Senyawa pirazolin 5-(4-klorofenil)-3-naftalen-2-il-4,5-dihidro-1H-pirazol (PH CN2-4Cl) telah disintesis melalui reaksi siklisasi senyawa 3-(4-kloro-fenil)-1-naftalen-2-il-propenon dan hidrazin hidrat menggunakan katalis asam sulfat dengan diiradiasi gelombang mikro selama 3,5 menit. Senyawa yang diperoleh berupa kristal bening dengan berat 0,11 g dan rendemen yang dihasilkan sebesar 69,20%. Senyawa tersebut menunjukkan rendemen yang baik dan telah dikarakterisasi menggunakan spektrofotometri UV-Vis dan FTIR.
