This final thesis addresses the approach of standards and software for calculation of pressure vessels loaded by external pressure and a design of own calculation software, including a demonstration on chosen geometry. The approaches of standards and software are solved in the form of research. The practical part describes the developed software, selected technologies for development and results of the demonstration. The demonstration was carried out on two geometries and was successful.

This thesis discusses the photodynamic therapy (PDT) and it's application for dia- gnostics of tumours. The PDT is based on production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) from the molecules of photosensitizers (PS). PS are preferentially accumulated in disea- sed tissues, where ROS are produced and cause selective destruction of the target tissue, while surrounding healthy tissue remains intact. Particularly interesting is the discovery of new intronic mutation of CYLD gene and characterization of molecular biologic processes causing inactivation of the gene.
