Abstract:
Die durch die klassische Namur-Pyramide beschriebene Automatisierungsstruktur ist bewährt und ermöglicht langjährige Betriebssicherheit. Allerdings fehlt den Systemen die Offenheit, neue Technologien werden erst spät verwendet und die Kosten sind hoch, was angesichts der rasanten Entwicklungen im Bereich von Internet of Things, Industrie 4.0, Mobile Devices und Big Data nutzvolle Innovationen verhindert. In diesem Beitrag wird das im Namur-Arbeitskreis 2.8 Automatisierungsnetzwerke und -dienste entwickelte Konzept Namur Open Architecture (NOA) vorgestellt. Das Konzept bietet sowohl für Bestands- als auch für Neuanlagen Möglichkeiten, um Anlagen effizient für kommende Innovationen zu ertüchtigen. Die Kernidee ist, die Daten der bisherigen Kern-Automatisierungswelt durch offene Schnittstellen wie beispielsweise OPC UA in die Systemwelt für Monitoring- und Optimierungsaufgaben zu exportieren und dabei die Kernautomatisierung weitgehend unverändert zu belassen. Alternativ kann über einen zweiten Kommunikationskanal direkt auf die bestehenden Feldgeräte zugegriffen werden.

Abstract:
Die Modularisierung von Prozessanlagen wird als erfolgversprechende Möglichkeit angesehen, die künftigen Anforderungen an die Prozessindustrie zu bewältigen. Mit dem Projekt Dezentrale Intelligenz für modulare Anlagen (Dima) hat Wago auf der Namur-Hauptsitzung 2014 einen Weg gezeigt, wie sich die Anforderungen, die in der NE148 formuliert worden sind, erfüllen lassen. Bisherige Arbeiten ergaben, dass die Verwendung von Module Type Packages (MTP) zur Beschreibung von Prozessmodulen eine vielversprechende Lösung darstellt. Der Namur-Arbeitskreis AK 1.12 arbeitet derzeit, in Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Ad-Hoc-Arbeitskreisen der Namur und dem ZVEI, an der Standardisierung des Namur-MTP. Dieser Beitrag gibt eine Übersicht über die Arbeiten der Arbeitsgruppen. Die Fragestellungen und Anforderungen der Arbeitskreise für Zustandsbasierte Prozessführung, Bedienbilder und Diagnose und Wartung modularer Anlagen werden skizziert. Ferner wird eine mögliche Architektur des Namur-MTP vorgestellt.

Mit dem Namur-MTP wurde die Basis geschaffen, Module in eine Prozessführungsebene zu integrieren. Im MTP wird dazu jede Information abgebildet, die für eine effiziente und fehlerfreie Integration benötigt wird. Der aktuelle Arbeitsstand des Namur-MTP wurde von den Autoren auf Anwendbarkeit überprüft. Dazu wurden ein Anlagendemonstrator aufgebaut und die darin befindlichen Module mit Hilfe ihrer MTP in ein Prozessleitsystem integriert. Der Beitrag schildert den Engineeringprozess und beschreibt die dabei zum Einsatz gekommenen Softwarewerkzeuge sowie die dabei gewonnenen Erfahrungen.

Die NAMUR Open Architecture (NOA) verfolgt das Ziel, Vorteile aktueller Automatisierungssysteme, wie beispielsweise hohe Verfügbarkeit, mit Vorteilen von IT-Lösungen zu kombinieren, um so die Flexibilität der Systeme zu erhöhen. Dies geschieht unter besonderer Beachtung der Sicherheitsanforderungen hinsichtlich des systemischen Informationsflusses bzw. der systemischen Kommunikation. Im Rahmen der NOA-Architektur erfolgt dies mittels der NAMUR-Diode. Hier ist der Informationsfluss nur in eine Richtung, nämlich nach außen, erlaubt. In diesem Beitrag wird ein Hypervisor als technologische Grundlage für eine mögliche Lösung zur Realisierung der Trennung von Automatisierungsdaten vom Monitoring+Optimization-Server vorgeschlagen. Dazu überwacht der Hypervisor den Ressourcenverbrauch sowie die Kommunikation und den Informationsfluss zwischen diesen Applikationen.

Dabei bestehen unterschiedliche Umsetzungs- und Anwendungsmöglichkeiten des NOA-Konzepts. Zahlreiche technische, aber auch operationelle Anforderungen hinsichtlich der Security sind zu beachten und umzusetzen. Der vorliegende Beitrag erweitert die im atp magazin 1-2/2021 veröffentlichten Grundlagen zu Security-Aspekten für NOA und validiert diese anhand eines Demonstrators.

