de la ville et de la campagne commencent à gagner les rangs de la musique royale, tandis que les instruments à vent et en bois tourne se perfectionnent pour obéir aux nouvelles exigences. Un répertoire nait de ce contexte, puis évolue par le biais de la musique vocale et de la musique instrumentale. Diverses influences s'effectueront et se mettront au profit de spécimens organologiques dont la configuration et la sonorité restent liées, dans les esprits, à l'évocation de la pastorale, de la vie champêtre, ou du moins à la tendresse et a la douceur. Une analyse des contextes historiques et musicaux conduit à une étude de chaque répertoire: flute traversière, flute a bec, flageolet, flute à trois trous, hautbois, basson et musette de cour. Cette analyse s'appuie sur un dépouillement systématique de l'intégralité du répertoire imprime connu, et sur l'examen d'une cinquantaine d'ouvrages lyriques. Une vision d'ensemble du répertoire, de l'organologie, et des techniques, s'éclaire, pour finir, d'une étude acoustique et de diverses incursions ethnomusicologiques dans le monde actuel
In the mid-XVIIth century, the best minstrels in town and country begin to be admitted in the ranks of the royal musicians, while wind instruments made of turned wood are improving to meet the new demands. A repertoire is born from this context, and evolves through vocal and instrumental music. Various influences contribute to the improvement of organological specimens whose form and sonority remains linked in people's mind to the pastoral, country life, or at least to sweet gentility. An analysis of the historical and musical contexts leads us to a study of each repertoire: transverse flute, recorder, flageolet, three-holed flute, oboe, bassoon and court musette. This analysis is supported by a systematic study of the whole of the known published repertoire, and by examining some fifty lyrical works. An overview of the repertoire, organology and techniques, is enlightened by an acoustic study, and by various ethnomusicological comments on the modern world
