För att ta reda på vilka uppfattningar barn i förskoleklass hade om dag och natt och om dessa uppfattningar förändras något av att arbeta med begreppen har enskilda intervjuer genomförts i två omgångar. Barnens svar kategoriserades enligt två olika svarsmodeller, tidigare utarbetade av Baxter och Brewer. Since MediaSense open source platform, developed by Mid Sweden University, utilizes the benefits of P2P networking, it also suffers from the drawbacks provided by NAT. Our results show that a simple medium composed of 3% soybean and 1% glucose was optimal for B. subtilis natto to produce fibrinolytic activity.