As análises e interpretações sobre o encontro de helmintos parasitos no sítio da Praça das Armas, Namur, Bélgica, foram realizadas a partir das escavações de salvamento arqueológico ocorridas em 1996 e 1997. Sete períodos históricos de ocupação estão registrados: galo-romano, carolíngio, séculos XI, XII XIII, XIV XV A.D., Renascença até os Tempos Modernos. Foram analisadas 34 amostras de sedimentos arqueológicos, colhidas de estruturas como latrinas, fossas, poços e depósitos similares considerando as descrições arqueológicas e o contexto histórico. O material foi processado pela mesma técnica de reidratação e de sedimentação espontânea para coprólitos, além do ultrassom para a desagregação dos ovos e partículas de sedimento. Ovos de Ascaris lumbricoides, Ascaris sp., ascarídeos; Trichuris trichiura, Trichuris sp., Taenia sp.; Capillaria sp., Fasciola hepatica, Diphyllobothrium sp. e Oxyuris equi foram identificados. Os resultados bioestatísticos revelaram diferenças significativas entre o tamanho dos ovos de Trichuris sp. das amostras em relação à média de referência (Confalonieri, 1983). A maioria das amostras selecionadas não pertencia à população de T. trichiura. Ovos de Taenia sp. identificados de latrinas medievais, indicam o consumo de carne suína ou bovina contaminadas por cisticercos. A presença de ovos de Fasciola hepatica sugere o consumo de vegetais inquinados por metacercárias e ovos de Diphyllobothrium sp. o consumo de carne de peixe contaminada por esparganos. Ovos de Ascaris sp. e Trichuris sp. atestam a contaminação oral por excrementos de origem animal e/ou humana estando presentes em todos os contextos históricos estudados. A maioria das formas parasitárias apresentavam boas condições de preservação. Foi observado que ovos identificados como ascarídeos são Ascaris sp. que perderam o envoltório externo de proteína. O fato de outros ovos de helmintos não terem sido encontrados no sítio não indica, todavia, que outros parasitos não faziam parte do espectro parasitário local.

Cette thèse examine les mutations des organisations policières et leurs implications sur les pratiques des acteurs du maintien de l’ordre dans les villes de l’espace belge de la fin de l'Ancien Régime à la fin du Premier Empire. Elle interroge plus largement les rapports entre la modernisation administrative et la construction de l’État et se penche sur l’articulation des éléments hérités des structures préexistantes avec ceux apportés au moment des conquêtes révolutionnaires. L’approche proposée est celle d’une histoire de la police napoléonienne « par le bas » et ancrée dans les traces de ses prédécesseurs d’Ancien Régime. Riche en découvertes, elle fait ressortir les mutations à la fois lentes et profondes des organisations policières des villes.L’analyse se concentre tout d’abord sur les mutations des systèmes policiers urbains dans la dernière décennie de l'Ancien Régime, au moment où les Pays-Bas autrichiens et la principauté de Liège sont marqués par des politiques réformatrices et par de fortes tensions révolutionnaires. Ensuite, les transformations des structures et des pratiques survenues à l’occasion des occupations des territoires belges de 1792 à 1795 et des troubles de l’époque du Directoire sont abordées. Cette partie permet de mettre en lumière les polices urbaines sous le Directoire restées, jusqu'à présent, largement méconnues. La thèse se concentre ensuite sur le Consulat, principalement sur la bureaucratisation de l'administration de la police. Les deux chapitres suivants montrent les continuités et les changements dans les pratiques de maintien de l'ordre au cours de la période 1780-1814. Enfin, le dernier chapitre tente d'évaluer comment la police de l'État et les polices urbaines s’articulent, dans la collaboration ou la concurrence, pendant les dernières années de l'Empire napoléonien.Au-delà du passage d’une police de type englobant à une police considérée comme plus moderne car davantage orientée vers la sécurité des personnes, ce parcours chronologique met en lumière les transformations à la fois endogènes et exogènes survenues dans les appareils policiers des villes, bien avant l’annexion des territoires belges à la République française et l’avènement du régime bonapartiste. Les continuités importantes mais aussi le dynamisme et l’autonomie des polices urbaines face à la centralisation de l'État nuancent et rendent plus complexe l’analyse de la construction politique napoléonienne. Cette thèse donne également la mesure des similitudes entre les épisodes de troubles (1787-1795, 1809, 1813-1814) dans les pratiques de surveillance ou le recours à l’armée.Au terme de l’expérience napoléonienne, les polices municipales léguées par le Premier Empire apparaissent davantage comme le résultat d’un syncrétisme entre des éléments proprement locaux et originaux et d’autres importés et digérés par les villes de l’espace belge. La personnalité forte de certains individus appelés à remplir des fonctions de police, y compris sur le terrain, peut avoir une influence importante dans la mise en place, la diffusion et l’appropriation de nouvelles pratiques. Dès lors, la modernité policière – qui n’est pas nécessairement synonyme de centralisation – émerge, selon les lieux, en des temps et sur des objets différents. Elle se donne à voir surtout à travers cette synthèse qui s’opère entre des éléments locaux, héritage éventuel des structures d’Ancien Régime, et des éléments importés à l’occasion des conquêtes révolutionnaire et napoléonienne
This thesis examines the changes in police organizations and their implications for the practices of actors maintaining public order in cities of Belgian territories from the end of the Ancien Régime to the end of the first Empire. More broadly it questions the relationships between administrative modernization and construction of the State, and concentrates on the interrelationships between elements inherited from pre-existent structures with those introduced at the moment of revolutionary conquests. The approach suggested is that of a history of the Napoleonic police “from the bottom up”, one anchored in traces of its predecessors from the Ancien Régime. Rich in discoveries, it lays emphasis on what are slow but profound changes in city police organizations.The analysis, first of all, concentrates on changes in urban police systems in the last decade of the Ancien Régime, at the moment when the Austrian Netherlands and the principality of Liège were marked by reform policies and strong revolutionary tensions. Subsequently, transformations in structures and practices occurring during the occupations of Belgian territories from 1792 to 1795 and the disorders of the Directory period are approached. That section allows us to shed light on the urban police forces under the Directory, something that has been so far largely ignored. The thesis then concentrates on the Consulate, principally on its bureaucratization of police administration. The following two chapters show continuities and changes in practices in the maintenance of public order during the 1780-1814 period. Finally, the last chapter seeks to evaluate how the State police force and the urban police forces got along, in collaboration or competition, during the last years of the Napoleonic Empire.Beyond transiting from a comprehensive type of police force to a police force considered more modern in being more oriented towards the security of people, this chronological itinerary sheds light on both the endogenous and exogenic transformations occurring in the city police apparatuses, well before the annexation of Belgian territories to the French Republic and the advent of the Bonapartist regime. Important continuities, as well as the dynamism and autonomy of the urban police regarding State centralization simultaneously nuance and make analysis of Napoleonic political construction more complex. This thesis also assesses the similarities between the episodes of disorders (1787-1795, 1809, 1813-1814) in surveillance practices and recourse to the army.At the end of the Napoleonic experiment, the municipal police forces bequeathed by the First Empire appear to be more the result of a syncretism between strictly local and original elements and others imported and digested by cities in Belgian space. The strong personality of certain individuals called upon to exercise policing functions, including in the field, may have had an important influence on the installation, the dissemination and the adoption of new practices. Consequently, police modernity – which is not necessarily synonymous with centralization – emerged, depending on the places, times and various objects. This can be seen above all through the synthesis which took place between local elements, the possible inheritance of structures from the Ancien Régime, and elements imported on the occasion of revolutionary and Napoleonic conquests

Les ostracodes dinantiens découverts appartiennent à 175 espèces. 70 espèces sont reconnues en Ardenne et 115 dans le massif armoricain : 8 espèces sont communes. La systématique représente la partie la plus importante de ce travail : 104 espèces sont décrites. Les répartitions sont données pour les autres espèces. 11 espèces sont nouvelles. Les paléomilieux sont caractérisés par l'étude des relations d'abondance existant entre les superfamilles. Les caractéristiques paléoécologiques sont données pour chaque coupe ainsi que leur évolution le long de celle-ci. Des comparaisons sont réalisées entre les deux régions différentes périodes. Les affinités paléoécologiques des healdiacea sont précisées

Der Einsatz modularer Anlagen wird in der Prozessindustrie immer beliebter. Da Modulhersteller ihre Applikationen weitestgehend kapseln, um ihr Know-How zu schützen, müssen Strukturen und Applikationen entwickelt werden, die das Monitoring und die Diagnose auch im Rahmen der vorausschauenden Instandhaltung dieser Module ermöglichen. Die Implementierung solcher Funktionen in das übergeordnete Leitsystem der Gesamtanlage ist bei modularen Anlagen bislang ähnlich umständlich wie die Einbindung von Fremdkomponenten in ein Leitsystem. Um ein vollständiges modulares Anlagenkonzept erfolgreich zu etablieren, ist eine einfache Implementierung dieser Funktionalitäten somit unumgänglich. Im Rahmen dieses Beitrags wird daher untersucht, wie Strukturen und Applikationen zum Monitoring und Diagnose einfach in übergeordnete Systeme implementiert werden können. Hier wird auch betrachtet, welche dieser Informationen für Anlagenfahrer relevant, welche Funktionalitäten auf externe Systeme (z. B. eine Cloud) ausgelagert werden sollten und wie diese optimal dargestellt werden. Weiterhin wird ein Konzept zur Modularisierung von Plant Asset Management Funktionen vorgestellt, anhand dessen eine Strukturierung des NAMUR Open Architecture (NOA)-Kanals vorgenommen wird.

Die Menschen werden sportiver, mobiler und älter, dabei entdecken sie die Landschaft als Sport- und Erholungsraum; gleichzeitig bestehen andere Nutzerinteressen seitens des Wild- und Naturschutzes, der Siedlungspolitik oder der Forstwirtschaft. Der Sportboom akzentuiert das Konfliktpotential in der ländlichen Landschaft, aber auch in urbanen Naherholungsgebieten steigt der Druck. Partikularinteressen prägen nach wie vor die intensiver werdende Diskussion, führen aber nicht entscheidend weiter. Es ist Zeit für übergreifende Allianzen und neue, innovative Ideen. Der nachfolgende Beitrag versucht aufzuzeigen, in welche Richtung es gehen könnte und welche Rolle dabei dem Sport zukommt.

The study focuses on the Belgian part of the Sambre River, between the border with France and its confluence with the Meuse River at Namur. This part was canalized in the 19th and 20th centuries, during which time its length was reduced from 103 to 87.6 km. First, a recovery of its initial length was undertaken, using a Geographic Information System (GIS) and comparing old and current maps. Then, the river crossings (fords, bridges, and ferries) indicated on old military maps from the 17th to the 20th centuries were placed on the proposed restitution.

Abstract:
Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) merupakan bahan bakar yang umum digunakan di Indonesia, termasuk untuk sektor industri dan UMKM. Namun, penggunaan LPG memiliki beberapa keterbatasan, seperti harganya yang relatif tinggi dan ketersediaannya yang terbatas. Saat ini, sektor industri dan UMKM di Jawa Tengah dan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) banyak yang menggunakan LPG 3 kg golongan subsidi. LPG 3 kg subsidi adalah bahan bakar gas elpiji yang disubsidi oleh pemerintah. LPG 3 kg subsidi diperuntukkan bagi rumah tangga dan usaha mikro yang menggunakan LPG untuk memasak. LPG 3 kg subsidi dijual dengan harga yang lebih murah dibandingkan LPG 3 kg non subsidi. Pemerintah memberikan subsidi LPG 3 kg untuk membantu masyarakat miskin dan rentan miskin untuk mendapatkan akses energi yang terjangkau. Subsidi LPG 3 kg juga bertujuan untuk mengurangi beban pengeluaran masyarakat untuk kebutuhan memasak. CNG merupakan alternatif bahan bakar yang dapat mengatasi keterbatasan LPG. CNG merupakan bahan bakar yang lebih efisien, aman, dan ramah lingkungan dibandingkan LPG. Laporan studi ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji potensi konversi LPG ke CNG untuk sektor industri dan UMKM di Jawa Tengah dan DIY. Laporan ini disusun berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh tim peneliti Purnomo Yusgiantoro Center (PYC). Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa potensi konversi LPG ke CNG untuk sektor industri dan UMKM di Jawa Tengah dan DIY sangat besar. Hal ini dikarenakan wilayah tersebut memiliki banyak industri dan UMKM yang menggunakan LPG sebagai bahan bakar. Selain itu wilayah Jawa Tengah dan DIY dekat dengan sumber daya gas alam, di Blok Cepu (Lapangan Gundih, Lapangan North Kedungtuban, dan Alas Dara Kemuning (ADK)). Laporan ini merekomendasikan beberapa langkah untuk mendukung konversi LPG ke CNG untuk sektor industri dan UMKM di Jawa Tengah dan DIY baik dari pemerintah maupun sektor swasta.
